Biography:

In a parallel Earth, through the dawn of the 20th century, most humans were born with a 'Quirk', one manner or another of superhuman powers. Some of them became public defenders, costumed superheroes known as Pro Heros, and villainous organizations replacing organized mobs.

Toga Himiko was a young woman falling in with the villains. A neglected child raised by a troubled family, her oddball behavior coupled with the sinister nature of her Quirk made her a so-called 'natural' to be drawn into the webs of supervillainy. She always felt an unquenchable thirst for blood that couldn't be channeled adequately.

She fought a couple of young idealistic heroes, their complete opposites, and fell in demented love with them. Eventually, Toga would sacrifice her life to save Uraraka Ochaco's, but only so she also could avoid capture and die on her own terms, just like she had lived.

Or did she actually die there?

Class Skills:

Presence Concealment: B

The Servant is highly stealthy when in a job, only revealing herself after being sure she has her enemies where she wants them. Once that is done, however, she acts very flashy and she can grow overconfident. Her secrecy is helped by her copy-based shapeshifting (see Transform below).

This Assassin is also extremely capable when it comes to fighting with the use of knives, both as throwing weapons and sto stab others in short distances. These murders are pulled off in silence, adding to Toga's Presence Concealment.

Personal Skills:

Mental Pollution: C

The Skill where due to possessing a distorted mentality, it is possible for one to shut out any mental interference thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible for one to come to a mutual understanding with individuals who do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.

Communication with the Servant is possible, but she will always try to twist the Master's words to get things done the way she wants them to be. It takes a high bond level to make Assassin obey lawful orders to the letter. It's unknown to which degree this trait of Assassin is something she cannot control, but to some level, it appears to be a compulsion born from childhood trauma, pushing her into violence.

Mad Love: A

A young lady's heart palpitates faster when she's with those she likes, however Assassin takes it to psychotic extremes. She has a well defined type.

When fighting good-looking boys or girls between the ages of thirteen to seventeen years old, and with a Lawful Good alignment, Assassin deals twice the damage than usual.

Transform (Henshin): A+

Assassin's Quirk.

Feeding on the blood of her targets allows Assassin to copy their looks, voices, mannerisms and powers in a nearly flawless way, although memories are not absorbed. Assassin can even copy the clothes her victims wear, albeit she'll be left naked after the effect passes.

The duration of these transformations is proportional to how much blood Toga drank.

Assassin's canine teeth have been sharpened further to aid her with her blood sucking, despite them being sharp enough from her birth. Her villainess costume includes a portable blood sucking machine attached to her neck and upper back, aiding her by making the procedure faster and more efficient. The blood she doesn't drink immediately is stored in many capsules in her belt, from which she can drink later; the effects of that blood aren't lessened by the passage of hours.

Noble Phantasms:

Skill Release: B

Up to 50 enemies at once.

Assassin deploys a copy of Uraraka's Zero Gravity to negate the gravitational pull of objects or living beings. After they are immobilized in midair, she can release the effect on them, causing them to barrel toward the ground and slam on it, dealing major damage.

Sad Man's Parade: C

By copying the quirk of Double, Assassin is able to replicate the signature Ultimate Move of her former teammate Twice. She will proceed to swarm her opponents with countless Double clones of herself, all of them transformed into Twice. Assassin herself receives no damage if these clones are injured or outright destroyed, and the mana consumption is low.

Sad Man's Legion: B

By using her Transformation Quirk to duplicate Twice's Double Quirk, Assassin creates a legion of clones of herself. All of them immediately copy the appearance of several Heroes and Villains of her world, whose blood was taken from the battlefield of the Gunga Mountain Villa Ruins. These include Pixie-Bob, Asui Tsuyu, Jiro Kyoka, Lion Hero Shishido, Kamui Woods, and the Near High-End Nomu.

Each copy attacks with their own patterns, powers and limited autonomous intelligence, making Assassin's personal army highly unpredictable in combat. Should the copies be killed or wounded, Assassin herself receives no damage. The mana consumption is high, unlike that of Sad Man's Parade.
