A mysterious character has appeared
This story was made to quench my own ideas for a Percy Jackson SI story. I don't know how to make the relationship tag appear in the summary part so let me just announce the pairing and name for my oc.
Lugh Sigurd LuBlanc.
Romance
Lugh x Froot: She's a British Vtuber that works for VShojo. Spiritual Attachment. Association daughter of Hecate and a mortal demonoligist. Will meet near the end of the Lightning Theif.
Lugh x Furina: Genshin Impact Hydro Archon. Spiritual Attachment. Association daughter of Poseidon and Aphrodite that will appear during the Sea of Monsters' as a guide.
Lugh x Thlaloc: Aztec Rain goddes from Fate/Grand Order. Physical near him at all times. Association water spirit Lugh will come across during the Lightning Theif at the Lotus Inn.
I chose these three because I wanted to see where it can go from here.
Also his relationship with Percy will edge
Lugh's Description
He has medium Sliver hair (Can change to a different color.) that changes to black when annoyed, pale skin that resembles snow, a pair of amber eye's, a tone physical body made for running long distances, and a ever present smirk.
Lugh's back story
Lugh was born in Lyon France but moved to the United States at the age of 7 were he started seeing monsters from myths at random times.
He is not a demigod as many in this story will think.
At the age of 8 he spoke to his Guardian about seeing monsters from myths who revealed to him that the God's and Monsters of old are still around today and that he is a spellcaster.
For the past 4 years of his life he has been hunting monsters under the name Echidna and has built up a reputation amongst the gods and monsters.
Lugh's hobbies
Lugh enjoys making music and always carry with him a small device he made to make music with.
He makes things that he thinks looks cool or useful on a wim.
Lugh practices the magic his Guardian taught him to a mastery that monsters and the occasional encounter with demigods ,and the hunt, from the Roman and Greek pantheon think he is a demigod or a Immortal.
He making music with the device he made (It's basically Native Instruments before they came out.) likes to listen to the music he made and preform infront of people.
He enjoys making food.(self explexplanatory)
He draws in a small sketchbook when he gets bored.
Lugh's Skills
Lugh uses Lightning,Wind,Water,Light,and Illusion magic.
He can see monsters clear as day.
Lugh has a Instinct that allows him to feel if a person has good or bad intentions.
He can see a fight and tell both fighters strength and weaknesses.
Lugh's Personality
He is Bipolar and has ADHD.
He is a nice person in general but is very mischievous when he has a chance to cause problems. His mouth works first before his mind does.
Lugh doesn't care about things that don't interests him.
If a conversation goes on for a long period of time he walks away and goes into the woods.
He will insult people without knowing he's insulting them.
He's a opertunist.

(I want to make thing clear I'm just winging things so please bare this in mind)
In a school bus a Silver haired boy with pale skin could be seen napping against one of it's windows.
"Hey Lugh wake up." a voice called out beside him. Slowly stirring Lugh looked around and looked at a guy who was slightly older looking ,compared to others, brown skin, black curly hair, had some facial hair and a pair of cruches. Next to him was a girl who had Long Black hair Sea-green eyes, olive skin, and a mix of casual and punk who had a slightly worried look.
"Wh-What is it Grover?" Lugh asked as he yawned and stretched his body.
"Miss Dodds is making her way here." He said with a worried/scared tone as he look at their teacher make her way to them.
"Relax Grover I don't thinks it's that bad." Lugh replied as Grover and the Black haired girl looked in worry as their teacher stopped and looked at the two before turning to face Lugh with a stern glare.
"Mister LaBlanc did you hear what I said earlier." She demanded as the other students in the bus looked at him with pity.
"We're~~ here to go to a Greek Historical Museum in downtown New York." He said as he continued to stretched his body making his teacher angrier.
"Indeed I said that before we all got in the bus but do you recall what I said inside." She said while other students scooted away in hopes of not getting into the firing zone.
"We must pay attention to our surroundings inside because we have a test on what we learned inside." He said going into his backpack and took out a granola bar to eat further making his teacher angry while his fellow classmates got further into their seats while the other teacher ,who was in a wheelchair, looked worried.
"Do you remember the rules I said about being on the bus!" She said in anger as the other students prayed for him while Grover and the teacher in a wheelchair shared a worried look.
Staying silent Lugh looked at his teacher with look of confusion before shrugging his shoulders and answered "Ma'am I was up at night making music so I fell asleep after getting into my seat so to answer your question about the rules...the answer is no." Lugh said opening his snack and started eating it while giving his teacher a look of disinterest as the other students covered their ears.
Seething in rage Miss Dodds opened her mouth to reprimand him before getting off balanced as the bus came to a stop "We have reached the Greek Historical Museum." The bys driver said as some of the students hurried off.
Staying silent as Lugh began to close his backpack Miss Dodds left and exited the bus before speaking quietly to their other teacher.
"Dude you got so lucky." Grover said as he got up with his cruches. "Yeah Lugh she looked like she wanted to kill you." The girl said picking up her own backpack.
"Oh please, I've seen worse glares from my guardian." Lugh replied as he took out a sketchbook and some color pencils and turned to his two friends "Besides doesn't she look like she wants to kill Percy more than me when we're in class." He said walking out the bus.
As the class was walking around the museum they stopped in front of a large stone monument that had carvings inscribed onto it.
"Know can any of you tell me what this image portray?" The teacher in the wheelchair asked as their students stayed quiet with the sounds of a pencil being used in the background.
Noticing none of them wanted to answer they called apon one of the students "Miss Jackson can you explain to us what this image depicts?" They said as the class focused on Percy.
Looking at the stone monument she was about to say she didn't know when she heard a voice as small as a whispering gave her the answer "It's about Kronos eating his children Mr.Brunner." She said as her teacher gave her a smile as Miss Dodds continued to stare at her with a heated stare.
"Correct miss Jackson, and can you explain the meaning behind it?" Mr.Brunner asked as he gave her a raised brow.
Looking back at the stone monument she had a complicated look before turning back to meet her teachers expecting eyes "I don't know sir." She said as Mr.Brunner sighed "That's fine miss Jackson I am happy that one of you knows' a little of Greek history." He said before looking around and saw Lugh sitting on a bench scribbling on his sketchbook "Mr.LaBlanc can you tell us about the monument infront of you?" Mr.Brunner asked as the class looked at his direction and saw him drawing in his book that was facing another stone monument.
Looking up after hearing his teacher's question he looked at it before going back to his sketchbook and answered "It depicts the Titan Atlis holding up the sky." He said continuing his drawing.
Nodding his head Mr.Brunner asked him "And can you tell us why he is doing so?".
Looking back up from his drawing he looked at it again before continuing what he was drawing and gave his response "After the Titans' defeat, Zeus had him be the chastity belt that prevents Ouranus from connecting with Gaia's dry dirt." He said as Miss Dodds sounded like she was choking while the rest of the class who knew what he ment had some red dust on their cheeks.
Coughing into his fist Mr.Brunner recomposed himself "While that summary is true in some sense their is a deeper meaning behind the image." He said as Miss Dobbs called for lunch.
As the students left the museum Lugh,Percy,and Grover sat on a fountain as they ate their lunch.
"Lugh did you have to answer in that way?" Grover asked as Percy had a blushing face remembering his wording.
"You know I just say whatever comes to mind right." He replied with a straight face as he ate his lunch.
Sighing Grover changed the topic until he was hit by a piece of nuts from behind. Turning they saw a group of girls laughing while Percy had a look of annoyance. Seeing that his friend was about to get up and confront the leader of that group Lugh sighed and placed his hand on Percy's shoulder "Let it go Percy." He said as his friend gave him a look of annoyance "What are we supposed to do then?" She asked as the group of girls started walking over.
Sighing Lugh rubbed his eyes before staring at her "Just let it go because we're already on thin ice inside the school." He said as the girls walked over and started insulting Grover and Percy.
After a insult from from the leader of the girls Percy had an angry look in her eyes and the water in the fountain hit their leader in the face as Grover had a worried face while looking around and spotted Miss Dodds who had saw what happened and had a nasty smile while Percy had a confused look as Lugh sighed and started to try and de-escalate the problem.
"Miss Jackson come with me." She said as Percy gave a tired look before informing Lugh and Grover that she'll be back in a bit as Lugh nodded while Grover had a scared look before nodding and telling them he had to go to the bathroom.
Being left alone Lugh finished his lunch before being informed that they were heading back to school in a short moment.
Choosing to continue to sit on the fountain he began to draw for a bit before he heard a cough from behind him. Turning he saw Mr.Brunner approach him and waved him over. Confused Lugh got up and walked over "What is it sir?" He asked as Mr.Brunner waved infront of his face "Mr.LaBlanc you should head back to the bus before Mrs.Kerr becomes upset with you." He said as he wheeled away.
Confused Lugh looked at Mr.Brunner wheel away before saying out loud "Who the hell is Mrs.Kerr?".
After hearing Lugh's confused mumbling Mr.Brunner stopped and turned his head and looked at Lugh with a perplexed look as Lugh started to pack his backpack and picked up his sketchbook before throwing away the trash from his lunch and walked back to the bus as Percy walked to Mr.Brunner with a confused look.
After they got back to their school the students went back to their rooms while some were in the lounge.
As some of the students were walking around Percy was looking around and saw Lugh talking with Grover about some idea about finding some place that was quiet enough for her to make his music.
"Hey you guys how's ot been?" She asked as Lugh stopped talking about a quiet place while Grover sighed in relief for Percy's presence. "I was talking about finding a place to make music that was quiet enough for me to think about the lyrics." Lugh said as Grover gave Lugh a look a dread "Lugh I don't think the teachers will be happy with you breaking into the music room to steal some of their music equipment." Grover said as Percy stiffled a laugh before looking around before asking Lugh and Grover about Miss Dodds.
"I don't remember a Miss Dodds Percy." Grover said with a confused look while Lugh looked at Percy for a moment before answering "I remember Mr.Brunner waving his hand infront of my face before saying that I should head back to the bus before Mrs.Kerr would get angry." Lugh said as he before going back to talking about taking some musical instruments before the school year ended.
As they talked about Lugh and his apparent Kleptomania Percy thought about what Lugh said about Mr.Brunner waving his hand infront of him before suggesting he should return to the bus.
As they prepare to return to their dorm rooms Lugh asked them a question "Have either of you noticed that the storm clouds haven't showed any form of thunder?" He asked as Grover seemed to go a little pale as Percy looked at Lugh in confusion.
Seeing their disturbed and confusion look Lugh sighed before taking out his sketchbook and showed them a drawing of a thunderstorms raging over the Atlantic Ocean.
Locking closer Percy saw a small man in the thunderstorm pointing at a the Ocean in rage. Looking at the Ocean she saw a man holding a trident that looked like he was yelling at the other man.
Mesmerized by his drawing Percy asked about the two men she saw in the drawing. After hearing Percy talk about seeing seeing two men arguing Grover looked at the picture and saw who they were.
Smiling Lugh explained his drawing "While I was on vacation in North Carolina I spent some time looking over the cliffside of a hill that had a great view of the Ocean." He said as he recalled his vacation "On the last day of the vacation their was a huge thunderstorm over the Ocean so I decided to head over to the cliffside and drew the storm and caught a glimpse of what I thought was two people arguing so I decided to draw what I saw and though about the Greek myths that depict Zeus and Poseidon as people that always butted heads with each other." Lugh said as Percy gave him a look of continued confusion while Grover's face turned further white until the speakers sounded by the councilor to head to their rooms to sleep.
"Well I'll see you two later." Lugh said leaving for his room while Percy just walked to her room while Grover moved as fast as he could with his cruches.
Later into the night Percy decided to sneak into Mr.Brunner office to see if their was anything she could find about miss Dodds inside.
As she got closer she heard voices inside his office "-And he said he saw both of them arguing on the cliffside." One if the voices said as if it was a very important topic. Slowly making her way to her teacher's office she got as close as possible to listen into their conversation more.
"Grover if what you said is true do you feel if he is like Percy." The other person inside said as Percy now knew who was inside talking.
"I don't know sir he didn't have a scent like the others, but from my interactions with him he acts like a mix of a child of Hermes, Apollo, and Hephaestus." Grover said as Percy was confused about the conversation "I see...then at the end of the school year invite them with you to the camp so that they may be safe." Mr.Brunner said as Percy took a step back confused making some noise in the process.
After she made that sound Percy ran as fast as she could into her room. After she got inside she laid down in her bed trying to make sense with what she heard.
As the the school year drew to an end and the students waited for a bus to bring them Percy could be seen with Grover talking when they saw Lugh walk over to them with his backpack and a large suitcase while a duffle bag hung over his right shoulder.
"Hey when's the bus coming?" He asked as he looked behind him as if he was waiting for someone.
"The bus should be here in two minutes." Percy said as she looked at a clock next to the bus stop.
"Good good that should give me enough time to get away." He said under his breath as if he got away with doing something that he shouldn't have done.
Hearing what he said Percy and Grover looked at him for a moment until realization appeared on their face while Lugh was quietly looking away from them.
"..."

"Before you say anything let me explain." Lugh said as he looked at them with a serious expression as Percy and Grover grabbed him by his shoulders and shook him.
""Do you know what you've done/Are you insane!!??"" They said as the bus they were waiting for arrived.
After they shook him Lugh found his bearings quickly shushed them as he placed his things in the back except for his backpack and dragged them inside.
As they were heading back to New York Lugh quickly tried to explain to them what he did "Listen when you both left for the bus station I went back inside and said I needed to used the bathroom and look for my spare suit case and happened to find the music room unlocked." He said as Percy looked at him in disbelief while Grover looked at him closely.
"After I got inside I noticed that the backroom had a duffel bag and may have took a few instruments with me." Lugh finished as Percy started to talk to him about the consequences while Grover looked at him closely before slowly speaking "Hey do you guys want to go to a summer camp with me?" Grover asked nervously while getting Lugh and Percy to stop fighting.
"Sorry Grover I'm heading to San Francisco with my guardian to go visit a family friend." Lugh said while Percy also declined for a different reason remembering what she heard before the school year ended.
Hearing their response Grover tried asking if they could go take a look of the camp.
"I'll see if I can visit before leaving for California." Lugh said as he looked through his backpack and took out a Lyre.
Looking at it Percy was confused while Grover began to have a look absolute certain.
"Want to listen to a song?" He asked as Percy shrugged her shoulders while Grover nodded.

Slowly strumming the Lyre Lugh began with a slow melody as the entire bus heard him play. And as he continued to strumm the Lyre the bus driver was about to yell over to him to stop until Lugh began to sing.

While he began to sing the entire bus became quiet as if they were in chanted by his voice. And just when he stopped to strumm the cord he began again.

Just as he finished his second verse he chuckled at the end while the entire bus began to clap with their hands while the bus driver kept focus to avoid any crashing.
There will come a ruler whose brow is laid in thorn~

Finishing the third verse he lightly strummed the Lyre while everyone stayed quiet as he began the fourth verse with a small laugh while everyone slowly clapped.
Right now I wish I was sitting at the top of a tree, looking out over a meadow, cider in hand.. *sigh*~

As he began the final verse every passenger as well as the driver began to sing along. While this was happening Percy began to hum a tune while Grover believed that Lugh was a son of Apollo.

After he was done every passenger gave him a standing ovation while he just smiled Percy hit his shoulder with a grin at his performance. During his performance Grover was absolutely certain that Lugh was a son of Apollo.
After they got back to the big apple ,after a little problem on the way back, Lugh took the things he had ,some of which he stole from the school, and said goodbye to Percy and Grover ,the latter asked if they would come to the camp who after being once more wasn't given a true answer gave a map with directions to said location, began to make his way to his home before walking into a man that had a scruffy beard and wore a hawaiian shirt with short and sandles.
"Sorry sir I just got back from boarding school and was in a hurry to go see my guardian." Lugh said rubbing his head getting ready to walking away.
"That girl you were with was Percy Jackson correct." The man said as Lugh was getting ready to walk away stopped what he was doing and slowly turned towards the man putting his left hand in his pocket and answered "I'm not familiar with that name sir." Lugh responded in a casual tone.
As they stared at one another the older man laughed a hearty laugh and sighed a content sigh before looking at Lugh "I appreciate that she has a friend that is willing to defend her from a random man who asked about her." He said while looking at him in the eye and saw the eyes of a person who experienced what is hidden from mortals and knew what is needed to live a long life.
"I would like for you to look after her in the coming days." He said while taking out small bag.
Looking at the bag in the older man's hand Lugh tightened his body prepared for anything. Noticing his cautious gaze the stranger laughed before opening it letting Lugh see what he had reveal.
In the bag were a sapphire like pearl that had a green tint, a small amount of gold coins, and three bars of bronze that had a small galaxy tint. Confused with the pearl and gold coins Lugh was entranced by the bronze before shaking his head and looked at the man with a glare confusing the older of them.
"Are you trying to bribe me." Lugh accused while shifting his body slightly as the man looked like he was caught cheating on his wife.
"..."
"..."
Neither said a word until the man laughed hysterical at his accusation before replying "No I'm gifting a young man who has the thanks of a father for looking after his daughter." while wiping the tears from his eyes before tossing it at Lugh who caught it.
Hearing what the man said Lugh looked at the man only to see nothing while look at what was in his hands before walking swiftly to the home his guardian lived in.
After he got home Lugh looked around for his guardian not finding any trace of them before heading for his room.
After he went inside he found a note on his bedside stand. After placing his things ,and stole school objects', he flipped open the note from he assumed was his guardian.
Lugh I'm leaving for California early because an associate of mine made a big mistake regarding an ancient artifact from England.
I've already arranged transportation for you to leave to get to San Francisco by train in your stash and left some money for any other expenses should you need it.

P.S: Continue to practice your magic as even though you are a prodigy in spellcasting that means very little if you are out of touch and don't train both it and your body.
After reading it Lugh sighed before finding a large enough bag to carry some clothes and other things he decides to bring with him on his travels.
After he was done he had five sets of clothes, a multi purpose survival tool, a Ukulele, a Violin, some medicine, and 10 large bags of marbles.
After he was done packing that bag he went over to his backpack and took out it's contents and placed them in order.
He had 3 sketchbooks filled to the brim with different drawings, a half eaten bag of potato chips, roughly $12, a near empty bottle of water, and the Lyre he used to play on the bus.
Looking over what he had Lugh took the sketchbooks ,and threw away his snacks and drinks, before opening his closet and placed them inside before taking two sketchbooks that had different symbols on them and a leather glove that went all the way to his elbow with a slingshot ,that had enchanted reinforced metal strings twisted together to make the propulsion for the slingshot, welded onto some metal plates that protected his knuckles, back fist, a scope that he used for aiming, and had a Olympic Clicker to pull back the strings to fire out small round objects from a black cloth which had a metal cord the clicker used to pull back.
Pulling the string back Lugh felt like the metal was about to dig into his skin and draw blood before deciding to stop and placed it onto his bed along side his backpack and closed his closet and took some clothes from his dresser and took a shower.
After he finished his shower he changed into the clothes he prepared and went to the kitchen to eat before he had to leave for California.
With everything ready in his room he quickly finished his meal and looked at the clock to see it was 9:37 PM. sighing about choosing to leave at such a late time Lugh went to his room and strapped the large bag around his shoulders ,took out some of the marbles and put them in a smaller bags and tied it around his waist, and put on his custom wrist slingshot.
After the large bag was strapped he looked at his backpack and held it by the small wrist handle at the top before taking the train ticket and money from his night stand and closed all the lights in the home before locking it and walked upto a crosswalk before hearing a growl.
Slugging his backpack around his neck and under arm Lugh took out some marbles and placed them into a side holster that would automatically place the next marble into the black cloth ready to fire after pulled back.
Hearing more growling around him Lugh sighed before making a break for escape from whatever was hunting him. As he heard a large pack of howls chasing after him Lugh mumbled something under his breath before he started running faster down the road that lead outside of New York.
After running for what felt like a marathon Lugh saw a car get hit by a bull with the body of a human.
Slowly down slightly after seeing what happened he heard the growl from the Bull-man??? and saw a older woman drag out a girl with black hair who looked dazed before helping to pull out another person teenager that was uncountous.
Looking as closely as he could he realized who one of them were and knew that he had to help her. Slowly making his way into the treeline he took out the Olympic Clicker and pulled back the slingshot and aimed for the Bull-man who was getting closer to the woman and teenagers.
Calming his breath he focused and fired a marble at it which caused a chained reaction of lightning and wind stunning and keeping in place the Bull-man which screeched in pain and agony. Shocked at what happened the woman and teenager dragged the other uncountous teen away into the trees "Percy!" Lugh yelled out as he made his way to them while preparing another shot incase the Bull-man broke free while thunder rumbled over head while rain pored down.
Looking at Lugh running towards her Percy had a look of happiness and worry while the older woman looked at him with intrigue "What are you doing here?" She asked confused as to why her friend was here "As I was waiting for a taxi to pick me up to go to the train station get a train heading to San Francisco I heard a loud growl around me and decided to run as far as possible before seeing your car get hit by that thing." He said as he looked around cautiously turning to look for any signs of hostility before looking back to Percy.
"What about you how did you get here?" He asked as he aimed the slingshot at the direction of the Bull-man.
"Well after you left I ditched Grover and headed home to see my deadbeat of a father-in-law and got told she was bringing me to my favorite place in the world and got found by Grover and got told I need to go to the camp he's working for before we got chased by that thing." She said in one breath before breathing in and out fast.
Seeing his friend hyperventilating Lugh shook her and yelled in her face "Percy get a hold of yourself!" He exclaimed before getting her out of her self shutdown.
"Okay now what are we supposed to do?" Percy asked hoping for a miracle. Staying quiet Lugh thought about to do next when the older woman spoke "Lu?? correct bring my baby girl beyond that tree and up the hill. head inside you'll both be protected by a barrier." She said entrusting her daughter's safe into his hands.
"What about you mom..." Percy said in worry hoping she'll not do anything to endanger herself.
"I'll distracted the Minotaur while you both get to safely with Grover." She said running to where the monster was not waiting for any objections.
"Mom!" Percy yelled out running after her and abandoned him with Grover.
After a bit of turmoil he made sure Grover was well hidden before running after Percy and saw her barely dodge a swing from the mythical monster. Quickly looking around he didn't see Percy's mother and assumed the worst before aiming at the Minotaur while it had it's eye on Percy who had one of it's horns in her hands.
As the Minotaur charged after her Lugh quickly stot a marble at it and hit it with a strong and large amount of lightning causing it to miss Percy who saw him ready to shot when the monster attacked her closed her eyes and dodged as she heard a loud cry of pain and a flash of light before catching her bearings and heard Lugh yell at her "Stab the thing with the horn!!" He said motioning her to stab the monster.
After getting enough strength she plunged the horn into the monster chest as it turned to dust before passing out as she felt a warm embrace.
After helping Percy kill the Minotaur Lugh quickly caught his passed out friend before she could hit the floor before picking her up and headed to where he placed Grover and dragged and carried both uncountous supernatural individuals up to the hill and came across a large group of teenagers with a horse-man before dropping the uncountous Grover who was quickly caught and brought down the hill.
Staring at them one thing came to his mind and instead of trying to hold it in decided to let it come out "What the fuck were you guys and girl doing while we had to deal with that Bull-man."
Not expecting a response like his they stayed quiey before Lugh sighed and walked up the hill with Percy on his back only to walked into a invisible barrier.
Staying quiet Lugh sighed in exhaustion before looking at the shockwd and stunned group infront of him.
"Well aren't you going to let me in?" Lugh said as the morning sun rose from beyond the valley.
