Gin vs Jackie Chun
Of the deepest depths
There were a lot of new underwater moves that Gin now had access to. He learned best by fighting through dungeon after dungeon. His skill was at a level where he could confidently say he would survive the King Piccolo saga.
After training under the intense pressure of the sea with all manner of sea creatures. He couldn't wait to test out his new strength countless hours were spent getting adjusted to the depth. Yet he had not yet reached the bottom level since it was hard to see anything. It began developing his senses, he lost his vision, smell, and hearing underwater it made him reliant on touch. Currently he can feel vibrations but that power was dulled because he was on the surface. Suffering through the intense strange inward pressure of the sea had transformed his body into a bit of a blobfish once he surfaced to quickly. Thankfully gamer's body helped change him back to normal before he had to fight.
They walked in the ring both fighters were getting ready for their bout Gin was swinging his arm in a circle loosing up his shoulder. Gin could feel excitement coursing throughout his veins as he watched Muten Roshi or Jackie Chun enter in the ring opposite of him.
"Are you ready to sit out for a well deserved rest in the bleachers old man" Gin asked politely.
"Young men like you should learn to respect their elders, it is disrespectful" Roshi spoke.
"Are the fighter's ready to start" asked the Announcer
"Im already a father my balls have dropped unlike yours" Gin told Roshi.
"Insolent little brat, you'll be the one sitting" Roshi was angered by Gin.
Jackie Chun vs Gin, Start: Jackie Chun began on the offensive trying to quickly connect an attack on Gin, Gin wasn't going to let his Sensei land a kick so he had to dodge quickly and prepare a counter. Gin flawlessly dodged attack almost getting hit at the speed they were fighting.
Don't get him wrong Master Roshi is an expert combatant but Gin was training for the likes of Frieza and Cell after that he could retire and allow Goku to surpass him. In fact while he was fighting he would remember the hellish training he subjected himself with. The last three years was filled with training in some of the most intense pressure imaginable, fighting off deep sea monsters and living normally under that intensive pressure, making sure he accumulated resistances. Bulma didn't like that he had gone for long periods of time. He still wasn't near the bottom but his power level was still high enough to keep him uninjured when Roshi further increased his speed. Staying submerged in deep water slowed your body down, being cold, blind, death, and hungry. It gave him an advanced predator instinct able to sense movement and catch prey.
Gin had kept an eye on his opponent even as he used multiple techniques to strike. Everything he gotten thrown at didn't really have an effect on his energy or health pool. He felt slower on land than he would have felt after his skill calculations, if this fight happened in the water he would have reacted and even moved faster but every move made by his Old Teacher was being speed up. Master Roshi didn't know how Gin trained or where but much he wasn't out of the fight yet.
Roshi was about to land a hit on Gin but Gin was slow to block it. "Dammit was all my training useless" Gin was thinking to himself. Roshi punched Gin in his stomach making everyone stop for a moment. "Hey old geezer, that didn't even hurt let me show you what a real punch looks like. Gin tightened up his fist and punched Roshi almost sending him towards the edge. It was a punch honed in the depths and causing Jackie to take heavy damage. Gin was thinking about what his training had done for him. Gin wasn't a fast fighter but his power more than made up for suprising his lack of speed. He trained up his resistances, so wait was he a tank, did resistance equal a form of damage reduction overall that was insane.
Jackie Chun had gotten up and wiped the blood from his lip. "You gotten lucky, punk but this time i won't be holding back". This time Chun attacked Gin with a high ammount of power. When it actually Gin it really stung, it was almost like the time Muten Roshi had released a swarm of Honeywasp on them.
Gin second punch stunned Roshi and allowed for a second punch to land but he quickly got away from the third punch. Roshi kept his distance and nursed his body that punch really hurt. Xet smiling at his progress. Roshi would take a careful approach from now on Gin's hits were harder than a what would have been normal. His students were abnormal, Roshi was now out of breath but still he was still in this fight. Quickly he tried multiple strikes to break Gin's defense but was reliant upon speed to avoid Gin's retaliatory strike's. Roshi was keeping Gin at a distance making sure to strike on opportune moments, Roshi's distance tactic had stung when it hit. Gin simply had more energy than Roshi now that his body was able to take more serious damage.
Gin had more stamina and intense power, Roshi had tried to save himself the trouble of a prolonged battle by tossing Gin outside of the ring. Everyone watching the event had gasped when Gin showed off that he could fly using his own powers. The Crane Hermit and his disciples had varying thoughts seeing as how that was a Crain School technique. Gin simply laughed at Jackie Chun for thinking that he studied the Crain School. Well it was true that it was first introduced in the story by the Crain School but seriously they weren't the only ones capable of flying. Beerus Freeza and all the Sayian's on Planet Vegita had long since been capable of flight. Gin had just recreated the technique with his past memory of Dragon Ball. Gin was still full on energy and could fly to increase his speed. "Hey brat who taught you that technique" Crane Hermit Shen
I taught my self old man, it's always when you think you were the first to invent something that you'll realize other's before you had already done it before you" Gin shouted.
"What the hell are you talking about that's our technique your stealing from our Dojo, or could he somehow be able to mimic abilities" Shen thought to himself.
The battle continued ever intensifying Roshi then tried his Kamehameha on Gin. Gin was able to counter it with his own Kamehameha when the two beams met it made for a really amazing lightshow that the crowd loved. Gin had a mission to complete so he was going to show everyone exactly how powerful he was to the whole world. When the two beams met in the middle Jackie Chun was shocked at the higher effects of two Kamehameha's meeting together slowly pushing toward him becoming overwhelmed Roshi got launched but didn't get annihilated. Roshi wasn't a master at a Kamehameha for nothing and still kept up his stance tell the very end. His hands were singed.
At least the old fossil can rest for once while he did all the heavy lifting. Tien was watching the match in anticipation while Hoku cheered as Gin was declared the winner of the round. Well Gin gladly accepted the praise from Goku and Krillin even though both were ready to fight him in the next rounds. Tien and Chaozu were eyeing Gin since they wouldn't be able to knock him outside of the ring.
The next matchup was Krillin and Chouzu
But while this match up was happening Jackie Chun was having a confrontation with a wolfman somewhere else in the stadium. It wasn't really his problem to concern himself with so Gin just focused back on the match itself.
Looking at Krillin currently fighting he was really an innovator when it came to fighting. Gin would go as far as to say Krillin had an amazing talent to play towards his own strengths. The creator of the Distructo Disk in this world full of badass characters he was a fighter able to still keep Goku still on his toes by the end of the Series.
Krillin backed into a corner actually outsmarted his opponent with math. It appeared that the Crain School didn't give remedial education but the Turtle School did. Chouzu, Krillin's opponent wasn't the brightest but technically Chouzu had enough Physic powers to make sure Krillin became unalived. It was a close match since Chouzu kept getting confused easily after Krillin started viciously solving and delivering Chouzu's own math questions against him. That was the final match for today since it had started really early and the sun was soon going to go down. The matches will continue the next day but currently all the food venues had sold out of stock except for local restaurants. Afterward it was agreed on that they would visit Yamcha in the Hospital even though Gin rejected the idea he went along.
Bulma was teasing Krillin with math seeing as that was how he won and granting him an opportunity for an attack. "What's 130,000,000 904,203,271" Bulma asked Krillin. Krillin could be seen counting on his fingers just like Chouzu was doing during the match. It was still funny so they laughed.
Yamcha was currently in the Hospital bed with a broken knee. He had been doing better than before but still was bedridden. Currently Gin was just thinking about what Vegita would have done in this situation instead he just grunted and looked at the door. It was almost nightime and Gin wanted to get more sleep and food.
AN: I wrote a lemon but i should save it until after the tournament is over my plans involving Transformers will hopefully be completed and i hope you like Robot's living life besides humanity in this nineties era anime.
