AN: Welp…I made a new story…don't ask me why…I just did it. Anyway here's a vampire/werewolf fic…

Legacy

The moon shined down on the earth below as it illuminated a forest. All was quiet in the forest until the sound of panting was heard. Then came the rumbling of steps as they crushed the leaves underneath. Racing through the forest a large wolf ran through the trees at a high rate of speed. "Are we in the clear yet?" The large beast asked.

"No!" Yelled out someone riding on the back of said wolf, holding something in their arms. "We have to fight."

"If we do that will put him in danger." Said the wolf as it looked behind it. "Look out!"

The person on its back turned its head and saw as a person came barreling down towards them. Their eyes were scarlet red and their teeth were sharp. Grabbing it out of the air with one hand the person snapped the neck of the attacker before putting down what they had in their hand. "Why can't you just leave us alone!?"

The attacker smiled as its neck was sideways, "You committed the cardinal sin for our race. You deserve to die for that."

"You first." Throwing their hand forward the person pierced the chest of the attacker. Pulling their hand out the person held a heart in their hand.

The attacker's eyes widened, but before they could do anything their body was tossed away. "Everything alright up there?" The wolf asked.

Picking the item back up the person on its back nodded, "We're fine, keep running. If there's one more, more are sure to follow."

The wolf sighed, "We can't keep running like this. We won't be able to raise him right. What do we do?" The wolf got no response. "Inko!"

"I know Hisashi! I know…" said Inko, looking down at what she had in her arms she smiled. She carefully began to unravel it and revealed that it was a baby boy. Its eyes are as green as emeralds but sharp and narrow like Inko's. "All this, just because we had you."

The baby laughed and smiled in Inko's arms, "It isn't fair." Said Hisashi, jumping over a river. "Why should our son suffer for something we did?"

"The old law says he is to be put to death…." Inko looked at her son, "We don't have a choice now. We need to hide with them."

Hisashi's ears twitched, "Are you sure?"

Nodding Inko rocked the baby back and forth, "Yes, both of our families wouldn't think about looking for us there. It may be our only chance of living a normal life."

Hisashi sighed, "I guess you're right. Fine, we don't have a choice now, we'll have to live amongst the humans…"

But as he was talking Inko yelled out, "Hisashi!"

The werewolf snapped his head up, only to find another beast slamming into his side. The impact sent Hisashi tumbling to the ground, while it sent Inko and the baby airborne.

While in the air Inko tightened her grip on the child and slid to a stop. "Inko! How is he? Is the baby safe?" Hisashi asked as he picked himself up.

Checking on the baby, Inko smiled as it grabbed her finger. "We're good, but what the hell happened here?"

Hisashi then got in front of his family, "Looks like your family weren't the only ones looking for us."

Appearing from behind the tree were three massive wolves, one silver, one black, and one white. The black on looked to be the leader since they were in the middle, "Hisashi, it's been far too long."

Hisashi growled, "Not long enough. To think the pack leader herself would come, should I be honored?"

"Be grateful." the female wolf said as they approached. "We've always knew you were the odd one in the pack. But to mate with the enemy? And produce that…that thing? You know we can't let it live."

"You won't touch him," said Hisashi. "You'll have to kill me before I let that happen."

The female wolf sighed, "I was afraid you'd say that. Then you leave us no choice. Kill them all."

The other two wolves growled before running at them, Hisashi stood his ground and waited. The two wolves then jumped at them and that's when Hisashi took action. Jumping towards them he outstretched his front legs and took them to the ground. Rolling around for a second, Hisashi sprung back up and landed on his legs. Rushing towards the other two he caught one by surprise and bit down on its neck before twisting it and with a loud crunch, snapping its neck.

The other wolf was enraged, let out a roar as it lunged at Hisashi and managed to bite him on the neck. "Hisashi!" Inko yelled out.

The two wolves bit and snarled at each other as they fought on the ground. Each trying to go for a kill shot around the neck. But in the end Hisashi, being the stronger wolf, managed to flip over his opponent and bite down on its neck, killing them.

Breathing heavily, Hisashi turned to the leader, "Is this the best our pack had to offer?"

The leader scoffed, "Odd but as strong as ever. No wonder my father once acknowledged you."

Hisashi growled, "That was in the past. That has nothing to do with me now."

The leader growled back, "Doesn't it!? We were going to lead the pack together! But you abandoned us, abandoned me! And for what? A life that can only lead to suffering and death. You and I both know that your son will suffer."

"It's my life and I will choose how to live it. As for my son, I will protect him, no matter the cost. Enough, there's no point in talking any longer. I'm ready when you are Yuki." With both wolves staring down at each other they were just about to attack a yell was heard.

Hisashi turned to find another mystery attacker trying to kill his son and wife, "Inko!"

Holding Inko by the hair, the male attacker raised his hand, "You should have never left, Princess. Now you have to die!" The man was about to stab Inko in the heart but before they could Hisashih came in and knocked them to the ground.

"Run Inko!" yelled Hisashi. "You and our son have to live! Don't let them find him or you."

Inko picked herself up, "What about you!? I can't just leave you! I'll fight too."

"NO!" yelled Hisashi. "We both know the reason why. Now run. I'll find you I swear, just keep our son safe!"

Looking down at her son Inko had a difficult decision to make. She then looked at Hisashi who was now fighting two more people, and with a heavy heart she turned and ran into the forest. Seeing this Yuki gave chase, "If I can't kill you, I'll just kill them."

Hisashi watched as Yuki gave chase, "No!" But as he looked away one of his attackers managed to drop kick him.

In the forest Inko was running, looking back every once in a while to make sure Yuki hadn't caught up. She didn't see the wolf and thought that she had out ran it but her eyes widened when Yuki suddenly appeared. "Come back here you damn blood sucker."

With Yuki closing the distance Inko knew that there was only one thing to do, fight. But if she did her son would be in danger. So, being a smart individual Inko had a plan. Turning, Inko slid across the floor and raised her leg. Yuki was surprised, "What is she doing?"

With all the power she had Inko then brought down her leg and slammed it hard into the ground. The ground beneath them began to shake as cracks began to appear from the point of impact. Splitting the very earth apart, Inko created a massive canyon directly underneath Yuki. "Oh shit…"

The wolf turned and ran away but the ground underneath her gave way and in she fell. "You stupid vampire! I'll get you for this!"

Back on the surface Inko was breathing heavily, "She's not dead, but this should buy me a few minutes."

"Inko!" Yelled someone appearing from the forest. Inko narrowed her eyes and saw that it was Hisashi.

"Hisashi! Oh thank goodness…" but as he got closer Inko could smell it, blood. "You're hurt."

Now standing in front of her, Inko could see blood dripping down his open cuts over his body. "I'm fine, these vampires were stronger than the others."

Inko knew what was going on, "My father, he sent out the guard units to hunt us. He must be getting desperate. Come, we're almost at the human city, once there we can get you healed up."

Nodding, Hisashi let Inko and the baby climb onto his back. As they left Hisashi couldn't help but smile at the destruction Inko created. "Nice work by the way." The baby in Inko's arms cooed and laughed, as if it too was agreeing with Hisashi.

Down in the canyon Yuki was holding onto a cliff's edge, but no in her wolf form. Now in human form she pulled herself up and began to climb. Making her way to the top she growled as she wiped away dirt, "That bitch. She broke apart the forest just to gain a few minutes. Well played."

As the moon moved across the night sky its rays fell over Yuki revealing her long black hair, slender body, and her eyes blue as a sapphire. Just then four more wolves appeared from the forest, "Leader, are you alright?"

Yuki raised her arm to calm her pack, "I am fine, but Hisashi has escaped."

"Shall we go after him?" Questioned another wolf.

Yuki turned to her pack, "No."

The pack was surprised, "But if we let the traitor go then he…"

"Then we find him, but we have more pressing matters to attend to at the moment." Looking up at the trees Yuki could see several pairs of red glowing eyes looking at them.

"We came to kill one of our kind, but instead we found rats." Said a vampire landing on the ground.

Yuki smiled, "Big talk coming from an oversized mosquito. Kill them."

14 Years Later

A long time had passed since the couple had escaped their kind. The baby that they had now grown into a young man. He had messy green hair and green eyes that shined like gems. This is Izuku Midoriya, and currently he was sitting alone in class. He didn't talk to anyone, well, it's not like he didn't want to but what he lacked made him an outcast.

For in this world most people possessed supernatural powers called quirks, basically super powers that one gains at a young age. Unfortunately for Izuku however, he didn't have any powers. Which put him in the so called less than 20% category, or quirkless as they were referred to.

Being in this percentage meant that Izuku had to deal with constant bullying. This was especially true from a boy called Katsuki Bakugo. Someone who he called a friend, but in all honesty he was just around Izuku to pick on him. And today was no different.

As Izuku sat at his desk he suddenly heard someone yell from the doorway, "Hey Deku!"

Turning, Izuku found Bakugo, "K-Kachan, w-What do you want?"

"Oh nothing," said Bakugo walking into the classroom. "Just wanted to make sure you were alone." Stopping in front of Izuku's desk the young boy slammed his hand onto the table. "You know what time it is, right?"

Izuku was visibly shaking, "P-Please don't…"

But as soon as Izuku spoke an explosion hit him, sending Izuku off of his chair and into the wall next to the window. "A quirkless loser like you doesn't get to tell me what to do. And to top it off, you want to get into U.A. Japan's best hero school!"

As Bakugo walked over he saw a notebook on Izuku's desk labeled hero notes #12. Taking it he looked at the cover. On the floor and in pain Izuku was then lifted up by his shirt by Bakugo. Looking outside the window Bakugo could see the schoolyard since they were on the second floor. "You know, maybe you should jump from the roof and kill yourself. Maybe that way you'll reincarnate and come back as someone with a quirk." He then raised the hand with Izuku's notebook. "And this shit, I'm going to be the only one going to UA." Using his quirk Bakugo destroyed the notebook, turning it into sheets of burning paper.

Tears began to run down Izuku's face as Bakugo tightened his grip. "Let me go…please."

Raising his free hand Bakugo pointed it at Izuku and fired an explosion. The explosion managed to burn a bit of Izuku's uniform, dirty his face, and cut his cheek. "Shut up. God, you are so useless."

As Izuku was being held the anger inside him began to grow. For 10 long years he had to endure this, always too afraid to fight back. All he needed now was a little push, or in this case, a drop of blood. The cut on Izuku's face had bled a bit and a drop of blood trailed down the side of his cheek before getting onto his lip. The single drop made it inside his mouth and that's when it happened. As soon as Izuku drank the blood his green eyes turned scarlet red.

Startled, Bakugo flinched but then found himself now being held up by Izuku by the shirt. "What! How did you?"

"Woah, I didn't know I was this strong! This, this feels... amazing." Smirking, Izuku walked while holding Bakugo with one arm towards the window. "Do you have any idea how hard it is not to fight back?" Questioned Izuku. Looking up at his so-called friend, Izuku could see the fear in Bakugo's eyes. "You're scared, good, you should be."

Just then an explosion rocked the classroom, Bakugo had just fired an explosion at point blank range right at Izuku's face. Smoke filled the room, but as it cleared Bakugo's eyes widened. Still barely visible, two red glowing eyes pierced the smoke, "Try not to get hurt, Kachan."

Suddenly feeling himself move Bakugo was then thrown into the window. Slamming against it he broke the glass and fell two stories down onto the dirt floor below. Everyone outside saw Bakugo on the floor groaning in pain and immediately looked up to see Izuku smiling, looking down. 'This is awesome…I don't know what's going on but I feel amazing!'

1 Hour Later

Izuku was now sitting outside the principal's office. His mother and father were called in to talk about what happened. From inside Izuku could hear what they were saying as clear as day, "This is the first time we've seen Izuku behave in this manner." Said the principal. "He threw a student out of the window."

"To be fair, it was for self defense." Said Inko. "You heard what Izuku said, Bakugo was picking on him first."

"We don't know that." Said the principal. "All we know is that Bakugo was the one thrown from a window."

"That's bull shit and you know it." Said Hisashi. "Bakugo has been using his quirk on Izuku, causing burns and bruising."

"We haven't seen incidents like that." Said the principal. "Besides, Bakugo is trying to become a hero. Why would he ever do that? If you ask me, Izuku is just jealous of people with quirks."

Hearing that Inko gripped the end of the armrest hard enough to break it off. "HUH!? So it's discrimination then!" Inko's red eyes flickered for a split second.

The principal flinched in fear, but that's when Hisashi touched Inko's hand. "Dear, that's enough. I'm sure he meant no harm in that. Right?" Hisashi looked at the principal and tilted his head, his green eyes staring right at the man.

Swallowing nervously, the principal nodded. "O-Of course! I misspoke, that's all. We will look into this incident more closely and get all of our facts straight before coming to a decision."

Smiling, Hisashi got up, "Excellent, then we will be awaiting your decision. Good day." With that the two began to leave but not before Inko could give the principal another evil stair.

Once outside the office Hisashi looked at Izuku, "Let's go home."

Silently, Izuku got up and followed them to the car and eventually made it back home. Once inside Izuku sat down on the sofa while his parents got some tea.

They both soon sat down and gave a cup to Izuku, "So, what happened?" Asked Hisashi.

Taking a sip of his tea Izuku sighed, "I-I don't know…Bakugo had me by the shirt and managed to hurt me with an explosion." He then looked at himself and noticed that he was healed. "I'm fine? What, what's going on?"

Hisashi and Inko looked at each other, "Izuku, while Bakugo was hurting you. Did you smell or taste blood?" Inko asked.

Izuku thought about it, "Y-Yeah, I did. I remember the taste of iron."

Hisashi sighed, "Looks like you finally awakened."

Izuku was confused, "Awakened? What's that, you guys aren't making sense."

Inko looked at Izuku, "It's what we vampire's call when one of our kind first tastes blood."

"Wait, wait, wait. Back up a bit, did you say vampires?" Questioned Izuku. "As is, "I'm going to suck your blood." Dracula? Team Edward? That kind of a vampire?"

"Those are all horrible representations of vampires but in short yes." Said Inko. "We should have told you this years ago, but…"

"We did it to protect you. If anyone found out what you were, there are certain people who would target you." Said Hisashi.

Izuku was in shock, "S-So I'm a vampire…but wait, why am I quirkless then? Shouldn't my powers show up in those tests they did?"

"No actually." Said Inko. "There is a clear difference between quirks and what we are. That's also why we never took you to the doctors. You will never get sick."

"So you're both vampires?" Questioned Izuku.

Hisashi nervously laughed, "W-Well, actually I'm not. I'm actually something completely different. I'm a werewolf."

"A what now?" Asked Izuku, leaning in.

"A werewolf. I can transform into a wolf." Said Hisashi.

"I-Is this why you never let me do any contact sports?" Questioned Izuku.

"That's one of the reasons." Said Inko. "We were trying to prevent you from awakening your powers. Not to mention your werewolf powers, which luckily haven't awakened yet."

Izuku turned to his father, "How will I know if I've awakened them?"

Hisashi blushed, "Oh you'll know. Trust me you just will."

Izuku raised an eyebrow, "Okay? So does this mean I can turn into a bat? Or into a wolf?"

Inko rolled her eyes, "Why does everyone think we can turn into bats? I get that movies show that but come-on."

Hisashi laughed, "No son, no you can't turn into a bat. As for a werewolf, that's not until you awaken. For now your mom will have to teach you how to control your strength. You could hurt someone if you're not careful."

"And whatever you do, do NOT bite anyone." Said Inko sternly.

"Why?" Asked Izuku.

"Just don't. Trust me this is for their wellbeing." Said Inko.

Izuku nodded, "So when do I start my training?"

"Tomorrow." Said Hisashi. "We'll need a secluded place where we won't be seen. Fortunately for us I know just the place.

7 a.m. Beach

A cold breeze hit Izuku as he stood at the edge of the beach. But this was no ordinary beach, for this one was covered in trash. Broken fridges, metal sheets, and all sorts of things someone would throw out were found here. "So this is where you'll train me?"

Inko nodded, "Perfect place to hide from prying eyes. Now, let's get started."

Going into the trash pile and walking through it they eventually found themselves in an open area. "First thing you have to fully understand is the difference in strength between humans and you." Said Hisashi. Looking over to his side he saw a broken fridge and lifted it up with one hand. "Like this." Using both hands Hisashi crushed the fridge into a basketball sized ball. "And this is just a bit of what we could actually do."

"Also, since you're half vampire and half werewolf we think that it's possible for you to surpass us in strength." Said Inko. "Right now your father and I are on equal footing when it comes to strength and speed. So we first have to find out how strong you actually are."

Inko then pointed at the trash pile, "See that sofa, pick it up above your head."

Izuku looked at the sofa and noticed that it was a four seater. "I-I don't think I can pick that up."

"You can, even a young teenage vampire or werewolf could pick it up." Said Hisashi. "Just give it a try."

Nodding Izuku went over to the sofa and grabbed it, he tried to pick it up and just like he thought, it was too heavy. Izuku grunted and groaned as he tried to lift it but he could only manage to lift it an inch. Dropping it Izuku fell back towards the sand, "See, I told you I couldn't do it."

"When you threw Bakugo, what were you feeling?" Asked Inko. "Anger, right? Try thinking back to those times and use that."

Giving it one more try Izuku once again grabbed the sofa. Only this time his mind thought back to all the times Bakugo hurt him. His eyes widened as they changed from green to bloodshot red. Inko and Hisashi both flinched when they sensed Izuku's powers awaken.

Yelling out in a fit of rage, Izuku not only lifted the sofa, but launched it towards the ocean. Both parents watched it fall in, a few hundred meters away. "Woah…" said Hisashi. "Inko, did you feel that?"

Inko nodded, "It's amazing…he already has the potential of a noble ranking vampire, and as a teenager no less. It would take a vampire at least a century to get to this level." However, as they were observing their son they both noticed something strange about him.

The look on his face right now was not one that they knew. Instead they found a Izuku that was smiling, his eyes narrow like a wolf's, and his fangs out. "Shit, he's gone berserk!" Said Hisashi.

Inko ran at Izuku and tried to tackle him but as he jumped towards him, Izuku turned and grabbed her arm out of the air. Surprised, Inko then felt herself being lifted up and thrown into the trash pile. "Inko!" Yelled Hisashi. "Izuku, I need you to listen to me. You need to calm down. I know you're experiencing this for the first time but you can't let yourself be taken by instinct."

But his words wouldn't reach him, instead Izuku lept towards his father. Hisashi was fast and managed to dodge out of the way. Growling, Izuku turned and with his sharp fingernails, he slashed at his father.

Hisashi jumped back but his nails still managed to cut him across the chest. Sliding to a stop Hisashi smiled towards his son, "Well I'll be damned, he really does have the potential to become even stronger than us. But not today."

Going on the attack, Hisashi charged Izuku. The kid threw a punch at his father but Hisashi suddenly disappeared.

A split second later Hisashi appeared behind Izuku and put him into a lock. Pinning his arms and legs, Hisashi held down his son. "Inko! Do it now!"

Appearing from the sky, Inko came flying down at Izuku. With her fist pulled back she delivered a powerful blow to Izuku's head, knocking him out. Releasing him from his grip Hisashi picked up Izuku's body, "Sorry about that Izuku, but if we let go you would have killed someone."

"Fortunately, he just awakened. But we need to be careful, Izuku's powers will continue to grow." Said Inko shaking her hand. "I had to use a considerable amount of my stregth to knock him out."

"Our guess was right." Said Hisashi. "Mixing both of our bloods made him stronger. But we have another problem, now that his powers have awakened…"

Inko sighed, "Our families. It's been years since we last saw them, but I get the feeling they already know where we are or at the very least, are getting close."

"Should we run?" Hisashi asked as he picked himself up with Izuku in his arms.

Inko walked over to the unconscious Izuku and smiled as she ran her hand down his face, "No, this time we won't run. We've always lived in fear of being found, but no more. Let them find us, and when the day comes when they do, we'll fight. Not only for us, but for Izuku. I won't let him live a life of running."

Hisashi smiled, "Then we need to get ready. But first things first, we need to do something about him. Now that he has awakened his vampire side, your kind can find him. Not to mention my kind would hunt him down at the first smell."

Inko agreed, "He did say he always wanted to be a hero right? UA was it, a lot of heroes there. They could teach him things we can't, and make real friends…"

"He could learn to be a hero, but we have to be the ones to teach him how to control his powers," said Hisashi. "We won't make the same mistakes."

"We'll also have to hide his presence." Inko looked at Hisashi. "Think you can make something for him?"

Hisashi nodded, "It will be difficult, but I should be able to make something that hides his vampire side. This is going to be a lot of work isn't it?"

"Yeah," said Inko. "But it will be worth it, he'll be worth it."

Unknown Location

Looking outside the window of a tall building a man wearing a suit stared at the city below while holding a glass of what appeared to be wine. The sun was barely rising and the city was walking up.

This man had it all, more money than he could spend. A massive company that extended its reach throughout all of Japan. And most important, time.

"What a beautiful sunrise." He said tasting his wine. But as he enjoyed this moment his eyes widened as he felt something.

Dropping his wine glass he couldn't believe it, "W-What is this? No, rather who is this? I thought I was the only one allowed into the cities." A moment later the feeling disappeared. "Amazing, judging by the amount of power it has to be a high ranking vampire. But we should be the only ones in any city…Could it be? The princess! Who escaped 14 Years ago!"

The man then turned around and pressed a button on the phone. "Connect me to the king."

The phone began to ring and after two rings a voice was heard. "Speak,"

"My lord, I just sensed another vampiric presence." The man explained.

"And what of it? It's probably someone who wandered too close to the city." The voice over the phone said.

"Sir, but the presence, I believe it was of the princess. The power I felt was that of a high ranking vampire." Said the man. "And the only ones with that type of power are royalty. My assumption is that it could be the princess."

"Where?" Asked the voice.

"I don't know. But I will find her." Said the man.

The voice over the phone hummed, "See to it that you do. You have full authority to conduct any surveillance you wish. Also, if you do find the princess, make sure to kill the man she's with, along with any child. She did leave with one of those flee bags."

The man nodded, "It will be done my lord. I will not disappoint you."

"Oh right, extend my congratulations to your daughter. I heard she has been accepted to the hero course at UA, a year early no less. Going to that school will help us find new candidates to convert." Said the voice.

"I will make sure to tell her that. She is a capable young woman, I'm sure she would be able to find a good candidate." With that the voice on the phone hung up. Sighing in relief, the man slumped over on his chair.

"If it really was the princess then there is still a chance…" the man took another drink from his glass. "Nothing beats the taste of human blood in the morning."

AN: DUN DUN DUN! So yeah I wrote this…maybe I'll continue it?
