The establishment for the training trip equivalent is in this chapter.
Oddly, Tsunade was not unhappy with Mika or his crew of ninja. "You fought several of Orochimaru's henchmen, and a Living Kaguya and were forced to flee from a poison attack from a man about as strong as Kakashi, one that nearly killed me. I will not hold that against you. I will instead praise you, for surviving, for killing six powerful henchmen and bring their bodies back. Not every missions is bound to succeed, you were screwed by Orochimaru's bloodlust and desire for power, there was little you could do." She turned to Naruto, who looked ready to explode. "And you... I love you, Naruto, but to value Sasuke's life over those of all your comrades... is disgraceful and not what I would expect for someone eager to become a Hokage!"
Recoiling, Naruto growled out. "But he's my friend, I can't just let anyone sentence him to death!"
"I am the Hokage, and he is a traitor. His actions are deserving of death. Had any of you all died in your mission. Sasuke would be in for only death, no capture. You need to learn to value those that actually provide and do not betray the village! Go, Naruto, before you really try my patience."
Naruto stomped off, angry as could be. Mika just sighed. "That's... going to be an issue, My Lady."
Hinata nodded. "Naruto does not take no well, nor does he accept that he is wrong. It has long since been an issue for him... that might you need to work on, before he really becomes a threat. In one way or another."
"Naruto's not that bad!" Kiba said. "He's just loyal to his pack!"
Mika turned to him. "To a pack member that betrayed him and the entire pack? That is willing to join someone that is eager and willing to destroy all we hold dear? No, Sasuke is no pack member, he is a traitor and nothing more."
Neji sighed. "I have no ties to Sasuke, so I can be more objective... Mika is right, Sasuke must be dealt with, as should Naruto."
"Enough, your mission is over. Please, go and rest, I will have missions for you tomorrow. Mika, Hinata, go to the hospital. Your mentor told me that you wish to learn to heal, so please, go there and get yourself started."
Mika did not move however. " Lady Tsunade... would it be possible to have me help in the Academy? I have some lesson ideas, to bolster the children, especially those without bloodlines. To do better, be more self sufficient and progressive. I also would like see if I could organize spars with Raido and others, to bolster my kenjutsu, if possible. I really need the practice, as I wait for my chakra levels to grow."
Hinata continued. "I would like to start an apprenticeship with the Vets here, I think I could easily learn a lot and become more valuable both as a tracker and as a healer."
Tsunade smiled. "What brought this change?"
"A lot of differing thoughts, but mostly realizing that relying on a singular aspect will get us killed." Hinata started. "And Mika loves teaching, he feels it would be good for him to continue."
"Good... well, I will allow it. We are in need of more senseis anyway, so why not. Give me a week to get it all set up."
They both bowed. "Thank you, My lady."
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
This was a joy to write.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
