64. Author update

Author Update: Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this far if you're still here. I apologize that this isn't actually a new chapter, but I didn't know how best to notify you of this otherwise. Believe me, it is relevant!

As many of you know, there are only two or three chapters remaining in The Reaper's Muse, so we are very close to the end. Now, it has always been my intention to wait on sharing the last few chapters until I've done a proper read-through and polished the earlier chapters before tying everything up. I may even end up posting a brand new version of it with the final chapters if I end up making lots of revisions (though I will of course keep this old version up to preserve all of your kind comments). In the meantime, I plan to create at least two revisions before I share the final version. To help me with the first revision, I've created a survey that I encourage readers to fill out so I can use your feedback as I revise. It is obviously completely voluntary, but I do value the opinions of my audience and encourage you to at least take a look and see if you have anything to contribute. My second revision will be more detailed. I plan to be a lot more nit-picky and really polish things up, including the final chapters. My hope is to have the final polished version of The Reaper's Muse published before 2024, but I will do my best to share updates as I go. In the meantime, I want to thank you again for all your support and I look forward to sharing the end result of this little passion project.
