Author's Note : DOUBLE POST TODAY .

1 year after the Uchiha Massacre.

"Chakra..." Captain America gulped. As Severus Snape explained his new potion.

"You found a way to give magic to genetically engineered clones." Snape reminded. "Grafting such energies, to individuals born without magic, was the next logical step."

Snape fought not to show how smug he was. Wizards had been trying to find a way to give magic, for thousands of years... and it was he who found a way. He'd surely go into the history books for this achievement.

"This potion will rewire the genetic structure, of both Metahumans and mutants, to work in connection with Chakra," Snape glared at his captive audience. "It will also insure your abilities, are passed down to your children. Although mutants powers, will still be based on the individuals personality, and not manifest until they hit puberty. But You'll all be able to perform Jutsus."

"And what do you want for this?" Captain America eyed.

"Just a sample of your blood," Snape assured. "Allow me to reverse engineer, your enhanced physical and mental abilities, and all our clans will be able to better stand by the Shinobi's side, as equals."

America eyed the man, "Normally, I'd say my serum was too dangerous to let slip out into the general public."

Snape finished his thought. "But in a world where everyone has Superpowers, there is little harm. It will put my Clan on equal footing, not give us an advantage."

Steve tapped his finger against the desk, thinking hard. "Unfortunately, you have a point. Let me bring this to The Council of Heroes. We'll let you know our decision by the end of the week."

1 Month Later:

"Do you realize what you've allowed to happen?" The Guardian demanded.

Hal was a bit shocked to get their call... given they had ignored him for years.

The Guardian glared down at him, from the huge holographic communication, which the Ring was generating.

"It took us over 2000 years, to breed the various races of your planet, into one species. And you have not only brought entire civilizations of various beings with you. You have allowed the Shinobi to experiment with cloning on a global scale. And even given magic to all Metahumans and mutants, while giving gods damned super strength to the wizards."

Hal did his best not to react. "Are you telling me, the destruction of so many species... was done intentionally... by you..." trying his best to not snarl.

"It's hardly the first time, the Guardians have interfered with evolution. Besides, no race was destroyed, we just encouraged interbreeding."

"What about all the Legends of wars and plagues... was that you to?" Hal couldn't stop himself from glaring.

"Don't take that tone with me!" The Guardian snapped. "This is a disaster! There has been peace on your little mud ball for-"

"PEACE!!! There have been three world wars since I disappeared!!! All countries have collapsed into random city states, and phobias of technology run rampant!!! Earth had built it's first lightspeed space ship, not three years before the non powered humans were killed off!!!"

"That was a happy accident," The Guardian scoffed. "Not our doing, but we're certainly grateful. As it got your mud ball under control."

Hal... had never felt such hate for the Guardians. "Let's make a deal. You stay out of my Sector... and I don't kill you all."

The Guardian suddenly paled, as if remembering who he was talking to... That one time, after Hal had a psychotic break... he had single handedly dismantled the Corp.

It had taken years to recover, and that was only thanks to a mournful Hal. If Hal wanted... he could have killed them all...

The Guardian reluctantly agreed. "Stay in your Sector, and keep you're monsters with you. If anyone from your Sector, ever attempts to leave it, we will consider it an act of War."

"Erect a barrier, over my 42 lightyears, for all I care, just so long as you stay out!"

"Sooooooo sure this will work," Hal eyed the 7 golden orbs... with little red stars glowing inside them.

Minato gave, the former Green Lantern, a deadpan look. "The Eternal Dragon, is one of the most powerful demons in existence. There is little he can't do."

"Right... and he won't eat my soul or anything," Hal asked... again.

Minato sighed, "As I keep telling you. He is a benevolent entity. He might not give you exactly what you want. But he will grant your wish, in the manner that will grant you the most happiness, in the long term."

"Riiiiiiiiight... but... why?" Hal asked.

"Because he isn't an asshole," Minato sighed. "You have your Wishes ready?"

Hal waved a piece of paper, "Let's do this."

Minato nodded, raising his hands over the orbs. "Rise, Shenron, and grant my wish. Pretty please, with sugar on top."

Hal nearly face planted. Exclaiming, "THOSE ARE THE MAGIC WORDS!?!"

Just as he yelled, the sky darkened , and yellow light burst from the orbs... and a giant green dragon... as big as a small town, filled the sky.

"State your wish." The Dragon demanded, before more cheerfully saying. "Oh, it's you Minato."

"What up?" Minato smiled up at the god.

"Oh Same old same old," Said the dragon. "You have Wishes for me?"

"Afraid not, it's this guy," Minato pointed at Hal. Who couldn't help but eep.

The dragon looked less impressed. "What can I do for you, green lantern?"

"He knows me?" Hal gulped.

"He's 10 thousand years old." Minato smiled. "You really think your the first Green Lantern he's seen?"

"Hurry up and make your wish!" The Dragon demanded.

"R-right," Hal straightened, looking at his paper. "For my first wish. Please provide me with my own Central Battery Core, that holds knowledge from all over the universe, and gives the means to build it's own Lantern rings."

"That's 2 wishes," the Dragon declared.

Minato rolled his eyes, "Come on, man. Don't be a dick."

Shenron huffed, "Fine, 1 wish." his eyes glowed red, and a central battery the size of a building, materialized into existence... it looked different, then the core the Guardians had, which was a relief. Hal didn't wanna think of the trouble, if the dragon just stole the existing battery... but this battery... was white, not green.

"2 more left," Shenron demanded.

"Well... I wish all my old green Lantern buddies, were alive and here with me."

"Stop asking for two things, and expecting it to count as one wish!" Shenron demanded."

Minato yelled back, "Stop arguing semantics. You know full well if he hadn't said 'and' it wouldn't have bothered you at all." proof of that was Hal's first wish was considered "2 wishes" and not "3"

Shenron sighed, "Very well." his eyes glowing again, and his friends stepped out of the light.

"last wish," Shenron informed. "Try to phrase it right this time."

"I wish all villages recognize my new Lantern Corp. as a neutral peace keeping faction, and-i mean 'That'," The dragon nodded his approval, so Hal continued. "That none of the village have a problem with us protecting or policing them."

The Dragon's eyes glowed red, "It is done... please phrase your Wishes better, if you ever summon me again."

"Yes Sir!" He gave a Lantern salute.

Shenron nodded, then transformed into light. Which split off in 7 different directions, before disappearing. The sky returning to a cloudless blue.

Immediately after the Dragon disappeared, Kilowog, the greatest trainer of Hal's Time Period, promptly punched Hal.

"Gah!!! What gives!?" Hal demanded.

"I was happy in heaven, Poozer!" Kilowog Snarled.

Hal blinked... heaven... was real?

Minato eased, "You got in their once, pretty much guarantees you a spot for your second go. Just consider yourself on loan."

Kilowog growled.

Minato sighed, before giving a bow. "My World is in need of your services, mighty champion... please, will you assist us?"

Kilowog growled more, "...Fine." He never could resist a plea for help.

The other Lanterns were all equally affected.

Minato took note of them. Of the fish guy, and the tiny alien squirrel... and was completely unaffected. After all, his planet was full of many inhuman looking clans. So even if these guys were actual aliens. It hardly phased the Hokage.

He felt nothing, beyond the gratitude for their help. There were over a hundred people hear, all ready to save his world... he had to believe, they would succeed.
