Louie Lou a young blizzarian boy, Suzie Lu's son, and the bravest member of The Sprites. He has the natural appearance of any blizzarian with light blue fur, dark blue hair, and lime green eyes. He speaks with a Canadian accent.
Louie is kind and generous but is an irrational thinker and hates tradition. He wants to be his own guy and craves independence, prompting him to run away from home.
He fights with an axe; when powered by a blizzard crystal, it can either turn things to ice upon hard impact or shoot ice from the blade.
