It has been a year since this story, and now it's time to celebrate the birthday whose name is pretty much the reason where it all begins since the previous story. A big thanks to "Marvelomac1010" for this concept and many more to come. So, enjoy reading this new chapter everyone.

Chapter 366: Happy Birthday, Luna Lewis...
(September 23. Lewis Residence, Olive Street. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
We see that Lincoln and his adopted mother, Michelle are in the kitchen and both are making a special breakfast for Luna, and she is fast asleep and this day is very special for her once she awakens. Lincoln then asks. "So, everything will be ready and set later in the day, mom?"
Michelle smiles, and she nods. "Yup, this is the first ever birthday for Luna, as part of this family. I for one look forward to this and the others will be here later in the day to help out with everything else. Do you know what you gotta do, kiddo?"
Lincoln nods. "Keep my big sis occupied, so that the rest of the party can be made and setup. This is going to be something special." They finish making the breakfast, and so Lincoln carries the tray on his own, to go and see his big sister.
Michelle smiles, and then she grabs her cellphone to make a call.
Lincoln heads to his big sister, Luna's bedroom. He does manage to open it, but he is surprised to see Luna is awake and dressed for the day, and this makes him smile. "Good Morning Luna, and Happy Birthday."
Luna chuckles. "Thanks little brother." she helps place the tray onto her table, and she shares a hug with her little brother, to which he returns the embrace. "I know that this is a very big day, and I can only assume that it's going to be just you and me for the day right?"
Lincoln smirks. "Yeah, I guess the whole surprise party thing is something we all see coming, but we gotta do this sis so that the rest of the party can be setup. Also, I was hoping we could have breakfast together, and enjoy the food. Mom is going to be busy, with making calls for everyone else."
Luna smirks, and she nods. "Understood little brother." they both sit on her bed, and enjoy the food, and then she asks. "So, are our hero counterparts coming over to celebrate or is it just gonna be some surprise video chat or something?"
Lincoln didn't think about that one. "Huh, I honestly don't know sis."
(Later.)
We now see Lincoln and Luna, both siblings leave the house to go and spend some big sister and little brother time. Lincoln does look back and he gives the thumbs up, and Michelle nods. She watches them leave on their bikes, and so she leaves the house, and has some flags and she waves them.
Some aircraft come in, and two pickup trucks, and Vanzilla, and Amanda Bright comes out from her house, and has some of the supplies. Then a large Freightliner Semi-Truck with trailer shows up, with the special gift inside.
Michelle smiles seeing this. "Alright folks. Let's make this happen!"
(Timeskip, Ketcham Park.)
This is where Lincoln and Luna are now, they have enjoyed the rest of their day as brother and sister, and enjoying the moments.
They both went to the mall, just to do some window shopping, and they did notice Leni was not at work, heck Reiningers was closed for the day. They also had to keep a close eye out for Karen Houseman, and her posse, apparently they were last seen kicked out of another store.
They also go around the town, and do some window shopping there, and then they get something to eat which is at Auntie Pam's, and a new double chocolate chip double Dutch Ice cream Sunday, and this is something they need to tell the others for when they come here next time.
Now, Lincoln and Luna are both laying down on the grassy ground and looking to the sky as the clouds fly by. Luna sighs and then she speaks. "The one thing I like about this day, well my birthday is to the fact that I get to spend it with you, Linc."
Lincoln smiles and nods. "Yeah, same here. Though, we do this a lot of times when we have the free time. Things sure are different, and better now. I mean, this is our new life as not louds, and this is your first ever birthday as a Lewis. I didn't think things would turn out like this, and be awesome."
Luna chuckles. "Same here little brother, same here. Take note on this, Linc. Once it is your birthday next year, then it'll be your first ever birthday as a Lewis."
Lincoln chuckles hearing that one. "Oh, I so look forward to that one, Luna." Then, he gets a text message on his phone, and then he sits up. "Luna, time to go. Everyone is ready."
Luna smirks, she saw this one coming. "Alrighty then, Lincoln. Let's go and Party."
(Back to the Lewis House.)
Lincoln and Luna return back home, and they get off from their bikes and let them lean onto the side of the house, both siblings then head to the backyard, and then everyone there calls out.
"Surprise! Happy Birthday Luna Lewis!"
Luna chuckles and laughs seeing this, and then Lincoln hugs her and she returns the hug, she then looks to everyone. "Thanks everyone, and wow. You guys did all of this in less than three hours?"
Leni chuckles. "All it took was some teamwork, and also the plans from Michelle."
The decorations are alright, and have her initials and colored in purple, magenta and velvet. The food is many, and it looks like Michelle cooked all of it, but the cake was baked by Clyde and Chloe, and Michelle got some extra cooking help from Luan, Jesse Rosato and Amanda Bright. Lynnard... He only brought four trays of his Lynn-Sagna, that's about it.
She sees the stage, and the musical entertainment is Chunk and the Pieces. Sam asked him to do this and of course he would, as long as they get to try some of the delicious food. Luna sees all of her friends, and family and the Louds, and even Lori and Carol are here. Even the members of the High School Marching Band and her music teacher. Even Mr. Grouse is here.
They all enjoy this party, and even the cake which is in the shape of a Violin, a big one too. Luna of course is given the honor to cut the cake, and then share the slices to everyone else. The food, all delicious and amazing thanks to Michelle Lewis and her shared of cooking knowledge to the others helping her, Lynnard wished he helped out, but he let it be.
Lincoln and Luna do receive letters from their hero counterparts, and apparently they are celebrating the birthday of Luna Frost/Luna Spellman, and that's alright with them.
Luna even sees all the birthday gifts, and she is hoping that Lynnard and Rita learned the last time, and believe me they have, and have brought something not Rock n' Roll related. Luna is given the chance to open the presents, and the ones from the Loud parents is... A Walkman, something from the past that is still working and can act as a musical enthusiast collector's item, and she'll accept it.
Just then, Lincoln goes over and he shows his big sister, the gift he got for her. "Here sis, I know you'll love it."
Luna smirks, and she opens it and she sees it is an album, with their initials on it, and it says. "Lewis memories, from Luna Loud." she opens it, and sees some photos of herself, with Lincoln and Michelle, the times when they felt like a family.
This warms her heart, and then she sees the rest of the pages are blank and she knows why. "To make more new memories, and Lewis'." she then looks to Lincoln with tears of joy. "Thank you so much, little brother. I love it so much!"
Luna and Lincoln share a hug, and everyone claps, cheers and is touched by this moment. Then they depart from the hug, and Michelle hands Luna a small gift. "Huh, what the heck is this mom?"
Michelle smirks. "Open it and find out."
Luna does so, and as she opens the box she sees car keys. "Huh? What?" It has a keychain of a violin, and then she realizes. "Wait, wait just a darn minute here!" She sees Michelle smirk, and she nods. So, Luna pushes the button and the alarm sound is heard.
They all see, the trailer backs up into the backyard, and then the tarp is removed by Chunk and Luna and everyone else is surprised. Michelle then speaks. "Luna, say hello to your first car. A 2023 Purple Mercedes-Benz GLA-45 AMG." The car is slowly pushed off the trailer, and is now in front of Luna, Lincoln and Michelle. Lincoln is at a loss for words, his sister has a car now.
Michelle chuckles. "So, what do you think?"
Luna then hugs Michelle. "Thank you so much mom!" This makes her smile, and hug her back and of course they let Lincoln join the hug as well.
"Happy Birthday, sweetie. Happy Birthday Lunes."
Everyone else claps, and cheers from seeing this. Lori is at a loss for words, and she is proud of Luna, for acing her driving test the other day, getting her drivers' license and has this new car, and deep down Leni feels like she needs to do something to try and earn her license, and then a set of wheels, since Vanzilla is the only vehicle at the Loud House.
They all continue to enjoy and celebrate this birthday party that Luna Lewis will never ever forget.
Lisa on the other hand, is enjoying her cupcake, and then she recalls something else. 'We were told of the Lewis Family, and we already know about Pop-pop, and Mother Unit's side of the family... But, what of the Louds Last Name? Do we even know of the history? Does Father Unit know?'
A/N: Happy 17th Birthday to you, Luna Lewis, and I know for sure she will put her gifts to good use, and it seems like Lisa is curious about... Something. I had to make some changes to this chapter, and I enjoyed making this one. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
