Eijiro had gone to a different training ground than usual, since Bakugo was sparring with Todoroki in the one nearest their dorm, so he did his usual workout in the gym closer to the second-year dorms. That was why he was walking through the lightly wooded area between their dorms, which was usually empty.

He wasn't expecting to see anyone else, but he wasn't all that surprised to hear soft voices either. People snuck off to get some quiet frequently enough. He was a little surprised to recognise the voices as Mina and Jirou.

Before long, they came into view, walking slowly in front of him. They were talking about internships and they were holding hands. Huh. He hadn't realised Mina swung that way. Good for them.

They turned down a side path before they could notice him, so he let them continue their date undisturbed.

Koji always liked 1A's movie nights. They usually picked something easy to watch, switching between childhood classics and recent blockbusters. They were watching some kid's film tonight; Koji didn't recognise it but Kaminari said he was obsessed with it as a kid.

Half an hour in, and he was bored. Maybe it was the talking animals. They must have added a sense of wonder for everyone else, but he was just annoyed because the voices were all off, and none of them actually talked like they should for their species. The snake was far too clever and the crows were far too stupid to be realistic.

He didn't actually say that, though. Instead, he sat back and watched his classmates reacting to the movie. Todoroki was entranced, barely blinking as he stared at the screen. Bakugo was already asleep. He usually fell asleep during movie nights, when he was persuaded to join, but usually he made it through the first hour. Kirishima seemed to enjoy the opportunity to cuddle in closer to Bakugo, though.

Ashido and Jirou were also cuddling, squished together in an armchair that really should've been too small for two people. They made it work, tangled together so closely that Koji was only able to tell which limb was whose because of Ashido's distinctive skin colour. Ashido was actually watching the movie, but Jirou only had eyes for her.

They were cute together.

The dorms were quieter than usual. Midoriya's group had all gone to visit his mum together, and Kirishima had rallied together six or seven of them to train together. Momo was pretty sure that Aoyama was out visiting his middle school friends. The only people left in the dorms were fairly quiet, so she was a bit surprised to hear someone in the kitchen. Bakugo cooked a lot, but he was with Kirishima, as was Satou, the other likely culprit.

She wandered into the kitchen to see two backs turned to her. Mina was kneading dough and Kyouka was rummaging through the cabinet.

"Got it! I knew I saw Satou using a scale last week," Kyouka said triumphantly, holding up a small baking scale.

"Nice!" Mina cheered," That'll make the other part much easier."

Kyouka danced around Mina, towards the ingredients cabinet, but paused and placed a soft kiss on Mina's forehead before pulling out the flour. Momo cleared her throat, drawing their attention. Mina seemed unperturbed but Kyouka turned a bit pink, so she didn't mention the kiss. If they weren't ready to be public with their relationship, that wasn't her business.

"What are you making? It looks good."

Tenya tightened his hold on his hero costume, mentally checking that he had everything he needed. He was already going into his second internship under the shadow of his poor decisions during the first one, and he wasn't going to disappoint Manuel further by showing up unprepared.

He still needed to make himself lunch, but he figured that it'd be good to get everything together before eating. If there's a train delay, he'd much rather cut his lunch short than rush out and forget something.

He isn't surprised to see Ashido and Hagakure sitting in the common room, playing a board game. Yoroi Musha, their interning hero, was newly in the top ten and was still adjusting his schedule, so he'd told them not to show up until later in the evening. Jirou playing with them was a surprise, though.

"Jirou," he greeted," I'm surprised you haven't left yet. Gang Orca's agency is pretty far away."

She looked up, startled," What? It's only-" she glanced towards the clock hanging on the wall," Shit!"

She jumped up, abandoning the game, and ran in the direction of her room. Tenya went into the kitchen and started cooking two portions of food. He put half into a bowl and put the other half in a plastic container for Jiro.

He'd just begun to eat when she hurried back into the common room, backpack and hero costume in tow. He handed her the food and a pair of chopsticks.

"Thanks, Iida, Bye, Tooru, Love you, Mina," she called, not even looking back as she rushed out of the dorms. Huh. He hadn't realised they were together.

Shouto finally closed his textbook and glanced at his phone. It was later than he expected, past when he'd usually be getting into bed. He wasn't very tired, though. Maybe a cup of tea would help. Momo kept some nice herbal teas in the kitchen for the class to share.

He moved quietly, not wanting to wake anyone up. He was expecting the common room to be empty since he couldn't hear anyone. When he turned the corner, though, he saw two figures sitting on the couch. Well, one figure sitting on the couch and one straddling her lap.

It was easy to recognise one of them as Ashido—the horns were a dead giveaway—but he had to give his eyes a moment to adjust to recognise the other as Jirou. That was also when he realised why they hadn't noticed him yet. They were kissing, quite passionately.

He didn't know what the appropriate response was to walking in on his classmates making out, so he did what he always did when he was unsure. He said nothing. They didn't even look up as he padded into the kitchen.

By the time his tea was finished and he walked back through the common room, they were gone, so he decided to pretend he hadn't seen anything at all. Well, he did add that as a piece of evidence towards his 'Jirou doesn't realise she's an android' theory, but he didn't say anything.

Kyouka leaned back against Mina's legs, trying not to move her head. Mina always loved to braid her hair, even though it wasn't long enough to do large ones. She liked the feeling of Mina's fingers in her hair, so she happily gave in to the demand.

"Kyouka, do you and Mina have anything planned for Valentine's Day? It's coming up quick," Momo asked from her spot on the couch. Most of the class was lounging in the common room, since internships were over and they still had a while before midterms.

She looked up, slightly startled," No? Why would we do something for Valentine's Day?"

She watched Momo glance up at Mina, who seemed to be wrestling with a particularly fiddly piece of hair, based on the tugging at her scalp. "I mean, you two are the only couple in 1A that I know of. I assumed you'd do something ," Momo paused for a moment before adding," Not that I mean to tell you how your relationship should work."

"We aren't dating," Kyouka said bluntly.

That got several heads turned towards them.

"What? You aren't?" Kirishima asked loudly.

"Nope!" Mina chimed in, having finished off the braid," I'm actually aromantic."

"Me too," Kyouka added, nodding.

"I saw you two kissing last night, though," Todoroki said, eyebrows pinched together.

Kyouka felt heat flood into her cheeks as Mina responded," Well, yeah, kissing is pretty fun, and I know Kyouka won't catch feelings."

That seemed to unleash a flood of questions, and Kyouka silently wished she could melt into the floor as Mina happily explained that You can totally hold hands with your friend! and Why wouldn't I tell Kyo that I love her? and Oh, she just stares at me 'cause she thinks I'm hot! That last one had Kyouka jumping up and placing a hand over Mina's mouth.

"Okay, no more questions! We aren't dating, we like to be affectionate, and it's none of your business ," she said firmly.

She felt a sudden wetness on her hand as Mina licked it and jerked it back, to reveal a wide grin," C'mon, Kyo, I didn't even know about queer-platonic relationships 'til you told me. They're just curious."

"And I'd just like to hold onto a little scrap of privacy," she responded.

Mina just smiled at her," Fine, fine. Anything for you, darling."

Kyouka just rolled her eyes and nestled into the armchair, on top of Mina. At least they didn't need to tone things down around their classmates anymore.
