"DAMN YA SCUM! I'M GONNA KILL YA ALL!"

Despite being in the receiving end of three fists to the face, the leader of the ax-crazy bandits managed to recover and resume his attack but one again found himself getting punched on the face by Finn Mertens, Patrick Star and Brahma Bullworth before he could land a blow on Minako Aino and this time around, he is knocked unconscious.

It was early in the morning at Mega-Tokyo, we then heads towards the nearby neighborhood and inside the Kamishina Household, we see Honoka Kamishina getting ready for school and is currently looking for something underneath her bed.

"Where are they?" Honoka uttered to herself while scanning every nook and crany of the bottom of her bed, "I'm pretty sure I put them under here." she recalled.

As this is going on, Miki Sayaka entered the room and took notice of her, "What are you doing?" the alien asked.

Honoka then looks at her, "Oh, Miki." she greeted, "Sorry for being late but I cannot find my boots anywhere." she explained in apology.

"Did you check your closet?" Miki inquired.

Honoka shook her head, "That's the first place I checked and no." she answered, "I can't seem to find them and those are my favorites.'' she stated.

Miki checks her watch, "Well, we are almost late to school." she pointed out, "Why don't you put some other shoes and later I'll help you find your boots." she suggested.

Honoka sighed in response, "Okay..." she relented, "... but I really wanted my boots!" she whined.

bzzzttt...

Meanwhile inside the Heartcross Academy which is located somewhere in Mega-Tokyo, we see Yuura Inoki and Sakie Kawakami walking down the stairs while making their way towards their classroom.

"Want to hang out after school, Sakie-chan?" Yuura suggested.

Sakie nodded in response, "Sure!" she accepted.

As they kept walking forward, Yuura suddenly found herself stopping, "Whoa!" she breathed out in surprise, "What the!?" she squawked.

"Yuura-chan, are you okay?" Sakie asked in concern.

"I'm stuck!" Yuura replied in panic.

"Really?" Sakie uttered in surprise, "Let me help you." she offered but as she was about to help her friend when she realized something, "What!?" the student council member squawked in shock, "I'm stuck as well!" she exclaimed.

"What?" Yuura uttered in confusion, "Why?" she asked.

"Someone must have put some glue here as some kind of prank." Sakie assumed.

As this is going on, Nanase Amaya arrives and made her way towards them, "Hi, Yuura! Hi, Sakie!" she greeted, "Wait up!" she called out.

"Nanase-chan! Wait!" Yuura and Sakie shouted at the same time but too late as Nanase got closer, she stopped moving and found her feet stuck on the floor.

"Why can't I move?" Nanase asked in confusion.

"We told you...'' Sakie uttered.

"We can't get out." Yuura pointed out in panic, "What should we do?" she asked.

Sakie sighed in response, "We don't have a choice but..." she trailed.

Minutes later...

"They are stuck." Sakie commented.

"They sure are." Nanase replied in agreement.

"What can we do?" Yuura questioned, "I feel weird like this." she commented.

In order to free themselves from getting stuck on the floor, the girls had no other choice but to remove their shoes and are currently barefooted.

"Who would've done such a prank?'' Sakie questioned.

"I had no idea." Yuura replied.

"We have to find something to take them out." Nanase suggested.

Sakie nodded in response, "And I know who can help us." she said, "Let's go." she beckoned.

"Feels kinda weird walking like this." Yuura commented.

The girls then walks away while leaving their shoes behind but unbeknownst to them, a mysterious figure made their way towards the shoes.

"Three shoes?" the figure uttered, "Perfect!" they cheered before picking up the shoes.

Meanwhile in another classroom somewhere inside the academy, we see Suzuka Inoki and Aoko Kawakami having a chat about something when Nozomi Miyauchi approaches them.

"Say, do you guys know where I put my shoes?" Nozomi asked.

"That's what I was going to ask you." Suzuka replied.

"Yeah, I cannot find my shoes either." Aoko claimed before turning to Suzuka, "What did you do this time?" she accused with a blank look.

"Lost my ribbon once and I'm labeled for life!" Suzuka grumbled in annoyance.

Unbeknownst to them, the mysterious figure from earlier is seen carrying their shoes, "Perfect!" they cheered, "More shoes for me!" they exclaimed in joy.

Meanwhile inside Mina Yoshikawa's lab somewhere inside the academy, we see the bespectacled girl sleeping peacefully on the counter.

"More... inventions... clones... Emotionless... Xyrielle..." Mina uttered in her sleep.

As the genius kept her peaceful slumber, the mysterious figure entered the lab, "Another pair for me." they gleed before carefully taking off Mina's shoes without waking her up, "Thanks for the shoes." they expressed in gratitude before leaving the room.

"Mmm... must... confess... feelings..." Mina uttered once again in her sleep.

Meanwhile inside the faculty room somewhere inside the academy, we see Yayoi Yutenji and Narumi Shirabe having a conversation with the former currently barefooted.

"So, that's why I take that classroom, they are such sweet girls, but two of them are quite the troublesome individuals." Yayoi shared.

"I see." Shirabe uttered in acknowledgement, "By the way, why don't you put your shoes back on?" she beckoned

"I want to be comfy." Yayoi replied.

"What if one of your students comes in?" Shirabe pointed out.

"Excuse me." a voice chimed in from outside.

The door of the faculty room then opened and a figure carrying a bag entered the place.

The figure is a young woman with an average height, she had a slender frame and a fair complexion, she had a semi-long green hair styled in a himecut with a red bow on the right side of her head and she had green-colored eyes. She wears a white t-shirt with blue accents, she wears an orange plaid skirt over a candy cane stockings and red & white rubber shoes. This is Midori Izuna.

Yayoi then recognized the girl, "Oh, hello, Midori.'' she greeted out.

"Good afternoon." Midori greeted back.

"Did you bring the usual?" Yayoi assumed.

Midori lifted her bag, "Yes!" she confirmed, "I brought the bread you asked for." she said with a smile.

Yayoi smiled back, "Thank you." she expressed in gratitude, "Leave it in my tab please." she beckoned.

Midori nodded in response, "With pleasure." she replied before handing the bread to Yayoi, she then bowed her head, "Excuse me." she expressed before leaving the room.

Narumi then turns to Yayoi, "Who was that girl?" she asked.

"Oh, yeah, your new here." Yayoi uttered in realization, "Midori graduated from this school." she shared, "Now she has her own Bakery shop and brings and sells her bread in this school on several occassions." she explained.

"Really?" Narumi uttered in surprise, "I should buy something from her next time.'' she mused.

Suddenly the school bell rings, "Oh, back to class, huh?" Yayoi quipped when she noticed something, "What the!?" she gasped in shock.

"What's wrong?" Shirabe asked in concern.

"I swear I left my shoes there a while ago." Yayoi uttered out loud while looking underneath her desk, "Where are they?" she asked.

"Told you you should put them on." Narumi admonished.

bzzzttt...

Meanwhile in a park somewhere in the city, we see Airi Kagari talking to Utada Karibuchi while Chitose Suzuya watches them from a far.

"I didn't saw him or her." Utada answered whom is currently barefooted, "I was sitting on the bench when suddenly they took my shoes away." she explained.

"There have been reports of this..." Airi uttered out loud.

A few minutes later after Utada left, Airi walked towards Chitose, "Chitose, I know your on a day-off..." the blue-haired officier pointed out, "But can you..." she tried to say but the redhead cuts her off.

"Help you out?" Chitose assumed, "Of course." she accepted, "That's why we are friends." she stated with a smile.

Airi smiled back, "Thanks." she expressed in gratitude.

Later that night in a forest somewhere within the park, we see Airi and Chitose walking around while looking out for any suspicious individuals.

"The victim said that the thief went over here." Airi recalled when suddenly she steps onto something, "What..." she uttered and before she could say anything else, her right leg was caught by a rope and found herself getting pulled up from the ground, "AHHHHH!" she screams while her shoes fell off to the ground.

"What the!?" Chitose squawked in shock, "Don't worry, Airi!" she reassured, "I'll-" she tried to say when she suddenly steps onto something, "Oh, no..'' she uttered in dread when her right leg was caught by a rope and found herself getting pulled up from the ground, "Rats..." she grumbled in annoyance while her shoes fell off to the ground.

"Can't see anything." Airi said, "Our shoes..." she uttered.

Then the mysterious figure made their presence, "Yes!" they gleed in joy, "Two more pairs, jackpot!" she cheered before grabbing the shoes, "So long coppers!" she mocked before running off.

"Ahh!" Chitose shouted, "Wait!" she called out, "Come back here!" she demanded, "My shoes!" she cried out.

"Dammit!" Airi cursed.

And with that, Airi and Chitose were left hanging upside down in the middle of the dark forest.

Meanwhile inside the Mega-Tokyo Police Department and inside one office, we see Miyako Kougami and Akaza Aru with the former trying to contact Airi.

"No reception." Miyako uttered, "Guess, I'll have to investigate this by myself." she relented.

"By yourself?" Akaza pointed out, "But I want to go with you." she beckoned, "I'm a now a Junior Detective and should be with you in this case." she reasoned.

Miyako shook her head, "No, Akaza." she denied, "Your not ready yet." she pointed out, "Wait here." she ordered before leaving the office.

Akaza smiled in response, "I won't be standing here because I will follow her!" she declared.

Some time later inside an empty department store somewhere in the city, we see Miyako cautiously looking around for any suspicous individuals.

"This is the last place they saw the thief." Miyako recalled, "Nobody is here though." she commented.

Unbeknownst to the detective, the mysterious figure appears behind her, "Good night, Detective." she expressed in their thoughts before whacking a bag at the back of Miyako's head which knocked her out quickly, "This was easy." the figure uttered, "Now to proceed." she mused and began to tie up the unconscious Miyako.

A minute later, Miyako woke up but only to find herself bound and gagged, she then began to look around for the thief to which the figure took notice of.

"Looks like she's looking for me." the figure thought in acknowledgement, "Better blindfold her." they uttered before bringing out a black cloth and immediately covered the eyes of Miyako.

"HMMMMPPPHHHH!" Miyako let's out a muffled scream.

"Now..." the figure uttered, "Time for the important part, her shoes." they declared before taking off Miyako's shoes, "Well detective, this will be one thief that you won't gonna catch today, see ya." she cheered before quickly leaving the room while leaving behind the bound and gagged Miyako.

"HMMMMMMPPPHH!" Miyako let's out another muffled scream.

Fortunately for her, Akaza made her presence and took notice of Miyako's current predicament, "Ah, Miyako-san!" the junior detective squawked in shock, "Don't worry, I'm here to help you!" she reassured and immediately proceeds to help Miyako but untying her binds and taking off the blindfold.

bzzzttt...

Later that night in the nearby neighborhood of Mega-Tokyo, we head towards one residence and inside one room, we see Midori making her way inside.

"What a day!" Midori uttered in relief, "It was fun." she commented before flopping down on her bed, "Now..." she uttered while opening her bag which is filled with shoes, "Which shoes should I try first?" she mused to herself.

Midori Izuna is the shoe thief.

Then another figure entered Midori's room and saw her fitting some shoes on her left foot, "You stole another batch of shoes?'' the figure accused in disbelief.

Midori pouted in response, "Aww~" she whined, "Don't go scolding me now!" she complained, "I thought you don't mind us doing bad things anymore.'' she recalled, "Renji-kun...'' she uttered with a grin.

Right in front of her is none other than Renji Kazama whom is been missing ever since Creeper Ushida and Kiyoshi Kageyama's deaths.

Renji looks at Midori with a smile, "Yeah, I do.'' he replied.

Meanwhile at the Kuwagahama Household which is located somewhere in the neighborhood, we see Akuru Kuwagahama walking towards the living room while holding a newspaper and upon arriving at aforementioned room, he saw Creeper Ushida and Kiyoshi Kageyama sitting on a couch while watching TV.

"Guys!" Akuru called out which got his zombified friends' attention, "Ever heard about this shoe thief that has been causing a lot of troubles lately?'' he inquired.

Kiyoshi raised an eyebrow, "Shoe thief?" he uttered, "That's a first.'' he acknowledged.

"The criminals in this city are getting weirder and weirder as time goes." Ushida commented.

Narumi then entered the living room, "Boys..." she called out which got their attention, "... have you seen my shoes?" she asked, "I can't seem to find them." she said.

Akuru was silent for a minute before turning to Ushida and Kiyoshi, "We're hunting down this shoe thief!" he declared.

Ushida chuckled in response, "Hoho!" he hollered, "Getting overprotective with your girlfriend, huh!" he complimented with a thumbs-up.

Both Akuru and Narumi blushed in response, "SHUT UP!" the former shouted in embarassment.
