Chapter Nineteen: The Move

Alessia quickly got dressed into her uniform and grabbed her stuff. She was beyond excited to be moving out into her own place today. She still had time before she would have to head into work. The sun wasn't up yet and the smell of cold air was now coming in. She crossed the water with the first ferry before taking her long walk to her apartment. Once she arrived, the sun started to come up from the sky and she saw someone she knew and smiled.
"Morning chief!" She waved with a smile before walking up the stairs.
"What are you doing here already?" Lin asked while following her up the stairs.
"Just dropping stuff off. Speaking of, the furniture is being dropped off during lunch." Alessia added as she opened the door to her apartment. Lin had closed the door behind her. Alessia went straight to her bedroom and sat her stuff down. Turning to see Lin leaned against her door frame.
"Are you excited?" The older woman asked. Alessia nodded as she walked up to Lin and slid her arms around the older woman's waist and leaned up to kiss the soft lips.
"I have two things for you." Alessia spoke softly. Lin had raised a brow at her when Alessia had let go and pulled out the key from her jacket pocket and handed it to Lin.
"Ah. So I'm welcome anytime?" Lin gave her a smirk as she nodded.
"Of course you are. You knew that was going to happen." Alessia chuckled. She went to her bag and pulled out the small box and handed it to Lin.
"What's this?" Lin asked while opening the box as her eyes went wide before a smile. It was also a platinum ring. This time, this one had a lotus flower engraved into it. Inside the ring had 'Always and Forever' engraved inside. Lin was still smiling as Alessia took the ring and placed it upon the chief's finger.
"My promise to you. So you won't forget." Alessia smiled as Lin gently pushed her against the wall and started kissing down her neck. Alessia let out a soft moan. Which caused Lin to bite her neck.
"Mmm. Not yet love. Though, I am so ready for you." Alessia smirked as she gently nipped Lin's bottom lip. How she craved Lin's touch.
"Come, we need to head in. Plus, my stuff is arriving at noon. Everyone is going to be here." Alessia sighed.
"I'll be here as well." Lin smiled and stole a kiss from Alessia before leading her out.
It felt like the day was dragging. Officer Song came to request a few officers for more clean up. Alessia jumped up quickly to offer her help. She finished the reports. She picked them up and knocked on the chief's door.
"Open." Lion's voice spoke as Alessia closed it behind her. Setting the reports in the basket for Lin and bowed to the woman.
"Heading out with Officer Song to clean up." Alessia reported.
"Thank you. One hour." Lin spoke as Alessia nodded before taking her leave. She followed Song out of the station along with Mako and one other officer. They went into his cruiser before going downtown. There were still several buildings that needed to be cleaned up. Luckily earth benders were able to put their elements together as they can take them apart. Once out of the car, she easily moved her arms in movements that caused the debris to move with her. Clearing the roads out first before fixing the buildings. If a building could not be fixed, they would mark it for demolition.
"Oh, the chief said Mako and I have one hour. We have somewhere we need to be." Alessia spoke to officer Song who nodded his head.
"Roger." Was all he replied while moving the debris as well. Mako however was using his fire bending to melt any metal they couldn't bend to move things a lot easier. It felt like it had been hours as Alessia wiped the sweat off of her forehead.
"We are finished here." Song spoke as they nodded. They managed to get a few blocks cleared as the citizens were thanking them. Alessia bowed to them as she made her way back to the cruiser with Mako.
"Are you excited?" He asked as she nodded her head quickly. She would be staying in her apartment for the first time and she was beyond excited. Plus, she would be sharing it with someone special.
"I'm going to grab some lunch for everyone. Is it just you and Korra?" Alessia asked.
"No, Bolin is coming as well. Don't count on Asami." Mako spoke as Alessia nodded. Taking mental notes on everyone's favorite food.
They came back to the station as the chief was already there ready for them.
"Alright, let's go." She ordered as Mako followed her.
"I'll be there shortly. Grabbing lunch for everyone!" Alessia shouted as Lin nodded. It didn't take long to grab everyone's food as she made her way to her apartment. Her heart was pounding against her chest with excitement.
"Sorry! I'm here!" She smiled as she saw Korra, Mako, Bolin, and Lin all waiting for her. Knowing full well if Lin let them in, it would raise suspicion.
"Why is Lin here?" Korra asked.
"Security reasons. Making sure my officers settle in." Lin spoke. It was half true. She did the same for Mako. Alessia unlocked her door and let everyone in. Lin waved her hand for her to go before. Alessia did not regret it as she felt a small pinch upon her bottom. Blushing like mad as she looked at Lin who was smirking at her.
"Food first?" She asked as everyone nodded. She set it down on the counter and brought out her new plates and utensils. Black and silver plates.
"So, I assume black is your favorite color?" Bolin asked as Alessia shook her head.
"I have three. Green, silver, and black." Alessia corrected. It was not long as they were chattering about their day so far as a loud knock came upon her door. She went to answer it.
"Alessia?" The man asked as she nodded her head. She stepped aside as several people had entered her apartment. Setting the furniture and boxes down and what not.
"Bed?" One man asked. Alessia led him to the back of the hall where her bedroom was. She was now very excited at this. They had left once they were done. Alessia made her way back to the kitchen and stopped. Everyone seemed to make themselves at home in her living room. She smiled while joining them.
"I love the colors you choose." Korra spoke as she finished her food.
"Thank you Korra. Glad you like them." She spoke while grabbing everyone's plates when they were done and washed them. Setting aside to dry before going back to the room.
"I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow." Alessia sighed as she sat down next to Mako. Crossing her legs as she listened into the conversations they were having.
"I admit. I'm jealous. This place is bigger and nicer." Mako chuckled as Bolin moved the couch to the side where she wanted it.
"Thank you all for your help." Alessia smiled and gave each person a hug except for Lin for now.
"We should head back to the station." Mako spoke as they nodded.
"Right. Everyone out!" Alessia waved her arms with a chuckle.
"Hey, I can visit anytime right?" Korra asked as Alessia raised a brow at her.
"I prefer to have my space now. Though, we'll talk about it." Alessia spoke. Lin knew full well that Alessia only wanted them alone. She locked the door behind her while following Mako and Lin outside.
"See you guys later!" Korra spoke while using her glider to fly over the buildings and out of sight.
"I will head to the arena gym. They need more training." Bolin sighed. Alessia placed a hand upon his shoulder and gave it a squeeze. "Thanks Alessia." Bolin smiled weakly before turning his heels to leave.
She was the last one into the station while humming softly. Sitting at her desk as Mako was arguing with Lu and Gang. Rolling her eyes as she sighed. Those two fools never seemed to do their job. Instead, always bossing younger officers than them around. Alessia did not allow them to boss her around.
"Get these filed will you?" Lu spoke while setting another stack of reports on her desk.
"Do you not do your own reports?" Alessia asked while crossing her arms. Lu turned around to be in her face.
"Do as I say rookie!" He snapped.
"Excuse me?" Alessia asked while standing up. "My job is in the field. Not your file reporter. Also, I am not a rookie." She replied while crossing her arms.
"Get them done or I'll report you." Lu threatened. Alessia sighed and shook her head. She was going to be here all night. She frowned while sitting back down and began quickly. Lin had come out of her office hours later.
"What is this?" She asked while seeing the pile on her desk.
"Ask Lu, chief." Alessia glared at the man. Lin grabbed the folders from her desk and walked over to Lu and Gang. Dropping it on their desk.
"Do your own files! Overload one of my officers again, you will receive a strike!" Lin snapped as Lu gulped and nodded his head.
"I'm off for the night. I have matters I need to attend to." Lin spoke as she left. Alessia frowned at this. Hoping they were still on for tonight. Pushing the thoughts back as Mako came up asking for her help. Taking his reports to go over them. Correcting some things and taking out some things and smiling while handing them back. She could feel Lu's eyes on her with anger. She smiled and waved at him before standing up to stretch. It had been an hour since Lin had left.
"I'm heading home. See you later." Alessia spoke as Mako nodded.
"I should head off as well. Have fun!" Mako poke as Alessia waved. She went to Wong's restaurant to pick up her order she had made earlier before heading back to her apartment. Finally she would be sleeping in her own bed!
Unlocking the door and smiling as there were lights on. Closing the door behind her and set her food down at the dining table.
"I smell Wong's?" Lin asked as she finally came into view. Alessia nodded and gave Lin a soft kiss.
"Yep! Got your favorite as well. Imma eat and then shower." She spoke while pulling out two plates. Setting them down. She took her spot as Lin sat next to her.
"I don't understand why those two think they are the boss." Lin sighed.
"You can't let them go can you?" Alessia asked as Lin shook her head.
"Not without reason." Lin spoke as she ate her food. Alessia couldn't help but stare at Lin with awe. The woman was so beautiful to her. The sharp lines that made her jaw. Her sharp green eyes that pierces her soul.
"You gawking at me?" Lin raised a brow with a smirk. Alessia returned the smile before eating. Hints of blushing on her cheeks.
"Mako is getting better on his reports. I assume he has you to thank for?" Lin asked as Alessia nodded her head.
"Yes, soon I won't have to go over them. I don't mind to be honest. As long as people ask me nicely." Alessia spoke as she finished her food.
"Oh yeah?" Lin asked while pulling Alessia onto her lap and started kissing her neck. Alessia let out a soft moan. "You mentioned a shower. Go take one. I'll be here." Lin whispered as Alessia frowned at the loss of touch as Lin cleared away the table. Pecking Lin's cheek before heading to her bedroom. The bed was already made. Lin sure wasn't wasting any time. She smirked at the thought before running the shower. Letting the hot water run over her body as she began cleaning. Not knowing how long she was in the shower before getting out. She put on her nightgown. Nothing under it. Humming softly as she water bent the water from her hair before keeping it down. She brushed her hair before heading out. She stopped and caught sight of her room. She was blushing as her jaw was down. The room was dimmed and candles lit around the room. Red rose petals covered the bed and floor. Feeling arms wrapped around her waist and held her close. Alessia turned to find Lin leaning in to kiss her deeply.
She was slowly pushed backwards and fell against her bed. Watching Lin smirk with lust in her eyes before crawling on top of Alessia. She caught sight of what Lin was wearing. Her usual white tank top but nothing under. She could see Lin's breasts clearly and started blushing at the sight. She wore black laced panties. Pushing Alessia more as she scooted up to the pillow and pulled Lin in for another deep kiss. Feeling the older woman's hands slide under her gown.
"Hmm. Someone is naughty." Lin smirked while whispering in her ear. All Alessia could do was blush and smile. "Just let me know. We can stop anytime." Lin added while caressing Alessia's cheek. She nodded her head to Lin before pulling the woman back into a deep kiss. Lin tugged at the edge of her gown before sliding it off with ease. She was now bare underneath Lin. She mumbled and used her arms to cover her chest. Lin gently took her hands and moved them to the side.
"Don't hide. You're beautiful." Lin whispered that sent chills down Alessia's spine. She grabbed the edge of Lin's tank top and pulled it over the woman's head. Her hands went straight for Lin's breasts as she cupped them both gently. Receiving a soft moan from Lin this time. She could feel how hard the nipple was between her fingers as she pinched them lightly. Letting go as her hands slowly traced her fingertips down Lin's sides. Grabbing the hem of her panties before sliding them down. Turning them over as Alessia was now on top. Her eyes locked with the green ones before leaning in straight to Lin's neck and bit her a bit roughly. Hearing a groan as Lin tangled her fingers into Alessia's hair and pulled it. The heat radiating from her lover caused her to moan lightly. Alessia wanted to explore instead. She took her hand and gently touched Lin's area. Hearing a groan as Lin's hips moved against her hand. Blushing at the sight as she could see how wet this woman was. Using her finger to open the folds as warm liquid slowly dripped from her. Curious, Alessia bent down and used her tongue to slide inside.
"Oh Alessia…." Lin moaned her name that caused a flame to ignite inside her stomach. Tasting Lin was definitely one of her new favorite things now. She couldn't help but let her tongue take over. Feeling Lin's hips roll against her. Smiling at her job before taking the leap. She pushed two fingers in gently.
"Okay, now go as deep as you can." Lin instructed as Alessia did so. Feeling the walls starting to tighten. "Now curl them." Lin moaned loudly as Alessia felt the woman under her arch her back. Using her free hand, she gripped Lin's hip and dung her nails into her skin. Lin started to pant as her hips bucked against Alessia's fingers. Using her tongue to caress a spot she found. Alessia was still heavy headed from her own body fighting to take over as her mind was trying to keep herself sane. She could feel Lin's hands aggressively roaming her body. There was pure lust in Lin's eyes as she flipped them. Alessia was now under Lin and ready to be dominated by her lover.
"You ready?" Lin asked with calmness in her voice. It sounded different. There was love in her voice. Her eyes caught the green ones again and they were soft and caring this time. She nodded her head as Lin leaned in and started at her neck. One hand cupping her straight between her legs. Alessia gasped with a moan.
"So wet for me." Lin whispered against her neck. Alessia closed her eyes as a moan escaped her lips. Realizing her body had its own mind as her hips began moving against Lin's hand. Craving for more friction.
"Mmm, my love wants it badly." Lin teased her in a seductive voice as Alessia groaned. She didn't want the foreplay. She wanted Lin and she wanted her now.
"Lin…Please." Was all she could say through her short breaths.
"Please what?" Lin asked, smirking while watching her.
"I want you." Alessia managed to say. She felt Lin slip a finger and pushed it deep inside without any warning. Alessia gasped and moaned loudly. Her hips bucking, wanting more. Lin took this hint and added a second finger. That's when the pain started. Wincing a little as Lin stopped.
"Let me know when you are ready." Lin whispered in Alessia's ear. The fingers still inside as she moved herself under Lin to get more comfortable. She nodded her head. Feeling Lin's fingers start moving in and out slowly. Alessia grabbed the bed sheets not sure how her body was going to react. Feeling kisses on her side as Alessia looked at Lin as she trailed down. Their eyes locked as Lin smiled before opening her mouth and went straight to her core. Alessia gasped and moaned loudly. The blissful feeling she was getting. Her stomach tightening as her core was already building up the pleasure. The warm wet feeling of Lin's tongue against her sensitive spot was sending her over the edge. Lin was expertly working her long fingers as they curled. It felt as if Lin knew her body so well as she had hit all the sweet spots at once. Alessia couldn't hold it in any longer.
"Lin…" Alessia gasped. Her body was already releasing as she moaned loudly. Her back arching as her hips moved on their own. Feeling her body tense up tightly as she let out a long moan, yelling Lin's name as her hands tightened the sheets between her fingers. The pleasure was hitting her in several waves. She could still feel Lin's fingers inside as she rode out the waves before finally relaxing under her lover.
She watched Lin lick her own fingers before going back down. Alessia gasped as her legs jerked a little from the touch of Lin's tongue as she cleaned her up. She was now panting to catch her breath. Lin was kissing up her body and to her neck. Alessia wrapped her arms around Lin's waist and pulled the woman close.
"You alright?" Lin asked while cupping Alessia's cheek. Alessia nodded her head quickly. "How do you feel?" The older woman asked. Alessia felt her eyes sting as her heart began swelling in her chest. Lin smiled softly and kissed her deeply and passionately. Alessia was pouring out all of her feelings for Lin into this kiss. Hoping that Lin would understand. She felt complete. She pulled back and cupped Lin's cheeks with her hands and smiled.
"I love you Lin Beifong." Alessia whispered while looking into Lin's green eyes. Her expression softened while laying next to Alessia. Not breaking eye contact.
"And I love you, Alessia." Lin whispered in return. Pulling her close once again. Alessia was smiling non stop as she laid her head upon Lin's chest. Just holding the older woman close as she could. She could hear Lin's heart beating against her chest. It was the most beautiful sound she could ever hear besides Lin's voice. It was soothing as her eyes got heavy.
"Alessia?" Lin asked as she looked up at Lin with a smile. Though, Lin had a serious look upon her face. "Please don't ever leave me." Lin spoke. Alessia smiled and nodded her head. Giving the woman another loving kiss.
"I promise." She spoke as she pulled the covers over them. This time, Lin was now laying her head upon her chest. She held Lin close, never wanting to let go.
