"That's not fair, Rockruff." said Jordan, laughing and watching them fall to the ground and giggle while waiting for her brother.
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu when they heard the door opened.
"Pikachu, you know better than that." warned Meeko.
"Professor Kukui! We'll see you there!" said Ash, closing the door.
"Pi! Pi! Pi!" said Pikachu as Ash, Jordan and Meeko run down the porch stairs.
"We're leaving, Rockruff." said Ash, rubbing Rockruff's chin.
"Be good while we're gone." said Jordan, rubbing its body.
"Rock! Ruff!" said Rockruff.
"Rockruff enjoys getting its chin scratched." said Rotom, beeping. "Data update completed."
"While you were talking, Rotom, Ash and Jordan took off with Extreme Speed." said Professor Kukui.
"Ash and Jordan did what?" asked Rotom, seeing that both siblings were gone and takes off after them.
Narrator: It's another exciting day for Ash, Pikachu, Jordan and Meeko, as their adventures at the Pokémon school in Alola continue!
Jordan: We're actually having fun.
Meeko: Lucario!
Ash and Jordan were running alongside the fence when they see Lana and Popplio down by the water. "Ha, Lana!" Ash called out. "Hey, Lana! Alola!"
"Pika! Pika!" shouted Pikachu.
"Lucar!" said Meeko, waving to the blue haired trainer.
"Huh?" said Lana, as she and Popplio were working on a water balloon, before looking up and waving at them. "Hi, there, Ash and Jordan! Pikachu and Meeko!"
"Pop, Pop." giggled Popplio as the balloon on her nose popped, causing her to be thrown into the water.
"Huh?"
"Uh-oh." said Jordan.
"Cario…." said Meeko.
"We'll see you soon, okay? Take care." said Ash, taking Jordan's hand
"Okay." said Lana, before turning to Popplio. "Popplio, let's try again."
Popplio comes out of the water, squealing as she tries to do another balloon. Kids chattered as they gathered at the Pokémon school. Inside the classroom, Sophocles was at the board, drawing while Lillie and Kiawe were at Mallow's desk. "Alola!" said Ash and Jordan, walking into the classroom.
"Alola." said Sophocles.
"Alola." said Lillie, Kiawe and Mallow. As Ash opens his backpack, Rowlet rolls out and hits its head against the banister. "I was wondering where you went." said Ash.
"So it was inside your backpack again." said Rotom as Rowlet groans falling to the side and trilled with half opened eyes.
"You know I worry about you, Rowlet." said Jordan, releasing Leilani out of her Pokeball.
"The theme of tomorrow's extracurricular class is getting to know marine Pokémon." Kukui said to the class. "We're heading out to sea."
"Oh, out to sea sounds awesome!" said Ash.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Water!" shouted Jordan, running towards the banister.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"Your trump card for befriending marine Pokémon…is a fishing rod!" said Kukui, whipping his fishing rod.
"Oh boy." said Jordan. Outside of the classroom, Team Rocket was spying on Ash and Jordan. "We spy and what does it show us?" Jessie asked the boys.
"The twerp and baby twerp are school children." said James.
"The twerp doesn't strike me as studious." said Meowth. "But Baby twerp might."
"That's true." said Jessie and James.
"Wobbu! Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet.
"Alola!" said Principal Oak, gaining Team Rocket's attention. "Who are you, a sight for Bulbasaur eyes?"
"Hi, nice to see you!" said Meowth, waving at him.
"We're tourists of the friendly sort." said James.
"Passing through the neighborhood." said Jessie before the three of them pop down through the branches.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet before being brought down.
"Come and join our school anytime!" Principal Oak called after them.
"Maybe if those two are school children, they'll stay put for a while." said James.
"Then I suggest we get a bead on the Twerps daily routine." suggested Meowth. "That'll be a big help to catch Pikachu and Meeko."
"Meh. Sounds boring." said Jessie.
"Wobbu! Wobbu!" said Wobbuffet.
"All right, Lana knows everything about the sea." said Professor Kukui.
"Thanks." said Lana, standing up.
"I've asked Lana to be your special instructor tomorrow." said Kukui. "Are you ready, Lana?"
"Yes, sir! I'll do my best." said Lana.
"I just remembered. You were out fishing the first time I met you." said Ash.
"Of course! She's a master fisherwoman." said Mallow. "She knows everything about marine Pokémon."
"That's awesome." said Ash.
"Marine Pokémon are the best." said Lana.
"Lillie, you have to touch Pokémon to fish." said Sophocles. "Are you sure you're going to be okay?"
"Not a problem, because I have a secret weapon!" said Lillie.
"Then we're all set." said Lana.
"Pop." said Popplio, squealing happily as she hops out of Lana's arms and into Lillie's lap. Lillie whimpers in fear of Popplio. "Oh no, Popplio!" said Lana, waving her arms.
"Whoa, there." said Kukui. "Be careful, Popplio."
"I'm sorry, Lillie." Lana said, then looks down at her Pokémon. "You should say you're sorry too."
"Popplio." said Popplio, guilty.
"No, I'll be alright." said Lillie.
"So, class, don't forget your fishing rods tomorrow." said Kukui, leaving the classroom.
"Fishing rod?" Ash asked, then looks at Jordan. "Hey, Jordan? By any chance, did you bring our…."
"No…" said Jordan, looking back at her brother. "I thought you were packing them before we left Kanto."
"Ah!" growled Ash. "We don't have one."
"Pika." said Pikachu.
"Lucario." said Meeko, face-palming into the floor as Pikachu looks up at Jordan.
"Don't look at me like that, Pikachu. I really did thought he packed them this time." said Jordan, defending herself.
"Pikachu." grumbled the electric mouse.
"Ash, you and Jordan can borrow one of mine." said Lana.
"Really?" asked Ash and Jordan.
"Pika." said Pikachu.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"Thanks, Lana." said Jordan. Just then, Komala rings the bell, dismissing the students. Ash and Jordan followed Lana to her house while Rowlet sleeps in Ash's backpack. "Popplio! Pop!" said Popplio, running alongside Lana, creating a balloon.
"Huh?" she said, then smiles as Lana turns to Jordan and Ash. "Hey, you two? I have a favor."
"Huh?"
"What kind of favor?" asked Jordan.
"Do tell. They're not going straight home." said Meowth, as he, James and Jessie watched from the bushes.
"Gadzooks!" said James, writing in a notepad. "The Twerp and baby Twerp make a detour after school." Pikachu, Meeko and Popplio run out on the sand. "Pop!" said Popplio.
"Pi! Pi! Pika?" said Pikachu.
"Lucar! Lucario!" said Meeko. Just then, Popplio slides on her belly towards the water with Pikachu and Meeko chasing after her until they fell on their backsides. "Pika!"
Popplio giggles as she stops short of the water when Pikachu and Meeko hit a rock, causing them to accidentally bury their heads in the sand. "Pika! Pika!" shouted a frustrated Pikachu pulling his head out of the sand as he and Meeko get air. Meeko coughs a couple times to get the sand out of her mouth before shaking it out of her fur.
"It's okay, Pikachu." said Ash as Jordan helps Meeko brush off the rest of the sand from her back. "Popplio feels much more at home out here on the beach."
"Popplio, the Sea Lion Pokémon. A water type." said Rotom. "Popplio can control water balloons and works hard so it can make bigger balloons."
"Huh?" said Ash. "Is that what you guys were working on this morning?"
"Mm. This is our very, very favorite spot." said Lana.
"Favorite spot?" they both asked.
"This is where we met." she tells them.
[Flashback]
Lana was fishing on Lapras when she heard laughter from the beach. She looks up and sees Team Skull tormenting Popplio. "That day, Popplio was getting bullied." said Lana.
Lana became angry as she sees them and pulls back her fishing line. Lapras trills as it heads towards land and uses Ice Beam to freeze Team Skull. "Quick, grab on!" shouted Lana, throwing her line towards Popplio.
Popplio groans as she latches on and gets pulled to Lana. "Lapras, go!" said Lana, once she reeled in Popplio. Lana is at the Pokémon center as Popplio is on the exam table, being examined by Nurse Joy. "Popplio was weak and scared."
On the exam table, Popplio backs up as Lana walks towards her, whimpering.
"It was terribly hurt. I didn't want it to hate humans." Lana tries to feed Popplio, who then sniffs the food before taking a bite.
"And that's why I chose it to be my partner." Popplio squeals happily, causing Lana to gasp and smile, bringing Popplio in for a hug.
[Flashback ends]
"That's great." said Ash. "Glad you met Lana."
"Those bullies need to get a lesson in being nice to Pokémon." said Jordan.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"Pop." said Popplio, bowing her head.
"Balloon practice sounds fun. Good luck!" said Ash and Jordan as Popplio thanks them.
"Thank you, Ash and Jordan! That's so nice." said Lana.
"Pop! Pop!" Popplio squealed happily, making balloons around them.
"Awesome!" said Ash.
"Pretty!" said Jordan.
"Pika! Pika!"
"Cario!"
Just as Ash and Jordan were about to pop the balloons, they popped themselves, causing the water to fall. "Oh! Oh!" said the siblings.
"Pika! Pik!"
Popplio apologizes to them as she bows with a flipper behind her head. "It's okay, Popplio. You meant well." said Jordan.
"Cario." said Meeko.
"As soon as we get better, you can ride a balloon. Really!" said Lana.
"Huh? What do you mean ride?" asked Ash. Jordan looked up and started imagining herself sitting on top of one of Popplio's balloons.
"I have a dream…." Lana started to say. "of riding inside a big balloon and travelling all over the ocean. Everywhere! Then I might be able to encounter a deep-water Pokémon no one's ever seen!"
"You know, that's better than what I was actually imagining." said Jordan. "I want to do it!"
"Sounds great! I want to do it, too!" said Ash.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Lucar! Lucar!" said Meeko.
"We'll make a big one. Right, Popplio?" asked Lana.
"Pop!" squealed Popplio.
"But Popplio is usually only able to make small balloons." said Rotom.
"You never until you give it a try, right?" asked Ash. "I'm sure the two of you will it off!"
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu.
"The argument you're making is a bit illogical." said Rotom.
"How would you know if you don't actually try, Rotom?" asked Jordan.
"That makes sense." he said.
"Hey! Want to try again?" Lana asked Popplio, who then jumps onto a rock. "Slowly this time."
Popplio barks softly and gets to work on making her balloon. "It's big. Its big! You're doing great!" said Lana.
"Go for it, Popplio!" said Jordan and Ash.
"Pika! Pika!"
"Lucar."
"Impossible. Its expansion is 150% bigger than normal!" exclaimed Rotom.
"Ah! Wow, its huge." said Ash.
"Pika, Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Wow!" said Jordan.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"It's the first time a balloon's been this big!" said Lana.
"Hoo-wee!" exclaimed Meowth as he, Jessie and James were now hiding behind a palm tree.
"What is that?" asked James.
"I want it now!" said Jessie.
"200%, 250%." said Rotom as Popplio kept going.
"Wow!" said Ash and Jordan.
"Go, go!" said Ash.
"You got this, Popplio." said Jordan.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Cario!" said Meeko and Popplio squeaks happily as she lets go of the balloon. Just then, the balloon pops and splashes everyone underneath it, causing all but Meeko to groan miserably.
"It's not logical after all." said Rotom.
"Don't say it like that, Rotom." grumbled Jordan.
"Lucario." said Meeko before shaking the water off her. Shocked faces were now on Team Rocket's faces as they seen the balloon popped above Ash, Jordan and Lana. "On second thought, never mind." said Jessie.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet. The sun was setting magnificently across the ocean as they made it to Lana's house. "This is my house." said Lana. Sitting by the dock was Lapras.
"Hey! A Lapras!" exclaimed Ash, running up. "Alola."
"Pikachu!" said Pikachu.
"Alola, Lapras!" said Jordan, waving to the Pokémon.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"It's our ride Pokémon. I was riding it when I first met you, Ash." said Lana.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Lapras." said Ash, unknowingly to them, Team Rocket was sneaking several feet behind them, before hiding in a bush.
"So that's a ride Pokémon." commented James.
"I noticed that everybody's riding a Pokémon and that one's for me." said Jessie.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet.
"Ding, ding!" said Meowth, his charm shining in the light of the setting sun. "I just got a brain flash! We need a ride Pokémon like Lapras in the Alola region because, wait for it, we're surrounded by water!"
"Glub, Glub!" said Jessie and James.
"We'll steal that Pokémon…and escape out to sea." Meowth added. "Then Team Rocket will be….."
"Leaders of the sea!" exclaimed Jessie and James.
"And we're called The Ride Riders." said Meowth.
"Brilliant old chum!" said James.
"With a mind of gold!" said Jessie.
"Shucks." said Meowth.
"What's the plan?" they both asked.
"One think at a time!" Meowth tells them.
"Slowpoke!" said Slowpoke, passing by Team Rocket.
"I'm home!" Lana called out as she, Ash and Jordan entered the house.
"Hello there!" said Ash.
"Hi." said Jordan.
"Pikachu!"
"Lucario!"
Out of nowhere, Lana's twin sisters appeared. "Welcome home!" said the twins. "How Magikarp-al!"
"Magikarp-al?" asked Ash as Magikarp appeared on Rotom.
"Pika!" said Pikachu, looking up at the twins.
"I think it's their way of asking Lana about her day." Jordan guessed.
"Lucar." said Meeko, looking from one twin to another. "Lucario."
"Ah!" said the twins, looking at both Meeko and Pikachu.
"Let me introduce you. The twins, Harper and Sarah." said Lana as the both of them picked up Pikachu and Meeko, then take off inside. "My little sisters."
"Pika. Pikachu!" said Pikachu as the twins poked and prodded him.
"AAH….not so tight!" said Meeko, struggling as she tries to get out of Sarah's tight grasp.
"You're so soft! So cute!" said Harper.
"You're so warm! So sweet!" said Sarah.
"Harper! Sarah! Pikachu and Meeko want you to stop!" said Lana.
"Please be careful." said Jordan, worried about Meeko.
"So it is a Pikachu!" exclaimed Harper, before pointing to Meeko. "And that's a Lucario!"
"I saw them in a book! They're super cute in person." said Sarah.
"Jordan…help, please." grumbled Meeko, trying to slip away as Sarah tightened her grip around her waist.
"Please tell me that I didn't hold onto you that tight?" Jordan asked, worriedly.
"Not since before I evolved." said Meeko.
"Pikachu is a popular Pokémon in Alola." said Rotom.
"Hear that, buddy? So cool!" said Ash.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu, in a muffled voice with each of the twins' hands in his mouth.
"I feel bad for Meeko." said Jordan watching her Pokémon get hugged so tight.
"Lana, is he your boyfriend?" asked Harper and Sarah.
"Uh! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not!" Lana tells her sisters, shaking her head as so.
"Are you sure he's not your boyfriend?" they asked.
"I'm really, really, really sure!" said Lana. Just then, Harper and Sarah pushed Pikachu's face to the floor. "Please don't do that to…." said Jordan but her warning came too late.
"Pika…." said Pikachu, sparks flying out of his cheeks. "Chu!" Outside of Lana's house, Lapras sees Pikachu's thunderbolt. "Buzz, buzz, buzz." said the twins.
"Thought that would happen." said Ash and Jordan with thunderbolt scorch marks on their faces.
"Buzz, buzz, buzz." said Rotom.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu, apologetically.
"I….I….I feel pain." Meeko said shaking weakly as she fell to the ground.
"Wow!" said Ash as he and Jordan sees the many fishing rods that Lana had.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"You can borrow whatever you want." said Lana.
"Hard to choose with so many. Which one should I pick?" asked Ash as Jordan picks up the purple fishing rod. The next day, Ash and the others were at a dock. "Alola!" said Professor Kukui.
"Alola!"
"Cool! Lillie's secret weapon is amazing!" said Sophocles, seeing Lillie dressed up in what seemed to be a deep-sea suit.
"I can take part in the fishing and Ride Pokémon classes now!" said Lillie.
"That's one way to do it." said Jordan as Ash puts sunscreen on her face.
"Of course, it looks like Lana will be the instructor." said Kukui, chuckling.
"Uh, right! I guess. I guess." said Lana, nervously.
"You can do it, Lana. Instruct us." said Mallow.
"Bounsweet!" said Bounsweet.
"Do your best." said Kiawe.
"Uh, everyone, do you have your fishing rod?" asked Lana.
"You bet we do." said Ash and Jordan, showing the fishing rods they borrowed with a Pikachu and Riolu lures on them.
"Pika! Cario!"
"Huh?" said Ash as they see Sophocles' Togedemaru lure. "Awesome! That's so cool!"
"Yeah, I guess so." said Sophocles. "It's my hyper rod with top notch bendability! It won't snap even reeling in a Wailord, an amazing rod that can spool 300 times a second!"
"Cool!" said Jordan.
"It's the fishing rod that has everything. The Ultra DX Master 02!" he said and Togedemaru squeals.
"Now, please get on your ride Pokémon." said Lana. "Our destination, Lapras and Wailmer will take us to a great fishing spot."
All four Lapras cheered and the two Wailmers murmured. Water splashes on Rowlet as the Lapras and Wailmer takes the Pokémon school to the fishing spot. Out on a rock, Slowpoke had its tail in the water and looked over its shoulder as it catches a Sharpedo.
"Sharpedo!" said Sharpedo, glaring at Slowpoke.
"Slow." said Slowpoke, apologetically.
"This is the fishing spot we'll use. There are lots of marine Pokémon here." Lana said to the class. "Some of them live in shallow waters, some deep. This is an unusual spot where they both mingle. You can even catch Kyogre!"
"Kyogre?" asked a shocked Ash, causing Jordan to look at her nails.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Cario." said Meeko, shaking her head.
"Yeah! The Legendary Pokémon!" said Lana.
"Now, now, now." said Mallow. "You really should stop teasing him, Lana."
"Yes! All right, I'm going to catch a big one!" said Ash.
"Not if I can catch a bigger one than you, Ash." said Jordan.
"Bring it on, little sister." he tells her.
"You're on, big brother." she replied.
"Competition time!" said Meeko, arm raised in the air as Kukui smiles at her.
"All set?" asked Lana as Professor Kukui helps Jordan with casting her rod. "Prepare your Fishing Rods! Now, cast the lure with all you might!"
Lure after lure goes into the water, even Pikachu places his tail in the water. "Pi! Pikachu?" said Pikachu. Sophocles was putting in data into his Fishing Rod.
"If the float moves, that's when you make your move." said Lana. "Find your timing, then quickly…..reel it in!" On the end of Lana's line, was a water Pokémon.
"Wow! An Alomomola!" exclaimed Ash.
"And once you catch your Pokémon," said Lana, feeding the Alomomola some Pokémon food. "give it Pokémon food and become friends." Soon after, Lana began reeling in different Pokémon.
"Wow! Way to go, Lana!" said Ash and Jordan.
"Whoa! Such a pro!" said Mallow.
"Would you look at the fishing master at work?" asked Kukui. "Everyone looks happily at work!"
"Pika?" asked Pikachu, looking down at the water. "Pika! Pika!"
"Yeah!" said Ash, reeling in his line only to see that there was nothing on it. "Oh!"
"Your timing was a bit too fast." said Rotom.
"Got one!" said Mallow as her line starts moving, only to get the same result as Ash. "Aw!"
"Your timing? A bit too late." said Rotom.
"Stop! Be quiet!" said Ash and Mallow.
"Lucario, Cario." said Meeko.
"That's what I'm thinking too." said Jordan. Kiawe stares into water, wondering if he would catch anything. "Kiawe! Catch anything?" Mallow asked, getting his attention.
"Huh?" he said. "No, but I'm not surprised. I'm a fire type trainer, so, I don't do well with water types."
"(Giggles) You, Sophocles?" asked Mallow.
"Stop distracting me. I'm entering data on the wave height, the speed of the wind and water temperature to find the optimal fishing spot." he tells her. "Now if I also enter the encounter rate…."
"First, why not put your lure in the water." said Kiawe.
"I said, stop distracting me." said Sophocles.
"Do it before Jordan does." Kiawe advised him as Sophocles continued to figure out his fishing rod. Just then, something clamps onto Pikachu's tail. "Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu, then grabs ahold of Lapras, taking a Magikarp along with him. "Pika! Pikachu!"
"Magikarp? Oh!" said Ash as it lands in his lap.
"Nice catch, Pikachu!" Jordan called out.
"Lucario." said Meeko as Magikarp slaps Ash in the face with its tail before returning to the water.
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu.
"I got one." said Lillie as her fishing line starts moving.
"A Milotic!" exclaimed Ash, seeing it pop out of the water.
"Nice job, Lillie." said Kukui.
"Wow. That's such a rare catch!" said Sophocles. Lillie gasp and starts to panic as Milotic kept going around her. "Stay calm, Lillie." said Lana as she and Ash go to her rescue.
"Hang on! We're coming." said Ash. He then jumps off Lapras, towards Milotic who then knocks him into the water. Lillie's line was cut and Milotic heads back into the water, swimming away. "What happened to Milotic?" asked Ash.
"It knocked you into the water, snapped Lillie's line and swam away." said Jordan. Just then, Kukui blows a whistle.
"That's enough! It's time to take a break!" he said. Out in the middle of the ocean, was a small island of sand. "Don't leave us, okay?" asked Ash, waving to the ride Pokémon.
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu. Lillie takes off her helmet as she sits on a rock and wipes off her face.
"Fifteen minutes!" Professor Kukui called out. Pikachu, Popplio and Bounsweet ran across the sand. "Lucar….." said Meeko, hearing something before looking up at the sky. Just then, Team Rocket comes down in their hot air balloon and captures the ride Pokémon.
"Huh?"
"Alola, fair students!" said James as Lapras and Wailmer whimpered.
"You know, it's the first time that we've seen their balloon in Alola." said Jordan, making another tick in her notebook.
"Those idiots." said Meeko.
"That's their balloon?" asked Kiawe, causing Jordan to nod.
"It's the one thing that I actually like about them." Jordan explained. "It was their disguises in the different regions we were in that sometimes creeped me out. Some of them I wish that I could never see again."
"Don't remind me." said Meeko, shivering at the thought.
"Oh, no!" said Lana.
"Pika." said Pikachu.
"What is it with you people?" asked Mallow.
"Did someone ask something? We're here to find out!" said Jessie.
"Noble answers are what we're all about!" said James.
"The beauty so radiant, the flowers and moon hide in shame. A single flower of evil in this fleeting world. Jessie!"
"The nobly heroic man of our times! The master of darkness fighting back against a tragic world! Its James."
"It's all for one and one for all! A glittering dark star that always shines bright! Dig it, while Meowth takes flight!"
"Team Rocket, lets fight!" said Jessie and James.
"That's right!" said Meowth.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet.
"Heads up, school twerps!" shouted Meowth.
"We've appointed Lapras and Wailmer as Team Rocket's ride Pokémon!" said James.
"No way! Get back here! said Ash as he and the others ran after them.
"Stop!" said Jessie as Team Rocket's balloon stops over some rocks and looks inside the net. "I think there's some unwanted catch in there."
"I see some puny Pokémon." said James.
"No, small fry." said Meowth. "Just Lapras and Wailmer!"
"Huh? Puny?" asked Lana.
"Let's go, Pikachu!" said Ash.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"You too, Meeko." said Jordan.
"Lucar!" said Meeko.

"You sure you want to attack us?" asked Jessie. "You're only going to make it worse for them!"

"Rotom, don't move a muscle!" said Ash. "Pikachu! Let's set free them into the sea!"
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu, then goes to jump on Rotom.
"Huh?" said Rotom.
"Iron Tail, let's go!" shouted Ash.
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu, then aims his tail at the net. "Pika!"
"No way!" said Team Rocket.
"Afraid so." said Ash.
"They're going to land on the rocks." said Kiawe as the Ride Pokémon were from the net.
"Pika!" said Pikachu as Ash made a face.
"Popplio! Let's do it!" said Lana.
"Popp!" said Popplio, diving into the water and heads towards the rocks. She then jumps out and makes a big balloon. "Man, that's a huge balloon!" said Ash and Jordan.
"Unbelievable." said Rotom.
"Lucario!" said Meeko.
"Launch the water balloon!" shouted Lana and Popplio releases the balloon as all of the ride Pokémon landed on it safely.
"We did it." said Lana as the balloon popped.
"So great!" said Ash.
"Awesome!" said Jordan.
"Cario." said Meeko.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"I just witnessed a true phenomenon!" said Rotom.
"Popplio!" said Popplio as she hops into Lana's arms.
"You did it, Popplio." said Lana. "You saved everyone with your balloon."
"Pop, Pop, Pop." said Popplio.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet.
"Hey!" said Meowth.
"Of all the nerve!" said Jessie.
"They were to be our ride Pokémon." said James.
"I'm not going to forgive you." said Lana, solemnly.
"Uh-oh. Team Rocket just made Lana mad." said Jordan.
"Lucar…" said Meeko.
"Exactly. They've made her really mad." said Jordan. "The only other person that I can think of that Team Rocket has ever made mad was Misty."
"Lucario." said Meeko. "Cario, Lucario."
"Oh yeah…I forgot that part." said Jordan.
"Zip the lip! Mimikyu, go!" said Jessie, releasing it from its Pokeball.
"Pik! Pika!" said Pikachu as Mimikyu sees him on Rotom.
"Use Shadow Ball!" said Jessie. Mimikyu hisses as it sends a shadow ball directly right at Pikachu. "Balloon!" shouted Lana and Popplio created a balloon, launching it towards Mimikyu's attack.
"Pika!" said Pikachu, as Popplio's balloon makes contact and sends it right back at Team Rocket's balloon.
"Perfect!" said Lana.
"Leilani, Supersonic!" said Jordan and Leilani sends out a screech, hurting Team Rocket's ears.
"Rowlet, Leafage!" shouted Ash and Rowlet sends its leaves towards Team Rocket, causing an explosion. Just then, Bewear comes running across the way and catches a falling Team Rocket. "We're off with a new blast!" said Team Rocket.
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet as Rotom takes a picture.
"A Bewear that can run on water?" asked Rotom. "Time for a data update."
"Pika." said Pikachu.
"Cool." Jordan said in awe as she stares after Bewear. "That's new, even for me."
"Lucario." said Meeko. Wailmer and Lapras murmured and trilled as they went up to Lana and Popplio. "I'm so glad you're okay." said Lana.
"Pop." squealed Popplio.
"You and Popplio are a live saver." said Ash.
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu.
"You two are an unstoppable team." said Jordan.
"Cario." said Meeko, making a fist bump for Jordan.
"Popplio? You were so cool." said Ash as he and Jordan pat Popplio's head.
"Pika! Pika!"
"Cario!"
"It's today's MVP." said Kiawe.
"Sure is!" said Lillie.
"MVP might be an overstatement." said Sophocles.
"Wait, you've got a problem with that?" asked Mallow.
"Not at all." he tells her.
"Everyone's Pokémon is an MVP and today was Popplio's." said Jordan.
"I was in awe." said Mallow.
"Does not compute. Does not compute." said Rotom, before reciting yesterday's data. "The expansion rate compared to yesterday's balloon was 1,000%."
"Told you so!" said Ash. "Jordan and I knew Lana and Popplio could pull it off!"
"Pika!" said Pikachu, hopping off Rotom.
"Lana's desire to save the Pokémon gave Popplio the strength to shell smash its limits." said Kukui. "That's just fantastic."
"But so illogical." said Rotom.
"Come on, Lana. Could you make us another one, would you?" asked Mallow.
"I wanna see too." said Sophocles.
"Me, too!" said Ash and Jordan.
"Pika! Lucario!" said Pikachu and Meeko.
"Want to try, Popplio?" Lana asked and Popplio squeals in delight, before making a balloon around Ash and Pikachu.
"Oh, boy!" said Ash.
"Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu.
"There they go." said Jordan.
"Lucari." said Meeko.
"Wonderful! You perfected it!" said Lana.
"Pop, pop." said Popplio, clapping before the balloon pops, causing Ash and Pikachu to fall back to the ground.
"Pika! Pika!" screamed Pikachu, before landing head down in the water.
"Oh dear." said Lana as Jordan picks up Pikachu.
"You're gonna be feeling that later, buddy." said Jordan.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu.
"I think you still have a long way to go before its perfected, eh?" asked Kukui.
"Pop." squealed Popplio.
Narrator: As Ash and Jordan's classmates look on with admiration, Lana and her partner Popplio's hearts are shining like the shimmering sea, as our heroes' exciting Alola adventure continues.
