Plot:
Naruto is the leader of the Akatsuki; his goal is to seal away all of the tailed beasts so no one can use their powers and to protect humans from the tailed beasts, specifically the Nine-Tails.
Key Points:
This fanfic takes place in an AU where Kaguya and the Otsutsuki do not exist; the tail beasts are the main antagonists/final boss villains.
The Nine Tails breaks out of Naruto and destroys Konoha, killing almost everyone; Naruto survives.
The Nine-Tails beasts are more like the Japanese legend, they are stronger than the ones in the anime and evil.
The future is in shambles, so Naruto with the help of Shikamaru invents a time-traveling Jutsu.
Naruto goes back in time and forms the Akatsuki to save the future and get rid of the tailed beast threat.
