Chapter 10: Trouble, Thy Name Is Colette

Johnathan Strong yawned, exhausted from the day so far.

His meeting with Judge Kauffman took forever as always, but at least he could relax a little bit until Georgia came home with Star.

"I wonder why the principal called..."Jonathan wondered, slightly worried.

Since Star had started spending time with Danny and his friends, she'd really changed for the better.

He certainly hoped that she wasn't doing some of the things she used to do back when she was "popular" with those A-listers.

"Star is a good girl, I am sure that its nothing like that..." He thought.

Well, he supposed he'd find out soon when Georgia got home.

Little did he know, he'd have to wait.

Upon returning home and walking into the living room, he was unsurprised to see his parents were here.

He had given them a copy of his house key when they moved to Amity Park to stay close to them and they made sure to use it frequently to visit him and Star.

Though he was surprised to see Stella with them and there were no snide insults and no backbiting remarks, it didn't even look like they were unhappy.

"Uh...hello..." Johnathan greeted them with a mild surprised tone in his voice.

"Johnny-kins, you're home!..."His mother said happily.

"Hello John, we were just finishing up details of a little surprise for Star's birthday. It took us all day so far..." Stella said, sounding like she wasn't miserable to be here right now.

"Oh, that's why they were getting along so well. They were all planning something for Star..."He thought.

"That's a relief..." Johnathan said with a sigh.

However, the blonde man noticed something.

"Wait...since when did Stella start calling me "John" again? She hadn't done that in years, not since Jean Puke stole her away..."He thought, wondering but deciding not to ask about it for now.

"So...you're all working together on it? How's all that going along?..." He asked, surprised since he knew that things between Stella and his parents had been tense.

"We may have our...differences but all that matters is making Star's birthday the best possible..." Joy said.

"I couldn't agree more. We all care about Star and want this birthday to be the best. All for Star. With all of us working together, I just know that we will make something truly special for Star's 16th birthday party.." Stella said, while her ex was looking at them like they had somehow grown extra heads.

"Don't worry, son. We're not doing something that Star won't like. I guarantee it..." His dad promised.

Johnathon rolled his eyes in amusement.

"Okay..." He said, smiling.

Despite the tense relationship between them, including what happened in New York, he was glad to see that his mother and Stella could put aside their differences for Star.

"Speaking of my little Gumdrop, where is she? Doesn't her school let out by now?..." Kirk asked.

"Knowing Star, she is probably somewhere with Danny right now. So, it might take her a little while longer before she gets back home..." Stella said with a giggle.

"Yeah, I can see that..."Joy said, fondly remembering her grandaughter's boyfriend.

"Nice boy..." Kirk agreed, also thinking that Danny Fenton is a good kid.

"Well, Georgia took her to talk to the principal about something but I am sure its nothing serious. Though, I am pretty sure she would do that as soon as she is free..."Jonathan said.

"Principal?..."Stella asked.

"I was working on an important court case, so Georgia went in my place..." He explained.

"I see. Well, Star is a very well behaved girl. I'm sure that its nothing serious. She was probably making out with Danny on school grounds or something..." Stella said.

"Maybe..." Jonathan said, since that is plausible.

"Remember the lectures from our old principal give us for PDA back in the day..." Joy said, to an embarrassed Kirk.

"Not in front of the kids Joy..." Kirk grumbled.

"Too late..." Their son said, embarrassed.

"Good times..." Joy said, giggling.

Joy and Kirk couldn't help but be thankful that their granddaughter found herself a truly wonderful boyfriend like that Danny. Star had never looked happier in her life after she introduced him to them.

In a way, those two lovebirds reminded them a bit of themselves back when they were at their age.

"I can't wait to see my great grand children..."Joy thought, giggling.

Star's happiness and love for him warmed their hearts. Seeing Danny and Star's smiling at each other in a lovey-dovey way, had always reminded them of the good old days.

Kirk and Joy weren't the only ones who thought this way either.

They all agreed. Johnathan and Stella both loved Danny and thought he made Star very happy. That is all that matters to them.

Speaking of their daughter, Star came in now, followed by Georgia with Jazz, Jack and Maddie. The five of them looked ready to explode, noticing the serious looks on their faces.

"DAD?!..."Star said in a panic.

"CODE RED!..."Jack yelled, looking ready to punch something or someone.

In fact, they all looked like they wanted to smash something with their bare hands, with expressions that could speak a thousand words at least.

"Something tells me that I'm not going to like this..."Johnathan thought.

"What's wrong?!..." He asked.

"EMERGENCY! YOUR DAUGHTER'S LIFE IS RUINED, JUST LIKE OURS!..."Jack exclaimed, before getting ribbed by Maddie.

"Don't overdo it, Jack!..." She said.

"Again, what's wrong?!..." Johnathan asked, wanting to get to the point.

"Johnathan, we need to hire you! It's a disaster!..." Maddie said, sounding more serious than she usually does before gesturing to what was in Jack's hands.

"Yeah, that school has gone all crazy and is going to EXPEL Jazz, Sam, Valerie and Tucker off only some lousy pictures which was more than likely some putrid ghost in disguise! .."Jack said, sounding dramatic and pointing to said photos.

"WHAT?!.."The three Strongs and one Bevier shouted in shocked at the news and what was seen.

"Dad, help!..."Star pleaded.

"Star? What happened?..."Johnathan asked, worried for his daughter.

"Like what Mr. Fenton said, Lancer and Ishiyama have gone crazy! They think that my friends and I did something wrong and we're all getting in HUGE trouble! They won't listen when we said that we didn't do anything!..." Star said, looking very upset.

Star's family was furious, finding this news to be outrageous, which only got worse as that wasn't the end of the bad news.

"Its ridiculous, believing in evidence from an unknown source than the trustworthy people in front of them!..." Maddie said, ticked off from the situation that everyone is in.

"Based off that same "evidence", Star has been suspended too..." Georgia added. "Though honestly, I think it's only suspension because they're afraid of you Mr. Strong..."She reported to her friend and boss.

"What exactly happened?! And why are the kids in trouble and why is Star getting suspended?!..." Stella asked, sounding both angry and scared for her daughter, while getting a closer look at the photos.

Not to mention outraged that the school would do this to her daughter.

"Someone framed me, that's what!..."Star said, as they explained what happened.

"That's the story! Star has been accused of stealing the school's money that was to pay for new equipment to the school...which she got from somehow opening the safe in the principal's office. They're expecting compensation..." Georgia said quickly, not believing Star would do it.

"That's madness! Star would NEVER steal! Besides, Jonathan and I both give her a big allowance and if she needs money, she could always ask any of us! It makes no sense that she would commit theft!..." Stella said, defending Star's innocence.

"That's what I said, they didn't believe me!..." Georgia said, still upset that the heads of the school wouldn't listen to her.

"We saw the photos, but the time and place just couldn't be accurate at all, since she had been at home well before committing any of this..." The housekeeper said, finding it absurd and still upset that the school faculty would actually consider that Star would do such a thing.

"It's ridiculous!..."Joy said, not seeing any possibility of Star being a thief.

"I know, but apparently my word would be rendered too biased against photographic evidence due to me working for the Strong family! Its ludicrous! Star doesn't even know how to crack open a safe, and that's not something you can just find on the internet!..."Georgia said.

"They also accused Sam of crashing one of the teachers cars, Tucker of changing his grades and putting a virus in the schools computer system and accused our Jasmine of selling test answers! Its all madness!..." Maddie exclaimed.

"Who the heck would the nerve to dare frame my precious little Star for something so underhanded?!..."Joy shouted with clench fists that were ready to knockoff someone's back teeth for trying to mess with her one and only granddaughter.

Thankfully Joy's husband was there to calm some of her anger, just not all of it. He also found this to be outrageous.

"That's crazy, I've only known Danny's sister and his friends for a little bit, but they're good kids and my little gumdrop here would NEVER steal ever!..."Kirk said, crossing his arms and feeling just as upset about this news as the other adults in the room.

HE might be old, but he was a good judge of character and he knew good kids when he saw them. And he knew that his granddaughter would NEVER steal.

Star, meanwhile, was working up the nerve to ask her father for help and wondered how he'll respond to her after hearing all this bad news after coming home from a busy day at work.

"Dad, I didn't do it..." Star said, hoping with all her heart that her father will trust her words over false evidence.

"I know, Princess. You are no thief and I'll definitely have a word with the school about this about all of this. Whoever tried to pin this crime on you is going to pay dearly..." The worried father said, determined to find who is responsible.

Star was both overjoyed and thankful to have her Dad on her side in this hectic situation that she and her friends are in. Tucker's, Sam's, and Valerie's parents taught her not to take it for granted.

Star knew that she could always count on her Dad to watch her back whenever she got into troublesome situations like this.

However, something else was on Kirk's mind that he wanted to bring up.

"Wait, did they go and expel Danny too?.." Joy asked, beating her husband to the punch before he could ask.

"No, they didn't have any pictures of Danny..." Maddie answered. "Though whatever ghost or teen hooligan is behind this didn't have a forged picture of Danny..." She said, thankful but still worried that something else might happen to him later.

However, there was another thing that didn't add up.

Danny, Sam, and Tucker had been nearly inseparable since kindergarten. If there was "evidence" of Danny's friends, then where were the accusations against Danny?

It's not like the school had any great love for her son. Jazz told her once how Mr. Lancer had called him a 'lost cause' to some guidance counselor when Jazz was in the room. Something that the Fenton mother had called him out on before the desert island incident., during a parent-teacher conference but that was a story for another time. Right now, they all needed to focus on the here and now.

She also gave him a black eye over it, though that was something she can't do at the moment.

"You really think a ghost is framing the kids?..." Jonathan asked, knowing that it was an honest possibility since this was Amity Park.

"If it is a ghost, then when I find em I'm going to clobber em..." Jack said.

"And if it isn't...well...I can't clobber em, but I hope the book gets thrown at the punks. I personally hope that it's a ghost, so that I can give'em a taste of a Fenton knuckle sandwich!..." He said, ready for a fight with a ghost at any time.

"I'll take the case, Jack..." Johnathan said resolutely, ready and motivated to put his top lawyer skills to good use. "And I'll do it pro bono, I've wanted to bring Casper down a peg since the island incident. I'll get Solene to help..." He said, thinking two heads would be better than one.

He was not the only one who was wanting to take legal action right away against the school board for Star and her friend's sake.

"I'll contact my attorney to help with this case too. Maybe with the three of you, you'll help shed some light on all these terrible claims and find the real culprit..."Stella added, wanting to do everything that she can help her daughter and her friends.

Johnathan nodded.

He then realized that only the Fenton parents were the only ones here, noticing that neither Damon Grey, the Foleys or the Mansons were present.

"I can't say that I'm not surprised that the Mansons aren't here, but I thought higher of Damon Grey and the Foleys..." He said, frowning at their lack of cooperation.

"So did we..."Jack muttered as his wife sighed in a melancholy way.

"The Foleys are convinced Tucker is guilty. Considering how often they find a reason to ground him, I'm not surprised..." Maddie answered.

"The Mansons are looking at boarding schools in London to get her away from the "criminal degenerates"...and I have no idea what Damon is doing now..." She said, wondering how Damon and Valerie are doing now.

Maddie was also feeling concerned about how the young teens must be handling things right now.

"Yeah, they're treating him how people should treat a creep like Toadman. Sam's parents are even worse. They are already talking about BOARDING SCHOOLS of all things!..."Star added, sometimes wondering how Sam was even related to her parents.

She never had much respect for the Mansons prior to that infamous incident on Specter Island, getting to know Sam better made her respect them less.

"After you're done with the high school, I'd look into a slander lawsuit against the Mansons..." Georgia added, sounding angry and still upset with the last encounter she had with those snobby parents.

"What did those morons do now?..." Stella asked, already knowing that she won't like what she's about to hear next.

She also knew that it must be something spectacular to get Georgia this upset, and not the good kind of spectacular either.

"They had the nerve to call Star an idiot, one who fell for the Fenton's gold digger son. Disrespecting two kids at the same time..." Georgia said, feeling disgusted after repeating what those Mansons said about the loveable teenage lovebirds.

"WHAT?! How dare they say that about my precious grandbaby?! I'll tan their hides for that!..." Joy said with a furious voice.

"Get in line, Joy! You're not the only one that's angry over those rich snobs, because I'm one step away of using my old tool set on those overly judgmental pampered sticks in the mud!..." Kirk said, while looking livid.

"And don't count on their hides to have any untanned parts when I'm done with them!..." He added.

Joy inhaled deeply, before grabbing a pillow and almost tearing it open with her teeth in rage. Until her son pulled it out as gently as he can and placed it back in the living room sofa.

"Honestly, they're two of a kind that deserves each other with all of bad examples they set for Sam. No wonder she dresses like she does..." Jack said, while frowning at the irony of being called a bad parent from the Mansons.

Maddie agreed with her husband wholeheartedly and certainly wasn't quiet about it. But unlike him, she managed to control her anger fueled emotions and save her rants about the Manson parents for later.

Said rants would also involve threatening bodily harm for badmouthing her son, no matter how much trouble she'd get with the chief of police for it.

"It'd be worth it..." Maddie said, not caring if she'd anget a cop who already hated her.

"They really deserve it for what they said. Along with some insults against Jack in Ishiyama's office and a comical attempt at assault on Mr. Mansons part..." Maddie said, looking quite angry as she remembered all of the badmouthing the Mansons uttered.

"How comical?..." Jonathan asked.

"Mr. Manson tried to push my dad, who stands two feet higher than him. Not to mention, being a hundred pounds lighter than my Dad, with his skinny noodle arms..." Jazz answered.

"Oh, that comical..." Jonathan said, imagining that situation.

"It was even funnier in person too..." Maddie admitted.

"And how. Heck, the wind pushed me harder..." Jack said.

"He's just lucky that Jack had enough self restrained to not return the favor..." Maddie said.

"Wasn't easy Mads..." Jack replied in a serious tone.

"As much as I would find it cathartic to give him a knuckle sandwich, that wouldn't have solve anything. Besides, I might have broken him in half..." He said.

"Honestly, I don't think Sam's dad has ever done any kind of physical exercise in his life..."Jazz criticized.

"I can see that. Jeremy has never been what I'd call fit. He always got last place or worse at the country club's events and sport competitions, even golfing..."Stella muttered not impressed with the wimpy man.

"Worse than last place?..." Maddie asked, raising a brow.

"Eleanor once set up a marathon for charity...Jeremy participated since he wanted to show off, but ended up in eighth place..."Stella said.

"That's bad..."Maddie said.

"Wanna know the worst part? There were only SEVEN participants that day...and he still got EIGHTH place...mostly because he couldn't even make it past the quarter point before passing out a few hours after the seventh person did..." Stella revealed.

The Fentons and other adults in the room were not all that unsurprised and unable to stop themselves from snorting upon hearing that.

"I knew he was a jellyfish, but not that much. I had no idea that he was slower than a snail too..." Jack said, surprised by how weak Manson really is.

"That's an insult to jellyfish, Dear. Not only are they dangerous, they're adaptable. As for snails, they have those shells to carry So anything they do can be excused, but the same can't be said for Jeremy.." She said while her husband nodded.

"I think that we are getting off topic here..."Kirk said.

"He's right. We gotta prove the children's innocence and find out who's behind all this..."Jonathan said, looking determined.

Like he rarely did when not dealing with a personal case. It was especially a concern, since it was his daughter.

"Someone is going to pay for this, and I don't just mean financially either. I will destroy their lives so badly that their grandchildren will be paying..."He said, prioritizing everyone's attention back to their current situation.

"Count me in. I'll help in anyway I can..."Georgia said.

"Thank you, Georgia..."Johnathan said sincerely, knowing that they can always count on her to be there for them during these stressful moments.

Georgia herself was like a second mother to Star, she'd jump at any chance to help her.

"Are we absolutely certain that the Manson parents aren't somehow involved in this particular mess?..." Georgia said.

Stella and Johnathan remembered what the Mansons said about their daughter and secretly made their own respective plans to deal with them later.

"They certainly have plenty of motives and connections. Plus there're just very rude people..." Georgia muttered.

Georgia certainly wasn't wrong, since nobody denied what she said. Clearly, no one in the room respected Jeremy and Pamela Manson.

"Danny would be the one set up with the others, not Sam. They might be snobs, but even they wouldn't do that to their own flesh and blood..."Jack said, knowing that Jeremy and Pamela wouldn't do something like that to their own daughter.

"True. Even they wouldn't sink that low.. Honestly, if they wanted to separate our children, they'd just get another restraining order against our boy..." Maddie admitted.

"I see. Well, even if they didn't do anything, someone clearly did..." Georgia pointed out.

After Jonathan and Stella heard all this, they took in a long deep breath and calmly exhaled out their noses and quietly made their respective phone calls to clear up their schedules for the next few days. Because while Stella and Jonathan appeared to be both calm and collected on the outside, deep inside was an eruption of explosive rage.

"When I catch that criminal, I am going to personally throw the book at him!..." He said, his anger rising more and more.

"Not before I get through with whoever the lowlife is and give that scumbag an ear piercing shakedown! When I find the little monster responsible for this conspiracy, I'm going to make them wish they were never born!.." Stella yelled, getting emotional!..." Stella yelled, getting emotional.

"I need to make a few personal calls and ask for a some favors, but rest assured, heads will roll!..." He said, looking like a man on a mission.

"Whoever did this messed with the bull and is going to get the horns!.." He growled, looking ready to make sure whatever juvenile delinquent behind this was punished for their crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

Star noticed this and stepped back a bit as she was reminded of the last time Johnathan and Stella were this frightening, which was back during their last argument, before their eventually signing of the divorce paper.

"I'm starting to get some emotional flashbacks to my childhood. I'm just glad their anger isn't directed at me..."Star thought, shuddering at the very idea.

The blonde teen then quickly tried to focus her thoughts on anything else that was of great relevance.

As the adults kept planning and discussing on how to proceed, Star was coming to a certain conclusion.

"Something's off about this..."Star thought.

Why would a ghost go after every member of team Danny Phantom except Danny Phantom himself? It didn't make sense to her.

"I mean, it's not impossible for one of Danny's ghostly enemies to try and get some petty revenge on him by targeting us. But why leave out Danny for this long?..."She thought.

This noticeable flaw knocked off nearly every single ghost suspect that Star and the others had encountered, which was puzzling and left them feeling a bit more confused on what was going on.

Which of Danny's enemies would target everyone of his friends/girlfriend, but leave him out?

Meanwhile

"Now Mon Amore, let us not beat around zee bush. I have proof that you and that oddly attractive Phantom are one and zee same! And if you do not do what I want, I shall tell everyone!..."Colette said in a threatening way.

Danny suddenly felt his world shatter as her words echoed in his head.

Like an annoying song that you can't stand getting struck in your head. Only the singer was Colette, and the song was something he never thought he'd be hearing come out of her mouth.

"W-What?!..."A now pale Danny let out, completely shocked by what he just heard.

In that moment, the whole world felt like it was ending. And Colette herself was the one riding the pale horse.

Danny was panicking now, as he tried to think up of a quick excuse to get his unwelcomed house guest to leave.

"What? I'm no-..."He tried, but Colette then showed footage of him morphing on her phone.

"I e-mailed myself the footage just to be on the safe side, and I have many more copies saved..." She said.

The shock hit him.

"She saw that?!..."He thought in dread, realizing he's been caught.

HOW HAD SHE SEEN HIM?! HOW DID SHE GET IT ON FILM?!

"Now, I believe you know what I want. And no more dolly-delaying..." She said in a condescending way, wagging her finger.

Danny made a face.

"Dolly-delaying?..." He asked, raising a brow at that.

Colette rolled her eyes.

"What was it...dilly-dallying. Yes, no more of that. You know what I want. Leave Estelle, and cut ties with those friends of yours who keep you from greatness, and fulfill your destiny with me..." She said as an order.

"By destiny, you mean date you? Something that I am SUPER against..."Danny said with grossed out cringed look on his face.

She wasn't listening, as she kept barking orders.

"First, I want you to be MY boyfriend. Second, you'll get emancipated and leave your parents. We'll move to Paris, date for a few years, you'll propose to me when we are legal age in front of many people then we'll marry and spend our lives together. Oh, and you will work for my papa's business of course...so you better get good grades in college, since I refuse to let you have a low level position. Then-..." She said in a condescending way, smirking.

Once she was done, she had the audacity to smirk.

"Now, what do you say about that?..."Colette said in a challenging way.

Danny frowned, glaring at her. He didn't liked being pushed around and decided to push back, telling her exactly what he thought.

"Instead of all that stuff, how would you use like an all expense paid ski trip to Aspen...IN MY LIVING ROOM?!..."Danny shouted, as he suddenly fired something above Colette.

Suddenly, the spoiled rich girl was covered from head to toe in snow.

"HEY!..."She yelled as she jumped out of the snow pile, shivering in the cold.

"There is more where that came from! Now, you better drop this nonsense and forget everything you saw today or...would you rather do the chicken dance next?!..."Danny asked, eyes glowing in a threatening manner.

The spoiled brat shivered with fear though she thought it was the cold. She then made a face of disbelief.

"What?..."Colette asked, crossed arms. "I am not letting this go and zhere is no way I would do such a ridiculous dance!..."She yelled.

"We'll see about that!..."Danny said, as he quickly phased inside her body and overshadowed her.

"So...nasty!..."He grumbled, hating having to literally wear her skin but decided to test out his threat.

Danny smirked as he prepared himself for something that he'll most likely regret doing later.

He then used his possession ghost power on the fake redhead. Colette then began to do the chicken dance in his living room, even making chicken noises and acting as ridiculous as possible. After about a minute, he stopped just as Colette was in mid "feeding pose" and phased out of her body.

"I sure that I hope that I don't stink of evil now. Better take a shower later to be safe..."He thought.

Colette blinked as she soon realized the position she was in and fell to the ground.

"W-What was that?..."She asked, feeling unsettled out of her mind as she had no control over her body...only the sudden feeling that she did something very humiliating.

"The chicken dance...and next time I'll make you do it in front of the whole town if you don't drop this!..."Danny warned, as she got up and glared at him.

"Now Darling, try to be a bit more mature..."Colette said, acting like a verbally abusive wife.

"I don't want to be mature, I just want to be rid of you!..." Danny said, making a line in the carpet with his feet.

"In fact, I'd prefer you in a jail cell or a padded room, but I'll settle for you going back to France and never coming back!..."He said, rolling his eyes. "Only problem with that plan is I'd feel bad for the people who live over there!..." He shouted.

Colette's anger rose further, her face turning as red as her "natural" hair color. She couldn't stand being the one talked down too. Even if it was Danny doing so.

"You are making a mistake rejecting me!..." Colette said, scowling at him.

"The only mistake I made was ever agreeing to meet you!..." Danny yelled, regretting it completley.

"You had best take that back! I don't want Jean-Paul to learn of this!..." Colette yelled at him.

"Who is Jean-Paul? Your ex boyfriend or some other poor guy you're stalking?..." Danny snarked, angrily.

"That's what I want to call our first son..."Colette said, matter of factly.

Danny was shocked to hear this, and literlly looked like he was about to puke at the idea of having a kid with Colette.

Or doing THAT with her, period!

That'd be enough for losing his lunch. He's not kidding, he was actually getting nauseous right now.

However, he settled with just sending her a cold look and crossing his arm, as he made sure that his lunch stayed inside.

"You're literally delusional, aren't you?..."Danny said, shocked and disgusted.

"Have you ever considered therapy?!.." He asked, looking at her like she truly was crazy or something.

"Please, I don't need to waste money talking to some quack!..."Colette said dismissively. "That's for crazy people!..." She yelled.

"Pot meet kettle!..." Danny replied, rolling his eyes.

"I am NOT crazy! I've never been more sane in my life!..." She shouted.

"If this is you being SANE, then I would REALLY hate to see what you are like when you're crazy..." Danny snarked as Colette huffed.

"Mental health is for poor people! I was born above the problems of peasants!..." She yelled.

"You made a mistake trying to threaten me in my house!..." Danny furiously yelled.

"I'm trying to save you from your unfortunate social class and your ghost hunting freaks for parents!..." Colette said, yelling into his face.

"My parents are NOT freaks!..." Danny yelled, furious once again.

"Yes, they are, you just can't see it because you've spent so long in close proximity to their freakishness..." Colette said in a snooty way, not caring how offended Danny was.

Danny was ticked now, He needed a way to get away from her to regroup with Star and the other about this.

"Do not insult my parents again or else!..." Danny yelled.

"Oh and what pray tell are you going to do about that? Another chicken dance? You should know that is not enough to stop me!..." Colette said, making light of the ghost boy's authority and abilities.

This only made the ghost boy begin to lose his patience with the spoiled rich brat.

The ghost boy had enough of this back and front with this overly spoiled nutcase with fake red hair and decided to take things up a notch.

Namely by making threats she wouldn't realize were fake.

"Colette, cut this out or I swear I will either take you personally to the ghost zone or I will turn you into a toad!..."Danny said, bluffing.

"Oh please, darling. You may be a ghost, but no one has the power to turn someone into a toad..."Colette said, before her smug smile dropped a bit.

"Right?.."She asked, sounding unsure right now.

"I don't, but I know someone that does and I can easily get him to do so..."Danny said, thinking of Puck.

He was bluffing of course, but she did not need to know that. While Puck probably could do it if he asked, he had no way to contact him.

Not that the ghost boy wanted to anyway, since he didn't want to owe the fairy man a favor but desperate times call for desperate meassures.

"Heck, I could probably ask Misty to do it. I bet she'd be thrilled for the chance to work her magic on her..she hates you as much as I do, maybe even as much as Starlight..."He thought, wondering if Misty could actually turn something or someone specific into a toad.

"Or would you rather I do to you what I did to Beatrice?..."He threatened, crossing his arms for good measure and making it clear he wasn't kidding around.

That got Colette's attention, and not in the good way.

"Wait...you mean...you are the reason she-..."She paused, thinking it was a bluff but realized it wasn't when Danny nodded.

"Yeah...It wasn't pretty...For her that is. Granted, I'm not the only one that she's made upset...but I was the first to give her what she deserves..." Danny said, not hiding his equally hateful disgust for that old witch that he shares with this spoiled rich girl.

"W-what did you do?..."She asked, nervous now.

"Wouldn't you like to know?..."Danny said.

"But I am serious. You better drop this blackmail junk and forget what you saw or I will make sure to send you to the loony bin..."He warned, keeping what he actually did to the old witch vague to add a mysterious threat in his words to scare the fake redheaded brat.

"You-you couldn't have done something like to my favorite relative besides my own grandparents..."Colette said, as she thought about her favorite grandmother.

The only person in Stella's family that she started to like, until the old bag suddenly disappeared out of nowhere.

Danny, however was sick and tired of Colette and her harassment and decided to spell it out for her.

"I can turn invisible, fly fast enough to catch up with a space shuttle and not to brag, but I'm probably the fastest guy alive. I can easily lift several tons of weight, bullets don't work on me since I can turn intangible, my ghost rays can burn through steel and I can level a city block...I can cover entire buildings in ice...you've got an imagination Colette you figure out what I did to Beatrice...And how much worse I could do to you..."He said, turning on what Puck called the dark brooding hero act.

The spoiled brat gulped a bit. Unfortunately for Danny, she refused to give up and tried to call him out. She instead made a brave face as if that was enough to pretend she wasn't intimidated.

When it was clear that she certainly was, but was either too prideful or stubborn to think any better, despite the clear differences in power and abilities between them.

She wasn't going to give up. She'd come too far and used too many favors, spent too long hunting what should have taken moments.

However, she then tried to use her words..

"N-Now Darling...let us not be rash...I...I have never seen you as one of those EVIL ghosts...I always saw Danny Phantom as a nice, friendly ghost...like that cute little ghost from the old cartoons I watched as a child..."Colette said, stammering now.

"I wouldn't bet on that. And unless you want to find out just how UNfriendly I can be, you better delete that...or ELSE!..."Danny warned, letting his eyes glow.

"After that, leave my town get your dirtbag dad to sign you up for a boarding school somewhere far away and NEVER COME BACK. ALSO GET SOME THERAPY CAUSE YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE ISSUES!..."He said, getting angrier.

However, the spoiled brat just wouldn't budge and kept bugging him.

"You won't hurt me. You're a superhero and superheroes can't hurt innocent people..."Colette argued.

"You are hardly innocent, Colette. I have been patient for over six months, but if you keep bugging me, I'll have to deal with you like I do with all the other bad guys in my life..."Danny said, eyes glowing green.

"And trust me, I don't hold back with them and I won't with you either..."He said.

"I am not a bad guy, Danny!..."Colette argued, so far in denial she was up to her neck.

"I'm trying to save you from a life of mediocrity!..."She shouted, getting into his face.

"My life isn't mediocre and I love my friends, family and all the other stuff in my life! That's hardly what you're doing!..." Danny countered.

"And let's see, stalking, spying, breaking and entering, harassment and being a plain old nuisance! I think that counts as villainy in my book!..."He said.

"I call it determination!..." She said in an arrogant tone.

"Only you would..." Danny said with a scoff.

"You're just like my worst enemy...selfish, bitter, and cruel, so focused on wanting what you can't have like a little toddler throwing a temper tantrum over not getting a cookie..." He said, making fun of both Vlad and Colette.

It was at this point that the spoiled, rich fake redhead had lost enough patience that she finally put her down and made her own threats to the ghost boy.

"You better do as I say or I will tell everyone you are Danny Phantom, starting with your parents!..."She warned.

"What if I said...I don't care if my parents find out?..."Danny challenged.

"You do, if not your parents, you clearly do not want anyone to know..."Colette said.

"No one would believe you..."Danny said.

"Do you wish to take that chance?..."Colette challenged.

Danny wanted nothing more right now but to tell them. He couldn't just let her get away with this.

He needed to get the bratty French girl out of his house ASAP and make her leave his family and friends alone.

Every time his parents had found out about his powers, they'd gotten hurt or worse. Other times they get used as hostages and be put in even more danger than before.

Just like his last summer vacation and the Reality Gauntlet that he hoped he destroyed completely, but he pushed those thoughts to the back of his head for now and focused on the here and now. He had a new problem he wished he had the Gauntlet to fix.

If Colette blabbed, who knows what kind of people would come after them to try and use his parents and loved ones to their advantage?

So, no he couldn't let any of that happen to them, Jazz, Star or anyone else that he cares about.

However, the rotten French girl wasn't done just yet. She began to reach into her purse and used her other ace that she kept in her sleeve.

"And if that's not enough, I also have a little something that might get your attention..." She said.

Colette reached into her purse and pulled something out, ready to use her other trump card on the ghost boy.

The fake redhead then revealed to Danny, some embarrassing pictures of Star. To say Danny was horrified and angry was an understatement.

The pictures of his girlfriend from Star's much more regrettable times in her past. Pictures that shocked and surprised even Danny.

They were the kind of pictures that nobody ever wanted to be seen by anyone. Especially online.

"WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE?!..."Danny shouted, enraged and horrified.

"That's MY little secret..."Colette said with a mocking giggle.

"You see, I know you won't do anything you've said you would to me, not if it means that Estelle would get caught in ze crossfire. I have pictures and should they end up on the internet, they vill destroy Estelle's life and she may end up ruining what is going to be left of her social life because of zhem!..."Colette laughed cruelly.

"'I hope that's the case. She needs to know her place in society zee gutter..."She thought deviously.

The ghost boy looked quite livid at the fake redhead for daring to blackmailing his with horrible pictures of his precious Starlight.

Danny growled as the bratty girl kept trying to throw her weight around.

"You better start obeying me or these hit the internet, along with the video of your secret!..."Colette said maliciously.

"You wouldn't!..." Danny growled.

"Come on Mon amore, you know me better zhan that..."Colette said in a coy tone.

"You're despicable!..."Danny muttered in anger and disgust.

"Thank you, Darling..."Colette said, smirking.

"Not a compliment! And stop calling me that!..." Danny said, so sick of hearing Colette give pet names.

"I'm not your darling and I never will be!.." He yelled, really hating that nickname she calls him.

"You will...unless you want the whole world to know about your secret pastime..." Colette said. "I guess that I'll have to do something about that. Just like I did with your pathetic friends and sister".." She added.

"What did she say?..." Danny thought, bit confused at the moment.

"Do you really need moi to repeat myself?..." Colette said, both sarcastically and confidently.

Until the ghost boy was flooded with sudden case of realization slowly sinking in.

"Wait..." The ghost boy said, as he paused for a quick moment until a sudden, but not too surprising realization hit him.

"YOU'RE THE ONE WHO FRAMED MY FRIENDS!..."Danny yelled, his eyes starting to glow green again.

Colette just smirked.

"Maybe I did...and maybe I didn't..."Colette said. "But you have no proof and without that, you have no barging chips, but I do..." She said, showing her phone in triumpth.

"I HATE YOU SO MUCH!..."Danny yelled.

"You will learn to love me soon enough..."Colette said, with a smirk like the cat who caught the canary.

"All you have Mon amore is you blaming me someone who ze idiot staff at Casper High do know you do not care for..." Colette gloated.

"Ze vill not believe you without evidence. Trust me..." She said, being more smug than usual.

"YOU CAN'T GO AROUND RUINING MY FRIENDS LIVES!..."Danny yelled, furious.

"It doesn't matter if I did, they're just peasants! Even zhe insects are higher zhen they are!..."Colette said snobbishly, clearly not caring about actions she's caused.

"When we move to Paris, I'll find you worthy companions. Friends who will help you learn your place among ze upper class..."She said, knowing Danny would thank her for it.

"I should toss you into Amity Park prison and let the cops deal with you!..." Danny yelled, getting in Colette's face.

He grabbed her by the collar holding her up with one hand and prepping a ghost ray to fire.

Colette frowned, but remained unfettered. Despite the nervous cold sweat falling from the side of her face, she kept on going and trying to act tough.

"You cannot prove anything, But I CAN prove zhat you are zee ghost boy and there's nothing you can do about it!..."She said, being arrogant.

"We'll see about that!..."Danny yelled, as he grabbed her by the arm.

"HEY!..."Colette yelped, only to see how angry he is.

"GIVE ME THAT PHONE RIGHT NOW OR ELSE!..."He yelled, but Colette gripped her cellphone tightly around her hand then used her ultimate bluff.

"Don't even bother trying to destroy my phone. I made many copies and several insurance policies. Unlike your foolish parents, I came here fully prepared!..."Colette challenged.

"Then I guess we are going to have to do this the hard way..."Danny said, changing into his ghost form.

"H-Hard way?..."Colette asked, wondering what that meant.

She received her answer when Danny took off, dragging her with him and phasing out of his house.

Soon, they were in the air and Colette what shocked.

"W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!..."Colette exclaimed, as the livid ghost boy grabbed Colette by the collar of her trench coat.

"Something I'll regret later..but I won't regret for long, especially not right now!..."Danny said, as he kept flying.

He soon arrived to a very barren dry mountain wasteland, far away from eyes and witnesses.

The perfect place for cutting loose with no witnesses.

This wasn't definitely one of the ghost boy's few dreams with Colette in them that actually made him smile about and felt less disgusted from.

"I'm not going to break my promise and I am not going to cross the line... but Colette doesn't know that..."He thought.

The ghost boy even noticed the fear slowly started to creep up into the fake redhead's eyes and expression.

However, he decided to give her one last chance to back off.

"This is your last chance before things get painful for you. All you have to do to make this stop is giving up, undo what you did and never bother me, Star, Jazz or anyone that we care about ever again..." He said, as he stated he conditions for her safety.

"You're bluffing!..." She shouted at him.

Danny frowned.

"You asked for this...I didn't want to have to do this...actually, I did..." Danny said as he held out his arm with Colette dangling from the end.

"Actually, I've wanted to do this forever..." He said quickly.

Danny tossed Colette into the air, she spun and flipped ungracefully through the air before plummeting face first towards the ground.

"ARRRRHHH!..."Colette screamed in an undignified manner, terrified.

Hearing her screams, Danny caught her by the leg. He sent her a cocky look.

"Give up yet?..." Danny asked while the brat looked ready to lose her million dollar lunch.

Despite her fear, the brat glared at him.

"NEVER! We're meant to be!..." She snapped defiantly.

Danny frowned.

"Wrong answer. I gotta keep going then..."He said before tossing her again and again.

"AHHHH!..."Colette screamed, terrified by what's happening.

"My friends and I have wanted to get rid of you since the time you tried to brainwash me when I had amnesia..." Danny said as he then grabbed and phased into several buildings, pretending to almost crash a few times for good measure to add to Colette's horror.

"I'm not holding back this time. I'm done being Mr. Nice guy..."Danny said evenly.

Colette stayed silent despite the immense fear she was experiencing right now. Plus, the ghost boy realized that this was surprisingly a lot more satisfying to do instead. The ghost boy even secretly pulled out his cellphone to record this long awaited act of karma of the fake redhead.

"Gotta show this to everyone else. They're going to love this..." Danny thought, as he proceeded to go past the highest buildings, going straight up.

He then proceeded to both frightened the spoiled beat and get six months worth of payback too.

One thing that is certain, the next few minutes were going to be VERY therapeutic for the ghost boy.
