Foreword: First Vegeta goes off the rails then Cell manages to escape Trunks? Things are looking pretty bad for the planet right now but let's see how this unfolds.

Instant Transmission is an excellent technique, focused primarily on energy control and sensing this technique is very light on energy consumption, allowing for anyone with the control for it to essentially teleport as much as they want and as rapidly as they want provided they have energy. A good comparison would be traveling with five cents used per trip which would be easy for anyone to pay if it's used to travel ten even twenty times per day. The problem is when you're taking hundreds or thousands of trips, then the price starts adding up to something potentially problematic. Vegeta had more energy than Bansuri and even while holding a transformation could outlast Bansuri's stalling tactics, a fact that was only one of Bansuri's concerns.

Bansuri: 'Cell got away from Trunks and if I were a betting man, Cell is going after the stationary Krillin either to get a hostage or get Lazuli. Can't contact Trunks telepathically because that takes a mental focus I can't spare, can't teleport to them to talk because the idiot prince is breathing down my neck and I know a fight won't end well even with my father's help and even contacting him for help would by too distracting. What do I do..."

Bansuri used Solar Flare once again to blind Vegeta and give himself a moment to reapply the illusion on Android 16, his own illusion being able to be reapplied while moving and only taking some attention to keep putting it back on. Bansuri continued teleporting away from Vegeta, noticing yet another issue and hoding himself back from an annoyed groan and revealing himself, being thankful that Vegeta had a major case of tunnel-vision from staying locked on his energy.

Vegeta: 'I just have to outlast this clown and keep forcing him to move, he's going to run out of energy soon and then I can get the Android and deal with that bug freak at it's best to prove that I am the best'

Trunks sped towards the stationary Krillin he sensed, finding him and Android 18 on top of a mountain and getting confused looks from the two of them.

Krillin: "Trunks? What are you doing here? I thought you were fighting Cell"

Trunks: "I was but then I lost him, he's probably gunning after Android 18"

Lazuli: "Then why are you here!? If he can sense you and you came here, wouldn't that confirm that we're the real deal?"

Trunks turned pale as he realised his mistake, looking around the mountain for any movement or anything green while praying that Cell wasn't around.

Krillin: "It's fine Lazuli, I can just teleport you away at the first sign of Cell. Simple as that"

Lazuli gave a doubtful look before sighing.

Lazuli: "Fine, but hold my hand. I want to be out of here the moment that thing is in sight."

Lazuli held out her hand for Krillin to hold, the short martial artist accepting the invitation with a blush, Trunks rolling his eyes and continuing his vigil on the surrounding mountains.

Cell continued tunneling, getting closer and closer to the energy of the Krillin Vegeta isn't currently chasing around the world. The fact he could sense Trunks with them made him smile.

Semi-Perfect Cell: 'Yessss, this is perfect! This is the real Krillin and since he is the only one that can teleport around here, 18 is probably right next to him so he can snatch her away. I could burst from the ground and push Krillin away from her and absorb her but Trunks could stop me...Maybe Solar Flare?...I think I'll wait for a nice distraction before using it then getting 18'

Bansuri dodged another attack from Vegeta while teleporting, the energy ball close enough to sear him as he zipped away, making use of the feeling of a person's energy then simply missing and overshooting the person and ensuring that he was far away from them to avoid getting bystanders in the firing line, ending up in the woods. Vegeta naturally followed after and Bansuri used Solar Flare to reapply 16's illusion when Vegeta blindly launched a full energy blast toward the blinding light, taking out a line of trees and Bansuri's left arm as that was used to shove the Android out of the attacks path, Bansuri's concentration shattered from the searing agony of the attack and revealing both appearance and the true energy of Bansuri.

Bansuri: "GAAAAH! YOU IDIOT!"

Vegeta was shocked by the sudden reveal and the surge of energy that came with it. Vegeta's eyes cleared of the light to reveal what he sensed; this was not Krillin and the Andoid he was chasing but Bansuri and 16. Bansuri was giving Vegeta a look of pure scorn and wrath, the expression making Vegeta step back in fear and remembering that the last time he had angered Bansuri to a similar degree Bansuri put Vegeta through agony despite the power difference.

Bansuri: "...You know what? Go ahead. Face Cell at his best. Don't bother asking for help, you deserve what happens next."

Bansuri gives a somber look to 16.

Bansuri: "Sorry 16, for everything this moron has caused"

16 looked confused when he picked up a sudden jolt of power where Krillin and Lazuli were located, a sad look forming on the machine's face as he realized what happend; Cell got Lazuli and is taking his perfect form. Vegeta felt this and smirked before noticing that he had used up most of his energy chasing Bansuri, he opened his mouth to demand healing and restoration of his energy when Bansuri flipped him off and disappeared with a final telepathic communication confirming what the gesture told him.

Bansuri: 'You made your bed, now lie in it'

Krillin stared in horror at the perfect form of Cell, the appearance being more humanoid with a sort of v-shape on his head and his tail turning into more of a stump. Moments ago when Bansuri's power surged, the ground beneath him and Lazuli burst open with enough force to separate Krillin from Lazuli and before he could react he was blinded and punched into Trunks. When their vision cleared it was too late.

Krillin: "NOOOOO! LAZULI!"

Trunks grit his teeth, this new form was way stronger than the last and from what he could sense his father needed a Sensu Bean. Said father teleported to beside Trunks holding out a hand expectantly with Trunks providing and giving his father disappointed look.

Trunks: "...So. Is this what you wanted?"

Vegeta: "Shut it! I can deal with this freak, just watch!"

Cell: "Is that what you think Vegeta? Let's see if you're right shall we?"

Vegeta simply nodded and powered up, preparing to fight this mechanical menace. Despite the bravado however, Bansuri's words echoed in his head and eager to prove them wrong he charged forward.

Bansuri sat on the Lookout with a missing arm with a murderous look on his face, the arrogance of this prince well and truely infuriating the normally calm and deadpan Namekian and earning the concerned and confused look of his father for a moment before understanding dawned on the older Namekian.

Piccolo: "...Vegeta."

Bansuri: (Nods)

Piccolo: "He's not winning the fight."

Bansuri: (Shakes his head)

Piccolo: "Want to go in the Time Chamber after Goku and Gohan are done to deal with this ourselves?"

Bansuri: (Bansuri stands up, grits his teeth and regrows his arm) "Yes father"

Piccolo: "Alright. Want to watch Vegeta take a beating?"

Bansuri: (Nods) "Yes"

Piccolo and Bansuri go silent as they view the battle between Vegeta and Cell. Will Bansuri's words ring true? Or will Vegeta go beyond his limits and prove he is the strongest in the world? Find out next time on Some Help.
