hello! this is a small fic I made for fun! this is also my first fanfic so it might be a little bad lol.

based off of the ending of Cinderella III, with a little more dialogue. recommended to watch the movie first before reading. enjoy!

"Cinderella, do you take this man as your lawfully wedded husband?" The priest questions 'Cinderella', who is really just Anastasia in disguise.

Lady Tremaine and Drizella watch from behind the curtain when they suddenly hear the real Cinderella at the entrance.

"You don't understand, I must get inside!" Cinderella pleads to the guards.

"Just say it! Say I do!" Lady Tremaine hissed.

"I…" Anastasia hesitates.

Jaq and Gus distract the guards, allowing Cindy to run inside.

"I…don't." Anastasia concludes.

Cinderella makes it to the altar just to hear Anastasia. She gasps. "Anastasia?" She called.

"Cinderella…" Anastasia replies.

The priest looks in shock to see two Cinderellas, and faints. The remaining Tremaines come out from their hiding spot as Lady Tremaine berates Anastasia.

"Spoiled little ingrate!" Lady Tremaine scolded her daughter. "I've given you everything you've ever wanted, Anastasia!"

"But I want someone to love me, for me!" Anastasia retorts.

"GUARDS, GUARDS! SEIZE THAT WOMAN!" The King ordered his guards.

The guards charge at Lady Tremaine, but she creates a huge green vortex in the ceiling. The crowd gasps as Tremaine casts spells to turn the guards into various animals.

"And now for YOU!" Lady Tremaine turned to her daughter.

"Ooh, turn her into a toad, mother!" Drizella encouraged.

Suddenly, Cinderella runs up the stairs as she steps in front of her younger stepsister.

"STOP! No more!" Cinderella yells to Lady Tremaine.

"Ha! Even better!" Lady Tremaine prepares to cast a spell.

"Cinderella!" Prince Charming shouted.

"Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!" Lady Tremaine shouts as she points the wand at the vortex and a green bolt of magic spirals out of it.

Anastasia cowers behind Cinderella.

"No!" Prince Charming screams as he unsheathes his sword and raises it. The bolt hits the sword and is reflected right back at Lady Tremaine and Drizella. The magic hits them and they disappear. They are sent to the castle dungeon and are also turned into toads.

The vortex disappears and the room is turned back to normal.

Anastasia brings Cindy and Charming together so their hands touch. "This is the real Cinderella, your true love."

"It's you." The Prince says to Cinderella.

Anastasia walks down the steps and picks up the wand that was dropped by Tremaine.

"Bibbidi… Bobbidi… Boo." She says reluctantly as she turns back to her true self.

Cinderella notices this and walks down.

"Anastasia, are you okay?" She whispered to her younger stepsister.

Anastasia's eyes fill with tears.

Cinderella wraps her arms around her.

"I-I'm so s-sorry! I d-didn't- I- I-" Anastasia sobs.

"Shh, it's okay. It wasn't your fault." Cindy comforts her.

Anastasia holds on a little tighter. Cinderella does the same.

"Hey, look at me." Cinderella says to Anastasia. She does what she's told and Cinderella wipes away her tears.

"It's okay, I forgive you."

What did she just say? I forgive you?

Anastasia took a moment to think.

"Y-You…what?"

Cinderella replied with a smile, "I forgive you. I know you were scared, because you were worried what Drizella and stepmother would think. But you stood up to them. You did the right thing. And for that, I forgive you. I knew that deep down, you weren't a bad person after all."

Anastasia starts to cry again.

"T-Thank you…" Was all she could manage to get out.

Cinderella smiled.

"Anastasia," she said softly, "from now on, we're not just stepsisters. We're sisters, and nothing will ever change that."

Anastasia's tears turned into tears of joy as she hugged Cinderella tightly again, feeling the warmth of a true sister's love.
