Light heard the system message and saw the notification appear before his retina almost two minutes after parting from Kotegawa Yui. He couldn't hold back a smile.

He hadn't acted that way just for the points, even though they were significant; he sincerely wanted to court her. And, seeing the system notification, it seemed that the conversation he had with her had a positive effect.

Light was in high spirits and decided to directly spend 250 Destiny points, buying five Advanced Training Cards, each valid for 50 days.

"One could say that," Light replied with a smile but didn't go into details.

Though used to it, Light didn't show much reaction to her tease. Then, he pulled something out of his pocket, resembling a credit card in size and shape.

It was golden and eye-catching, with some kind of hidden energy that made people want to keep looking.

"Here, this is for each one of you," Light said, handing out the cards. "For you too, Rias-kaichou."

Rias: "Mm, thank you."

After receiving them, it was Kiba who asked, "Light-san, what is this? What's it for?"

"If you infuse a bit of your power into the card and think of activating it, or even say 'activate' aloud, you will be transported to a different location..." Light began to explain step by step, addressing also the benefits, devices, and how to use.

"I can't accept this," Megumi tried to decline.

Kiba, always alert and ready to act, was surprised by Rias's sudden disappearance and reappearance. He blinked, a bit dazed, before shaking his head and composing himself. "This is incredible, Light-san," he commented, the surprise clear in his voice, but already thinking of the practical implications of that object.

Megumi, typically calm and rational, was momentarily speechless at Rias's demonstration. She looked at the card in her hand, then at Rias, and then at Light, before finally saying, "This is... truly remarkable," the surprise evident in her voice but already pondering the potential applications of this magical card.

Koneko, usually quiet with a neutral expression, showed a rare look of surprise on her face. She looked at the card in her hand and then at Rias, simply saying, "Interesting," the subtle surprise in her voice.

Rias quickly gathered herself. While she was in the special room, she had thought she'd lost a bit more than a month of real time. But, stepping out and observing everyone's reactions, she realized it was real. Though she didn't want to doubt Light, it was a tad too unbelievable.

Only those who had undergone the experience knew how special it was.

Rias said in a serious tone, "You might already know, but I must emphasize. What Light has given us is truly amazing. Everything he mentioned in the introduction doesn't suffice to express the experience I underwent inside. Hence, I advise you to be prepared before using it and, when you do, train hard and don't squander this opportunity that Light has granted us."

"Yes!"

"Yes, buchou!"

Hearing all of this, they couldn't help but take her seriously. They already did when they saw Rias vanish and reappear mere seconds later.

As each of them went in and came back with a changed expression and aura, Light became contemplative.

{Reflecting on the previous plot of Highschool DxD, I recall when Issei Hyoudou became Rias Gremory's servant. It took him a while to control his power, and he couldn't even use magic circles to visit clients, resorting to a bicycle.

Then, there was the incident with Asia where he learned she had been expelled, and so on. He met Freed Sellzen for the first time at a client's house. Freed killed the human who summoned Issei, and they fought, but Issei lost. Asia, shocked at seeing someone dead and Issei trying to heal them, was insulted by Freed, who later began harassing her in front of Issei.

Issei is so infuriating! He confronted Freed again, lost once more, and was gravely injured, while Asia was emotionally scarred. Rias and the Gremory group arrived, took Issei, and left Asia behind with that damned exorcist!

After Issei recovered, he found Asia again. Realizing she had fled from the Fallen Angels, instead of immediately taking her to Rias, he spent time with her on a date—because, of course, that was the most critical thing to do then... Raynare, the Fallen Angel, found them. Issei was beaten up again, nearly dying. Asia healed him, begged for him, only to be abducted by Raynare.

Rias and the group, with Issei, went to save her. Something that could've been avoided had Issei taken her to Rias from the get-go! Issei faced Raynare again, lost, and Asia died, losing her Sacred Gear. Somehow, Issei found the strength to defeat Raynare, but it was Akeno who finished her in the end. Rias revived Asia and restored her Sacred Gear.

Then came Rias' engagement to Riser Phenex. She never wanted it and had to beat him in a Rating Game to cancel the engagement. Issei developed a perverse technique during training, and in the game, he was beaten repeatedly, mostly just stripping the girls... Seriously, is that all he knows? Rias eventually agreed to the engagement to protect the heavily beaten Issei from Riser. But on the official engagement day, Issei barged into the venue, refusing to accept, claiming the student council president's virginity as his own.
