Before you read: NARUTO IS NOT THE SON OF KUSHINA!
Small details about Naruto, He is the oldest son Minato Namikaze, He has the four tails, two dojutsus, and two kekkei genkais.
I changed Konoha history instead of one Hokage they have two. The first ones being Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju, the second ones are Tobirama Senju Sr and Kagami Uchiha, and the third ones are Tobirama Senju Jr and Hiruzen Sarutobi.

Naruto Uchiha son of Minato Namikaze and Keko Uchiha was born on October 10th at 05:00 am in the morning. During the delivery of the baby Mika Uchiha twin sister of Mikoto started having problems but pushed through and delivered a healthy blue-eyed black-haired baby boy. However, after delivering and holding the baby Keko had to be rushed to an emergency room due to flatlining. After three hours of surgery to try to save the woman's life the doctor had to call it as the woman died on the table. During all this Minato was nowhere to be find because he was outside the village though the Uchiha clan didn't know this and wanted to rise hell at the man not being there for his own son's birth.
-Hours Later-
Every clan head, elders, and the civilian counsel were in the room waiting for one or both 4th Hokages to come into the room and inform them that everything was okay. The attack on the village resulted in all the clans losing a decent number of members, deaths of a few smaller clans, and somehow the Iwagakure ninjas found and attack the Root Anbu base resulting in Danzo's private army losing several important bloodlines. In the room were the following clan heads: Inoichi Yamanaka ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Yamanaka clan, Chōza Akimichi ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Akimichi clan, Shikaku Nara ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho, leader of the Nara clan, and Anbu commander, Shibi Aburame leader of the Aburame clan, Tsume Inuzuka leader of the Inuzuka clan and head of the Hunter Division, Hiashi Hyuga leader of the Hyuga clan, and lastly Asuma Sarutobi leader of the Sarutobi clan and one of the twelve guardians. Everyone in the room was hoping that their beloved fourth Hokage would show up and tell them everything was okay hell they would settle for the wicked eye fourth Hokage.
When the office door opened the only people who walked through the door were Mikoto Uchiha, Tsunade Senju, and a baby that was being held by a pregnant Mikoto. Upon them sitting down Shikaku bring Anbu commander spoke up first "I'm not trying to be rude however but where are Minato and Fugaku our fourth Kages?" asking the question that was on everyone's mind. Now sitting in the Uchiha clan head seat Mikoto spoke "My husband Fugaku was assassinated right before the attack I have taken over as clan head temporarily until we vote in a new leader". Mikoto is a fair skinned lady with long black hair. She was wearing a black dress that fit her frame prefect and on the back of her dress was the Uchiha symbol.
"As for Minato Namikaze he died sealing the four-tail beast" explained Tsunade. The room went deathly silent before one brave soul asked, "Where did he seal it?". Being Commander over the Anbu Shikaku spoke up "For now this information will be limited to the future Hokages, the clan heads and all advisors anyone else who doesn't understand fuinjutsu or narrowminded shouldn't be allowed to know this information until the child is a genin". The civilian council members were upset about not knowing who the child is but knowing what the position that Shikaku held they decided to let it go until later. "I believe for village safety we should be allowed to know where the container is and also where is Kushina?" stated Danzo who tried and failed to get his hands on Kushina when she was the nine tails container. This brought up a question however no one knew the answer to this question so they stayed quiet. "Right now, the village needs to be on military lock down and with that being said Anbu please remove all civilians from the room" said the former Commander of the Anbu. After that was said the ninjas with blank masks showed up in the room forceable removing everyone besides the clan heads and elders.
-A few moments later-
After all the civilians were removed they used the seal tags they got from the Uzumaki clan to silence the room turning the room pale white. The seal made sure that anyone who was supposed to be there and listen was allowed to anyone else would die if they tried to listen in or enter the room. Being the one with the most power Shikaku had decided to lead the meeting though the first thing he wanted to do was appoint a new Hokage since to him everything was "Troublesome". Standing up Shikaku and a few other noticed someone missing "Wait where is Hiruzen?" asked Shikaku hoping that the man wasn't dead. "My father was injured in the attack I'll be temporarily taking over as clan head" answered Asuma. "Okay that is good to hear but now on to more important things we need to appoint new Hokages who do you all have in mind?" asked Shikaku. Everyone took a moment to think then spoke up with their ideas. "Maybe this time we just need one Hokage in the past having two Kages has created problems" said Chōza. "Chōza-san since the days of Madara and my uncle Hashirama there has been two Hokages for a reason yes it has caused a few problems however it has also made things better" replied Tobirama Jr who was the third Hokage beside Hiruzen.
"I would like to ask the elders to leave" said Inoichi which caught the elders and a few others off guard. "Yamanaka-San why do we need to leave?" asked Kagami Uchiha one of the oldest elders, a highly respected Uchiha member and ninja within the Land of Fire. In a blunt tone Inoichi explained "Well let's start with the fact that Danzo is a Warhawk and runs his own anbu named Root a group that you Tobirama Jr didn't stop and led to many kids being turned into mindless weapons on top of this during the rein of the third Hokages you two damn near led to the extinction of the Senju clan, and you allowed Uzushiogakure to be destroyed then set up an alliance with one of the villages who helped destroy Uzushiogakure" said Inoichi listing all nothing but facts. This angered both Danzo and Tobirama but Inoichi didn't care and shifted his focus over to Kagami "Kagami-san you are one of the most respected members in Konoha however your time on this earth is almost over I believe that it is time for you to retire" said the man who bowed to the elder.
Everyone thought about the man said however one man stood "I see that it is indeed time for a new leaf to bloom" said Kagami as he walked out the room. Tobirama Jr glared at Inoichi for a moment before getting his emotions under control and left. The only elder that was still sitting there was Danzo who stood and walked out the room with a plan to get the Hokage seat one way or another. After the elders left the room the clan head decided that they should nominate the next Hokage. They weren't allowed to vote for themselves however they did have to give context on why they were voting for the person they chose. Up first was the head of the hunter division "This village needs not only a strong and smart leader it needs someone who can bring us together more so with that being said I believe Shibi is the best candidate his clan just like mine leans on family" stated Tsume before sitting back down.
"Thank you Tsume-chan" said Shibi Aburame. Next up was Mikoto "My nomination goes to Tsunade Senju not only is she the princess of Konoha, but she's strong, she's one of the three Sannins, and she's the best medical ninja even curing multiple poisons on the battlefield during the Second and Third Shinobi War". This shocked some people who knew of the bad blood between the two clans however it seemed that rivalry was slowly dying or already dead. "Well thank.. you" said Tsunade who wasn't expecting someone to vote for her to be Hokage. "My vote goes to Shikaku Nara he's one of the smartest people in this village and during the Third Shinobi war his strategies led to many victories even we were outnumbered" said Inoichi sitting back down.
Shikaku who was already standing spoke "My vote goes to Shibi due to his great show of leadership during the war and during the attack on the village hours ago". Shikaku then sat in his seat and Chōza stood and spoke next. "My vote just like Inoichi goes to Shikaku however I must add that my reason is due to his knowledge over the Anbu" stated the Akimichi leader sitting back down. "So far we have Shibi two votes with, two votes for Shikaku, and one vote for me" said Tsunade. "As much as I would like to vote for Tsume I believe Shikaku wanted be slightly a better Hokage because of the knowledge he already knows" said Shibi. Tsunade, Hiashi, and the new clan head Asuma Sarutobi were the last three to vote and to everyone in the room it was clear that Shikaku could be one of the newly 5th Hokages. The question was who would be the second to lead with him.
"Since Shikaku and Shibi have the most votes why not make them both Hokages?" asked Tsunade trying to speed things up and hoping no one else would vote for her. "Well, that wouldn't work because my vote was going to go you Tsunade just like Tsume said you are the princess of Konoha and on top of that your family has helped run this village since it was first built" stated Hiashi. To everyone this was a valid point however there was a small problem "Also per the agreement between the Uchiha and Senju clan a Uchiha member always has held a Hokage position" added Shikaku. This was a fact known by everyone but Tsunade had a counter "I believe that times are changing and that the best candidates for the Hokages position should be just that though elder wise the Uchiha should have a member within that position just like every other clan I say that a rule should be in place that the elders of each clan should have a seat within all meeting" said Tsunade.
Everyone thought about it for a moment it sounded reasonable however this backfired on Tsunade "Well I was on the fence but this confirms it my vote goes to you Tsunade" said Asuma smiling at the woman. Everyone started agreeing with this decision but she attempted to burst their bubble "That wouldn't work I was only here for the birth of the prince plus as one of the Sannin I am allowed to leave and come back as much as I want" commented the Slug Sannin lying. "Tsunade you are still a ninja of the leaf in the event you're not Hokage the new Hokages would make you stay within the village since she is in desperate need of a medical ninja like you" stated Shibi as if he was talking about something that would definitely happen. "As for your idea please give us an example" stated Shikaku.
Tsunade gathered her thoughts before speaking "If we have a Senju and Uchiha as Hokage then one elder of the Nara, Yamanaka, Akimichi, Aburame, Inuzuka, and Sarutobi clans should be on the board" explained Tsunade which everyone understood. "Small problem we have four votes for Tsunade, two votes for Shikaku and two votes for Shibi" said Tsume. "I am glad to be considered however I must decline the position like I said earlier I am not here to stay I'll became head medic but not the Hokage" said Tsunade. "Well, I see we have a new Hokages congratulations Shikaku Nara and Shibi Aburame" said Hiashi. "Thank you I shall be a great Shadow Kage" said Shibi. "Troublesome" said Shikaku. Both men moved to their Hokage's seats and now it was time to handle other business.
"Now that we have new Hokages Mikoto-san please inform us whose child are you holding?" asked Shibi. "This is my nephew Naruto Uchiha first born of Minato's children and is the Jinchuriki of the four tails" said Mikoto proudly showing off her nephew. The room went silent for a moment taking in the information but a few things confused them. "Umm did you just say his name is Naruto Uchiha?" asked Tsume. "Yes Indeed I did" replied the aunty. "Hold on his name is Naruto as in Naruto from Jiraiya's first book?" asked Shikaku who mind was wondering. "Please Hand me the baby" said Inoichi holding out his hands to receive the baby. "The child will not have any memories since he was just born" said Tsunade not understanding. "My clan's jutsu will allow me to see the faces of those who held the boy before you got your hands on him" replied Inoichi. Mikoto handled the baby closer to her chest "You will not mind roam around my nephew's head for any reason" said the pageant woman.
Everyone understood where the woman was coming from however an unknown question was being answered until someone flat out asked it. "Okay as far as most of know Kushina and Minato was a married couple and I may not be the best at sealing nor know a lot about it but one thing I do know is that Kushina held the nine tails not the four tails so whose child is that really?" questioned Tsume. "The better question is where is Kushina and her child? Since the child Mikoto holds is not him" stated Shikaku. Before Tsunade could say anything there was a knock on the door which made Shikaku deactivate the seal turning the room back into its regular dull grey. Right after that an Anbu member wearing a raven mask appeared into the room informing them that an Uzumaki clan had left the village and that Roshi was locked up in the cells.
Most were confused that Roshi was still alive seeing as his tailed beast was taken from him but then they remembered the first part of the news. "Raven gather what you can and try to find them quickly" commanded Shikaku. "It truly seems that the alliance between Konoha and Uzushiogakure has broken down due to the lack of trust within the village" said Tsunade who didn't look towards the other clan heads. A bug landed on Shibi hand giving him important information which made the man turned towards Tsunade. "A member of my clan has informed me that Orochimara left with them and she was holding a baby in her hands all signs point to that he or she is the heir to Uzushiogakure" said Shibi. This caught them off guard because while they did know she was in the village there was the fact that the Orochi clan was known to steal bodies but most importantly Orochimara was the same person who did experiments on kids. Shikaku listened to this information and on the inside he was cursing his damn luck that the Uzumaki clan not only left the village they also most likely took the nine tails container.
"Mikoto-san I'm going to need to hand over that child this is an order" command Shikaku using his Hokage power. Reluctanly Mikoto did as she was told and handed the baby to Inoichi who went through hand signs and placed his hand on top of the baby's head looking around in its mind. While walking through the mind of the baby Inoichi could sense another present in there and going deeper he indeed seen the beast but this time it was locked behind a cage and seemed to be asleep. Inoichi then walked towards the memory bank of the boy's mind but felt a hand that tossed him out making him land on his ass in the real world. Choza and Tsume went the help the man up while everyone just looked at him. "I believe we should keep a close eye on the boy" said Inoichi who took a seat back in his chair. "What happened?" asked Choza. "Did you see it?" asked Shikaku making sure that they had a tailed beast in Konoha. "The monkey is indeed within him" said Inoichi drinking the water in front of him.
"Wait why would Orochimara leave with the Uzumaki clan she's supposed to be loyal to Konoha" commented Asuma. "My question is how are they going to trust her when she was the one who was experimenting on kids?" added Chōza. Tsunade turned towards the group "Konoha has it's dark secrets one of its darkest is the fact that Hiruzen enforce these experiments trying to recreate the Mokuton bloodline". This made the room go silent and no one could speak as the information was a little too dark for their taste. "And to ask your question Orochimara left with them because she was sensei of Kushina Uzumaki and Godmother of the kid". Still stunned Tsunade asked a question that made people think "Would you be loyal to a village that turned on you because of something your brother did? would you be loyal to a village that turned on you when you were following orders?". Tsunade got up and started walking towards the door but was stopped by Shikaku "Tsunade-san we expect you in our office" said stated Shibi. Tsunade didn't respond she just nodded her head and walked out of the room.
Once she left all eyes turned to Shikaku and Shibi the two Hokages "Are we really going to allow the Uzumaki clan to become a threat to the village?" questioned Hiashi. "No however right now the Senju clan is our main focus we need to show them that we are trustworthy" replied Shikaku as he took a thinking pose. "How is the Senju clan is involved?" questioned a confused Mikoto. "After the Second Shinobi War and the attack on Uzushiogakure both the Senju and Uzumaki clan were dying out both clans are the only clans that could hold the Nine tails so they unified their clans in hope of rebuilding but the problem is over the years both clans have been having a hard time trusting Konoha and it seems that one has deemed us unfit" explained Shibi. Looking around the room Mikoto saw that the statement made held true weight from the long faces on the clan heads faces. "So, you're saying there's a chance that a clan who start the village and a clan who helped make the security could leave us?" said Mikoto in a tone that didn't sound like a question. To this Tsume placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke "It's been an ongoing problem and now that Minato and Kushina are gone it's going to probably get worse".
-Timeskip-
Shikaku, Shibi, Sakumo and Tsunade were in the new Hokage's office since during the attack the old office was destroyed. To Shikaku it made no sense that only certain buildings still stood while others were still intact but rooms inside of said building were destroyed. "I'm guessing Sakumo is one of your appointed elders?" questioned Tsunade making small talk. "Yes me and Shibi had decided that he was the perfect person for the job since he is the symbol of the Will of Fire" answered Shikaku. "The question is what is your plan? After your requested service is done" asked Shibi. "As I told people before as soon as I'm done I'll be back to gambling" said Tsunade who pulled out cards and started dealing them. "I'm not playing another card game against you and your luck" said Sakumo pushing the cards away. "My luck saved your ass and got you married" replied Tsunade. "To an Inuzuka member!" said Sakumo pulling up his sleeve showing off some scars that he got in a fight with one of his wife's family members.
Shikaku and Shibi wanted to get down to business "ANYWAYS we called you here because you have information that is needed for the safety of the village" said Shikaku studying the slug Sannin. "Will this conversation be an SSS-rank secret?" asked Tsunade as she put her cards back up. "The information will be only shared with those who need to know anyone else who knows this information will be killed to protect the information" said Shibi who took off his glass to show how serious he about the topic. Looking at the woman Shibi could tell either something was wrong or she was going to lie "Unfortunately due to clan laws I can't inform you of his or her identity as you know there are certain problems going on around here plus I only seen the baby once in two to three years they could look totally different" said Tsunade.
Shikaku and Shibi turned to each other having a silent conversation using hunter ninja hand signs and then turned to Tsunade who partly understood what they were saying. Looking at Tsunade a question popped up in Shikaku head however he found it too troublesome to ask it so he just passed over an important scroll. Picking up the scroll Tsunade read it and was confused "Why did you just hand me a scroll full of Nara clan jutsus?" asked a confused Tsunade. Both Hokages stood up Shibi left the room while Shikaku walked closer to Tsunade who got up and now they were standing face to face leaning in the man whispered "I know that you and Orochimara are best friends so I'll trust your decision of having the child be raised outside the village however he or she will need to be returned in ten years so they can enter the ninja academy and fulfill a contact agreement between the Nara, Namikaze, Inuzuka, and Uzumaki clans" said Shikaku.
Before she could ask what he meant there was a knock on the door to which Sakumo told the person to come in. Shibi walked back into the room however this time he had two people with him. Both figures kneeled when they walked into the room before speaking "Tsunade-sama, Commander, Shibi-san, and father good afternoon where's Lord Minato and Lord Fugaku?" asked the man in the dog mask anbu member. "Both of the former Hokages are dead me and Shibi are the 5th Hokages with him being the Shadow Kage also I'm sorry to do this but Kakashi you and Yugao will need to remove your mask" stated Shikaku. Both anbu members were shocked that their names were used and the fact that they were asked to remove their mask. "Hokage-sama I don't think with what we have going on at the moment we should remove any anbu members" said Sakumo who was trying to help his son.
"Sakumo-sama as much as I agree with that statement I must do something to protect the Hatake clan which only has three members plus at this point we need all future clan heads to be within the village" replied the Hokage looking at his elder. "So, what are you saying Hokage-sama?" asked Tsunade kind of confused. "For now, we will rebuild and lock down the village for two years this will give us time to rebuild and get stronger" said the Hokage. "Excuse me but where is the baby? What happened to Minato sensei? Who attacked the village?" asked Kakashi looking at everyone in the room. "Minato died sealing the tailed beast and we were attacked by Iwagakure as for your first question the Uzumaki clan have left the village" answered Shibi.
"Well do we know where they went?" asked Yugao who was now standing. Both the elder and Hokages looked towards Tsunade indicating she knew "I do not know where they are headed and I wouldn't go after them it could lead to repercussions most likely death since they had Orochimara with them" stated Tsunade. "Are you sure we can trust Orochimara?" Questioned Sakumo. "At the moment there is nothing we can do without losing more ninjas" said Shikaku. "Send us we can get him back" plead Kakashi who was about to put back on his dog mask. "You two clearly aren't thinking clearly so I'm ordering you to go rest for a week no ninja duty" said Shikaku pointing towards the door. The husband-and-wife duo both put back on their mask and body flickered out the room. "Damn it I should've taken those masks oh well I'll get them later" said Shikaku sitting back at his desk. "Well, Hokage you got work to get to and so do I so I'll see you later" said Tsunade leaving the room. Once she left Sakumo took on a serious tone "Konoha has always been the number one village this event today will not stop us it'll only make us better now let's get to work on rebuilding a better village" said Sakumo putting out a map of the old Konoha.
-Year Two-
After being informed that Hiruzen wouldn't be made Hokage again the Toad Sannin Jiraiya abandoned the leaf village and disbanded his spy network. Not seeing the need for a civilian counsel Shibi and Shikaku had disbanded it which led to the counsel threatening to leave village. In turn Shikaku had told them to leave however warned them that one they would no longer have the protection of the village and two the number of bandits out there have increased. Shibi on the other hand had informed them that the village was still on lockdown and anyone who left the village without permission would be hunted down and killed. During this year there had been small fights between the Uchiha clan and main Hygua breach seeing as they blamed each other for some of the things that couldn't be controlled. Throughout the year Neji, Ten-Ten, Rock Lee, twins Satsuki and Sasuke, Hinata, Shikamaru, Ino, Choji, Kiba, Shino, and Sakura were born. (Side Note: Menma and Naruto were born in October making them a year or a few months older than everyone else.)
-Year Three-
After three years Konoha was no longer on lock down which allowed them to make more money however this also meant that civilian counsel would be bought back. A few months after the civilian counsel was brought back the news of a new tailed beast container was spread like wildfire in the village however no one knew which kid it was. There were multiple attacks on orphaned children by ninjas and civilians who called themselves avenging their fourth Hokages. After a month of dealing with this Shikaku and Shibi got tired of this and order that anyone who attacks anymore child will be killed on the spot no questions asked. This made everyone stop but made them mindful and distrustful of any orphans in the village.
-Year Four-
Shikamaru, Choji and Ino met each other and became friends due to their clans alliance and long-term friendship. Members of the Hygua side breach oddly been getting killed while in the compound which caused an investigation and led to the arrest of a few members of the main breach. After being moved towards the outside of the village the Uchiha clan planned something that would rock the village core and made plans to get what they wanted. A few months later the Hygua side breach attacked the main breach who was underprepared and didn't think that the side breach would ever attack them. Elsewhere in the village the Uchiha clan had launched an attack on the Danzo and the Sarutobi clan. Once being informed of what was going on the Hokage had sent the anbu to stop what looked like an Hygua-Uchiha alliance from killing anyone else.
While planning how to stop the attacks it was quickly learned that these two events were two completely different although both events were causing chaos inside the village. The situation got worse when it was discovered that the fourth Hokage Wicked Eye Fugaku who was supposed to be dead was leading his clan into battle killing both root and anbu members. After a long night of fighting which involved all the clans it ended with the death of Fugaku who was killed by his son Itachi Uchiha the new Uchiha clan head. The trial was a headache for the Fire Daimyo and Hokages for multiple reasons. The first reason was because the main breach of the Hygua clan was now all gone besides the former clan head's kids Hinata and Hanabi. The second reason was that even though a few Uchiha members killed Hygua members the Hyuga clan didn't press charges and claimed they killed their own members because they betrayed them. Through the testimonials from the Yamanaka clan who had read the Uchiha's members minds it was discovered that Hiruzen and Danzo were still running the illegal group called Root (NE). The court had seen the Uchiha clan members actions had done the village a favor by killing most of the members. Later during the trial, it was discovered that Root was the ones who attack the fourth Hokage and stole his eyes.
This news made Itachi and those who aided him look bad as now most saw the now decreased Uchiha members as heroes. The trial lasted a whole month and the final verdict was decided with only twenty Hyuga members being thrown in jail for disturbing the peace and destroying public properties. Hiruzen was removed from the Hokage mountain however nothing else could've been done since he died during the fight. Danzo on the other hand was placed within the bingo book along with having a ten-million-dollar bounty placed on his head by Konoha. When Shikaku, Shibi and many anbu members went to investigate the Root (NE) hideout they found them diminished. The Fire Daimyo had agreed to pay to have the village rebuilt however told them that anyone under Genin rank shouldn't be allowed to leave the village.
-Year Five-
After going over mission reports on Shikaku and Shibi had found out that too many kids who were not ready to become ninjas of the village were passed which led to the deaths and injuries of genins who were unprepared, Chunin who had been on missions and flat out failed the job or died doing it, and Jonin who had to protect their genin causing them to die. Shikaku had decided that change was need so he replaced the old ranking system with a new one:
Junior Genin: This rank is given to ninjas who have enrolled within the academy for 3 to 4 years before becoming a full genin. They are required to do 100 D-ranks before getting their headband.
Genin: After passing the genin these ninjas will be placed on teams of 2 or 3 genins and one Senior Jonin. Only allowed D to C rank missions only but mainly C rank missions.
Junior Chunin: This rank is given when a ninja passes the Chunin exams or is given a field promotion. Allowed C rank or higher.
Chunin: This rank is attained when a junior chunin has been at the rank for 2 years has competed five C rank missions, five B rank missions and one A rank mission.
Junior Jonin: This rank is attained after 3 more years of being a chunin doing a year of teaching at the academy, leading a C rank mission, and doing five A ranked missions.
Senior Jonin: This rank is attained by being age 18 or above, has mastered one of the ninja arts, must be able to teach and lead others in the field and must have the battle knowledge to know when to fight or run.
All the clan heads didn't like the new rankings however most of them seen that this could improve the village.
-Timeskip-
Now that all the kids were either six or seven Naruto, Rock Lee, Ten-Ten, Neji, Shikamaru, Ino, Kiba, Choji, Sasuke, Shino, Satsuki, Hinata, and Sakura joined the civilian academy to learn basic education. Since the changes to the ranking system the number of Genins went from three thousand to five thousand, the number of Chunin went from six thousand to over ten thousand, and lastly there were only hundred Jonins. This didn't go over well at first because every ninja was being stripped of their rankings hell this even effected Anbu members however because there were tests for higher ranks that motivated them. Over the course of this year more and more ninjas started working harder to get their old rank back while others wanted to advance further fearing that they would be stripped again. A few months later Tsunade, who had returned from Uzushiogakure had informed Shikaku and Shibi that the child of Minato and Kushina wouldn't be returning to the village. This wasn't good news for the village but the worse part of it was that Shikaku would have to inform Tsume that her best friend's child wouldn't be returning and due to the contract they would have to send five members each to Uzushiogakure. After a long discussion in which Tsume cussed everyone out and even threw a desk she agreed to go through with the contract however she told them she wasn't sending anybody within the ninja system.
-Later That Day-
In the Counsel room you had the civilians on one side and the clan heads on the other with the Hokages and the elders being in the middle. The clan heads were the following people:
Asuma Sarutobi leader of the Sarutobi clan and one of the twelve guardians. Asuma stood 5'11, has olive skin, brown eyes, short black spiky hair, and a beard. His clothing consisted of the standard Konoha ninja uniform with the sleeves rolled up halfway, flak jacket, regular shinobi sandals and forehead protector. He also wore a sash that had the kanji for "Fire" (火) marked on it around his waist, a pair of black bangles, and bandages wrapped around the arms of his sleeves.
Itachi Uchiha controversial leader of the Uchiha clan and controversial Anbu commander. He stood 5'10, has tan skin, black eyes, jet-black hair that was pulled back in a low ponytail. He wore casual clothes consisting of a black shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back, bandages around his ankles, and black sandals. He wore tan pants with a weapons pouch strapped to his back.
Benga Senju leader of the Senju clan. Benga stood 5'9, had long red hair just like his clan, light brown eyes, wore a light brown kimono with dragons on the back and the Senju symbol on the middle of the back, black sandals, and had two swords on each side.
Inoichi Yamanaka ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Yamanaka clan. The man has light green eyes, stood 5'10, and has long ash blond hair reaching into his lower back. He wore the standard flak jacket over a black outfit, complete with handguards, and forehead protector.
Tsume Inuzuka leader of the Inuzuka clan and head of the Hunter Division. She has long, spiky, untamed brown hair, vertical slit-like pupils, elongated canine teeth and nails. She also has the clan fang markings on her cheeks as well as markings over her eyes and a dark shade of purple lipstick. She wears the standard outfit of a Konoha shinobi consisting of flak jacket and a black suit underneath with the sleeves rolled up and bandages around her legs.
Chōza Akimichi ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Akimichi clan. Chōza stood 6'2, has brown hair, wears a spiky red hairpiece. He has purple markings on his cheeks which is common within the clan. He wears a samurai like outfit which entails a black suit completed with armor that has the kanji for "food" (食, shoku) on it. He also wears a rope belt, handguards, and instead of a forehead protector he wore a hachimaki tied around his head.
Hoheto Hyuga leader of the rebuilding Hyuga clan. He looks like the average Hygua member nothing special.
The two Hokages sat in the middle of the room with the clan heads surrounding them and the civilian counsel, which was made up of only ten to twelve sat on the outskirts and was told not to speak unlike spoken to. "Good Morning" said both Hokages who were wearing their Hokages robes showing everyone that this meeting was going to be serious. "Good Morning Hokage-sama" replied everyone in the room however the clan heads were paying extra attention to their Hokages words. "We have a few topics to talk about today and the first one is that sadly a certain person will not be returning to the village" said Shibi.
This information confused everyone "Hokage-dono we knew that the Jiraiya wasn't going to come back" stated Inoichi. The two Hokages looked at each other then Shikaku explained further "We don't mean him we meant that the Jinchuriki of the nine tails will not be returning to the village". Tsume banged her hands on the desk leaking KI but didn't speak. "Benga is there any information you can give us to help found the nine tails jailer?" asked Sakumo. All eyes turned towards the clan head however the look on his face at this question made the mode sour. "I am no longer considered a member of the Uzumaki clan due to my choice to stay within the village" answer Benga. "Seems convenient are you sure you have no information that you can share?" challenged Itachi. "Not the Kin slayer challenging me on my loyalty?" said Benga. This earned the man a glare from the Uchiha clan head however Benga didn't give a fuck and kept going.
"You know I don't see how or why you are sitting here I mean to think a Uchiha no not just any Uchiha but the son of the honorable man killed his father because he tried to rid the leaf of a dangerous ROOT" said Benga chuckling at the boy's glaring eyes. Only a few knew the truth however to everyone else and even many Uchiha members didn't trust the man and thought that his leadership was chosen by the Hokages not the clan. "Benga-san what Itachi did was for the best of the village" commented Hoheto trying to stick up for the boy. "I know damn well the side bitches aren't talking right now shut ya mouth no one is speaking to you right now" replied Benga. "I did the right thing for the village!" yelled Itachi activating his dojutsu which earned him a slap to the back of the head. "Benga shut it" said Tsume glaring at the Senju clan head. She then turned towards Itachi "Calm down pup don't let him get to you" said Tsume who was sitting right next to the kid and started rubbing his back.
Benga noticed this "Oh wow man Tsume you're fucking Tsume damn man respect my guy" said Benga trying to high five the young man. "Benga shut it before I throw you through two buildings again" said Chōza. "Bring it on fatty" said Benga motioning for the Akimichi clan head to attack him. Before Chōza could get up Shikaku shadow connect to his "Chōza hold your temper Benga shut the fuck up you're annoying" said Shikaku who was choking the man with his shadows. Benga nodded his head and Shikaku released him "Let's get back topic who has ideas" said Shibi.
"We should prepare for war or anything that possibly could come our way just look at what happened last time" said Chōza making a valid point to most in the room. "We need to demand that Iwagakure give us their tailed beast" said Asuma. "Fool we already have the four tails and it's been almost ten years if we were going to demand payment we should've done it years ago" said Benga. "So, what the hell are we going to do then?" asked Asuma looking around the room. After five minutes of silence Sakumo said "As bad as this is going to sound we need to steal a stronger tailed beast". Which led to more awkward silence or thinking. "I agree the changing of the rankings was the first step however we need to focus on finding another Jinchuriki" said Shibi. "But who do we get this tailed beast from?" questioned Tsume.
"Well from what we know is that the one tail is in Sunagakure, both the two and six tails are in Kumogakure and are highly protected, we have the four tails, and the nine and eight tails are in Uzushiogakure." Said Inoichi reading off the paper. "Wait what about the three, five, and seven containers?" asked Sakumo. "There are reports that Takigakure was attacked by a group of S-rank ninjas and their tailed beast was most likely taken but then again this is a rumor" stated Inoichi. "What about the three and five tails?" asked Itachi. "Han escaped after Orochimara had whooped him so my best guess would be that the five tails made it back to Iwagakure" commented Tsume. "Well, what about the three tails isn't it in Kirigakure?" questioned Asuma. "Kirigakure has been infighting worse than we have and there is a good chance that they will take themselves out so all we have to do is play the waiting game and collect however in the meantime we shall train" said Shibi. Chōza who was watching the conversion saw his friend sinking in his seat so he asked "Hokage-sama are you okay my friend?". All attention turned towards Shikaku who muttered "Troublesome" he then turned towards Shibi who nodded and spoke "This position is troublesome" said Shikaku rubbing his head. "Let's all take a ten-minute break" said Shibi looking at his fellow Kage knowing something was off.
-Timeskip-
It has been four years since the future clan heads entered the civilian academy for the basics and all had passed moving on to the Ninja Academy. Many had seen promise within this group because all the future clan heads were within this class which shocked and upset many since usually only 33% of kids became full genins. If not for the changes to the ninja system they would be called the "Rookie twelve" a title given to talented kids who could become Chunin a few months after becoming Genin. In a classroom of thirty hopefuls all were waiting on their sensei or senseis to arrive although some were looking at a brown-haired boy that they hadn't seen before which was weird since most of the kids knew each other. This individual who had a couple of eyes on him was seating in the back row of the classroom looking outside the window looking at rain outside.
-Thirty minutes later-
After waiting for half an hour their senseis had showed up one looked hung over and the other looked he had a stick up his ass. "Alright everyone I am Iruka Umino and this is my co teacher Mizuki we will be your senseis for the next 3 years" said Iruka. "Good morning Senseis" replied the class. "Let's start with introductions stand up one by one and tell us your name, a fact about you, one of your goals, something you like, and something you dislike" said Mizuki. After all the boring introductions were done it was time for the elite twelve to talk about themselves.
"My name is Ten-Ten, I am nine years old, I like weapons, I dislike fan girls, and my goal for the future is to be a great kunoichi" said Ten-Ten. She wore a pink sleeveless qipao-style blouse with red sleeve trimmings and yellow fastening buttons and dark green pants. A pouch is adjusted to her thigh and her forehead protector and sandals are both blue. Ten-Ten has black hair and grey eyes, she wears her hair in two Chinese-style buns on her head with short fringe-bangs framing her face.
"My name is Rock Lee; I am the son of Might Gai, I like training with my father, my goal for the future is to surpass my father, and lastly I dislike people who don't work hard" said Rock Lee. He has shiny black hair, round eyes with prominent lower eyelashes, and very thick eyebrows. His hair was quite long and fastened in a braid. (I hate the bowl haircut he nor Gai will have that haircut) he wears a green jumpsuit, orange leg warmers, and a red forehead protector worn as a belt. He has bandages around his forearms up to his fingers, covering a set of stitches on his hands that were caused by his rigorous training.
"I guess I'll go next I am Sasuke Uchiha, I like training and my clan, my goal for the future is to be the next clan head, my dislikes are people in general" said Sasuke. He was wearing a navy blue, short-sleeved shirt with a high collar, white shorts, and white arm warmers. He has black eyes and long spiky black hair with a blue tint. (No duckbutt haircut)
"My name is Satsuki Uchiha twin sister of Sasuke and granddaughter of Madara Uchiha" this shocked some people in the class. "I enjoy training and learning; my goal is to be the first female Hokage and also just like Ten-Ten I dislike fan girls" said Satsuki before sitting back down. Satsuki has green eyes which were different from her clan members. She stood at 5'1, she had black hair with some red highlights in honor of her hero Kushina Uzumaki who she read about in a book. She wore a mesh shirt with a crop-top shirt, a short pink laced up mini-skirt with shorts underneath and black knee-high socks with black ninja slides.
"My name is Neji Hyuga, a fact about me is that I believe in faith, I like training, I dislike weak people who try to go against their faith to be weak, and a goal of mine is to be the next clan head" said Neji. Neji has fair skin and long brown hair. When his Byakugan was not active he has featureless white eyes, Neji wears a beige-colored shirt, a dull blue shirt beneath that has mesh armor beneath it, dark brown shorts, blue shinobi sandals, and wrapped bandages around his right arm, chest, and right leg. His hair is usually tied back in a loose ponytail.
After Neji was done the young lady next to him started walking down the stairs once she made it to the front she turned around "My name is Hinata Hyuga princess of the Hyuga clan, I am eight years old, I like cinnamon buns and my clan, I really don't dislike anything honestly, and a future goal of mine is to become Hokage" said Hinata. Hinata is a slender girl of fair complexion, she has featureless lavender eyes. She has medium dark blue hair that she keeps in a ponytail. She was wearing a long white dress like she was going to a formal party.
"I'm Shikamaru Nara, I like cloud watching and sleeping, my goal for the future is to be a chunin, I dislike working hard and being woken up" said Shikamaru who sat back down. Shikamaru has narrow brown eyes and a typical expression suggesting he is either bored or irritated. He has shoulder length black hair tied in a spiky ponytail. He wears a short-sleeved grey jacket with green-edged sleeves and the rudimentary Nara clan symbol on the back, under which is a green-lined mesh armor T-shirt. He also wears brown pants, a pair of his clan's traditional silver hoop earrings. "Umm aren't you missing something" said Mizuki however when they didn't get an answer they moved on.
"My name is Choji Akimichi, I am eight years old, I like cooking and eating, I dislike people calling me fat, and a goal of mine is to enter and became a food champion" said Choji. After his statement his heard some jokes that made him upset so he attacked his classmates which had been mostly civilian kids. Both teachers feared the boy would kill his classmates if they didn't pull him off the kids he was beating to death.
-Twenty minutes later-
Choji was in the headmaster's office with his father and mother. The boy would be expelled from the academy for a few months or possibly a full year because he attacked and battered kids that couldn't protect themselves. Both of Choji's parents went to the Hokages knowing that they would have their backs however Shikaku explained to his friend that his son could have possibly killed those kids so he would have to be expelled for the first year. This end with Choza cussing the man out and even created a small rift in their relationship.
-Back in the classroom-
Okay no more jokes everyone quiet we have several more class members to go" said Iruka who now had a black eye.
"I am Kiba Inuzuka and this is Akamaru, I like my clan and training, I dislike cats and cat lovers, my goal for the future is to be the next clan head" said Kiba. He had messy brown hair, sharp black eyes with vertical slit-like pupils, canine teeth, and nails that he can change into claws. He also has the distinctive red fang markings of the Inuzuka clan on his cheeks. He wore a choker around his neck, A gray slashed up hoodie with a dark grey muscle shirt under it and black anbu pants with blue slides on.
"My name is Ino Yamanaka, a fact about me is that I like flowers and my family, I dislike bugs, and my goal for the future is to be married" said Ino. Ino is a fair-skinned woman of average height with light blue eyes and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face. Ino regularly wears a purple outfit consisting of a high-collared blouse and matching apron skirt.
"My name is Shino Aburame, I am nine years old, I like my clan and my hive, I dislike people who judge too quickly, a goal of mine for the future is to be Hokage" said Shino. Shino is regularly seen sporting the same style as the rest of his clan, consisting of dark round sunglasses and a sea-green jacket with a high, upturned collar. Shino is a fair-skinned man and the tallest member of his class. He has dark, bushy, brown hair, and dark, sharp eyes. As with other members of his clan, Shino constantly keeps his eyes covered to others.
All the way at the top a boy who was sitting alone stood up and spoke "My name is Naruto Uchiha-Namikaze, I am ten years old, I like training, I dislike the Royal Uzumaki bloodline, my goal is become clan head and end the Royal line" said Naruto as his fist shook. Naruto was wearing a black jump suit which had red designs that were seals which contained many items, black anbu boots, black fingerless gloves and lastly he was wearing glasses. The boy stood 5'6, has black hair, blue eyes, and his skin is slightly tan. This information shocked and confused everyone since most had known while everyone besides two people "Shut it you half breed liar" said the twin Uchiha members. In the other students' minds the boy was lying since the only Namikaze in Konoha history was Minato Namikaze and while he did favor him Naruto didn't have his hair color.
Before Naruto could stand up Iruka gained control of the class "Alright alright calm down everyone take your seats let's begin with our lessons" said Iruka trying to bring the focus back to himself. "Wait I haven't gone yet" said a girl with pink hair. "And who are you?" asked Mizuki looking at his clipboard. "Sakura Haruno" replied the girl now known as Sakura. Looking on his clipboard Iruka saw that the girl's name was indeed called however she didn't answer "We've been called your name" said Iruka. "She was too busy looking over at Sasuke" said Mizuki. "Lewd we have a fan girl we'll see how long you last" said Iruka shaking his head.
-Later that Year-
The Fire Daimyo had called for Shikaku and Shibi to meet him in castle to discuss some things. During the meeting the Daimyo and his advisors had brought up a few things that didn't sit right with them. Those beings that since they had become Hokage the Uzumaki clan had rebuilt Uzushiogakure becoming a threat of power, Orochimaru had created his own village and become a threat seeing as it's rumored a Otogakure ninja blew up the Land Of Thieves, the disappearance of the nine tails container, and the main breach of the Hygua clan had been killed off during the attack years ago. However, most importantly were the facts that Amegakure, Sunagakure, Kumogakure, and Iwagakure had gotten stronger while Konoha's in fighting made the village weaker, the fact that Iwagakure had attacked them over ten years and Shikaku never declared war against them, and the fact that Takigakure and Kirigakure was now gone. Shikaku and Shibi had explained that while they hadn't been the best Hokages they were trying their best and that lastly the village had secretly been getting stronger. This interested the Daimyo so he proposed the idea of them holding the next chunin exams which is to take place in two years and if no kid made it to the finals they would have to give up their Hokage seats to which both Hokages agreed to although hesitantly. Upon getting back to the village Shikaku and Shibi had informed all the Jonins about the dilemma that they were in.
-Timeskip-
During their three years within the Ninja Academy Ino, Choji, and Shikamaru tried to get to know one another however Shikamaru was lazy but a genius, Choji while outside the village had become a powerlifter so now all he did was workout and eat, and both boys hate Ino's traits of being a fan girl for the Uchiha boy who clearly hated her and the fact that she was friends with Sakura. Over the three years the clans saw the girl as a useless, book nerd, fan girl who was flat out useless. To them a person who couldn't fight in a world that required fighting was considered useless hell even during the second year she was kicked out for failing to win any fights however her mother paid the headmaster to let her rejoin. The twins Satsuki and Sasuke were the most popular people in the whole academy and the most hated. Popular because their bloodline and clan hated because if you weren't on their level they seen you as less or a weakling.
Neji and Hinata over the last three years had made few friends however mostly kept to themselves. The Hygua clan had been placed under watch since the incident that ended with the former main breach now gone. Rock Lee and TenTen had been trained by Lee's father and became a couple while in the academy which for some reason made Neji jealous though the boy tried not to show it. During the first two years in the academy Naruto wasn't popular nor was he liked by his classmates. To half of his classmates, he came off as weird while the other half thought he was a little too perfect like he was a clone of someone else. Due to Shino being the Hokage's son more girls were interested in him however the fact that the boy usually was found talking to himself and the other fact that during spars his hive became bloodthirsty people kept their distance. While in the academy Kiba had become one of the top students because his clan elders had demanded it. Kiba's father and grandfather had been some of the strongest members within the clan and now it was Kiba's turn to move that lineage forward.
