"Oromaus! Oromaus!" Nova called as she hurried over to Oromaus. "Oromaus, Kislin has actually been defeated!"

"I know." Oromaus said. "Sad, but that's just how it is sometimes. There's really nothing to get so frantic about." He said as he's acting like his comrades deaths like they mean nothing. "I am glad that you're here, Nova. I have an assignment for you."

"For me? One of our own is now dead and you're giving me a mission?" Nova questioned Oromaus' morals and priorities.

"Did I stutter or something?" Oromaus said as he looked right at her. When he did, he gave off some dark and intense spiritual pressure that got her to shut up. The pressure she felt coming down on her was making it hard for her to even stand.

"Nev... Never mind..." Nova tried to say. "What exactly do you need me to do?"

"It would seem that our crystals are starting to have affect on a few areas in the World of the Living. It's as if the life is being drained out of the land itself." Oromaus said. "I can only imagine what it's like the Seireitei. I want you to check it out and make sure everything goes well."

"But what if that female soul reaper shows her face and tries to stop me?" Nova said. "She's clearly powerful. I don't think my abilities alone are a match for her."

"That's why I have something for you." Oromaus said as he walked over to her and had a new weapon for her. It looked just like a sword, but the blade was made out of glass instead of metal. The blade was more of a mirror. "Take it. Once you get a hold of what this weapon can do, I doubt she'll be able to resist." That new weapon could become a real problem for Kalia.

...

The Kurosakis

Now that Kalia knows there's a way to return to her world, she doesn't have to worry about that. She can focus more on defeating the Jigoku and restoring everything to normal in this dimension.

"Here you go." Orihime said as she placed some food for Kalia and Kazui. "Eat up. Something tells me you all are going to need your energy."

"Thanks, Mom!" Kazui said as he was about to use chopsticks on some sushi, but Kalia tried to swipe it from him. "Hey! That's mine!"

"Not anymore." Kalia said as they fought over it like siblings would. "Not so fun having a big sister now, is it?" She teased as the two of them kept it up.

"Behave you two!" Orihime said.

"Don't make us separate the two of you!" Ichigo said. Acting out this little scene, the four of them couldn't stop laughing as to how it all unfolded. Kalia is starting to fit in like this was her actual family. Even though it might end once Kalia returns to her own world, they were all rather enjoying this.

"Aw... What a nice family that has such beautiful ladies." Kon said as even he was enjoying everything that was unfolding. Just then, there was a knock on the door. "It's open! Come on in!" The door opened up and it ended up being Rukia and Ichika. As soon as he saw her, Kon was filled with joy. "Rukia! It's so good to see you again! It's been too long my sweet!" He cheered as he jumped right at her, but Rukia stomped down on her.

"You still haven't changed. You play with children. Can't you try to behave for once?" Rukia complained.

"Ooh-ho... I missed being stomped on by your sweet feet." Kon said as he was actually enjoying it.

"Eew, the pervy stuffed animal is here too." Ichika said.

"I am not a perv!" Kon shouted.

"Hey, Rukia. What are you and Ichika doing here?" Ichigo said.

"Just came to see how Kalia is doing." Rukia said.

"I'm doing fine. Why?" Kalia asked.

"I just want to say again how grateful we all are. Your decision to stay when you had a chance to return home proves that you truly desire to save us." Rukia said.

"Of course. It wouldn't be right to leave you all like this." Kalia said. "I'm not planning on going anywhere until the Jigoku are beat, and I would love to bring Oromaus down once and for all. I did it before in my world and I'll do it again in this world." All of them are really grateful that Kalia is doing this. Just then, Ichigo got another alert on his phone.

"It's from Uryu." Ichigo said. "He says that...something is going on in Shinjuku! Reports of earthquakes are going on and it's connected to the crystals that were placed there!"

"Shinjuku? I don't suppose we can get this sushi to go, can we?" Kalia said.

"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Kazui jumped off and ran for the door.

"Wait a minute, Kazui." Ichigo said. "After what happened last time, you aren't going anywhere. Orihime, maybe you should stay behind and keep an eye on the kids." Orihime had no problem doing that.

"You mean I can't go too? I'm a soul reaper!" Ichika complained.

"Ichigo's right. It's too dangerous for you kids." Rukia said. "Besides, you're a soul reaper that still sleeps with a stuffed animal."

"Mom!" Ichika complained out of embarrassment.

"Don't worry, you two." Kalia said as she got up. "I'll be sure to tell you how I beat another one of the Jigoku when we get back." She said with confidence that she'll stop this just like how she beat Kislin.

...

Shinjuku

It took a while to get there, especially when the whole district is suffering from mysterious earthquakes. No one knew what was causing them, but Kalia and the others had an idea. It's a result of all the crystals that are in Shinjuku and draining away all the spirit energy. Nova watched things progressed and was actually rather pleased.

"It seems that some areas are weaker than others. Earthquakes caused by the draining of spirit energy? How exquisite." Nova said as she enjoyed what was happening.

"Nova!" Nova turned around and saw Kalia coming her way in her soul reaper form with Ichigo and Rukia joining her. While those three were facing her, Uryu and Chad were in the area as well helping people. Chad was using his muscles to help trapped people and move things out of the way so they can get cover while Uryu his knowledge as a doctor to help them.

"You know, I'm actually getting annoyed with you people trying to get in our way. Other than her, you all don't have powers to even fight us." Nova said.

"What's going on? What's happening to this place?" Ichigo said.

"Are the crystals responsible?" Rukia said.

"What was your first clue? So much energy has been drained from this area that it's becoming this. This is only a small preview of what's to come." Nova said.

"Not if I can help it!" Kalia called as she went right at her to attack, but Nova jumped away from her. "You can't run from me!"

"No one is running." Nova said as she held out her new weapon.

"Huh? What is that?" Kalia questioned as she never saw it before. Nova didn't even bother explaining. She just went on the attack and kept trying to strike Kalia with her new weapon. Her movements were fast and swift, but Kalia was able to avoid each of her attacks. Ichigo watched things unfold and wanted to jump in and help, but Rukia knew what he was thinking and stopped him.

"Don't, Ichigo. There's not much you can do." Rukia said. "For now, there are other people that are in need of our help more than Kalia." Ichigo hated this, but he knew Rukia was right. All he can do is leave it into Kalia's hands. Kalia kept dodging the attacks, but she had enough dodging and used Flash Step to slip out of her range.

"I've got you now!" Kalia said as she came down from above. She swung her zanpakuto straight down. Nova attempted to block it, but her blade just shattered. "That was easy. Glass doesn't exactly make a great weapon when it breaks so easily."

"Actually, you did just what I wanted you to do." Nova said. Kalia saw she walked right into a trap when she the broken pieces began to shine. "Kioku o Uchikudaku!"

"What is this?!" Kalia said as she found herself swallowed up by an intense light and couldn't see anything.

...

Kalia

When Kalia could see again, she found herself in a strange space where there was nothing there. She had no idea what was happening to her. Just then, she saw something form right in front of her. She looked and herself from five years ago. Kalia didn't understand what this was until her younger self looked right in her eyes. When that happened, she felt her mind completely warp into the past.

"Dad..."

Whatever Nova's trick did, Kalia now believes she's living in the past. Reliving a moment from her past from when she was younger. She found herself on a swing with her friends and was just trying to enjoy her time.

"Kalia!" Kalia turned around and saw her father, her real father, coming to get her.

"Daddy!" Kalia called as she hurried over to him.

"Ready to go?" Ichigo asked.

"Yeah!" Kalia said as she grabbed his hand and they started walking together. Back in Kalia's world, Kalia was so close to her father when she was younger. She always seemed to be at her happiest whenever she was around him. As the two of them were walking by the river, Kalia couldn't stop smiling about all the fun she had.

"Sounds like you had a good time. Did anyone notice your new earring?" Ichigo asked.

"Sure did." Kalia said as she held up her dangling earring. "Everyone loved this earring you got me." Ichigo was glad to hear that she loved it so much. "Daddy, look at that! Isn't the sunset pretty?!" She said as they saw the setting sun.

"I guess so. Honestly, sunsets always made me a little sad." Ichigo said.

"How can they make you sad when they look so pretty?" Kalia said. "Do you think Mommy and Gado would love to see the sunset?"

"I'm sure they would, just like how you're excited to become a big sister." Ichigo said. The two of them always seemed so happy with each other. That all changed on the day her father disappeared. She never forgot how heartbroken her mother looked when Ichigo never came home. Even after reporting a missing person's report, no one found anything. No one knew what happened to Ichigo. That was the worst moment of Kalia's life.

Kalia wasn't the same after her father disappeared. She just wasn't as happy anymore. She couldn't find anything to smile about. One day, she was sitting by the river and greatly upset over her father's disappearance. She just stared at the sunset with the earring in her hand with that earring being the last thing her father gave her.

"I now see why sunsets make you sad." Kalia said. "Where are you, Daddy?" She said as she felt miserable without him. Kalia appeared to be trapped in some of the worst memories of her life. However, Nova's new abilities changed all of that.

"Kalia!" Kalia turned around and saw her father there. "I'm here, Kalia. I'm back."

"Daddy!" Kalia called as she hurried to him and wrapped her arms around him. "I knew you weren't gone! Where were you?!"

"I'm sorry you've been so scared and worried." Ichigo said as he dropped down to her and wrapped his arms around her. Kalia enjoyed being in his arms again, but that's not it at all. The Ichigo she was facing tightened his grip around her.

"Daddy? You're squeezing too tight." Kalia said, but he just tightened his hold on her. "Daddy, it hurts! What are you doing?!" He just kept tightening his hold until Kalia couldn't take it anymore and managed to push herself free. "Daddy, what are you doing?!" She said, but he looked down at her like he wanted to kill her.

...

Reality

Nova just watched as Kalia was trapped in a series of lights. She just stared at it and waited for things to be done. She was sure that Kalia couldn't get out of there.

"Kalia!" The real Ichigo called as he hurried to her. "What did you do to her?!"

"She's now trapped." Nova said. "When she shattered my weapon, it allowed me to use my best technique. She is now trapped within her worst memories, but I can change them into something more dreadful. She believes she is living that moment, which means that she will be braindead once she dies in there."

"No!" Ichigo said as he hurried to the light. He reached out for it, but he felt his hand get cut the moment he tried to reach inside. "Kalia! Kalia!"

...

Kalia

Kalia was trapped in her own memory and Nova had control over it. The Ichigo Kalia was facing looked like he wanted to kill her and she was getting scared from it. He reached out and grabbed her by the neck and was trying to strangle her. He even lifted her off the ground.

"Daddy... Stop... I can't breathe..." Kalia pleaded, but there was nothing she could do as Nova had control. It seemed like there was nothing Kalia can do out of this.

"Kalia! Kalia!" She could heard her father's voice, but it didn't sound like that it was coming from the one standing before her. It was coming from something else and it made Kalia realize that she was being played.

'Wait! This isn't right! Dad would never do something like this to anyone.' Kalia thought. 'This didn't happen. My father was missing for five years. It's trick!' Kalia was becoming more aware of what was happening as she grabbed the arms and tried to pull them apart. She even changed from her child form and into her normal self as she fought back and pulled his arms away from her. "Now I'm mad!"

...

Reality

"Kalia!" Ichigo kept calling.

"It's no good. There's no escape for her." Nova said as she tried to walk away thinking this was the end, but she was surprised when the light burst from right behind her. Nova turned around and saw Kalia was able to free herself with her in her bankai now. "What?! That's impossible! How did you get out?!"

"Not a smart move fighting me with light." Kalia said. "My zanpakuto might look like a combat zanapkuto, but it's actually a light zanpakuto. Once I realized what I was really dealing with, it wasn't that hard." She explained and then glared right at her. "In my world, you shamelessly tricked my younger brother with a false promise to bring my missing father back. Before, you tried to trick me to return me home in an attempt to try and kill me. Now, you trap me in my memories and tried to give the illusion that my own father tried to kill me. I've had enough." No matter what world she's in, Nova seems to shamelessly use people's greatest pains as a way to grant her victory. Kalia only has one response for that as her spiritual pressure affected the land itself with the ground actually breaking open right behind her. Despite that, Nova tried to stay firm.

"You think I care? I will do whatever I must to obtain victory." Nova said. "If you think I'm gonna..." Kalia didn't give her the chance to finish that sentence as Kalia really did have enough. She cut Nova down with incredible speed before Nova even knew what hit her.

"I don't care. Just head to the pits of Hell where you belong already." Kalia said as Nova actually fell into the crevice behind her and was dead in an instant. That marks another Jigoku defeated. Those might have been the worst memories Kalia had, but those memories helped make her who she is today. The one who is going to put a stop to the Jigoku no matter what.
