Gargoyles: Stone By Night Season 02 Episode 02
We see a Museum that was being closed up for the night and watch as a woman dressed as a guard had looked at herself through a mirror when they'd heard something happening to another guard turning towards the sound while her reflection remained stationary and then she'd run off to see what was going on.
Demona had appeared knocking down the rail pegs and rope around the mirror when a light shined on her with a woman calling "Hault Police!" with Demona putting her hands up in reflex from the bright light shining in her face.
"You, most useless member of a craven puny race!" She'd called with her eyes flashing red as she'd seen Elisa in the securty guard uniform pointing a gun at her "You think you can stop me!?" She'd demanded hating seeing Elisa again.
"Possibly not, but I can." A voice stated as Goliath walked from out behind where he'd been waiting and the two went to surround Demon though she'd picked up one of the exhibits and thrown it at Elisa with Goliath catching it and setting it back down carefully.
While Demona was running shed knocked over another Exhibit with Goliath grabbing it before it could hit the ground and break and she'd broken the glass case that ahd some old spears in it running off after grabbing one of them and then jumped out of the window nearby with Goliath persuing her.
While they were persuing someone had sprayed a gass into where the mirror was and dropped down on a grappling line attached to their belt with a silver haired woman looking into it saying "Mmm.. Kitty Likes." before throwing a sheet over it and tying the mirror up properly and then started to leave with it careful not to set off the alarms.
Meanwhile Goliath and Elisa were persuing Demona and she'd thrown the spear at them with Goliath grabbing it giving her time to climb up part of a stone structure and glide away. Goliath was about to persue but Elisa stopped them. "She could have landed anywhere in the city by now, we gotta return the Spear to the museum."
"Yes, at least she didn't get the mirror." Goliath stated in response with a nod letting out a sigh about having to let Demona go for now.
We then fade back to the Clocktowar with Elisa climbing up to talk with the Gargoyles stating "Well, Captain Chavez just confirmed it. Demona was a decoy while the real thief stole the mirror as we were battling her in the park." with a sigh.
"I should have expected such deviousness from her." Goliath stated with a sigh about Demon being a distraction while someone else stole away the mirror.
"So, how bad is this?" Elisa questioned putting a hand on her hip questioning what they were in for "How much could she do with an antique mirror?"
"It's not just a mirror Lass." Hudson stated turning off the television so that they could better hear them. "It's Titania's mirror, Titania Queen of the third race."
"Third race?" She questioned confused by what they were saying since she didn't have any sort of clue as to what that was.
"You know, Gargoyles, Humans, and Oberon's Children." Broadway stated to them about what the third race was.
"I thought everyone knew this." Lexington added in as if it were meant to be something that should be obvious.
"Ya, that guy Shakespere wrote a play about them, A Midsummer Night's Dream." Brooklyn then added into the statement about what they were speaking off.
"The Scotsmen call them The Fair Folk." Goliath added about who they were speaking of to help Elisa understand. "The Vikings call them Dark Elves, they are Changlings, Shapeshifters, creatures of pure magic. And their possessions like the mirror are vessels of great power."
"Wait wait wait, you mean like Puck, or those house elves from that book series that got turned into a set of Movies? They're all real?" She'd questioned them seeming slightly surprised but not quiet totally caught off guard since she sees crazy shit basically every day.
"As real as I am lass, that is if the stories be true." Hudson answered back about what they could do with such a thing.
We then cut to a man with white hair and pointed ears in clothes that looked to be of medieval in nature struggling to get out of some chains wrapped around them. "Is this how you welcome all of your guests?" They'd questioned crossing their arms annoyed.
"Any that might turn on me, and you aren't a guest, you serve the human now you will serve me." Demona stated to the man about working for her now.
"Serving humans is fun, they have a sense of humor while you have none. Now get on with it I haven't got all night." The man stated to Demona while flying around the room.
"You've got all Millenium if I so choose, to start with let's make things simple, get rid of all of the humans Puck." She'd stated to him about her first demand.
"You're barking up the wrong tree sister, there's magic around the world that's even beyond Oberon's comprehension." Puck stated floating in the air on his back as if he was laying down and headed feet first towards a wall.
"Then what about just New York?" She'd questioned them annoyed that he couldn't do as she commanded.
"No go, there's a demon in New York and I don't plan to piss her off anytime soon given she's one of Trigon's." He'd answered back pushing himself off the wall with his feet after he'd made it there.
"Then just this city?" She'd questioned getting more frustrated about him telling her he couldn't do as she asked.
"Sure, if you don't mind having some dragons up your ass for it." Puck warned while stating he could actually do just the city if she wanted it.
"Ooohh.." She'd stated letting out a frustrated scream about not getting her way "Then just this corner of Mahattan!"
"Let's try something a little more sensible shall we?" Puck questioned poking the mirror and having Goliath appear as he was talking with Goliath "How quaint, carrying a torch after all these years. I could make him love you again if that's what you want."
"That's it, if you can't rid me of all the humans that rid me of just that human." Demona demanded about getting rid of Elisa for her.
"Now you're thinking sensibly dollface." Puck stated and used his powers on Elisa to rid her of that human in particular.
Elisa had been speaking with them when a strange glow appeard around her and she was forbily changed by a strange light into a Gargoyle instead. confusing the others especially when she says "Goliath this is wonderful you've been changed into a Gargoyle."
"Elisa the human is no more." Puck stated to them about Elisa being taken care of. "You want the rest of this city you gotta be prepared for the consequences."
"I'll handle the dragons when they come. Do it." Demona demanded telling Puck to get rid of the rest of the humans.
"No can do from in here, we gotta get a better vantage point." The Child of Oberon stated to Demona about it.
Meanwhile Goliath was speaking with Elisa stating "Remember how we met?" and she'd thought about it.
"I fell off the castle and you caught me and glided me to safety." Elisa answered back about what happened.
"Think if you were always a gargoyle then why would I need to save you?" He questioned back about them.
"I can't glide with these, can I?" She questioned as Goliath had held her by the arm and jumped with them spreading their wings together and began to glide over the city.
"I never realized while you were a human how beautiful you are." Goliath stated while they were gliding together over the city.
Elisa decided to teas him about that questioning "You mean you thought I was ugly?" while looking over at him.
"Well, er.. Uhm.. Updraft." Goliath answered back quickly changing the subject as the wind had caused them to rise up higher into the sky.
They'd taken a look around the city and noticed something seeing that same light that had surrounded Elisa earlier and flown towards it with the other Gargoyles coming that way to join them having not been that far behind them.
When they charged forwards Demona noticed as they'd swooped down landing atop the roof "Puck get rid of Goliath and his clan, NOW!" She demanded.
"Sure if you wanna interrupt the spell to handle the city." He answered back about having to stop one spell while doing another.
"I don't care, do it!" She demanded quickly and he'd shrugged his shoulders letting go of the energy and sending out a spell that caused the Gargoyles of Goliath's clan to turn human.
"This is not what I wanted!" Demona stated angry that Puck would pull such a trick as Goliath and his group continued to fight Demona regardless.
"They they're human now right? They're at your mercy." Puck then stated bluntly with a shrug in response. "What is it that the Humans say, be careful what you wish for?" He'd smirked about his trick that he'd pulled.
Elisa had swooped down and kicked Demona in the back making her drop the gun she'd pointed at them and Goliath picked it up pointing it at Demona. "This is over." He'd stated as she'd gone to say something but was gagged from behind by Hudson with a sheet hanging form a rooftop clothesline and he and the others dogpiled her trying to.
Seeing that she'd been bested Demona managed to brake free and ran jumping off the building gliding away from them towards the shoreline. This left Puck and the Mirror in the care of the Manhattan Clan and Elisa to do with as they pleased with the trickster stating "Hey, she's the one that called for the spells. The damn chains forced me to do it."
"We hold your chains now, undo all the spells that Demona had you cast and you will earn your freedom." Goliath stated to Puck about releasing him from the chains if he'd undo everything.
"You got it, but afterwards I'm gonna need a long nap." Puck stated to them looking into the mirror stating "First the human will I mend." blasting it and returning Elisa to human with Goliath helping her up as she'd gotten to see them as humans while she was a human also, though only briefly as the energy srounded them while he says "Then the Gargoyles will I mend." returning them back to their original forms.
Once they were returned to their true forms Goliath broke the chains around Puck and he'd quickly charged into the mirror taking it with him as he'd vanished appearing next to Demona at her home. "One last thing before I go." He'd stated to Demona snapping his fingers and saying "Fearsome creature who would stay, unchanged by the light of day. Remain you thus throughout the night, and be thou flesh by Dawn's fair light." He'd stated casting a strange energy on her before vanishing with the mirror entirely.
The Gargoyles had been back at the Clocktower with Hudson stating "I wish we could have seen the sun, at least once."
"Elisa I"Ya I know, you're as relieved as I am to have things back to normal."" Goliath began to state but was cut off by Elias. "That's not what I was going to say I" He'd tried to continue but she put her hand up to his mouth quieting him as the sun rose and returned them to their stone sleep once more.
"I know, but that's the way that it is." She'd stated with a sigh turning to leave with her hands in her pocket looking saddened.
We then cut to a building where you could hear the sound of a woman screaming out as if something had terrified them beyond recognition.
