Chapter 9 (Adrian) The Message

I swear on the river Styx that the same person that let the hellhound in is the same person that leaked out the Zeus and Poseidon conflict. I agree with Luke. It's shaping up to be like the Trojan War again. Apollo, Ares and Aphrodite are with Poseidon and Athena is backing Zeus. Luke and I were on the porch of the Big House when someone yelled behind us.

"Luke! Adrian!"

We turned around. It was Percy and my sister, Annabeth. Luke grinned. "Percy! Oh hey, hi Annabeth. You guys alright?"

'We're…uh…fine," stammered Annabeth. I could see that she was trying to impress Luke as well as Percy.

"We got some issues down there. Is Grover alright?" I asked.

"I'm here man." Grover popped into our field of view. "What issues?"

"CHIRON HAD TO SEPARATE THE ARES AND ATHENA KIDS FROM FIGHTING AND WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OVER THERE IT'S SO LOUD!" Luke had to yell to be heard.

"I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT!" Annabeth yelled back. She took Grover with her. Now all we could see was Percy.

"YOU ALRIGHT THERE PERCY? HAVE YOU DONE my request yet?" I asked. The noise in the background decreased drastically.

Percy's cheeks reddened. "Not yet. I don't think she'll like it though."

"Nonsense. She'll LOVE it!" I laughed.

Luke looked at me, confused. "What request?"

"It's nothing. Well, nothing that will interest you anyways."

Luke nodded and ran to the basketball court where Sherman Yang of Ares Cabin was fighting with Malcolm Pace of Athena cabin. I turned back to the Iris Message.

"Well I gotta go. Athena and Ares fight. You know who will win." I winked and grinned at Percy and waved my hand through the mist. As soon as the mist disappeared, my smile dropped. There was a traitor at camp and I was going to find out who it was. Suspect number one was already in my head. Suspect number one was Luke. Luke because he was missing when that hellhound appeared. Luke because of how odd he acted at night. Two nights in a row, he was missing from the amphitheatre. Chiron wouldn't let me go search for him. I'm going after him tonight.
