Chapter 2

2 weeks later…

Upon waking up, the first thing I noticed was how I was significantly more stiff than when I went to sleep. The next I noticed was how dry my mouth was followed by the hearing the constant beeping of a heart monitor. Putting my other sense to use I started to sniff and was immediately hit with the smell of antibiotics. By now I already have deduced that I was in some kind of hospital. Finally I decide to open my eyes but I instantly regret it and start to squint my eyes because of how bright the room was. Letting my eyes adjust to the light, Im able to look around the room and one the first things I noticed was that everything looks way more realistic than the anime. Upon that realization I turned my head to look out of the window since the blinds where open and what I saw left me astonished.

In my opinion the anime didn't do Konoha justice. Even tho I seen it through Naruto's memories, it was still quite breath taking in person if I do say so myself. I lived in a city my whole life so I never really seen anything like this this. The first thing I recognized was the Mount Rushmore of Konoha aka the Hokage Monument looking at each of their faces it was easy to tell who was who. In fact I hope that who ever made them got a serious bonus for a job well done.

But before I was able to see if I recognized anything else I heard the sound of the door being opened. Turning my head to see who is coming to see me, I noticed it was my favorite scar faced academy teacher Umino Iruka who smiled upon seeing I was awake.

"Naruto! Im so glad that your awake! How are you feeling?" He asked

I gave him a small grin said "I'm feeling better sensei but it shouldn't be anything a couple bowls of Ramen can't fix"

Its funny because I really don't eat ramen but just said it because its something Naruto would say and I didn't want to alert anyone with my change in character just yet. But if its half as good as Naruto thinks it is I wouldn't mind getting some for myself

He gave me an amused smirk and said "knowing you're going to clean out Ichiraku's trying to make up for lost time"

I chuckled because the old me probably would, but right now I have other thing on mind for when I get out of the hospital .

After we shared a small laugh I said "so what did I miss"

He got sullen look on his face and said "well you've been unconscious for about two weeks and you had us worried there for a minute. The doctors even said when you first got in, your heart had stopped for about 5 minutes but it somehow started back and you're body started to slowly heal itself, we believe it was the Kyuubi trying to save its host. Speaking of which we also believe that the near death experience had some unforeseen side affects as well because after about a week we noticed that you grew in size by about 4 inches as well"

Inwardly I was smiling because the Shinigami followed through on the height thing. But outwardly I just gave a shocked look.

After the lull in conversation was over I asked "is there anything else I missed"

Iruka just nodded and said "yeah I'm sorry for what I'm about to say but team 7 is officially disbanded. After Kakashi found out that your heart stopped and that you almost died from a technique that he created, he felt he was unfit to be the sensei of team 7. So he went Tsunade to request to go back in anbu, I believe he's on a mission as we speak. And as for Sakura she was traumatized by your near death and wanted to be able to heal people so she requested to be Tsunamis apprentice"

But it seems that speaking about the pink haired girl must have summoned her as well because not long after Iruka finished talking, she came walking into the room carrying some flowers in a vase, probably to replace the ones that's one the table to my left.

Since I recognized her I started to look her up and down, from her long tantalizing legs to her perky b cup breast, all the way to her beautiful emerald green eyes. I never really understood why Naruto had such a big crush on her, I was always team Hinata myself. But looking at her in person I can tell that she looks better than I thought when she's not trying to hit me. She had on the same clothes as cannon except her hair was in a high ponytail.

However, before I could make anymore observations she finally broke out of her trancelike state once we made eye contact. I seen tear well up in her eyes before she made a mad dash to my bed screaming my name all the way.

I braced for impact knowing what was coming and sure enough as soon as I did I was brought in to a tight embrace holding back a wince.

I started to hear her sniffle followed by feeling my shoulder getting moist. I was actually kind of surprised because going by Naruto's memories I know that this something that usually wouldn't happen.

Once she calmed down she pulled back and looked at me with her tear streaked face and said "Naruto I'm so sorry that this happened to you all because of that stupid promise. I could have lost both of you 2 weeks ago and I almost did"

I just hugged her as I tried to console her telling her "its not your fault, I'm better now and I'm still going to bring "him" back" since I know she still doesn't know that she's actually a girl going off of Naruto's memories I apparently only know because of an awkward encounter in the forest of death.

Once she finally pulled herself together she got off of me and said she's sorry again before saying she has to get back Tsunade because she was waiting on her. I told her "no problem, thanks for visiting me and bringing me the flowers"

She smiled and waved at me before she finally left the room. It was then I realized that I was alone again, when I think about it Iruka probably left once Sakura started crying in order to give us some privacy.

I Decided to get out of bed to use the bathroom to empty my bladder, after the added weight of sakura got on me I realized how bad I had to pee. Also I wanted to see how look in the mirror.

With that thought in mind I started to remove all the cords from my body while sliding my feet off of the bed. Once my feet touched the ground I was hit the sensation of my feet hitting the cold floor. Deciding to soldier on, I got off of the bed and made my way to the bathroom. Reaching the toilet I lift the seat and drop my pants in order to relieve myself, however once I started to pee I noticed the new yet familiar sight of my penis.

It was weird and I didn't know wether to be jealous or happy with the size of my new penis. I decided to go with the latter since it was officially mine and I was excited to put it to use. It stood at a proud 7 inches flaccid and from my memories I know it could get to about 10 inches erect. After the wave of excitement to use my new penis on my future lovers wore off, I finally finished peeing and made my way to the sink to wash my hands.

While washing my hands I was able to look into the the mirror and notice how I looked now. It didn't surprise me that I looked the same as the Naruto from Shippuden with the key difference being my height. Looking at my blonde looks of hair, I decided that I was going to grow it out it get the whole Minato look going. It already looks longer than I last remembered, probably from the 2 weeks I was unconscious.

Lifting up my hospital gown I noticed that my body now looked similar to a mix between a boxer and swimmer. I had a slim build but I was jammed packed with muscles that would contract every time I moved. This was just another reminder that I'm really in someone else's body because I was no where near as in shape in my old life.

After I was done marveling at how well built my new body was, I made my way outside the bathroom to see something I wasn't expecting. It was my Godmother Jiraiya climbing into the window.

She had waist-length spiky white hair that she had tied back into a pony tail, with two shoulder-length bangs framing her face. There were red lines under her eyes which extended to her chin. She has wrinkles around the corners of her mouth a piercing in the left side of her nose.

Her attire consisted of a green short shirt kimono and matching pants, under which she wore a mesh armor that is visible at her wrist and ankles. She is also wearing hand guards, a black belt, traditional Japanese wooden sandals, and red haori with two yellow circles on each side. She has a large scroll strapped to her back and she has a horned forehead protector with the kanji for "oil" on it.

However that's where the similarities ended for me and the Jiraiya I'm used to seeing because she had a full pair of c-cup breast under her kimono and she was wearing a pair of earrings.

During my musing she finally realized I was standing by the bathroom and gave me a bright smile.

"Gaki your awake!" And much like Sakura she ran to me and gave me a big hug, but unlike Sakura, there were no tears from her just pure happiness. In fact I quite enjoyed the warmth she was giving off, with my new hight and her being 5'7 she easily had her face in the crook of my neck and was rubbing my back . Although unseen to me she got a mischievous grin on her face and moved her hand from my back to my butt and said "ahhhh, gaki I missed these buns so much".

Once I realized what she was doing I immediately extricated myself from her arms, needless to say but felt a tad violated.

"Why you gotta be like that perv-chan" I said, knowing from my memories that's what Naruto used to called her.

She just gave me a cheeky grin and said "I don't know what you're talking about gaki"

I just rolled my eyes said "anyways, not that I'm not happy to see you but what are you still doing here, I thought you would have left to run you're spy network by now" although I had a feeling I new what she was going to say from remembering what happens in the anime.

She just just got a serious face and said look gaki I'm just going to say it, I plan on taking you on a 3 year training trip to learn how to control the Kyuubi so you could get stronger to be able to defeat the Akatsuki when they come after you"

I just put my head down I started to think. I knew I really didn't want to leave the village because I felt like I needed to be here to learn all the extra stuff I wanted to learn. And I like Jiraiya's character in the anime but in my opinion Naruto didn't come back as strong as he should have been and I wanted to be the strongest shinobi in the world and I can't do that while only using shadow clones and the Rasengan. However, I would still want to learn how to use the Kyuubi chakra and I know Jiraiya and the toads have the key to the seal. Knowing this I decided to come up with a comprise that hopefully she would accept

I told her since I almost died I wanted to stay in leaf village a little longer to double down on learning the basic and where I have more than one resource of knowledge. So once I feel like I've I gotten to where I wanted to, that I would go with her to train.

She reluctantly agreed with the compromise since her spy network said that Aktsuki would be laying low for a bit and she figured it would be less likely for them to capture me if I'm still in the village. She also reminded me that I can contact her through the toads.

With compromise settled she prepared to leave to go run her spy network.

"Alright gaki, I'm going to head out, you just stay safe and get strong. By the time we meet again you should be at least join level with at least three lovely ladies on your arm" she said ending with a perverted smile on her face with a small trickle of blood coming from her nose.

I sweat dropped, then gave her an amused grin shaking my head but inwardly thinking that didn't sound so bad

She turned and gave me one last "Ja'ne" before jumping out back through the window.

I slumped back into my bed now that I was finally by myself again with a crisis adverted and happy that I get to stay in the village even if I still have to deal with the villagers.

However now that I was alone again I became giddy at the fact that can use my dojutsu now to see how it feels like with its on.

Channeling chakra to my eyes felt I like it was something I do all the time instead of a new sensation. Opening my eyes all I can was 'holy shit'

Instantly upon activating my eyes I was able to see all the chakra signatures Inside of the hospital. From the doctor to the patients, to even those two people five doors down the hall that, judging by the outline of their bodies, were having sex with the girl on top.

Continuing to look around the hospital I noticed something strange, I couldn't just see their chakra, which was colored blue I could also see a green outline on everyones body. But the thing about it, was that some peoples green was brighter or dimmer than others

Going off of what I remember from seeing the anime show what the Byakugan can see, I know that blue means chakra and the more blue you have, the more chakra you have. However, I didn't know what the green meant, all I can remember from the anime about this eye was that is can see like the Byakugan, could block all dojutsu and could create illusions.

While I was looking around the hospital and came upon a room with four people surrounding one person on a table and what made me stop on this particular room was that their chakra was low and their green outline was wavering.

Feeling like if I keep watching what happens to that person i would gain some answers, I proceed to watch them. After about 5 minutes of watching I saw their chakra drop until it was gone and then I say their green outline start start flickering like flames and started floating off his body until he had no green or blue.

Seeing the the outline of the. Doctors shaking their heads and taking off their gloves, I concluded that the green outline must be a person's life force.

Knowing this I gained a large grin on my face, excited by the fact that Ranmaru's dojutsu was better than I thought it was. With this I knew I wouldn't have to guess if someone is dead or playing dead in a fight, which is quite useful if I do say so myself.

Figuring that I used my dojutsu enough for now I stopped channeling chakra into my eyes. I was pleased that I didn't feel any drop in my chakra at all after about 8 minutes of having it on.

Deciding that I stayed in the hospital long enough, I grabbed my clothes and wallet and left my room looking to explore the village and hopefully get out of this hospital gown since I know my clothes were going to be too small for me now.
