Touya road quietly in the back of the sleek, black car. His father sat at his side, staring out the window in the opposite direction of young Touya. The driver said nothing. He simply drove the vehicle down the unfamiliar path.

The road was lined with trees and all sorts of forestry. It had been an hour since Touya had even seen a building... "Father, how much further is this great training facility?" He asked, annoyed at the fact he had to wait. However, he was glad his father had finally struck a deal with him. All Touya had to do was prove himself to the administration here at the Heroes Public Safety Commission, and then his father would let him apply to UA and become a real hero just like him. He could hardly wait to show him just how amazing he could really be.

Enji cleared his throat as he had been silent most of the ride but decided to give an answer to the small question the boy posed. "It isn't much farther, Touya. Really, you shouldn't be so eager for such a thing." he grumbled out tiredly.

He laughed to his father. "Oh, come on, Father. Im going to do excellently and be home in no time at all. Im certain you'll be so proud of me, Father." His smile was so bright. He was so, so happy that Enji was finally giving him an opportunity to prove his worth. He wasn't going to remain in the shadow of Shoto.

His father, on the other hand, didn't make a comment. He knew the truth. He simply couldn't bring himself to tell Touya. He prayed this would work. He needed Touya to give up on being a hero. He didn't want his son to die following a goal he could obviously never achieve.

Soon enough, just as Enji had told him, the car pulled up to a facility. The building was large and loomed, seeming miles over the wooded area that surrounded it. There were no windows except on the top three floors and only one set of doors here at the bottom. The driver parked getting out before opening the door for the Todoroki's.

Enji stepped out, looking over the facility with scrutiny before petting Touya's head. The driver fetched Touya's bag he had packed and handed it to the smaller boy. Enji walked him to the door and sighed, unsure what to really say at such a moment. "Do not give these people a hard time, Touya. Do what you're told, and if you decide this place is too much, call home, and I will come get you. There isn't any shame in that." he expressed

Touya smirked his devilish little smirk and shook his head. "What? Are you kidding, old man? hah! You said if I pass, you'll let me become a hero! I'll never back down! I'll be a great hero! You just watch me, Dad! Watch me, and I'll make you so proud!" He declared with glistening eyes.

Damn, it hurt to know what hell awaited him. But he had to give this shit up. He would burn alive as a hero. There was no way he could do it. Enji nodded and turned, leaving Touya there as he got back into the car to begin the journey back to the Todoroki estate.

Touya stepped into through the large doors. His small frame struggled to push them open while dragging his bag in. However, he stopped when he saw two grown men waiting. "Uhm... Excuse me. I'm Touya Todoroki. I am supposed to be coming here for the special hero training program?" He told one, unsure where to go or how to get there.

The first man was rather tall with crimson red hair and bright yellow eyes. He wore a rather tailored suit that fit his body rather well, however in Touya's opinion the colors were a bitch much. A purple suit? Eh, he wasn't a fashion major. Beside that man, though, was another also in a suit with blonde hair and four arms. The first acknowledges Touya in a peculiar way. "Strip." was all he said.

Touya blinked, confused and rather uncomfortable from the strangers blunt command. "I- What?" he asked awkwardly, terribly uncomfortable from the start.

"Set your bag on the table and strip." He said again. "We don't got all day, kid." he added his tone a bit more gruff than one would anticipate from someone who works with kids.

Touya uncomfortably nodded and pulled off his shirt. His fair skin lightly burned with hues of pink to his soft skin. Next, he went his pants as he folded and laid them on the table as the man had instructed him. His bright blue eyes peered at the men waiting for some instruction. The second man's extra arms reached in a cupboard behind them, pulling out a pair of grey pants, a white shirt, and a grey button-up shirt to go over that. "Get dressed." He said as he went through his bag with his other arms.

Touya carefully and obediently shimmied his way into the pants, pulling them up before tilting his head. "Hey... That's my stuff... What are you doing?" he asked before pulling the shirt on and buttoning the other over it.

From his bag, all of his clothes, toys, pictures, everything besides his hygenic supplies were taken and stored in a bag with his name written on the front. The bag was handed back in a rather blunt, uncaring manner. "Here. These are what you're allowed to bring in."

Touya didnt argue and took the bag back in his hand not seeming to phased but damn was he having some rather intense concerns about this facility... Maybe this was just the sort of weird shit heroes had to deal with sometimes though. He could handle it. He certainly wasn't about to call it quits and go home.

Takashi Nensho, the red head prementioned, cleared his throat to summon the small boys attention. "Follow me." he said simply.

Touya followed closely looking over the other's bright red hair. It looked like his, minus the weird white bits that started when his dad wouldn't train with him anymore. He looked up to him innocently, "So do you have a fire quirk like me and my father? your hair is super red like o-" but before he could finish his statement he was cut off.

"My quirk is none of your concern. In this facility you'll be put through your regularly scheduled classes to not fall behind as well as classes for heroes training. You'll be issued a schedule and be given a roommate. Your roommate will be in charge of showing you around." He explained. "You have forfitted your name. Here you will go by your hero allias. Inferno." he explained. "Now, your room is number 361." he expressed walking him down the halls through a set of automatic doors that opened with a keycard that sat on the man's neck.

Touya followed closely. The halls were bright with fluorescents, and so so quiet. Teens and kids were in their rooms but the place gave off the feeling that they were more like cells. There were cameras everywhere and the way the staff watched him made Touya uneasy. They came to a room with lable 361 on it's door. He waited as the man entered a code making the door unlock and click open.

The young boy furrowed his brow "You lock us in?" he asked confused and uncertain of his situation.

He nodded "We do. There are times you're allowed out and there are times you are not. Now... Go meet your room mate." he said simply.

Touya stepped inside the small room. there was a desk pressed to the wall and a wardrobe with seemed to be filled with more grey uniforms. a small trashcan set beside that and next to that was a bunkbed. The bottom bunk had nothing on it whatsoever while above the top bunk was an Endeavor poster and seemed a wadded up mess of blankets with crimson feathers scattered through it as well as on the floor.

"Hawks." the adults voice called out as a small blonde haired boy with little bright red wings popped his head out from the mess on the top bunk "Hm? Taka. hiya! Oh! I have a new room mate?" he asked with an excited flutter of his wings as he jumped off the bunk and fluttered down to the other boys level. Touya was a a few inches taller than him but Keigo paid no mind as he bowed politely. "Heya– Welcome to the heroes public safety commission! My names K-Mm... Hawks! heh"
