A Hero's Life Reboot EP 2: Training days

Ben was lying on the bed of his new room in Alex's house, thinking back at what had happened over the last couple of days. After introductions and summarizing their lives, Jerry made Ben a new junior agent of WOOHP, considering he has experience with saving the world with his powers and aliens.
After the WOOHP meeting, Alex takes the boy to her fancy house to meet her mother, who looks like her except for a darker skin tone, older, and her hair has more layers. Alex explains that Ben doesn't remember where his family is and can't find his home anywhere. She told Carmen that they had been hanging out and she wanted to help him by giving him a place. At first, Carmen wasn't sure. But after hearing about the kid's plight and looking into his eyes, she realized that Alex was telling the truth. She couldn't find it in her heart to send the boy away after Alex developed a sibling bond with him. So, she said yes, and Ben was adopted into a new family, although he instead kept his last name because he wanted to remember his real sister and Grandpa Max and his bio parents. But he told Carmen that his last name might hold some key to his past.
Alex and her parents helped set up a room in a spare one with a standard bed, desk with lamp and laptop, some comics and video games that interested him when Alex took him shopping for fun stuff, a closet with tons of spare t-shirts and pants, PJs, Swimwear and snow wear and a poster of a rock band he bought with his new allowance. He now has a new outfit that was designed by Clover.
He asked Clover, who he learned was an aspiring fashion designer, to make him a new look of green, black, and white because they are his favorite colors. The teen wasn't sure about the clashing colors. But did it anyway. Clover even went the extra mile and sewed the Omnitrix symbol with a white 10 on his cap front. His shirt is now green with the lines white and the '10' is now black. His pants are now black cargo ones with the green tech lines now moved to his thighs. He even got new white with green laces and black soil sneakers as he still has his grandpa's necklace.
Ben was smiling at the beginning of his new life. He wanted to explore outside, so he went and got his cell phone, unplugging it from a charger he made for it with Grey Matter's help, after learning iPhones have not yet been invented in this universe, even though the year is 2010, 3 years earlier than his universe's year. He grabs a nearby skateboard and helmet and walks out.
As he was passing by the living room, his new stepmom, who was reading a book, saw and asked him. "Hey, Ben. Where are you going?" "I'm heading out for some air, Mom! I got my phone on me!" "Okay! Be safe and be back by 6:30 for dinner! Your sister should be getting back from her ski trip, tonight!" "Okay! Bye, Mom!" He rushes out the door and closes it, strapping on his helmet, and starts skating down the sidewalk into the city.
The boy was taking in the sights, and he shreds on his board, performing a few grinds and flips along the way. "It may not be my hoverboard, but it's good enough for now!" Ben smirks as he kickflips off a set of stairs and shreds his way down the street, He eventually stops at the mall and goes in, holding his board as he is shocked by the size of the place.
"THIS IS A MALL?! Looks more like a palace to me!" He walks around, amazed by the place. He stops and sits by a water fountain. "Okay… so what's to do around here?" Just then, the ledge moves, knocking the boy into the water as he slides down a tunnel with the water. "AH!" He quickly saw his board and grabbed it, getting on it and riding it down the tunnel.
He leaps out over a pool as the water splashes in it, screeching to a stop at Jerry's desk. "WHOO-OOHH! What a rush!" "I'm glad you like it, Ben." The man smirks as the boy takes off his helmet and kicks his board up. "So, what's up, Jer?" "I called you here because we would like to see and test the rest of your aliens, seeing how you have 7 more that have not been revealed."
"We?" "Us, little bro!" Alex said as she and the others popped out from behind. "We got back earlier from our ski trip and decided to kill some time getting to know our newest sidekick." Ben was shocked at the blonde's words. "SIDEKICK?! I'm not a sidekick! I saved my world like every week!" "I'm pretty sure you're the sidekick. After all, you're the shortest spy!" Sam smirks as she pats his head and Ben glares at the redhead. "GRRR!" He imagines him turning into Big Chill as a Sam Chibi screams and tries to run, but gets frozen by the moth, who turns to the 4th wall and grins with a thumbs up.
The boy snapped out of it when Jerry spoke. "Now, off to the training dojo!" "Wait! We have a training dojo?"
The screen is black, only for a bolt of green lightning to make a flash of white light as upbeat music is heard.
Ben stands as he is smirking at the camera as a black with green bubbles background is behind the tween, making the boy raise both his arms and show off his new Omnitrix and then slap down with a grin, making a flash of light.
"BEN 10!"
"He's a kid and he wants to have fun!"
Upgrade with hands on hips appears as a close-up of his face shows up in the background as a bolt of lightning comes down.
Big Chill flies across and freezes as the same thing happens to Swampfire, leaping out of an explosion.
"But when you need a superhero, he gets the job done!"
"BEN 10!"
Shock Rock smashes his fists together, sending out waves of electricity that affect the 4th wall.
"With A device that he wears on his arm."
"He can change his shape and save the world from harm!"
Ben poses with his Omnitrix, just as headshots of Shock Rock, Water Hazard, Big Chill, and Swampfire show up, one-by-one.
Rath was staring at Grey Matter, who hopped along a bunch of platforms with the watch symbol on it while the tiger alien was confused before it turned into rage as he held his head in anger.
"When trouble's taking place."
Ben was then running towards the screen.
"He gets right in its face!"
"BEN 10!"
Humungousaur, Slapback, Fasttrack and Upgrade's headshots show up as well!
A green circuit board background is shown as 5 aliens show up in a row while Ben is staring at the 4th wall as his right side is shown. The aliens are Shock Rock, Fasttrack, Rath, Swampfire, and 4 Slapbacks.
"When lives are on the line."
The same thing happens with his left side as more aliens appear. The aliens are now: Big Chill, Water Hazard, Grey Matter, Humungosaur, and Upgrade, which is still in normal form.
"It's hero time!"
"BEN 10!"
It ends with Ben and Alex, standing side to side with crossed arms and smirks as the title appears above.
Later in a training room, the grown spies were observing from a control room as Ben stands in the middle of the arena. "So… what do you want me to do?" "It's simple: Just pick an alien, turn into it and we'll provide the training gear from the deck," Sam said in a microphone system as Alex added in. "Yeah! So just do what you do best."
Ben smiles and starts dialing the watch. He scrolls through his icons before stopping on the big guy. "HEY! This is a new one!" He activates it and slams his hand down. FLASH
Ben throws his left arm in a punch as it gets muscular and brown, and the same thing happens to his right. His chest becomes muscular and big as a trail of black spines travels down his back. A tail sprouts out from behind with the same spines and has a black ball at the tip. 3 stone-like spikes of the same color sprouted out, one by one. He twirls and leaps up, landing on the ground as his legs become elephant-like and clothing forms on his bottom half and lower arms. His head became the same color and box-like with black markings around his green eyes. He finishes by roaring out loud.
The spies and Jerry gasped in shock at seeing a giant dinosaur where a small boy was. "OMG!" "Oh my!" "I did not there were such things as dinosaur aliens!" "Now that's a big alien!" Ben was looking at his new hands as he was amazed. "WHOA! I'm a giant now! This is awesome!"
He is now approximately 15 feet tall. His body is somewhat humanoid and muscular with two arms and two legs. His legs are shorter than his arms. He has elephant-like feet and a lengthy lizard-like tail. His armored hide is light brown, with minor plating on his shoulders, tail, back, arms, and upper legs. He has a beige chest, abs, inner arms, and lower jaw. Dark grey, stone-like spikes, each shaped like the dorsal fin of a shark, run down his spine from the top of his neck to a black mace on the end of his tail. The mace has three spikes shaped like stalagmites, one large spike in the middle and two smaller spikes on the sides. He has three fingers and a thumb on each hand and three black, elephant-like toes on each foot. His kneecaps and finger joints also bulge out.
His square-like head is mostly hunched forward, and the beige area of his neck is wrinkled. Both his lower jaw and brows are protruding while his almost human-like nose appears to be squished inward. His lips are black and have wrinkles. His teeth are yellowed and minorly fanged. He also has two green eyes with thick black outlines. He has black and white fingerless gloves and green and white shorts. He lastly has the Omnitrix symbol on a green and a black sash across his chest (going from his right shoulder to the left side of his lower back).
"What should I call this one?" "Hang on! You name your aliens?" Clover questions as Ben responds. "YEP! It helps to remember them easier, and it helps with a secret identity." "Hey, good idea! That way, no one can know who you are!" Sam comments. Alex asks her adopted brother. "So… what do you call this guy?" "Hmmm… How about, Gigantigecko? Nah, that's lame. Godzilla! No, that's taken. OH! Iguana Monster! Weak. Maybe Mega Stega-dude?" Alex gaps in realization and yells out. "HEY! I got it! Humungousaur! Because you're humongous and a dinosaur!"
The newly named Humungousaur smiles at the name. "YEAH! That's perfect! Thanks, Alex!" The girl gave a V-sign as the others gave thumbs up to her. "Now that we have the name taken care of, let's test his abilities, shall we?" Jerry said as he pushed a few buttons.
Humungousaur saw some metal blocks near his size appear and smirked. "I got this!" He rushes over and punches one of them, smashing it into junk with one hit. He then picks up another, lifting it above his head and tossing it into the last one, destroying it. "He's super strong!" Just then, some turrets show up as they fire beams as he blocks with his arms, only to find the beams barely even hurting him. A few guns show up and fire bullets at his back, only for them to bounce off, crumpled as Humungousaur's skin was as tough as a rock. "Sweet! Total durable skin!"
He saw his mace tail and got an idea. Turning to the last block, he swings it at the object smashing it to bits. But he also accidentally hits the floor, making a sonic shockwave that rattles the place and the other humans. "Sorry! Are you okay?" "Yeah! We're fine!" Alex cries out as Clover complains from under her. "Speak for yourself." "I say, what was that?" "Some sort of sonic blast. His tail must be so powerful, it can make shockwaves when slammed on the ground." Sam deduces as she answers Jerry.
"Sorry about that. But now we know what Humungousaur can do." The alien spoke out. "Yes, well. Can we see another alien?" "Can't, even if wanted to, Jerry. I have to wait 10 mins or so before turning back. Then another 5 before turning back. This is because it prevents any damage done to my DNA for being an alien much longer than I'm supposed to." He responds as the other nods in understanding.
Later, Ben timed out and waited for the watch to recharge, twisting it to alien #5. "Okay! Let's go Upgrade!" FLASH
Black and green goo flew out of the watch and swirled around him, engulfing him as his right hand became black with green digital circuits that were connected with white fingers that were pointed. The same thing happens to his left hand. His head became the same as all of his features were gone as an eye ring in the middle shined and posed.
Ben is now a Humanoid alien that is all black with green stripes that extend from his body, resembling circuitry; the circle on the front of his head being his eye. He has a green torso and thighs as his feet are white and the tips of his fingers are white with the Omnitrix symbol on his chest. "WHOA! Upgrade got a new look! And a new voice!" He exclaims in his new deeper voice. "Umm… this guy doesn't look impressive. Why do you call him Upgrade?" Clover comments as Upgrade responds. "Trust me! This guy is cooler than he looks. I'll show you! Hey, Jer! Can you make a robot appear?" "Already on it." He types more commands on the keyboard.
A four-armed, samurai-style robot rises from a panel and assumes a fighting position. "Oh no! Not that thing!" Alex groans. "Jerry! Don't you think it's rough pitting that thing against a kid?!" Sam asks in concern as the man merely smirks. "A kid? Yes. An alien? No."
The bot charges at the tech alien, who stretches at him. The robot throws a punch, only for Upgrade's goo to travel all over the body. He gave the bot an enhanced, shogun warrior look with 6 arms now and his eye ring on the head.
"WHAT?! How did?!" "It's okay, Clover! Upgrade can take over and enhance any piece of tech, as well as become a liquid-like form and stretch as well! I can even turn a simple cell phone into a satellite if I want to!" "WOW! Hey, do you think we could get him to upgrade our Compoweders if we asked him?" Alex questions as Sam gets all-star-eyed.
"TOTALLY! I would love to have alien tech in my Compoweder! It's like my Birthday and Christmas wrapped in one!" She smiles as she fantasizes about a mini version of her, surrounded by hi-tech gizmos and lights as she dances and laughs with joy all over. Only for her bubble to pop as Jerry coughs. "I'm sorry, but no. No permanent upgrades to your communicators without proper authorization from WOOHP." Sam slouches forward as she comments. "So much for free upgrades."
"OKAY! Alien number 6, coming up!" Ben exclaims as he slaps on the watch, making a flash of green, light. The light dies down to reveal a taller-than-average human, humanoid, plant-like alien that has an overall green and black colored body, mostly with a flame-patterned head and root-like feet, seemingly holding rocks. His eyes are oval-shaped with points at each end with pupils copying the shape but smaller. Also, his shoulders and head have red petals. His elbows and legs have 2 green frills sticking out. He has 5 fingers with a hole in his palm, and a torso design splits into 2 black parts. He lastly has the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
"WHOA! I'm a plant?!" "WOW! Talking about going green!" Clover comments while Sam smells something, sniffing it, only to get a grossed look as she covers her face. "WHAT IS THAT STENCH?!" She cries out as the others sniff and are disgusted as well. "Smell?" Ben sniffs his underarm, only to get disgusted as well. "PHEW! It's coming from me! But why?"
Jerry quickly shut the vent to the training room and got to work analyzing the smell. "I figured out the smell. It's Methane!" "'Methane'? As in the flammable gas?" "Correct, Sam. This alien seems to produce it, thus, the smell it emits." Clover adds in. "Okay! But why would an alien want to smell like a 3-week-old dumpster? I mean, hello! He's never going to get a date."
Ben looks at his hands, curious about his new form. "Okay… So, I'm almost as stinky as Stinkfly! What am I supposed to…" Just then, fire erupts in his hand, making the alien flinch as he stares at the fireball in amazement. "Nice!" The others were surprised at the development. "WHOA! This alien can ignite the gas, giving him Pyrokinesis!" Sam deduces.
Jerry made some targets appear, making Ben smirk. "All right. Just like with Heatblast!" He then starts throwing fireballs, destroying the targets, one by one. A new group appeared, and he finished them by firing duels streams of fire at them.
Jerry makes more targets appear when Ben notices the seeds on his shoulder picking a few off, he shrugs and tosses them at the targets, only for them to land on the ground. But just then, a whole bunch of strong vines sprouted from them and tangled the targets up. "WHOA! I have Wildvine and Heatblast's powers combined?! Now that is awesome!"
The others were surprised once again. "WOW! So, he's a plant controller and a flamethrower!" "Talk about 2 for one! If not for the smell, I would love to have him on missions!" Clover comments to Alex. "So, what do you call this guy, Ben?" "SWAMPFIRE! Because bad guys can't stand the smell of swamp gas! HAHAHAHA! Get it? Swampfire? Swamp gas?" The others' sweat drops with straight faces in response. "Jeeze… Tough crowd."
Ben dials the hooded guy and pushes the button, raising the core. "Let's see what number 7 can do!" FLASH. When the flash died down, Ben was now a red, humanoid, mollusk-like alien that was as tall as Swampfire. He has 2 green eyes, and also has eyes on his chest, with crab-like features on his stomach which appear to be crab legs forming a rib cage. He has a rough hood over his head. He has small black spots on his thighs and shoulders, that end into shoulder-like armor above his biceps. His forearms are segmented and has 3 grey spikes on the wrist. He also has 2 spikes on the back of his legs. His fingers are sharper and represent dactyls. He has a spike on each foot. His stomach and biceps are black. He has the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
"Okay, new guy! Let's see what you can do!" Jerry sets more targets up as Ben points his hand at them. Just then, bursts of water fire from his palm, hitting the targets with pinpoint accuracy. "NICE! So, you're like the world's most powerful water gun! I can dig that!" Jerry smirks and pushes a key, making a panel launch at Ben and knocking him into a wall.
"JERRY! That's a cheap trick! Are you okay, Ben?" Alex said as the alien rubbed his head, only to notice no pain. "Yeah. I didn't even feel that. Super tough exoskeleton armor can take a nasty punch and keep going! I like it! I give this alien 5 stars!" He stands up as Clover asks. "So, what are you going to name this guy?" "Hmmm…. How about…. Water Hazard!" He got a thumbs up in response.
Ben dials towards yet another alien. "Time for number 8!" FLASH Ben is now a green humanoid frog alien with grey metallic eyebrows, 3 fingers, and 2 toes, and about 2 feet taller than Jerry. He's wearing a green, black, and white jumpsuit covering all except for his arms and feet, as well as a grey and black mask. The Omnitrix is located on his back. "Whoa! Check out this guy! Pretty buffed! Who's the alien? I'm the alien!" He flexes his muscles as Alex comments. "Yeah! He looks pretty strong! Maybe he's a fighter?" Jerry made a large steel crate show near Ben as he tried lifting it. "Maybe... even... stronger than Four Arms..." Ben struggled to lift it as he felt at his limit. He manages to finally lift it, but...
"WHOA! NOT AS STRONG AS THOUGHT!" He cries out as he loses his balance and falls on his back. But just then, he glows green and in a dull flash of light, 2 of the same aliens appeared. One of them picks up the crate but with ease this time as both aliens look at each other and exclaim. "Whoa!" "Okay! Is it me, or am I seeing double?" Clover blinked out in surprise as Sam spoke out. "No, it's not you, Clover! There are 2 of them, now!" The 2nd Ben put the crate down as he spoke to the other. "So, are you me? Am I still me?" "I think we're both of us! Like Ditto!" "Cool! Wonder how we clone, though?"
Alex hears the question and ponders, realizing it as she speaks to the aliens. "It must have happened when you hit your back on the ground." Our back? Both aliens ponder as they smack each other on the back, splitting into 4 smaller clones. "Sweet! I know what we're going to call this alien..." The other aliens grin as they yell at the same time. "SLAPBACK!" One of the Slapbacks went to pick up a huge SUV and did so with just one hand, much to the Spies' and Jerry's surprise. "How did you do that?! You were struggling with a simple large box when there was just one of you?!" Sam asks in surprise as Jerry runs a scan on one.
"Interesting..." He mumbled as he spoke out. "It appears when a Slapback duplicates into two, they not only get smaller, but stronger denser and heavier as well." "Heavier?" Clover questions as the Slapbacks clone themselves into 8. But when they tried to clone again, they didn't split as they noticed. "Why did we stop?" Slapback #1 asks as #2 questions out. "Are we broken or something?" "Maybe we can only clone ourselves up to 8 times and that's it?" "Seems to make sense to me." Slapback #4 shrugs at #3's statement. "But still, we're now our mini-strike squad!" Slapback #7 glees out as they all Hi-three!" AWESOME!" They all then fused back into one. "I think I'm going to like Slapback!" He glances up to see the girls giving him thumbs up as well with smiles.
Ben was dialing the Omnitrix after taking a quick snack break. He noticed the clock reads 6:00, meaning he had enough time for 1 last alien. "Okay, guys! Just one more alien and me and Alex have got to get home for dinner." "Oh, that's right! Mom wants us to be home on time! Or we are so grounded for 10 years. It would be 2025 before we can have freedom!" "Uhh… Alex? It's 2020. You were off by 5 years." Sam corrects as Alex makes an 'oh'.
Ben rolls his eyes with a smile and dials the other cat alien's icon. "Let's do this!" He slams his hand down on the watch. FLASH
Ben thrust his hands down as they became orange-furred with claws. His eyes turn all green with sharp fangs in an underbite as a cat's roar is heard in the background. His eyebrows became pointy and half black, half white. He turns around as his body becomes huge and muscular in a snap. Orange, scruffy fur forms all over him as black strips form on his upper body. Clothes form on his being as a sharp black talon pops out of his raised arm.
"HERE COMES RATH!" The new alien yells as he smashes a nearby table in half, much to the shock of the others. Ben is now a nine-foot-tall alien. He resembles an orange and white bipedal tiger with scruffy fur. He has one large black claw coming out of each of his wrists. He has no tail. He is also muscular and has green eyes. He has black stripes on his shoulders, head, and upper body. He has a white jaw, neck, chest, stomach, hands, and feet, and half-white eyebrows. He wears a sleeveless green shirt with a small black stripe down the middle and small white tiger stripes on the sides, black shorts that go to his knees with green inner thighs and white strips on his outer thighs. He also has black toeless socks with green straps around his feet and white cuffs. He has black fingerless gloves that are mid-forearm length and have white stripes around the middle part. He has the Omnitrix symbol on a black and white champion belt.
"WHOA! A tiger alien?!" Clover calls out as Alex gets all heart-eyed at the creature. "OMG! He's soooooooo… CUTE!" She rushes to him as the others cry out. "OH, MY!" "ALEX! WAIT!" The teen ran up to the alien and spoke with glee. "BEN! This has got to be the best alien—" "ARGH!" "…Ever?" Alex said in surprise as Rath ignored her and started smashing some things, even stabbing them with his claws.
"Bro? Are you okay?" Rath stops, whirling around at the girl, and points at her. "Let me tell you something, Alex! My new adopted sister of an alternate world and a spy for an organization similar to the PLUMBERS! Rath is better than okay! Since Rath is here…. OH YEAH! You better get ready, Dojo! Because Rath is going to bring the pain!"
Just then, he saw something, and his eyes widened. Alex turns around to see a small mouse, nibbling at some crumbs near a door. "Umm… Ben?" "RATH WANTS THAT MOUSE!" He chases after the rodent on all fours, who saw him and ran through the doors. "BEN! Come on, guys! We need to follow him!" She ran after her brother as the others did the same.
"BEN! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Sam cries out as they run after him. "Rath isn't sure, but Rath isn't going to lose a game of cat and mouse to a mouse!" Rath cries back as they run into a big room with multiple desks and agents working at them. The men and women were startled and shocked to see Rath chasing a mouse through the room.
Both animals were heading towards a tall, metal beam, making them go around it as Rath scraped his hand claws on it, making scratch marks as another agent ran into him and fell on his behind. "Sorry! AAGGGUUU! RATH IS NEVER SORRY!" He yells at the man's face as he stabs his claw into the floor, scaring him away. He resumes chasing after the mouse. They eventually made it to the briefing room and the mouse stopped at the pool of water. It looks back to see Rath pouncing after it, only for the rodent to sidestep and make the tiger alien splash into the water.
Rath surfaces and glares at the water. "Let me tell you something, pool of water that is placed to stop agents from falling from the slide safely! If you think you can beat Rath, you got another thing coming!" He starts attacking the water, trying to fruitlessly destroy it when the others run up to him. "Well, at least he's not destroying the building." Sam comments as Clover adds in. "Yeah, but what is with him? And why is he trying to attack the water? He knows it's a losing battle, right?" "Hmmm… perhaps it has something to do with this alien?" Jerry said as Alex asked her brother. "Hey, Ben! What are you doing?" "I! Don't know why! But I! Need to! Destroy! This! WATER!" BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP FLASH
"What was I thinking?" Ben groans out as he shakes his head clear as the teen helps him out as she comments. "Well, looks like you got carried away with the new guy," Sam adds. "But still, what is up with all that smashing and yelling?" "I don't know! It was that new alien! He was so…. angry! At everything! I didn't feel like myself!" "Hmmm… It appears that your Rath form alters your personality, making you more aggressive and easier to lose control. I would recommend that you stay and continue training, but because of the damage and it's almost dinner, we're going to have to postpone fixing your alien's 'attitude'." Jerry said as Ben looked down in guilt, feeling bad.
Ben was slowly skating back to the house as Alex walked by him in her civilian clothing. "I didn't mean to go out of control and scare all those agents! It's just… This 'Rath' guy isn't like any alien I turned into. It's like when I became him, all my pent-up anger and rage gets multiplied 100 times and exploded!" Ben explains as he stares at Rath's icon on the Omnitrix as Alex smiles and pats him on the shoulder.
"It's okay, Ben! Jerry said no one got hurt and they are doing repairs as we speak. Besides, no one was prepared for Rath's debut being so wild! I'm sure you can control him. You just need practice, that's all." Just then, they heard fire engines, making them look as they drove past them. Looking at each other, they followed them to a shocking sight: A group of people were staring up in fear and horror as firemen tried to put the fire out of a burning apartment.
"EVERYONE! BACKUP! THIS A HOT ZONE!" A fire chief cries out as a couple, rushes up with worriment. "SIRE! PLEASE! YOU NEED TO LET US BACK!" The man cries as the woman exclaims. "OUR CHILDREN ARE IN THERE!" "We're trying, but if we wash the place completely, the structure will collapse from the damage! And the smoke blocks all roof entrances!"
"I need to help those kids quickly!" Ben calls as the 2 duck down an ally. "But I can't use Water Hazard or Big Chill, based on what the man said! He answers the girl as he rushes to a window and holds tight to the kids, crashing through it and landing in front of the crowd.
The crowd gasped in shock at a giant tiger man leaping out of a building. Rath sets the kids down, who run up to their parents. "MOM! DAD!" "SWEETIES!" Meaning very few parts of the Galaxy will have law enforcement while half of the Galaxy fends for themselves, meaning they would be easy pickings, should you decide to conquer them."

Vilgax hums at the information and realizes his servant makes a point. He can't conquer Earth or any other solar systems now in the state he and his army and ship are in. "Very well...
