Shoutouts:

"See you later! Yeah! " Ash as he, Jordan and Rotom left the house.

"Pika!" shouted Pikachu.

"Cari!" shouted Meeko.

"Huh?"

"Pika? Lucar?"

Narrator: One morning, Ash and Jordan met a Pokémon. As brother and sister gazed at it, it gazed back at them. And its name?

"That is a Litten, Ash and Jordan." said Rotom as Litten looks at them from the path wall.

"Much cuter than Meowth." said Jordan.

"A Litten, huh? I think we've seen Litten lots of times already, haven't we?" asked Ash.

"Pika." said Pikachu.

"Lucario." said Meeko.

"Litten, the fire cat Pokémon. A fire type, Litten show few emotions and prefers being alone." described Rotom as Litten jumps down from the wall. "It takes time to build any level of trust."

"Hi! What's up?" Ash asked, going down to Litten's level and Litten meows, rubbing up against his leg. "Hey, maybe you're hungry."

"Pika."

"You sure you want to give food to a stray Pokémon?" asked Jordan, cautiously.

"I'm sure." said Ash, reaching for his lunch. "Hm. See? This is my lunch. Check it out!"

"If Litten decides to steals your lunch, I'm not sharing mine." said Jordan.

"I'm not sharing mine either." said Meeko. Ash ignores her as he opens the lid and shows Litten the packed sandwich. "Yay! Yummy! It's a croquette sandwich!" he exclaimed, then tears off a piece.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"Here you go. It's great." said Ash, handing Litten a piece.

"Pika." Suddenly, Litten had a better plan and takes the bigger sandwich, knocking Ash back. Soon enough, Ash grabs Litten by the tail. "I tried to tell you, Ash. But you didn't want to listen to me." said Jordan, hands behind her head as Litten scratches her brother, causing Pikachu to send a Thunderbolt.

"Hold it! Ah!" screamed Rotom as he goes after Litten, who then kicks him with its hind legs.

"Pika." said Pikachu with Rotom landing in his face. Litten looks back and finally takes off. Running through town, Litten meowed in fear as it was stopped by a dark fur Persian.

Persian meows as it steps forward towards Litten, who then hisses with the sandwich in its mouth. Persian meows, screeches and goes for the fire type cat, dropping the sandwich to the ground. Claiming the sandwich as its own, Persian arrogantly claims the sandwich as its own, giving Litten time to send Ember.

Persian then knocks the sandwich up, getting it destroyed by Litten's attack. Litten runs in fear from Persian, who took in its bullying with pride. On the way back from bullying Litten, Persian scares off a flock of Spearow and heads to a restaurant for its trainer. "There you are, Pershie." said its trainer, scratching its chin. "Mommy didn't know you went for a walk."

"Wow, so you finally met that Litten!" exclaimed Mallow.

"Is it your friend?" asked Ash and Jordan as they find their desks.

"Pika?" asked Pikachu.

"Lucario?" asked Meeko.

"Litten comes up asking for food like Bounsweet is doing." Mallow explained. "It's so cute! I love it when it does that!"

"I fall for it every time!" said Lana.

"Pikachu!" said Pikachu.

"I don't think it's so cute." said Ash, holding up what was left of his sandwich. "Uh! That's how I lost most of my croquette sandwich."

"You mean Litten stole it?" asked Lillie.

"You got it." sighed Ash.

"I tried to warn him but as always, my brother doesn't listen." said Jordan.

"Oh Jordan…." said Ash, in a tone that she didn't like.

"No, Ash." she tells him.

"Why not?" whined Ash.

"Because I told you not to feed Litten and you did it anyway." Jordan explained.

"You know that I'm gonna be hungry." Ash continued to whine.

"Big deal. I'm putting my foot down on this." said Jordan. "I'm not sharing my lunch with you, so deal with it."

"You're an idiot, you know that." Meeko telepathically said, crossing her arms at Ash.

"That sounds like our Litten alright." said Lana.

"Mm-hmm." Mallow said, nodding.

"Litten's not the kind who enjoys dealing with people." said Sophocles. "It takes a long time to warm up to trainers, too. They say it's not your average Pokémon."

"So it's not too friendly at first." said Ash.

"That's precisely what I explained to Ash and Jordan earlier." Rotom told Sophocles.

"Wow, you could say Litten's the lone star of Pokémon, huh?" asked Mallow. "It always seems to be hanging around at our restaurant."

"I see it in the market, too." said Kiawe. "It steals all kinds of berries from the stands."

"Still, Litten's so incredibly cute, I just can't get angry at it." Mallow added.

"So do you have a plan to deal with Litten?" asked Kiawe.

"Someone should teach it!" exclaimed Ash.

"What? A lesson?" asked Jordan.

"What kind of lesson?" asked Meeko.

"You don't mess with a guy's sandwich." said Ash.

"Okay, okay…..calm down." said Jordan, stepping back from her brother. "No need to get angry at me over something so little. Professor Kukui can always make you another one."

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"Wait. Teach it? What are you talking about?" asked Lillie.

"Uh, I know just what to do." he said to Lillie.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"I'll catch it!" said Ash. All but Jordan gasped when Ash takes out a Pokeball. "Pika! Pika!" said Pikachu.

"Cario." said Meeko.

"I hear ya, Meeko." said Jordan, taking a bite of an apple. "I doubt he'll catch Litten today." Back at the market, Litten looks out to the stands, watching people walk by. "Oh the weather outside's delightful." said Jessie. "We're young and alive."

"With it comes the chance to rest and revive." said James.

"The return of Spring following a Fall of toil and trouble." added Jessie. "A beautiful blooming flower loving the good life and making it double! Its Jessie."

"Without a worldly care, basking in the know while going with the flow, like a breath of fresh air." said James. "And it's James."

"The lights are on 'cause this team member is home!" said Meowth. "But it's always a party wherever I roam, with a charm that sparkles while shining its light. Meowth, that's right."

"Team Rocket's kicking back, cheerfully chilling without a fight!"

"Wobbu-wobbu!" Just as Team Rocket finished their motto and reached in for more fruit, they realized that they ate the contents already. "Hmm?"

"There was one piece left, wasn't there?" asked Jessie.

"It's a puzzlement." said James.

"Huh?" said Meowth, then sees Litten running off with the last piece. "Un-paw that grub!" He shrieks as he goes in for fury swipes.

"Litten!" shouted Litten as it sends an Ember attack at Meowth, surrounding the cat with fire, causing him and Team Rocket to scream. Litten catches the fruit it took from Team Rocket and dashes off through the market.

"All we have left is to buy soap." said Professor Kukui as he, Ash and Jordan were at the market.

"Yeah, what kind?" asked the brother and sister.

"Tub-and-tile, kitchen, window cleaner, all refills." he tells them. Just then, Ash and Jordan see Litten run past them. "Huh?"

"A Litten sighting!" said Rotom.

"Hey, wait up!" shouted Ash as he runs after Litten.

"Ash!" shouted Jordan, running after him.

"Pika. Cario."

"Ash, Jordan, what's the problem?" asked Kukui.

"Allow me to explain." said Rotom with a grin.

"Hey, where'd it go?" asked Ash, stopping for a second.

"I don't know." Jordan tells him. "We were running after you."

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"Lucario." said Meeko.

"Want to buy some berries, dear?" asked the woman at the shop.

"No thanks." said Ash, then looks down. "We were looking for a Litten."

"Huh?"

"Pika."

"Lucario."

"There is it!" said Ash while he and Litten snarl at each other.

"Brothers….." sighed Jordan, hanging her head down.

"Idiots…." added Meeko.

"Now, you two, let's play nice." said the woman.

"Huh, you give it food?" asked Ash as Jordan gives a confused look.

"In Alola, nature's bounty is for sharing." she said to the siblings. "Now, dear, don't eat it too fast. I love to feed Litten."

"(Meow)" said Litten as it runs past Rotom and Kukui.

"Does that Litten come here a lot?" asked Kukui.

"All the time, a habit, every day." said the woman. "Honestly, I think Litten enjoys looking out for me. That's why I have berries waiting when it comes by for a visit. So, let me guess. I say, Litten made off with some of your food, didn't it?"

"Yeah, his food." said Jordan.

"It sure did." said Ash. "My croquette sandwich specially made!"

"Ash, I can make you another one." said Kukui.

"That's what I said." said Jordan.

"I haven't the slightest idea where Litten lives, but it certainly is a dear." she said, smiling. On an unabandoned part of the island, Litten runs into a house that was covered in vines and towards a large dog like Pokémon.

"Stout. Stoutland." said the Pokémon, looking down at Litten who places the berry on the boxed crate. Stoutland then pushes the berry towards Litten, who then pushes it back. "Stout-stout." said Stoutland, raising an eyebrow at Litten before eating it. "Stout. Stout. Stoutland."

"Litten." said Litten, smiling. Stoutland continues to eat as Litten grooms itself. Outside of the house, Stoutland was teaching Litten a new move. "Stout." said Stoutland. Litten arches its back and fire starts to show in its fur.

"Litten." said Litten, sending out a small ball of fire from its mouth.

"Stoutland." Stoutland says to Litten, as though telling the young cat that it wasn't doing the attack correctly. "Stoutland!"

"Litten!" shouted Litten, putting more energy into the attack.

"Stoutland." said Stoutland, praising Litten.

"Litten! Litten! Litten!" shouted Litten, practicing the attack over and over again. Night fell on the abandoned house and inside, Litten curled up against Stoutland.

Dreaming, Litten walked alone with marks on its body as forms people and other Pokémon glared at it. Litten then falls to the ground and light shines in front of it. Litten opens its eyes and gave a puzzled meow. "Stoutland." said the dream Stoutland as Litten was on its back, flying in the sky.

"Litten." said Litten, before its dream changed and it fell to the ground. Litten meows at Stoutland, trying to wake it up to the point where it woke up in a cold sweat. "Stout…" said Stoutland, still asleep. Litten smiles and falls back asleep.

"Komala!" said Komala, dancing around with its comfort toy the next afternoon, humming before ringing the school bell.

"See you!" Ash and Jordan said to their friends as they left the school yard.

"Pikachu."

"Lucar."

"Pika." said Pikachu as Ash and Jordan take off.

"Litten!" said Litten, gaining Ash and Jordan's attention. Persian from the day before was at it again with Litten. "Hey, it's Litten." said Ash.

"Pika!" said Pikachu.

"I know I've seen that Pokémon somewhere before, but its color is different." said Jordan.

"Lucario?" asked Meeko.

"Rotom, who's that Pokémon?" asked Ash and Jordan.

"It's a Persian." said Rotom.

"That's a Persian?" asked Jordan, eyes widen at the color of its fur.

"Persian? It's not like any Persian we've ever seen." said Ash.

"It's fur is different than the ones we've seen." said Jordan.

"Let me show you." said Rotom, then pulls up the familiar Persian that Ash and Jordan had known. "I'm sure you're both familiar with this Persian. But an Alolan Persian looks different."

"Wow! An Alolan Persian does look different." said Ash.

"And if Meowth saw this Persian, he would have a bigger fit." said Jordan, thinking about Meowth.

"How would you know that?" asked Rotom.

"You didn't have to hear him complain about it." said Jordan. "Please continue."

"The Alolan Persian is a Dark type, so it can be cunning with a bit of a mean streak." said Rotom.

"But that means that's it going to…." said Ash.

"Persian!" growled Persian as Litten backs up.

"Pika. Pika." Pikachu called out as he, Ash, Jordan and Meeko hopped over the railing.

"Don't do it!" shouted Ash and Jordan as Persian uses its Fury Swipes on Litten.

"This has got to stop!" shouted Ash. "Knock it off!" Out of nowhere, Persian had gotten drenched with water. "Pers?" said a confused Persian, looking up at Ash and Jordan. In her hands, Jordan held a water gun.

"Don't even think about it." said Jordan.

"Where did you get that?" asked Rotom.

"What? I keep this handy wherever I go." Jordan explained, leaning it against her shoulder. "I figured that if it works well with Meowth, then it must work well with Persian, his evolved form. No matter what region Ash and I are in."

"Cari, Lucario." said Meeko.

"And she never leaves Pallet without it." Ash added.

"Impressive." said Rotom and Ash's attention returns to Persian.

"For a single berry, you're being way too rough!" said Ash.

"Pika!" said Pikachu, angrily.

"Meow!" said Persian, after shaking off the water and uses its jewel to attack Ash, Jordan and their Pokémon. Litten goes and picks up the berry it dropped. Just before it could take off from the scene, Persian walks up to Litten. "Litten." said Litten, looking over its shoulder and sees a long drop below.

"Persian. Persian." said Persian in a threatening tone.

"I said knock it off!" shouted Ash.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu.

"You thinking what I'm thinking?" asked Jordan and Ash nodded.

"Pikachu, Electro Ball!" shouted Ash.

"Pika! Pika! Pika! Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu, sending his Electro ball towards Persian.

"Meeko, use Copycat!" shouted Jordan.

"Lucar!" shouted Meeko, as yellow energy surrounds her body. Meeko then jumps into the air, a yellow ball of electricity forming at her tail as she copies Electro Ball. Persian dodges both attacks and sends another attack from its jewel. "Persian!"

"Pika! Lucar!"

"Thunderbolt, let's go!" shouted Ash.

"Meeko, use Bite!" shouted Jordan.

"Lucario!" shouted Meeko, rushes at Persian to bite it, but Persian scratches her.

"Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu, creating a huge Thunderbolt to cover Meeko's attack, boosting it. Both attacks struck Persian, sending the dark type screeching in pain and meowing in fear. "Pika." said Pikachu.

"And don't you dare bully another Pokémon!" Jordan shouted after Persian.

"Hey, Litten, are you okay?" asked Ash, looking over his shoulder at the fire type.

"Litten has taken a lot of damage." said Rotom.

"Don't push yourself so hard." Ash tells Litten.

"Ash is right, Litten." said Jordan.

"Come on, please!" begged the siblings.

"Pika. Lucar."

Litten stops for a moment as it looks up at them before walking away and drops the berry it had. "We can help." Ash said to Litten as he reaches for the berry. "I'll carry it while Jordan carries you." Litten quickly bites Ash in the arm.

"Ah! Ow!" shouted Ash.

"Pika." said Pikachu.

"Litten, let's work together." said Ash as Litten tries again to walk a little further. "We're going to the Pokémon center." Litten scratches Ash's arms before jumping down. "Oh!"

"Hey!" shouted Jordan, gaining Litten's attention. "I get it, you want to do it yourself and you don't trust us trainers. But we're trying to help you here!"

"Litten! Litten!" Litten tells her.

"I don't care!" shouted Jordan angrily as she stomps her foot. "You are going to the Pokémon center, young feline and that's final!" Litten was taken aback at Jordan's tone of voice, before sending a small Ember towards Ash. "Pika. Pika. Pika." Pikachu said, knowing Jordan as he pushes and pulls Litten. "Pikachu."

"Lucar, Lucar, Lucario." Meeko pleaded, hoping that Litten would listen.

"Litten, come on." said Ash's voice as it echoed in Litten's ears. Litten groans as it passes out, causing Ash and Jordan to gasp. "Pikachu." said Pikachu as he and Meeko run to Litten's side. "Pika."

"I understand." said Ash as Litten tries to get the berry it was carrying and pushes it towards Litten. "It's yours, right? Look! My sister and I are not trying to take it away from you."

Ash then goes to grab Litten. "Stop!" he tells Litten as it angrily tries to get away from Ash.

"Litten!" Jordan calls out.

"But you need help!" Ash tries to explain to Litten as he grabs it by the scruff. "We're taking you to a Pokémon center!"

"I wouldn't fight him if I know what's good for you, Litten." said Jordan.

"Lucario." warned Meeko.

"I'm not going to let go of you!" Ash tells Litten. "Rotom, grab Litten's berry."

"As you wish." said Rotom, picking up the berry.

"Ow! Stop!" Ash told Litten.

"Pika, pi." said Pikachu.

"I know. I feel bad for it too." said Jordan as she, Pikachu, Meeko and Rotom followed Ash to the Pokémon center.

"Quite biting me! (Groans) Ow!" said Ash. At the Pokémon center, Nurse Joy places a collar around Litten's neck after dressing its wounds. "Nurse Joy, what is that thing?" asked Ash.

"It's called a Heilolisk Collar." said Nurse Joy. "I put it there to make sure Litten doesn't lick its wounds."

"Don't be giving us that grumpy look, Litten." said Jordan, crossing her arms as she sends an angry look at Litten. "You know it's for your own good."

"Litten." grumbled Litten, glaring at Jordan.

"Wow." said Ash.

"Heilolisk collar….data input complete." said Rotom.

"Yeah, looking good, Litten." Ash added.

"Pika." said Pikachu.

"Lucar." said Meeko as Litten grumbled, looking away.

"All right, you're next, you two." said Nurse Joy as Blissey had medicine in her hands.

"Huh?" asked the siblings.

"Litten's not the only one who got hurt." Nurse Joy tells them.

"You're right. Check out the scratches." said Ash as he and Jordan looked at the ones on their arms. "Whoa!" Litten grabs its berry and tries to take off.

"Hey, stop!" Ash shouted after Litten.

"Ash, Jordan, try to make sure that Litten doesn't overdo it." said Nurse Joy.

"Right!" said Ash and Jordan.

"Pika. Pika. Pika. Pika." said Pikachu.

"Cario. Cario." said Meeko. Just then, Kiawe and his Charizard were entering the Pokémon center. "Coming through, Kiawe." said Ash.

"Hi, Charizard. Bye Charizard." said Jordan, chasing after her brother.

"Lucario!" said Meeko, waving to Charizard over her shoulder.

"All that for a croquette sandwich?" asked Kiawe as Charizard growls in agreement.

"Come on, Litten, stop!" Ash shouted after the Pokémon.

"You're going to make your wounds worse." said Jordan. Litten tries to jump through a railed fence when it forgot that it had a collar around its neck. "Pi. Pika." said Pikachu.

"Cario. Lucario." said Meeko.

"Will you listen to us, please?" Ash asked, getting in Litten's face as he picks it up. "From now on, no running away! Not doing what you're told is only hurting you."

"Especially when you know that you need to heal." said Jordan. Litten looks at both of them as it meows softly. "So, you brought that Litten here?" asked Kukui once Ash and Jordan returned home.

"Well, it's just for tonight, so, would it be too much to ask?" asked Ash.

"Please? Just for one night?" asked Jordan.

"Litten looks in rough shape, but so do the two of you." said Kukui.

"You mean these? No big deal." said Ash, chuckling.

"I've had worse scratches before." said Jordan, smiling. Soon as Jordan and Ash had dinner, they were getting ready for bed. On the couch/Ash's bed in the loft, Litten was trying to get the collar off its neck.

"Pika." said Pikachu, gaining Jordan's and Ash's attention.

"That collar's in the way." said Ash, seeing Litten try to bite it off. "I'll take it off. But don't you dare lick those wounds."

"He means it, Litten." said Jordan as her brother takes off the collar.

"How's that?" they both asked as Litten shakes the fur around its neck.

"Litten." Litten replied.

"Good. I'm glad." said Ash as he takes Litten into his lap. "Now, just keep still. Look, I don't know what's been going on with you, but…I wish you could trust us a little bit more."

"Yeah…" yawned Jordan, rubbing her eyes.

"Hey, I think you're awesome!" Ash told Litten as they both watched Jordan and Meeko fall asleep. "The lady at the market's your friend. And you've got other friends cheering for you, too. (Chuckles) And your Ember attack, I really felt that."

In his arms, Litten begins to fall asleep, causing Ash to look down. "Hm?" said Ash, seeing Litten asleep. "Asleep, huh? Good night, Litten."

In the night sky, the moon bask the ocean with its light. Falling asleep at his computer, Professor Kukui snored away on a couple of books, drooling on top of them. In the loft, some drool was coming out of Ash's mouth as he sleeps sitting up.

Suddenly, Litten opens its eyes and looks up at a softly snoring Ash. It then looked over at Jordan, who was laying askew with Meeko on her stomach. "Pika." Pikachu said softly.

"Litten." said Litten, jumping out of Ash's lap and stretches its back. Grabbing the berry off the desk, Litten looks around before heading out of the house. "Huh? Pika." said Ash and Pikachu, waking up when they heard something.

Thinking that it was Jordan and Meeko both getting themselves a glass of water, Ash looked over to see that his sister was still asleep in her spot. "Yeah, yeah." said Ash, seeing Litten by the door. "I'll open it up in a second." Ash, Jordan, Meeko and Pikachu were half asleep when Ash opened the door to let Litten out.

"Can we go back to bed now?" asked Jordan. "We got things to do tomorrow."

"Pika." said Pikachu. Suddenly all four of them realized what had gone on. "What did I do?" asked Ash.

"Pika!" exclaimed Pikachu.

"Ash!" exclaimed Meeko.

"Apparently you let Litten escape." said Jordan. Out into the night, Ash and Jordan chased after Litten. "Where's Litten going?" asked Ash.

"Data is incomplete." said Rotom. "Litten's full recovery requires lots of sleep and the absence of stress and strain."

"Wherever it's going, I hope it isn't too far." said Jordan as they continued to chase after Litten. As they pass by a fence, unknown to them, Persian was peering after them. Soon enough, Litten led them to where it lives. "What's this?" asked Ash.

"Looks like an abandoned house." said Jordan. "An abandoned creepy house."

"Data incomplete. Data incomplete." said Rotom. Inside, Litten walks up to Stoutland with the berry it brought. "Stout…Stoutland." said Stoutland, seeing Litten and starts eating the fruit. "Stoutland." Suddenly, Litten hears Ash and the others come in, then hisses at them.

"Stout?" asked Stoutland.

"A Stoutland." said Ash.

"And getting on in years, I'd say." said Rotom.

"I wonder if Litten's been stealing food to bring to Stoutland." said Ash.

"Oh, Stoutland." said Jordan. Litten meows angrily at the siblings for following it to its residence. "Pika. Pika. Pika." said Pikachu, trying to calm Litten down.

"Cari. Lucario." said Meeko.

"Guess your dinner's a little late. Sorry, Stoutland." said Ash.

"Very sorry." added Jordan.

"See, Litten got hurt in a fight, so, we all went to our place to rest." Ash explained, then turns to Litten. "Litten, I was hoping I could catch you, so, you'd be on my team, but now that I see what you're doing, it was a bad plan. We better head home. Professor Kukui might get worried."

"Yeah….its way past my bed time." said Jordan, rubbing her eyes as Ash ruffles her hair.

"And the next time we come visit; we'll bring some food for you." said Ash. "We can visit, can't we, Litten?" Before Litten could give him an answer, it hisses as Meeko turns around, sensing a bad aura. "Pika." said Pikachu, hearing something from outside.

"Stout…." said Stoutland, hearing what Pikachu was hearing.

"What's going on?" asked Ash and Jordan.

"It appears there's something approaching!" said Rotom.

"What is it?" asked Ash. "Huh?"

"Persian!" hissed Persian, jumping down from the ledge.

"Great…..that one came back." said Jordan.

"I'm surprise it came back with revenge." said Meeko.

"The Alolan Persian." gasped Ash and it starts to fire up its attack. "Quick, let's get outside."

"Pika." said Pikachu as they all ran outside, but Persian's attack cuts off Pikachu. "Pika!"

"Such persistence." said Rotom. "There's no doubt Persian's here for revenge."

"Jordan…" said Ash.

"Don't look at me." she tells him. "I didn't bring anything with me."

"Litt." said Litten, glaring at Persian.

"Stoutland." said Stoutland.

"Take it easy." Ash tells Litten, who in turn doesn't heed the advice.

"Pikachu. Lucario." said Pikachu and Meeko.

"Why don't you give it up?" asked Ash.

"What did Litten ever do to you?" asked Jordan. Persian growls and snarls as it paces in front of them. "Okay, now, Thunderbolt!" shouted Ash.

"Agility!" shouted Jordan.

"Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu.

"Lucario!" shouted Meeko.

"Litten!" said Litten, sending a small ball of fire. Persian dodges all three attacks before using Fury Swipes against Stoutland. Ash runs over to Stoutland, protecting it, ending up with more scratches. "A few scratches aren't going to hurt me." said Ash as Stoutland grunts in approval.

"Pika. Pikachu." said Pikachu as Persian appeared in front of them and Litten sends out another Ember.

"Persian." said Persian, deflecting the attack.

"Stout. Stoutland." commanded Stoutland. Litten focuses its energy, arching its back and created a bigger Ember to send towards Persian. Persian gets scared as the attack comes for it.

"Persian! Persian!" it screamed, running out of the forest with its tail on fire.

"Yeah. All right!" exclaimed Ash.

"Pika!" shouted Pikachu.

"That should teach that Persian a lesson." said Jordan.

"Lucario." said Meeko.

"You chased it away." said Rotom.

"Litten." said Litten.

"That was awesome, Litten." said Ash and Jordan.

"Litten. Li." said Litten. Ash groans, feeling the pain of the scratches on his arms.

"Litten." said Litten, giving Ash a guilty look, causing him to chuckle. "Litten. (Meow) Litten."

"I detect a happy ending, except for you not catching Litten." said Rotom.

"See you later, Litten! We'll come visit tomorrow!" Ash called out. "And we'll bring you a whole bunch of food."

"Pika! Lucar!"

The next day, Ash was carrying bags full of berries with Jordan close behind him as they ran towards the abandoned house. "Hey, Litten, Alola." Ash called out as they entered the house. "Litten? Huh?"

"Pika?" asked Pikachu.

"It's empty." said Jordan.

"Lucario." said Meeko.

"Hey Litten! Litten!" Ash shouted out into the forest. Once back into town, Ash sets down the bags and a berry falls out. "I see. So, that's what happened." said the lady at the market.

"I feel like it's my fault." said Ash. "It must've been something bad that I did."

"No it's not." said Jordan, patting her brother's arm.

"Pokémon are Pokémon and people are people." said the lady. "One being's world isn't exactly the same as the other's, so, don't go blaming yourself."

"See, I told you Ash." said Jordan.

"Litten's living under the same Alolan sky as you and your sister." she tells Ash. "I'm sure Litten's doing just fine." Just then, Litten appears from behind her and approaches the berry.

"Huh?" said Ash and Jordan, seeing Litten.

"Litten!" Ash yelled out, causing Litten to jump.

"Pika."

"Lucar."

"What do you know?" asked Rotom.

"What are the odds in that?" asked Jordan.

"Calculating…calculating..." said Rotom.

"It was a rhetorical question, Rotom." she replied.

"What did I tell you?" asked the lady, seeing Litten beside her. "Dear Litten, I heard you moved!"

"Litten." Litten said to her, then looks up at the siblings.

Narrator: Litten and Ash, where do they go from here?

Jordan: Good question. But I do have a feeling that Ash is going to catch Litten at some point.

Meeko, nodding: Cario.

"Hey Litten!" shouted Ash as Litten takes the berry from the plate.

"Come back soon, Litten!" Jordan called out after it.

Rotom, randomly appearing Jordan: How would you know if he catches Litten?

Jordan, Narrator: Rotom?!

Rotom: What? Was it something I said?

Jordan: Oh boy…

Meeko: Lucario…

Jordan: I swear Rotom is scaring the life out of me. I'm too young to be scared to death by a floating Pokedex.

Narrator, sighing: Only the salty breeze blowing the Alola sea knows for sure….or not. But what thing's for sure, our heroes' journey continues!
