Appearance: It is based on the Vortech Shooter of Black RX but recolored in Medic's colors, the barrel is a car based barrel, and on top of it is a blade. It can transform into a sword mode.
Shield of Emotions (Heart's personal weapon)
Appearance: It is based on the Shield of Triumph from Power Rangers Dino Thunder with the motif changed to a heart shape (not the organ one).
Blue Pearl Shift Car (For Kamen Rider Turbo)
Appearance: It is a Shift Car based on a blue Ferrari Enzo with a Pirate theme. The Lever Mode is like Justice Hunter and the sticker is a pirate skull and crossbones symbol. Its Tire Change Tire is a sea blue colored tire with pirate skull and crossbones tire tracks. On the sides of the tire is the Shift Car's name Blue Pearl. This gives the rider a cutlass and flintlock pistol based weapons.

Kamen Rider Rose (Fastfoodman36 helped me a bit with her design)
Rider Appearance: Her Rider suit is based on Akiza Izinski's Turbo Suit from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's but covers her chest all the way with green thorny lines on her arms and legs. Her helmet is based on Akiza's Turbo Helmet with the visor changed to cover her face like other Kamen Rider helmets and it has rose pink eyes with a gold rose etched on the forehead.
Rose Driver
Appearance: the Buckle looks like a red rose in bloom (The top of the rose is facing upwards). The Rider places the Rose Gaia memory into the rose from the opening of the Rose. The belt is vine grey with a rose pink back connector that has a rose etched into it. It has a Gaia Memory Holder on the right side of the belt.
