So I can start things off this is a story idea that is not mine, but is inspired by challenge issued by DreamofChaos. He hasn't really been active over the last 5 years or so but I saw the challenge and said what the heck I want to try it. Credit for the ideas goes to him.

"Riser welcomes all of you to this momentous occasion! Tis not often that two devil families are joined in unholy matrimony!" As he says that a girl with crimson red hair like the color of blood walks into the room. She has bright blue eyes which contrasts her red hair. She is wearing a pure white wedding dress that shows off her very large chest. The look is completed by a see-through veil atop her head. The look on her face said she wanted to be anywhere else but here.
It was a special day in the devil society, the celebration of the joining of two houses. It was the engagement party celebrating the union between Rias heiress to the house of Gremory and Riser heir to the house of Phenex, a joining that Rias was very much against. She had challenged Riser to battle between both of their peerages known as a rating game.
A competition between devil houses to rate and test how strong their individual peerages were. The prize for this competition had been her freedom from the marriage, but to nobody's surprise she had lost. Rias had gone in knowing she was at a disadvantage, as she didn't have a full 16 pieces. Riser on the other hand was able to overwhelm her with sheer numbers, but not before she had at least managed to take out like half of Riser's own peerage.
"Ahhhh there is Riser's bride now." The lust in his eyes is clearly apparent as his gaze moves up and down her voluptuous curves. " I must say you are looking exceptionally lovely, my dear Rias. Tis such a wonderful sight to see you!"
"Save it Riser! I may be your bride but my heart will never bel-
"Riiiiseeer! Release her now!"
A girl with bright auburn hair, and bright purple eyes barges into the room. "Let Rias go! I challenge you to a duel for the freedom of Rias!"
The girl now barging in was the Pawn of Rias, a girl named Irina who was the wielder of the legendary sacred gear known as the Boosted Gear.
"Hahahahaha! The Red Dragon Empress has returned. Does she wish to face Riser again? As much as Riser would enjoy teaching the Red Dragon Empress a lesson, he no longer has any interest in fighting the pawn of Pawn of Rias. Riser will however appoint a champion to fight in his stead."
Riser turns to a boy who looks no older than Seventeen. He has jet black hair with white streaks running through it, his eyes are two different colors, his right being a crimson red, while his left is a Azure blue color. His clothes consist of a red t-shirt and black jeans. Hanging on both sides of his arms are two beautiful women.
The one one his right has long black hair, split bangs. Most of her face is covered by a mask, but her golden Cat-like eyes are clearly visible. She has on a white chinese style dress that is cut extremely low showing off much of her cleavage. The dress is also cut extremely high on the sides, showing off the girl's well toned legs. But one of her most notable features are the large cat-like ears protruding from the top of her head.
The girl on his left has snow-white hair and bright Azure blue eyes that seemed to be a darker shade of blue in the center rather than black. She had on a mask similar to the black haired girl, as well as a similar style dress that was black instead of white. Her body was just as toned and voluptuous as the black haired cat girl. The only difference being she did not have ears, like the girl on the right.
"So you're the famous Red Dragon Empress, I must say you are more beautiful than I expected. Such a shame I'm gonna have to damage such a lovely specimen of beauty."
"Too scared to fight me again Riser! So you're sending this guy instead!" Irina yells.
"Ha! Riser is not scared of you girl! He just doesn't want to fight someone that is beneath him. But Riser is not totally cruel, if you manage to beat his champion he will call off his engagement with Rias."
" Fine! Fight me, champion!"
"Hold on, Red Dragon Empress!" A voice comes from the left of Irina, it was the voice of Sirzechs Lucifer. " I get the need to fight for my sister's freedom, but if you fight here countless Innocents will be harmed."
Sirzechs turns to his side and makes a large magic circle appear next to him. " Red Dragon Empress, champion please step into the magic circle."
The two girls hanging on the champion's arms let go of him much to their disappointment. The boy silently walks towards the circle, as does Irina. They disappear as a large screen appears on the side of the wall. The partygoers stare at the screen as the two combatants appear in an arena. Some were curious as to the true power of the Red Dragon Empress, while others simply just wanted to know who this mysterious boy was.
Rais as well her peerage which consisted of one, Akeno Himejima, Kiba Yuuto and Koneko Tōjo watch as the one and only pawn in their peerage fights this mysterious boy. She stares at him wondering where she had seen him before. Something about him seemed familiar but she couldn't place her finger on it. Her only hope was that Irina could manage to beat him and gain freedom for her.
Meanwhile in the arena Riser's champion is staring down Irina. "Is saving the Gremory heiress really worth it, Red Dragon Empress?"
"Yes, she saved me when I was attacked by a fallen angel named Dohnaseek who tried to kill me for the power I have. I grew up in the church believing that all devils were evil, but Rias showed me otherwise. I owe my life to her, now I finally have a way to pay her back by helping her gain her freedom."
"Hmm, then it will be all the more sweet when you lose! Come Red Dragon Empress try your hardest to free your precious Rias." The boy says gesturing for Irina to attack him.
A red gauntlet with a large green jewel in the middle appears on her right hand as she charges at him. He just stands there unmoving as her gauntlet covered hand makes contact cleaving the boy in two. This shocks Irina as she hadn't expected it.
"That was surprisingly easy!" Irina says, staring at the two bloody haves of the boy lying on the ground.
"Think again Red Dragon Empress! Did you really think it would be that easy? What you're seeing is a simple illusion spell!"
Irina is suddenly struck in the back by a bolt of lightning. She quickly recovers from the sudden jolt as she turns, to see him hovering about 50 ft in the air. She sprouts her own devil wings and takes to the sky charging at her opponent once again.
The boy simply yawns," is that the only move in your repertoire. I would have hoped that the host of The Red Dragon would be more of a challenge."
As she makes contact with him, a look of astonishment appears on her face. "How did that not harm you?"
"Because your punches are weak!"
"No, they should have harmed you because of this." She says revealing a cross hanging from the claws of her gauntlet.
"Ahhh! I must applaud you Red Dragon Empress, that is a well thought-out plan you have here. It probably would have worked if I were an ordinary devil."
The boy yawns before the girl with the long white hair and black dress from the party appears in front of him." Red Dragon Empress meet Shimo, she is my familiar."
Shimo starts to grow larger as she becomes engulfed in a veil of wind and snow. When the veil finally disappears in her place is a giant white eastern dragon. "Shimo finish her off, I'm done fighting!"
"With pleasure master!"
The sky over the arena goes dark as clouds form over the arena. A loud thunder booms as snow and hail starts falling from the clouds, but the hail was the size of baseballs. The hail fails down as Irina tries to dodge but it's too fast for her to completely dodge. She does the best she can, until one of the large hail pieces finally hits her on the head knocking her out.
"Yo Sirzechs! My name is Issei! I'm the sole heir to the clan which your father exiled, the once powerful Hyoudou clan!"
As he says this a magic circle appears under him and the injured Dragon Empress teleporting them both back to the party. A couple of people quickly Rush in and carry away Irina.
" That was most impressive Issei," says a man with blonde hair who looked to be in his mid-30s, even though it was obvious he was way older. He hands Issei a box, " you lived up to your end of the bargain, so now I'm living up to mine."
Issei opens the Box and looks inside to see a set of evil pieces he grabs the king piece absorbing it into himself. Almost instantly all of the pieces start glowing red as they change into mutation pieces. The black haired nekomata girl who had been hanging around the Issei before the battle walks up and faces him.
He pulls out the queen piece and hands it to the nekomata as she removes her mask. She absorbs the peace into herself, before turning to the crowd. She was none other than an S rank criminal of the devil world, known for viciously slaying her master and now she was this boy's Queen. "
"I know that many of you are probably shocked to see this criminal here, however she is now in service to me as the rightful heir to the house of Hyouduo. If you fuck with her you fuck with me, you saw how easily I defeated the Red Dragon Empress. So I asked all of you, do you wish to oppose me and risk feeling my wrath?"
Outrage sounds through the Banquet Hall, but for the most part everyone begrudgingly agrees. The only one in the room that was completely silent 1 a certain white-haired loli from Rias's peerage. She had not seen Kuroka in years, she hides behind Rias hoping that her older sister wouldn't notice her.
"The House of Phenex fully supports The Hyouduo clan head's choice to make Kuroka his Queen." Says Lord Phenex.
" As the Heir of the Clan Phenex, Riser fully supports his father in this choice and as a show of good faith, Riser will give one of his peerage members."
It's then that a girl steps forward; she has bright blue eyes and long blonde hair, held up into 2 large drill-like ponytails. A chest that couldn't necessarily be compared to someone like Rais but was still sizable nonetheless. She was a simple pink dress with knee high socks, and loafers.
"I Ravel Phenex, youngest child of the clan Phenex hereby devote myself to my new king. " The blonde girl says.
Issei nods acknowledging Ravel's new devotion to him," before turning towards the Crimson haired Princess of Ruin. "Rias Gremory, challenge you to a Rating game and when I win I'm taking the Red Dragon Empress as my prize. Refuse… well let's not find out what happens if you do"
