My pov
I stand beside Jack kang. Today is the interrogation for all dauntless members:Tris ， Maria ， Four ， Alan ， Sam and especially max who is the mafia boss of dauntless. I am dauntless but during the war time， I was always staying with Candor so I don't have motivation to join the attack.
I know that except max， all of them are divergent . Tris even saved four from the simulation so I am sure except max ， all of them are not guilty for the attack
"Jack ， except max ， they are all divergent. They are awake during the simulation." I hesitate for a moment."My sister even saved four from the attack."
"You know what kind of people your husband soon to be is . He was the most devil leader or instructor in dauntless." Jack smirks."I have to put them under truth serum."
"Delia ， don't argue with him. We will corporate." Alan sighs
They are all tight up by rope. I look at Jack and take out my gun . I aiming at his forehead .
"Untied them or I will kill you." I hissed
"Do you dare to kill me ?" Jack kang laughs
"If you know my secret ， then you may know do I dare or not." I raise my eye brows."Do you want to know my secret?"
Jack stares at me for a long time. I know that he does because he was my ex boyfriend .
"Yeap I want ." Jack nods at me
"So untied them." I command him
He looks at his people . They untied all of them .
"My name is Delia prior ." I walk back and forth like when I was a leader who watched the training in dauntless compound."I wasn't born in Chicago. I was born in the city called Detroit. Over there I was considered as dauntless born because my grandma was there . When I was 13， I became the ambassador there so when I got here ， I already know how to fight. The dauntless over there is unharmed so Jack don't you think here are some people belong there standing right above you?"
Everyone raise their head . I am sure that they have seen black clothed men.
"So what do you want."
"You can question them but only i have the right to decide their fate even max." I fold my arms."You dare to kill them. They will all kill you and your two daughters"
Elizabeth and Elisa are kidnapped by me . When I was an initiate， they tried to kill me after stage two ranking were up. They even killed Edward in his sleep.
"I will do as you said."
Alan's pov
I am staring at Delia. She isn't from here? This is the biggest secret which hunt down her nightmare every day. She screams in her dreams and I was puzzled about it.
When I asked her mom， her mom also refused to tell me. I am the first because I am one of the leader . Delia gets a syringe and walks toward me
"It will be very quick. Don't resist it okay." She kisses my lips."I love you no matter what you have done."
She injects me with the needle . My sight starts to become blurry. I shake myself unable to awake from my daze .
"Let's the truth set you free."
It is only what I hear from Delia . I stand still. I don't remember for how long does the serum sinks in.
"What's your name ?" Jack kang asks
"Alan Davis ." This is quiet easy.
"Where did you born and which faction did you choose." Jack kang continues to ask
This one is little painful because I felt shame of coming from a family which has physical abused
"I was from Candor and choose dauntless." I wince
"So do you know the plan?" Jack claps his hand
"Yes I knew it." I nod my head
There is a complete silence . I don't know what to expect next
"So why don't you leave the compound or did you ever want to leave?"
"I wanted to but something failed me . I met this girl called Delia who is from abnegation and I fall in love with her . I can't leave her alone." I cry.
"Okay Alan ， the result of the interrogation is that you are not guilty of the attack." Jack kang says."Thank you for your honesty."
I sigh with relief . I fall into someone's arm. I recall my consciousness and I see that is Delia who is helping me to stand
"Alan， I never know that I stop your plan." Delia hugs me."I am sorry. You should be safe."
"Babe ， without you that makes me more dangerous ." I kiss her lips.
I wrap her in my arms . She is so soft.
"Why you don't tell me the secret." I ask her
"I didn't want to hurt anyone." Delia lowers her head
"You aren't going to hurt me ." I shake my head
I grab her face . She smells like rose . She is crying.
"Stop crying." Jack kang is frustrated
"Shut up you Mr kang. I should be the one who care about this ." I am angry
My pov
I lean into his arm. He originally could get away from this but he met me . He falls in love with me . I was the one who drags him down in the water not him. I kiss his lips. We have been staying away from each other for too long since the attack.
"Four you are next." Jack points at four
Four walks toward us without saying the word . He will reveal his real name in front all the dauntless members even he is divergent. I take the needle from the box . Tris looks painful at me . I shake my head
I know that how much she loves him and seeing him under the influence of serum will also hurt her.
"It will be finished soon." Alan comforts four. "Just let yourself embrace the truth."
"Let's the truth set you free." Jack says the same thing.
"Let me ask Jack." I fold my arms.
"Sure ." Jack gives me his place
I will ask the same questions but quicker .
"What's your real name ." I frown
"Tobias Eaton." Four swallows hard
"Where did you born and which faction did you chooses ?" I ask
I know where did he comes from but this is protocol.
"I was from abnegation and chose dauntless." Four answers
"Did you ever heard about the plan ?" I fold my arms
"Yes I did sort of but I also want to leave with Alan." Four looks at my direction
I don't know that he is looking at me or Alan.
"Why didn't you leave?" I am worried the reason will be my sister .
"I met this girl called tris who was from abnegation. I fall in love with her and I can't leave her alone." He coughs
"Okay the result of your interrogation is that you are not guilty of the attack." I sigh with relief. "Thank you for your honesty ."
Tris and Maria pass the test also Sam. Sam isn't divergent so he can't control the serum. However tris did kill will but under stressed
"Max your turn."
I know that he is guilty because he was the one who started it with Jeanine . Someone runs toward me .
"Delia, Sasha is pregnant ." The soldier says quietly.
"What Sasha is pregnant ?" I am shocked.
Sasha is alan's sister and also Max's wife . So I can't kill max then because otherwise , the baby is going to lose a father.
"Sasha is ……." Alan is staring at me
"So we can't kill max ." I shake my head
Alan Davis pov
My sister is pregnant . Delia is shocked . I know that she is also pregnant and it is already two months already . I wrap my arms around her waist.
"We have to finish his interrogation when we are back in dauntless compound ." Delia stands straight .
"No , we have to deal with him." Evelyn steps up
She is the leader of factionless and Tobias mom.
"You don't." I walk toward her . "I know why you hate him so much because he was your ex husband."
Delia claps her hand . Bunch of black clothed men surrender evelyn.
"Jason , my favorite initiate back in Detroit. He is even greater than four . Jason can you please escort max back to our compound ." Delia smiles at him
"Yes Delia. I will do everything as you asked." He turns around and drags max with him
"You Delia are betraying the faction system and also dauntless." Evelyn shouts
I shake my head . I am the new mafia boss now for dauntless.
"Not quiet . I am the mafia boss now . I decide that she is betraying or not. Let's go." I wave at rest of them
Zeke and Uriah are at headquarter and also other are too. We leave with factionless members yelling inside our ears.
Delia is having the baby so I have to drive her . I will take four and her sisters together
"Where is Caleb ?" Delia asks
"I don't know ." Maria shrugs
"I will find him don't worry." I pat her hand
I drive them back to headquarter . Zeke and Jessica are awaiting
"Sasha is giving birth." Jessica is worried
"What hell is that? She is just seven months" Delia shouts. " that is impossible."
"Let's go see her . You have to calm down babe ." I kiss her
She walks with us to sasha's room. Sasha is screaming and max is waiting.
"What did you do to Sasha?" I grab his collar
"I didn't . She saw me and she fainted ." Max shakes his head .
"Of course she would. What have you done , then she all knows about it." Delia smirks
Then we hear baby cries . A nurse comes out with baby
"How is mom." Four asks
"She is okay. She needs to rest." Nurse nods at him
Four is Max's step son and when max divorced evelyn, he met Sasha . After they married , four and Charlie surprisingly love her .
"We will come back later . Dad, should I still call you that? You should stay with mom." Four sighs .
