"What's going on?" Panem asked as she walked by Teddy and Mitch who were sitting and talking about something.

"We were just talking about this recent attack on a Arasaka convoy not to far from us." Teddy said.

"A massacre was more like it. I went out there and saw the aftermath myself once I heard about it. Happened two, three days ago." Mitch Stated.

"Woah what happened?" Panem asked.

"No one is sure besides the fact that they used the distress call of one group to lure in a second group."

"Who ever did it wasn't in it for the gear, or what ever the convoy had on them. They did it just for the killing. Half of the gear was torn to shreds anyway from what Mitch brought back." Teddy added scratching his head after he spoke.

"Maybe V knows something about it." Panem states.

"Maybe why don't you call her and ask about it." Mitch says before taking a drink.

"Yeah, I should. I'll let you know what I come up with." Panem then walks off to call V. "Hey V you busy? I need to pick your brain about something."

"I'm kinda on my way somewhere right now, but go ahead ask away." V says trying to pay attention to driving the bike she's on.

"I heard from Teddy and Mitch that there was some massacre out near us of a bunch of Arasaka goons. You know anything about that?"

"I don't know of the incident you're talking about. However I may know who did it."

"Really? Who?"

"I can't say his name over the holo. Someone could be listening in and the people who I recently signed on with wouldn't be happy if their secrets were revealed so soon."

"Well why don't you come here then?"

"That, honestly wouldn't be that bad of an idea. Just let me set something up because my employers will want to strike a deal with you and Saul."

"Since when did you start working for a Corp?"

"They are not Corp. Quite the opposite actually. It will be easier to let them talk for themselves plus some of their toys are bound to win over Saul."

"They better. Talk to you when you arrive then."

"Yep."

A day goes by and V shows up at the camp. "So V how long until these 'friends' of yours arrive." Saul asks.

"Soon, I made sure to arrive first so you guys wouldn't freak out because some unknown aircraft flew by." V stated.

"That's fair. I would be the first to shoot at something like that."

Then the unknown aircraft arrived and out of it came what looked to be a Female officer and then four soldiers in armor offloading cargo of some kind.

"I am Captain Sarah Angles of the Enclave and I assume you must be Panem, and you must be Saul. The two leaders of this group of 'Nomads' if I am correct?" Captain Angles asked.

"That is correct, V gave us a little bit of information but I would like to hear from you what you want." Panem says to the Captain.

"The Enclave will supply the Aldecaldos with weapons and other equipment in exchange for you executing raids on Corporations in the Badlands. We don't care what tactics you employ. Just cause as much damage to the Corps as possible and if you can, harass Night City's armed forces proper. What ever equipment you steal is yours however we request you send all information and tech of note back our way. We are leaving you with four crates of advanced plasma weaponry and 2 suits of X-01 Power Armor. More equipment will come pending successful raids. We might even give you one of these Virtibirds." The Captain says before getting back on the Virtibird and leaving with her 4 men.

"So what do you think?" V asks as the Aldecaldos are all checking out the new weapons.

"We will have to discuss this, however I suspect that the Aldecaldos will end up having a close relationship with your 'Enclave'." Saul says before gravely a plasma rifle and marking a suit of Power Armor as his.

"V, please tell me this isn't too good to be true."

"Look the reason I signed on is they claimed to be able to help me with my issue. As far as I can tell at the moment, even though they may be Zelots, they legitimately want to free America from the Corps."

"The only question is, what is their end goal though?"
