Et McCoy comprend, après des mois passés à répéter que le premier officier ferait bien de se montrer un peu moins Vulcain, qu'il faut faire attention à ce que l'on souhaite... Sorte de "sickfic psychologique".

This is just a rather humorous short story about Jim Kirk's comment "I ripped my shirt again". How did he rip it the first time?

Spock was not certain of many things which was not surprising since he had lost his world along with his mother but some reason his 'gut' was telling him he would enjoy piecing the puzzle of who his Captain was and what had made James T. Kirk the man he was today.

Spock brings Jim to New Vulcan & the Vulcans are insulting Jim since he's human which upsets Spock because Jim is his friend (future boyfriend). Jim speaks the current language of the Vulcans & Old High Vulcan & knows exactly what they are saying about him but it doesn't bother him. Then some Vulcans decide decides to insult Spock and Jim tells them off and insults them back.
