Chapter 6: Shakespeare in the Park
The next day, we met up at the Frick Museum Lawn for a Shakespeare in the Park play about Cleopatra and Antony. "Hi, guys!" I greeted my friends. "Hi, Angel!" Sarah greeted back. While jamming out to NSYNC and 98 Degrees, we composed a Childhood Chat in which Lauren Bennett discussed making YouTube videos at 3 years old in Bloomfield, Hannah Mifflin discussed having a pillow fight in 1st grade in Highland Park, Sarah Ching discussed sporting new socks in 4th grade in Lawrenceville, Brianna Shokoko discussed baking cookies in 11th grade in Morningside, Grace Luster discussed drinking fruit punch in 2nd grade in Point Breeze, Jennifer Preager discussed listening to music at the end of 8th grade in Regent Square, Kayla Jennis discussed sleeping in total darkness at 16 years old in Squirrel Hill, and Brooke Leesaw discussed sporting her new nightgown at 21 years old in Stanton Heights. "I wonder if there is any type of fruit punch like Grace drank as a kid," Carly stated. "Nevel would never let us drink any punch," Mr. Benson stated. "Fruit punch is not really the drink that people think about when they think of fall... more like apple cider," Spencer stated. "Does anyone think that my idea for next summer is great, or what?" Alex stated. "I think that it would be a fun idea, Alex," Justin agreed. "I thought the summer between our junior and senior year was awesome," Max agreed. "Depending on my work schedule, I would like to help you out with your summer camp along the Monongahela River," I happily offered. "It would be a great summer project for us girls to do together!" After the play was over, we headed to Tessaro's in Bloomfield for dinner. While jamming out to Kate Bush and Lizzo, we composed another Childhood Chat in which Ashley Cassoin discussed making YouTube videos in 2nd grade in Bloomfield, Elizabeth Mosh discussed eating gummies in 8th grade in Highland Park, Isabella Black discussed taking a selfie in 3rd grade in Lawrenceville, Kaitlyn and Colleen Marioni discussed having a pillow fight in 5th grade in Morningside, Rachel Luster discussed sporting new socks in 2nd grade in Point Breeze, Samantha Mifflin discussed baking cookies at the end of 3rd grade in Regent Square, Abigail Mifflin discussed drinking fruit punch at 19 years old in Squirrel Hill, and Nicole Ellis discussed listening to music at 20 years old in Stanton Heights. "Tessaro's is a great place to get hamburgers, which is another one of my favorite foods to eat besides pizza," James stated. "Thankfully, my car from my birthday is still good as new, even though Pizza Hut in Cheswick is gone forever." "Do you think that we could wear black to blend into a gray, rainy day like how we blended into an all-black environment?" Henri asked. "I wonder what YouTube videos we can find on Bloomfield," Sarah happily stated. "I know that there is a video about Tessaro's from the 25 Things I Like About Pittsburgh special," I pointed out. "My stepbrothers are pointing out some crazy childhood memories, so I thought that we could make a new memory as adults," Sarah continued. After dinner, it was time for all of us to go home. "Thanks for a great day, everyone!" I thanked my friends. "You're welcome, Angel," Sarah replied. "Good night, guys!" "Good night!"
