CHAPTER 33

When the door opened and Lina saw Simon, she burst into tears and threw herself into his arms; Nathan saw the scene and felt a little jealous, he had only known Lina for three days, but now seeing her in Simon's arms, he couldn't stop feeling his heart hurting so much. How could I feel this way, for someone I barely knew? But if he wanted to see Lina happy, Nathan didn't mind her staying with Simon.

He waited his whole life to hear those words, since he was sixteen he knew he loved this woman, it was fourteen years waiting to hear that and now with Alien on his shoulders sleeping peacefully, Gab at 1.82 tall saw his little Collen 1.65 tall, raising her head and looking up, right into his eyes and saying that she loved him. It was such a good feeling, a unique feeling, he wanted to say something, but nothing came out, Collen could see Gab's eyes full of tears and the smile on her face, and at that moment she realized how blessed she was to find that love pure and true.

Nathan and the others were looking from afar, when Patrick spoke softly:

But one day, when Alien was already three years old, Dylan arrived drunk and wanting sex, threw our daughter in a room and locked her there and grabbed me hard, leaving me wobbly on the floor. At that moment I saw that he wouldn't stop, and whenever he could he could still hurt my little daughter. So I fled and the first place I went to seek shelter was the arms of Gab, who welcomed me, took care of my wounds, provided contact with my brother, and helped me with the separation. Nathan almost died when he found out everything. And today, seeing his sister so happy, it was something very special for him.

Lina, meanwhile, was on the other side of the room, she was looking at Nathan from the corner of her eye, overflowing with love in her eyes, she just didn't know that the slender captain was also looking at her without letting anyone notice.

It was agreed that they would meet Wynn Delany, in Hope Valle, but they couldn't say that they were police officers and everyone would look out for Elizabeth, they already knew about Philip and Bill and Wynn's distrust, they just needed to find out what was happening and what why.
