"Artoria…" The Caster's Master says while putting herself between her and the enemy. After his roar at impending death, he now stands, still panting and glaring at the girl as he does. "Miss Adda, move-" Before the girl can finish, the enemy begins to move, the club he drags along leaving a trail on the ground.
"Forward!" Rider shouts before his knights ride ahead, and the enemy makes no attempt at defense, even when his flesh is pierced.
"We need to go." Adda says before pulling her Servant along, who is unbudging as she glares at the enemy. "Miss Add-" "We need to go." As the Master persists, Rider studies them for a brief moment. Mounted warriors then once again spawn, but instead of Archer, they ride for Caster.
The mage Servant stands ready at the charge. As she does, Heracles' advance halts. He then grabs one of the knights by his side, but the warrior and his peers disappear before he could do anything. Darkness then spawns next to him, and a horse neighs while appearing out of the void, revealing its set of fangs.
As Rider watches the beast, the giant that summoned it grabs it by its neck, and as it struggles, rips its head off. Unbothered by the blood that splashes him, Heracles extracts the beast's fangs before throwing them. The bony blades fly through the air, bringing down the knights that rode for Caster. After which, Heracles speaks, still eying the girl as he does.
"She's mine…"
"Artoria!" The Master pulls her Servant along, before more teeth fly. "Artoria!' The woman shouts as the girl screams and falls, and after she closes the wounds, more teeth fly. "Stop! Stop!" The Master's shout prevents another wave. "Feel free to flee…" "We won't! We won't!"
At the response, the giant drops the head and advances, leaving the corpse, both parts of it, and his club behind. "No balls!" A familiar voice causes his eyes to widen before they move, the others also watching the source of the call.
"Grrr…" Caster growls as her French enemy closes in on the staring demigod, with her then roaring, summoning a barrier that separates her and Hercules from the newcomer.
"Berserker, strike!" Rider's shout draws the Servant's glare, before while light covers the Berserker. "Woah." The saint exclaims, and black fires cover her blade. As Rider watches the weapons, they strike the wall in front of them, and behind the wall, Heracles grunts while rubbing his head.
A magic circle then spawns in Caster's hand, and red shadows shaped like tentacles exit from the circle. The shadows make their way to the giant, who growls at the touch.
As this happens, in the distance, the Greek Master takes deep breaths while pressing on his chest, staring at the Command Spells on the back of his palm as he does. He feels something sting him, and from his Servant's thoughts, he sees a scene widely sung in stories, a painful bloody tale.
…
"Argh!" With a roar, Jeanne breaks the wall in her way, and her weapons soon descend on Caster, only for something to move between her and her target. "Wha-" Before Jeanne can finish, a dog biting onto her swords flings her backwards.
After she lands, the animal continues to watch her, but her focus falls on what lays beyond the hound. While smiling at her, Heracles stands next to the enemy. "What's going on?" Jeanne asks, and Rider answers. "That dog is likely Cerberus, and Hercules was the one who summoned it." At the answer, the pyromancer continues to stare at the Greek Servant.
"No balls?" The Archer laughs at the comment, and Caster roars. "End her, Hercules!" Despite the command, the demigod continues to smile at his assigned target. "Hercules!" The demigod shakes his head after the second roar, drawing the girl's stare.
"What the fock is going on?" Saber says as he and Uathach rise. While the swordsman's expression is covered as he watches the scene, the spearwoman's malice is very significantly less so. Ignoring the two's rise, Jeanne roars before rushing at Caster, and as she approaches Cerberus, the canine's eyes shine.
Fire rises between the approaching woman and the dog, and as she stares, the beast's summoner speaks. "Let us retreat, my lady." Caster gawks at the demigod. "Wait!" Jeanne shouts, but her once ally continues to smile. "Artoria…" Her Master calls with concern, and after continuing to glare at their enemies for some time, the girl responds.
"Very well…"After speaking, she raises her staff, summoning light.
…
"What the fock happened?!" Saber shouts after everybody's vision returns, and before anybody can speak, Uathach roars and throws her spear in Jeanne's direction.
Though, the speardrops long before hitting its target. "The fuck are you doing?!" The Berserker shouts, and the Lancer rushes at her. "Fine!" The Frenchwoman continues before also making her move.
"Jan, wait!" Her Master's call causes her to back away, and as her enemy pursues, she parries and pushes her away with a kick. "Lancer, ho-" "Shut the fuck up!" The Lancer cuts Rider off before pointing her spear at the woman she rushed. "I agreed to this stupid plan cause you said I get to kill Hercules! Now that that asshole's gone, I am taking this bitch!"
"You heard her." Jeanne says before flames build up on her swords. "Wait!" A covered up man shouts before the two can attack, with one of Rider's knights running into Uathach, sending her flying. "Don't take out Uathach." The man's words draw the Lancer's anger.
"Get the fuck out of here, you dumbass!" After Uathach's roar, Rider responds to the stranger. "I am afraid that's not likely." The Servant's followers then dismount and pin Uathach down, and the stranger continues. "Knock her out. I will withdraw." "Fuck you." Jeanne interjects, "You are that bitch's Master, you tell her what to do."
At her words, the Master reveals his Command Spells. "Are you certain you wish to expend them?" Rider asks. "If I am going to lose here…" After the Master speaks, Rider sighs and continues. "Berserker, if you may."
She clicks her tongue at Rider's words. Then, she runs ahead, white light covering her as she does.
…
Some time after…
As he and Jeanne find themselves in the room of a motel, Maverick smiles at his partner, who continues to glare. "You still angry?" At the young man's words, the young woman sighs before she sits on her bed, and while looking at her, her partner stares.
"Jan?" The young woman continues to look away, prompting the young man to do the same. He turns back after a while, and with her still looking away, he sighs before walking to her side. He then stands for some time before she turns over, her eyes widening as they match his smile.
At the sight, she sighs.
"I did say we should talk, right?" She breaks the silence with a question he nods to, but her gaze quickly returns to the side. Seeing this, he continues watching her for some time before taking a deep breath.
"I saw what happened, and…" He exhales once more, "I guess it wasn't easy." "No shit!" After the outburst, her eyes widen before they avoid the young man another time. "Look, it was horrible, I know, I really do, seeing I experienced it, and truth be told…" He sighs, her balling her fists as he does.
"I think that makes you even more incredible."
She stares, and he continues. "I mean, when we first met, you told me to basically fuck off cause you knew something was going to happen, right? You had no reason to. I mean, if anything, maybe not much, it would benefit you more to kill me, and you definitely can."
"Fuck off." She says while looking away, scratching her cheek as she does, "I hate picking on weaklings, that's all. And after that, I just needed you to stay manifested." He chuckles. "If you say so." "Fuck you."
As her gaze remains averted, he remains by her side, before she pulls him to a sitting position by his wrist. Without muttering a word, they proceed to remain by one another's side.
