Class B of the Elite
Alright. I for now have finished the specialized story and here, a new story begins! And it's inspired by the many Class B stories in Wattpad!
Important notes
1. Ayanokouji will at least contribute for the class and he'll display some emotions. Oh right, he's in Class B
2. Horikita and Karuizawa will become his major allies despite being in Class D
3. Same adaptation from the anime but with some content similar to my specialized one and different with some from the LNs. Will also do some mixing and addition new content from the LNs. I think
4. The White Room is extinct. For now, but there'll be flashbacks
Season 1 Episode 1
At a bus stop, there are some people waiting for the bus to arrive. Some of them are students as seen from the school uniforms they're dressed in and among them is the main protagonist. Kiyotaka Ayanokouji.
This might be sudden, but I'd like you to think about this: Are human beings truly equal? Modern society would always demand the need for equality. As a great man once said, "Heaven does not create one person above or below another." However, it does not end there. It actually says we're equal at birth, but then gaps start to appear as the result of one's academic effort or lack thereof. At any rate, humans are such creatures capable of thinking for themselves. Equality may be a false concept, but our inequality remains a difficult thing to accept.
The bus soon arrived and those waiting boarded it. Once all got onboard, it drove off and unfortunately, one student missed it. How sad and disappointing.
Now inside, Ayanokouji is seated and waiting when, "Excuse me...could you give up your seat?" He shift his gaze at an attractive and alluring teenage girl with pink hair and purple eyes speaking to a well-built young man of above average height with straight shoulder-length blonde hair and brown eyes and seated on, "That's a priority seat. I think you should let this elderly lady sit there." The girl told him and indeed there's an elderly lady beside her and she has a walking cane. As for Ayanokouji, he somehow was staring at the girl.
"My, my, alluring pretty girl. While it may be a priority seat, I have no obligation to relinquish it. You want me to give up my seat just because I am young?" The young man asked as he chuckled and continued on. "Nonsense truly. Even if I am young, standing consumes more stamina than sitting. Why should I do something so detrimental with no benefit to myself?" Was he asking a question? Likely because, "I think you'll be contributing to society. And this lady seems to be having trouble staying upright..." The girl replied as the elderly lady just watched and listened at their conversation.
"I have no interest in contributing to society." The young man replied as he posed with his left hand adjusting one of his hair fringes. "Besides, what about those sitting on regular seats? The difference between priority and regular seats seems rather trivial to me." That really struck some people on their hearts. Regardless, the elderly lady thanked the girl and assured that she's fine but still, "Excuse me! Would any of you be willing to give up your seat?" The girl asked the passengers as some appeared to be too restricted in their actions while Kiyotaka shifted his gaze at a teenage girl reading a book. He then looked back at the girl for a moment. In silence, he stood up and left his seat open as the elderly lady noticing this went to take the seat. "Thank you young man." She thanked him and he just nodded in humility.
Now standing in the bus, Ayanokouji waited and the pink-haired girl took notice of him with interest and a bright smile on her cute face. Things will soon get interesting between them.
A while later, the bus arrived and stopped at a bus station. The doors opened and those students alighted including Ayanokouji as he set his sight at the school. "So I'll be attending school here huh?" He thought as a couple of students are already entering the school via the front entrance.
Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School. A school built by the Japanese Government to nurture young people who will support the country in the future. It boasts a hundred percent employment and college entry rate and with absolute state-directed teaching methods, it gives it's best in pursuing the nation's desired future.
Just then, "Hey." Ayanokouji stopped looking and it appears that the girl he looked at in the bus just now called out to him. She has long black hair with one braid tied with a white bow as well as gradient red eyes. Plus, she somewhat has a stern look. "You were looking at me on the bus. Why's that?" She asked.
There was silence as the wind blows and the 2 of them are staring at each until, "Oh. My bad. I just noticed the book you're reading." Ayanokouji answered.
"I see. Well if nothing else, I'm off. The entrance ceremony will begin soon and if I were you, you better get there on time." The girl then made her move as Ayanokouji watched and after that, he too entered the school. High school life begins here and now.
Inside the High School...
The entrance ceremony is in progress and right now, the Student Council President, Manabu Horikita started his welcoming speech to the new freshmen.
It sure is boring to the majority though Ayanokouji did a little observation. On his left side, he can see a short, petite girl with lilac hair listening to the speech and behind her is a tall and buff male student with a bald head also listening. Both students are at the front.
On his right, he can see a male student with magenta hair listening with his eyes closed and frowning for reason unknown and behind him is a tall, black and muscular male student who also appears to be large and wears sunglasses.
Beside their class, he can see a few boys yawning or feeling bored and his eyes caught sight of the girl he met outside the school just now.
And finally, he observed his own class. Pretty decent at least until he caught sight of the pink-haired girl from the bus. "We're in the same class I see..." He thought as the speech remains ongoing.
After the entrance ceremony, he made his way to Class B which is the class he's assigned to. When he arrived, "It seems I'm the first..." He thought as he made his way to a seat at the corner in the back and by the window as he placed his bag down, took a seat and waited by first, looking around the entire classroom and after that, looked out at the window. Minutes passed and other students arrived and settled down. He paid no attention to his surroundings until the pink-haired girl he noticed just now entered the class and she's with 5 other girls as they laughed and chatted together.
"Whoa. She made that many friends already?" He thought for his attention now is drifted towards her and now, the whole class of 25 students is all present and with that, the girl went to the front and made the first move. "Hi everyone! Starting today, we'll be classmates for the next 3 years. Let's all get along and introduce ourselves! A good start for our class."
This hyped the class as some cheered and with that, "Alright, I'll go first. My name's Ichinose Honami and it's nice to meet all of you! I plan to join the student council and I look forward to working with you all together as friends!"
Everyone cheered and applauded her as, "She's got potential to lead the class with this unique energy she has in herself." Ayanokouji thought with admiration when a blue-haired boy with purple eyes made the next move, "My turn! The name's Shibata Sou! Nice to meet you guys! I'm into soccer and I intend to join the soccer club in this school!" Everyone also appluaded for him as the next intro begins.
"I'm Kanzaki Ryuji. I have no interests or hobbies but I'll make sure this class does it's best and stays out of trouble."
"Alright then! I'm Amikura Mako and it's nice to meet you all! I enjoy shopping and fashion! That's all and let's have fun in this school together!"
"My name is Shiranami Chihiro and I like to paint pictures in my free time. I also plan to join the art club in this school."
"What's up everyone! The name's Watanabe Norihito! But you guys can also call me Nori for short! That's all and thank you!"
Following him, others introduced themselves. There's Kobashi Yume, Hamaguchi Tetsuya, Beppu Ryouta, Andou Sayo, Minamikata Kozue and Himeno Yuki. Ayanokouji then did some deep thinking as the intros continue on.
This is a very interesting class. Every student here emitted a positive energy during their introductions. How will I determine my standing? Too much to think about and it's not like I have a few hobbies or talents anyway. I'm just a white bird flying freely without guidance
"And finally, it's your turn!" It was at that moment that Honami pointed at him and he realized it. "Um...my turn?"
"Yeah. All of us introduced ourselves and you're the last." Kanzaki told him.
"Oh well. Better make the most of it. For the sake of my high school life..." So Ayanokouji stood up and did his intro. "Uh...hi. I'm Ayanokouji Kiyotaka. Ummm...I don't do much in my life but still...I'll do my best to contribute for this class...that is all." He sat down and earned some decent applause. "Well that was sort of messed up." He thought when, "Good morning class!"
Ooh. The teacher has arrived as the whole class settled down. She stumbled her way to the front and began homeroom period. "Intriguing...she had too much to drink." Ayanokouji thought and accurately deduced her current state.
"I am your homeroom teacher of Class 1-B. Chie Hoshinomiya and I'll be having fun teaching you all for the next 3 years!" She then hiccupped leaving the whole class a bit stunned as, "First, you'll get these school rule books. Those at the front, please pass it down." The students obeyed and soon enough, all had a copy.
"We have special rules at this school. First, you will live in dorms and while in school, your ability to leave campus and contact the outside world will be limited. But don't worry, this school has a variety of facilities lined up. All your daily needs can be found here including entertainment and various creature comforts like cinemas, karaoke, gym, sports centres, etc." The teacher then took out her handphone which is the one the school issues to the students and teaching staff. "To buy things or make purchases, you will use points stored in the school's official computer system in your handphones. You can buy anything using points and they are allocated on the first day of each month. One point equals one yen and you have been allotted 100,000 points for this month."
"Did she say 100,000?"
"Unbelievable!"
"Cool! Plentiful and enough to do some shopping!"
While some are excited over the massive amount of private points, a few like Kanzaki and Ayanokouji had some doubts about it. "Impressed by the vast allotment? Hee! Hee! This school judges students based on their proficiency. You have already received significant value just for being admitted here. Now, any questions before I end the homeroom period?"
Only silence filled the class atmosphere. "Sensei, I have 3 questions to ask." Ayanokouji stood up as all eyes are on him.
"One, how many private points will we get next month?"
"I can't answer that but I can only advise you to be careful. Tee! Hee! Hee!" Chie-sensei answered.
"Two, why are there security cameras above us in this classroom?"
"Wait, what?" Shibata asked as Kanzaki looked up. "He wasn't kidding. There are about 4 security cameras in the classroom!" Everyone can see that and this made Honami more interested in Ayanokouji as she stared at him in amazement.
For the answer, "I also can't answer that but same thing, be careful. Tee! Hee! Hee!" Chie-sensei answered and hiccupped again.
"And three, for this is related to the first 2 questions I asked just now, is there a school system that decides the fate of our class standing and overall, everything that happens here?"
That question left the entire class thunderstruck. "My goodness...it's like as if he knew of it already!" Chie-sensei thought and smiled gleefully. "I really can't answer that but you may find out soon..."
"Very well." Ayanokouji then sat down and interestingly, "Ayanokouji-kun sure has strong and keen instincts. I've got to know more about him and all that he asked!" Honami thought with a smile.
After that...
Outside the convenience store, Fairy Mart 7, Ayanokouji just arrived. "This is where I can get the basic necessities and-"
"Ayanokouji-kun!" He looked behind to see Honami catch up to him. "Planning to shop for some needs?"
"Sort of..." He replied as, "Tell me something, what's with those questions? Honami asked. "Nothing much. Just had this feeling that the stage has been set for our class." He replied. "Omoshiroi." She replied as they went inside.
There, they shopped for the required necessities until it's time for the payment. Ayanokouji scanned his phone on the scanner and the payment is successful. "It really does work like money." He noticed as his balance is shown being deducted in his phone.
25 students per class and 4 classes per grade, there's 300 students in total. If each student gets 100,000 points per month, that's 360 million per year. A bit sketchy even if it's government-funded...
Right now, Honami is in the midst of payment when he caught sight of the very same girl he met outside the school just now also shopping for her necessities. She too noticed him as, "What an unpleasant coincidence."
"You don't have to be that cautious." He replied as she looked away. And then, "Well, we met just now by the school gates and now, here. Why not we try getting along. I'm Ayanokouji Kiyotaka of Class 1-B. What's your name?" He began a new conversation but she said nothing. Still, "You can at least tell me that can't you?" He asked. "Would it bother you if I refuse to answer?" She asked first. "No but it doesn't suit me right to not know the name of the person." He replied and it actually makes sense because the girl sighed to herself, looked at him with eye contact and, "I'm Horikita Suzune of Class 1-D."
"Horikita? Sounds like the president's-" But he was cut off as she resumed her shopping while he just stood there in observation mode. "Ayanokouji-kun!" Honami finished her purchase and met up with him. "Shall we get going?"
"Alright let's go." He replied and then, "Free?" Horikita noticed some basic necessities under the 'free' section. "I guess it's to help people who over-spend their points?" Ayanokouji guessed as he and Honami observed the section with her. "Even though there's already 100,000 points issued to us this month? This school is quite indulgent." Horikita stated. "You could be right on that one. No wonder Ayanokouji-kun asked about next month's allotment which raises more suspicion on our first allotment." Honami stated and it surprised Horikita. "Was this...a clue?" She thought when Ayanokouji saw something outside and went to investigate.
Outside, a red-haired male student is seen confronting 3 other students.
"You're in Class 1-D aren't you?" The first one asked.
"And what if I am?"
"Now, now, now that's no way to talk to your senpais." The second one spoke up proudly.
"SHUT UP! I don't care if you're my senpais! You wanna fight or not? I'll take all 3 of you!"
"Heh. Since it's your first day, we'll overlook this." The second senpai stated as he and his peers took their leave. "After all, you and your classmates are already defective products. The real hell has yet to come for you people." The third senpai added as they left and by then, Ayanokouji just exit the store as the red-haired student out of loose anger turned to kick some recycling bin but was stopped by him.
"I won't do that if I were you."
"HA? And why the hell should I not do it?!" He asked when Ayanokouji pointed above, a security camera. Seeing this cooled him down. "Fine...I guess I should thank you for that. Sudou Ken's the name and I'm from Class 1-D. And you're name?"
"Ayankouji Kiyotaka of Class 1-B." He introduced himself and they shook hands. After that, "Sudou, have you spent your points?"
"Well I didn't even start yet!"
"Good. I suggest you save more than you spend." He replied as Honami and Horikita came out. "Anything happened just now?" Honami asked.
"Nothing much, Just saved this fellow classmate from getting into trouble." Ayanokouji replied as he explained to them what happened. "Not bad. Though we're in different classes, you got the nerve to save him since he's in the same class as me..." Horikita commended.
"And you weren't kidding about the security cameras. They do record any action. Even in class." Honami exclaimed and this made Horikita more surprised. "Anyway, nice meeting you Horikita-san!" She then left for the dorms with Ayanokouji as Horikita watched them. "Those 2...today they have unveiled secrets of this elite school. It could definitely benefit my class and maybe...maybe they can help me..." As for Sudou, he already went inside to do his shopping.
Some time later...
Ayanokouji and Honami are on their way to the dorms as they opened another conversation. "The fact that the senpais are taunting him for being in Class D is rude and immature." Honami spoke first.
"True. But it has unveiled something else." Ayanokouji spoke next. "I believe there's a hierarchy."
"Hierarchy?"
"Yeah. There are 4 classes right?"
"Yes. Class A to D." Honami then stopped. "You're right. There is..."
"Another hint assuming that a school system exists." said Ayanokouji.
"So the private points, security cameras and the hierarchy among the 4 classes...they all connect to-"
"Exactly Ichinose." Ayanokouji finalized as, "Sugoi. You're really smart are you Ayanokouji-kun?" Honami asked. "No. I'm just observant and it was this gut feeling that convinced me to investigate all this. Plus, I sort of have strong instincts." He replied. "Still, it was impressive that you nailed out the hints." Honami replied as they arrived at the dorms.
"Before anything Ichinose, can you hold a class meeting tomorrow?"
"Sure Ayanokouji-kun. But why me?"
"One, the whole class trust you a lot especially when you took charge to enable the bonds between students. Two, I prefer to stay in the background and not get too much attention focused on me. Nevertheless, I'll back you up."
"I understand."
The next day...
It wasn't before long that groups are being formed and we have 15 minutes left till the first lesson begins.
So true. Chihiro, Yume and Kozue are seen making after-school plans and Hamaguchi and Beppu are planning to check out the library. As for Ayanokouji, he just looked out at the window from his desk. He then checked the time via his phone and looked up to see Honami looking at him. A nod from him to signal her took effect as she went to the front and everyone took notice of her. "Minna. May I have your attention?"
"We're already waiting for you to speak." Himeno called out.
"Good. Remember the questions Ayanokouji-kun asked yesterday?" Honami brought up and yes, the class still remembers them. "I believe Ayanokouji-kun has hinted out something regarding the school. So let me ask you, what are your opinions about our private points allotment?"
"It's really a lot for high school students like us." Kozue answered.
"Yeah I was so skeptical about it." said Hamaguchi.
"Agreed. Because I believe we may not exactly get 100,000 private points next month." Honami revealed to the class. "Yesterday in a convenience store, there were some free items left out for students who blew up too many of their points."
"Yikes." said Shibata.
"Come to think of it, I went to buy a soda at a vending machine and noticed that while the drinks cost points, water is an exception." Hamaguchi brought up.
"So you bought soda or took the free water?" Shibata asked.
"Well I took the free water. I can buy the soda another day." Hamaguchi answered him.
"Alright. Back to the topic, besides the unexpected free items, what else do you assume that we'll not get exactly 100,000 private points?" Beppu asked with his hand raised.
"I was coming to that and this has something to do with the security cameras in this classroom." Honami answered.
"Oh right. Why would a school put security cameras in a place like this?" Shibata asked when Kanzaki thought of it and stood up. "During class, what if the teacher is teaching us something and half of the class here is talking to each other, sleeping or using their phones during the lessons? These are the common distractions seen in class. So what do you guys notice in the scenario I created?"
"Ohhh...the cameras will record our actions and most likely it'll affect our points!" Yume exclaimed. "Exactly. It's no surprise that Ayanokouji was the first to notice them but yes, he saved our skins early." Kanzaki commented as, "And now for the last question, Ayanokouji-kun? You assume that a school system exists in this school right?" Honami asked him.
He was silent for several seconds as all stared at him. He then stood up and answered. "It was this gut feeling in me that allows me to assume that such a school system like this exists. In fact, there's more to it." He then told the class the story about his encounter outside the convenience store. "4 classes in total so at the bottom is Class D labelled as defectives followed by the 2 classes including ours and Class A which is on top of everything."
"A hierarchy like this can exist in this school? Sounds like a challenge is in place." said Kanzaki. "Anyway, what's the plan now that you guys unveiled a lot of those important factors?"
"I was coming to that. Class B will test out the important factors together." Honami declared. "Like some sort of experiment?" Mako asked and she nodded. "And what should we do to run the test?" Chihiro asked. "Simple. During class, we must be on our best behaviour. No chatting with each other, no handphone usage, no sleeping, no lateness in class attendance and no other distractions. Also, try not to spend too much of your points. Like what was discussed just now, we may not get exactly 100,000 private points but we'll still test it out so manage your points like how you manage your pocket money."
"Sounds like a decent plan. So be it." said Himeno.
"I'm down with this plan!" said Kozue.
"Yeah! Let's aim to be the best class ever! Who knows? But let's do this!" Mako cheered.
"Oh yeah!" Beppu agreed.
And soon enough, the whole class cheered and had the strong will to follow the plan. "Perfect, I won't have to worry much. They got the full message on how something impossible would soon be proven to be possible and existing in reality in this elite school." Ayanokouji thought when Chie-sensei showed up. "Ooh. Did I interrupt you guys?"
"Nope. We just finished." Honami replied as she went back to her desk and with that, the first lesson begins with the teacher teaching English.
For the plan, everyone followed it for through out the morning classes, no one talked with each other, used their handphones and even took naps or doze off. The security cameras by now are recording everything occurring in class.
Some time later...
Lunch break is on as many of the students have already left to get a bite. Ayanokouji on the other hand is now staring at the window when, "Ayanokouji. Wanna join us for lunch?" He looked to his right to see Kanzaki, Shibata and Norihito.
"Sure thing Kanzaki."
"Great! Let's go." He replied as he stood up and joined them.
It now cuts to the school cafeteria as the 4 boys are seated down hungry for lunch. Ayanokouji bought a lunch set consisting of a bowl of white rice with a plate containing 2 large pieces of torikatsu and a bowl of coleslaw, Kanzaki bought a bowl of ramen with a small plate of tempura, Shibata bought a double bacon cheese burger with fries and Norihito bought spaghetti bolognese with meatballs and shredded cheese along with a side dish of chicken tenders. Plus, all 4 boys had cans of soda.
"Well, time to dig in. Itadakimasu." said Kanzaki as the boys began eating. "Man, this is some grub!" Shibata described as he took a bite from his burger. "Yeah. It's better than that vegetable set which looks awful." said Kanzaki when they all looked at him. "What are you talking about?" Norihito asked. "Well...when we were buying our lunches, I noticed some students in which they're our senpais eating that set. Not appetizing if you ask me." Kanzaki stated. "Right...I caught a glimpse of it since I was first in line. Just a bowl of rice with 5 vegetable dishes of any variety and a bowl of miso soup." Shibata brought. "Plus it's free."
"So depending on the experiment Ichinose planned, this is why we have to manage our points." said Kanzaki. "The massive allotment will easily make us assume that we can spend as much as we like without thinkin logically." said Ayanokouji as he ate a tempura. "So that's why you asked about next month's allotment! It's like you knew something's fishy about it!" said Norihito as he sipped his soda. "Damn you sure have strong instincts!" Shibata exclaimed. "Indeed. Without the questions you asked yesterday, who knows what will happen to our class if most of us are ignorant of our surroundings." Kanzaki added as he ate some of ramen.
As they continued eating, an announcement was made about a club fair taking place in the gymnasium at 5pm. "Nice. Who wants to go? I'm gonna sign up for the soccer club!" Shibata asked as he ate a french fry.
"I'm not interested in joining but I'll tag along and see if anything interests me." said Kanzaki.
"Same." said Norihito. "What about you Ayanokouji?"
"Hmmm...my answer is the same as you guys." He replied.
"Oh yeah! We get to hang out after school as friends!" Shibata cheered as they continued eating their lunches.
After classes...
It now cuts to the gymnasium as students are seen checking out the booths for the various club activities. Some of the club members are promoting their activity while others managed their respective booths explaining the details to newcomers and handling registrations.
The 4 boys have arrived as Shibata dashed off to sign up for the soccer club. "I guess the 3 of us will be looking around then." said Kanzaki as the 3 boys took a walk around the club fair. In the midst of it, "Hey! You guys are here too?"
Surprisingly, Honami, Yume, Mako and Kozue showed up. "Yeah. Shibata dashed off to sign up for the soccer club." said Norihito.
"Sayo-chan went to sign up for the volleyball club while Chihiro-san went to sign up for the art club." said Mako.
"Is it just me or the girls have started addressing each other by their first names?" Ayanokouji wondered when he noticed something.
As for the others, they're in the midst of chatting when, "Hey, have anyone seen Ayanokouji?" Kanzaki noticed as looked around. "Odd. Where did that poker face go?" Yume asked when they heard classical music being played. "It sounded like Yiruma's "River Flows in You." said Mako as they went to follow the music.
And soon enough, "No way!" Norihito exclaimed for at the area meant for the music club, Ayanokouji is on the piano doing his magic.(Not literally)And all those around him are astonished including his peers. "Wait...I thought he said in his intro that he doesn't do much...unless..." Honami appeared to have thought of it and smiled in admiration of his piano skills because by the time he finished, everyone applauded for him. "That's some classical skill you displayed man! Wanna join the music club?" A third year male senpai asked him.
"No thanks. I just want to do a little keying."
"Alright. Feel free to drop in if you feel like it." The senpai replied as Ayanokouji rejoined the others. "Tell me something, one of your hidden talents Ayanokouji-kun?" Mako asked. "Sort of." He replied as, "It was beautiful and magnificent." Honami told him with a bright smile. Apparently, this has made Mako see something in her as she smirked about it. And then, Chihiro, Andou and Shibata rejoined them as the group continued exploring the club fair together with the exception of Honami for she went ahead to sign up for the student council.
After the event...
"Say Ayanokouji-kun, wanna grab dinner together?"
"Uh...sure?" Ayanokouji replied as they left the school for the rest of their peers went their way earlier before them. Heading to Keyaki Mall, "So did you get any details or info when signing up for the student council?"
"Not much. They'll update me soon." Honami replied and along the way, "Oh look! It's Kushida-san from Class D!" she noticed her as the short beige haired girl is seen walking with 2 of her friends, Kokoro and Mori. And she noticed them, "Ichinose-san! Good to see you!"
"Same thing Kushida-san!" The 2 girls exchanged greetings and, "Is he your boyfriend Ichinose-san?"
"W-Well...uh...n-no! We're just friends!" She replied shaking her head while blushing a bit. "I wonder why I'm feeling so funny inside when she asked me that?!" She also thought.
"Nice to meet you! I'm Kushida Kikyou! Can we be friends?" Kikyou offered her hand to Ayanokouji but he was very hesitant to do so even staring at her hand. "Ayanokouji...are you alright?" Honami asked. "Huh? Oh I'm fine. Sorry about that." He apologized to her as he looked at Kikyou's hand again when, "Kikyou-chan. We better get going." Kokoro told her. "Right. The other girls are waiting for us at the mall." Mori added and with that, "Well in that case, how about we exchange handphone numbers?" She asked him. "Simple enough." He replied and they exchanged numbers. Even Kokoro and Mori decided to do the same.
After the interaction, "Ayanokouji-kun, why are you so hesitant in accepting Kushida-san's friendship?"
"I don't know...it's just...I don't trust her at all."
"Excuse me?"
"Her behaviour is too good to be true. It's like she's wearing a mask, hiding her true colours."
"Okay..." Honami is sort of unsure about Ayanokouji's perspective but that doesn't matter. When they arrived, they went to a ramen restaurant under Honami's suggestion that he agreed along. There, they had dinner and talked about the class.
"So far, your experiment has made progress." Ayanokouji spoke first.
"Agreed. Everybody behaved in all the classes and none were absent." Honami agreed as she ate some of her ramen.
"One thing's for sure, this experiment must remain ongoing until the day has arrived."
"Yes. That day..."
Indeed, the results will decide their class standing and whether the theory will be proven right. "Of course it will. It is just as I calculated..." Ayanokouji thought internally as he sipped his drink.
Later on, the scene cuts to his dorm as he placed his school bag on the chair and sat on his bed. "So far so good..." He thought as he looked around and caught sight of an envelope on his table. He went to open it, took out a letter and read it. Once done, a smile appeared in his face for a few seconds before he switched it back to his poker face as he kept it back inside the envelope. He then sat on his bed and checked his private points. "100,000 huh..."
Most students in our class decided to make the most of their school lives thinking deeply about anything that can occur like the saying, "Always be ready for anything". Day after day, they balanced their allotment spending only when needed to. During lessons, in-class conversations, napping, tardiness, distractions and absences are out of our league. Diligence, focus, concentration, hard work are implemented. With everything going according to the plan, all we have to do is wait for that day to come...
And exactly on May 1st...
In Class B's homeroom, "Guys! I exactly got 100,000 points deposited!" Shibata revealed to the class. "Mine too!" said Andou. "Same thing!" Norihito showed his phone as everyone talked about it. "Marvelous...and it's all thanks to them..." Kanzaki thought as he gazed at Ayanokouji and shifted it to Honami. Both students have also noticed the deposit.
Just then, "Morning Class A. Please take your seats for homeroom is about to begin." Chie-sensei entered the class as everyone settled down. "Uh sensei, did you just call us Class A?" Beppu asked.
"Yeah...we're suppose to be Class B not A!" said Yume.
"That's right!" said Chihiro as many agreed with their classmates.
However, "No, you guys are Class A." Chie-sensei continued on with a smile as the whole class still looked confused when she revealed this. "In my entire life, never thought that this class would be in their best behaviour. Zero cases of lateness and absence and zero cases of talking in class, handphone usage and others. In this school, your grades and performance evaluations are reflected in the monthly points you're given. My assessment of you, has resulted in the full deposit of the 100,000 private points given to you all for this month."
The whole class was amazed by this as Chie-sensei smiled and continued on. "However, this was just the beginning. Remember class, this school judges students based on their proficiency. Thanks to your actions, you have proven yourselves worthy of the ascension and remember that third question Ayanokouji asked on the first day?" The whole class remembered it and, "This is where all will be revealed..." Chie-sensei announced.
The whole class was silent about it. For it appears there's more to it than meets the eye...
Oh yeah! Starting last year, I came across the many Class B stories in Wattpad. I read a lot and this really hyped my mind with this idea.
Just a reminder, this story will have mixed content from the anime, Light Novel and a bit of it from my specialized story. If anything, feel free to provide your feedback on this story. See you in the next chapter!
