I can't wait to hear your thoughts and feedback; your words mean the world to me.
Hinata remained unconscious under the watchful eyes of Jiraiya and Naruto. Concerned about her prolonged state, they had sent a message to the Hyuga clan about her condition. Ko, accompanied by other clan shinobi, arrived at the inn a day later and took Hinata back to the Hyuga compound in Konoha.
Sasuke arrived a couple of days later, his heart racing as he scanned the training grounds for any sign of Hinata. However, as he drew nearer, his keen senses detected a faint conversation in the distance. Hidden in the shadows, he listened intently. He heard chatty Naruto lecture napping Jiraiya while training his strength. Sasuke took cover, eavesdropping to understand what had transpired.
"Do you have to stay up all night drinking? If you had slept in your futon last night, you would be energetic enough to train me," Naruto complained, his frustration evident.
"I'm doing research for my story, Naruto. I told you many times," Jiraiya retorted with a yawn.
Naruto's worry for Hinata was palpable as he paused his training and turned to Jiraiya "Do you think Hinata is fine? Is it normal for her to stay unconscious for so long?" he asked, concerned.
Jiraiya, the master of nonchalance, offered an explanation in his customary laid-back manner. "Well, Ko-san assures us that Hinata will recover well under the care of her family. She was missing for quite some time, and her father spared no effort in his search for her," he explained, his voice tinged with exhaustion from his late-night literary pursuits.
Sasuke's heart pounded as he absorbed their conversation. Hinata was back at the Hyūga compound, but unconscious! His concern for her deepened, his mind racing with worry and he couldn't stand idly by any longer. Sasuke turned and headed towards Konoha, his thoughts solely focused on Hinata. He had found his love, fated or not, omega or not, she was all his, and he would do whatever it took to protect her and ensure her wellbeing.
As he sprinted through the village, his heart brimming with a newfound sense of purpose, Sasuke was determined that nothing and NO ONE would stand in his way. He knows how strong her clan and how powerful her father are, but he had more confidence in himself and in the unbreakable bond that he has with Hinata.
He entered the village, met with glares and surprise looks from its citizens. 'Fuckers, glaring at me!! My brother saved your asses by sacrificing my clan and family,' Sasuke seethed internally, his anger simmering beneath the surface.
As he approached the imposing gates of the Hyuga compound, his heart pounding with a mixture of anxiety and anticipation. With a deep breath, he pushed open the gates and stepped inside. But as he ventured further into the compound, his path was abruptly blocked by the vigilant guards. They stood resolute, their eyes locked onto Sasuke. The tension in the air was palpable as they exchanged wary glances, fully aware of the intruder's identity. Sasuke, in control of his formidable powers, allowed his dominance to surge forth. His aura enveloped the area, and the guards, unable to withstand the overwhelming effect of his pheromones, succumbed to their knees. It was a testament to the sheer force of his presence and his status as an alpha.
Soon, a powerful aura approached him. Hiashi Hyuga, Neji, and Hanabi, accompanied by additional guards, walked closer. Hiashi, the epitome of composure, directed his inquiry towards the lone Uchiha, his voice a calm, low growl. "What is happening here? What do you want?"
Sasuke quickly fired back, his impatience evident. "Where is she?"
Hiashi, a master of unreadable expressions, studied Sasuke for a protracted moment before deciding on his course of action. "I see. Let's talk inside," With a slight nod from Sasuke, he turned on his heel and led the way back to the main residence of the Hyuga compound.
Once inside, Hiashi assumed his seat, occupying the central position on the eastern side of the room, with Hanabi at his side and Ko and Neji sat further away. Sasuke faced Hiashi in the centre of the room, adopting a seiza posture, though his trembling hand on his knee betrayed the turbulence of his emotions. The silence in the room weighed heavily, and the penetrating gazes fixed upon him felt like an insurmountable burden.
Unable to endure the oppressive stillness any longer, Sasuke broke the silence with a strained remark, his impatience palpable. "I know she's here!"
Hiashi cleared his throat, his tone calm yet laced with an icy chill. "A dangerous S-rank missing-nin has stormed my compound," he began his speech with measured words. "The Anbu have surrounded our walls, and Hokage-sama is likely on her way here. It won't be long before the Root forces storm in. Why, may I ask, is the last Uchiha brat causing such a disturbance?"
Sasuke, growing increasingly frustrated, pressed for an answer. "Answer my question. Where is Hinata?"
"That is none of your business. My daughter's whereabouts are a private matter," Hiashi replied with a controlled anger.
Sasuke, however, was not one to back down easily. He retorted with a teasing hint in his voice, making his point clear. "I know she had left the compound. She was with me!"
Hanabi rose from her seat, and Neji reached for his kunai, ready to attack. However, a stern glare from Hiashi and a surge of his power made them reconsider their actions. Hiashi raised his hand, signalling for everyone to calm down and take their seats once more.
"So it was you," Hiashi stated, a mix of surprise and disapproval evident in his voice.
"What do you mean, Tou-sama?" Hanabi asked, clearly confused.
"Who gave you permission to mate with her?" Ko interjected, losing control of her emotions. Ko and Hiashi knew about the mark but kept it a secret from everyone else.
"Mate... her?" Neji questioned in disbelief.
"That is another crime to add to your long list, Uchiha," Hiashi declared, his voice resonating with a composed anger.
"What is going on, Father?" Hanabi pressed, seeking clarification.
"Neji, Hanabi... leave us," Hiashi commanded, his tone final and commanding.
As Neji and Hanabi left, their teeth clenched and their eyes glaring at the Uchiha, the sliding door was shut, enclosing the remaining individuals in an intense atmosphere.
"What you did is unforgivable, Uchiha, and I will do my best to ensure that the Hokage imposes the highest punishment," Hiashi declared firmly, his resolve unwavering.
"No one could have stopped what we did. She is my fated mate," Sasuke announced, shocking both Hiashi and Ko.
"That can't be. That is a lie," Ko cried out, his voice filled with shock and disbelief.
Sasuke's words hung in the air, revealing the intense and primal nature of their connection. Hiashi and Ko exchanged a perplexed glance, struggling to comprehend the magnitude of what Sasuke was saying.
"What makes you think that?" Hiashi inquired, still maintaining his composure.
Sasuke took a deep breath, his gaze unwavering. "Hinata and I have experienced something extraordinary. Our bodies respond to each other on a primal level, our hearts beat in harmony, and our spirits resonate in perfect synchrony. It is a bond forged by fate itself, a connection that cannot be denied or broken."
Hiashi and Ko were taken aback by this revelation, their initial scepticism giving way to a growing understanding. The concept of fated mates held mythical significance within their world, but they had never encountered this powerful and undeniable connection before.
Hiashi's composed anger wavered for a moment as he tried to process the implications of Sasuke's words. The complexity of the situation weighed heavily on him.
Ko, still in disbelief, finally spoke up. "Fated mates... It's unheard of within our clan, especially between an Uchiha and a Hyuga."
Sasuke looked into Hiashi's eyes, aware that simply using the term "fated mate" might not be sufficient to convince the elder Hyuga of the depth and significance of their connection. He knew he had to find the right words to convey the truth of their bond.
Sasuke began, his determination grew stronger. He could not let their bond be disregarded or dismissed without a fight. "Hinata bears my mark, a destiny that binds her to me and only me. No other can bond with her anymore. You have no choice but to accept the role that fate has chosen for me in her life."
As Sasuke asserted his determination and challenged Hiashi, the atmosphere in the room grew increasingly tense. Hiashi's face flushed with anger as he slowly stood up, his normally composed demeanour giving way to a boiling rage. The intensity of his emotions caused a surge of power to ripple through him, the very ground beneath him cracking under the weight of his alpha abilities.
Witnessing Hiashi's furious display, Sasuke jumped to his feet, standing in stance, undeterred by the overwhelming presence of the elder Hyuga. He refused to back down, his own alpha pheromones flaring in response, matching the intensity of Hiashi's display. The air crackled with an electric tension as the two alphas stood face to face, each exuding an aura of dominance and power.
A trickle of blood escaped from Hiashi's nose, a physical manifestation of the strain caused by their alpha clash. He had underestimated the strength and resolve of Sasuke, realising that the Uchiha possessed a power much more stronger than his own. It was a humbling realisation, one that forced Hiashi to reassess his assumptions about Sasuke's capabilities and his ability to protect Hinata.
In that moment, Hiashi's anger subsided, giving way to a grudging respect for the young Uchiha. Though still harbouring reservations, Hiashi recognized that he could not deny the strength and conviction that emanated from the Uchiha. He recognized that he had tested Sasuke's powers and found him to be a worthy contender, unwilling to hand his daughter over to a weaker alpha incapable of safeguarding her.
Breathing heavily, Hiashi composed himself, his voice filled with a mixture of admiration and resignation. "Sasuke Uchiha, you have proven your strength to me. Your determination and power are commendable."
Sasuke, equally relieved and resolved, nodded in acknowledgment. He knew that the battle was far from over, but he had made progress in breaking through Hiashi's initial resistance.
Hinata's senses heightened as she felt a surge of power in the air, a familiar scent of Sasuke's pheromones reaching her. The intoxicating aroma cut through her unconscious state, jolting her awake and alert. With a sense of urgency, she quickly made her way to the meeting room, her heart pounding in her chest.
As Hinata approached the door, she was met with the sight of guards stationed on either side, their expressions stern and unyielding. Hanabi and Neji stood alongside them, their gazes fixed on the closed door with a mix of curiosity and concern. It was clear that something significant was taking place inside.
Without hesitation, Hinata pushed through the doorway, her eyes widening as she took in the scene before her. Sasuke stood confidently, with his trademark unreadable features, while Hiashi, usually composed and reserved, wore a tense expression.
Her gaze shifted between the two figures, her heart racing with a mixture of anxiety and hope. She couldn't help but feel a surge of pride and admiration for Sasuke, his unwavering determination evident in the way he stood his ground before her father.
Feeling his victory, Sasuke gathered his thoughts before continuing, his gaze filled with determination and a plea for understanding. "I know that our connection goes against convention and expectations, but I cannot deny what I feel in my heart. I am willing to fight for Hinata, to protect her with everything I have." Sasuke hoped that Hiashi could see the sincerity in his eyes, the genuine love and devotion he held for Hinata.
Sasuke proclaimed, his voice softer filled with a mix of raw emotion and vulnerability. "It's not just about being fated mates. I love her for who she is, for her kind and nurturing nature, her unwavering care for others, and her genuine friendliness. She possesses a strength that captivates me, and her presence in my life has brought me a sense of warmth and completeness that I never thought possible."
Sasuke knew that challenging Hiashi was a risk, but he believed in the strength of his love for Hinata and the potential future.
Hiashi studied Sasuke intently, his gaze piercing yet thoughtful. The conflict within him was evident, torn between the battle against fate and his deep desire to see his daughter happy.
Hearing Sasuke's words, her voice quivered with overwhelming emotions as she softly spoke, "Sasuke… -kun!" She blinked in disbelief, is she dreaming? Sasuke… is here! Why is he here? Confessing his love for her to her father! Did he come for her? Why is the atmosphere so tense in the room? Are they fighting? Hinata forgot all her questions when Sasuke turned around and their eyes met.
In the midst of the charged confrontation, Sasuke's eyes widened with both surprise and realisation. He had been so engrossed in the standoff with Hiashi that he hadn't noticed Hinata's presence at the doorway.
Hinata stood there, her heart swelling with a mixture of joy and disbelief. His words reached deep within her, resonating with her own feelings and affirming the love that had bloomed between them.
In a rush of emotions, she couldn't hold back any longer and ran into his arms, seeking solace and reassurance. Sasuke instinctively wrapped his arms around her, holding her close, providing the comfort she so desperately craved.
As they held each other close, their hearts beating in unison, Hinata whispered her feelings, her words a gentle caress against his skin. She inhaled the comforting scent of his neck, her voice trembling with sincerity. "Sasuke-kun, I'm sorry. I wanted to confess my feelings to you, but I couldn't find the courage. Please, don't leave me again. The mere thought of being separated from you is unbearable."
Sasuke's grip tightened, his own emotions threatening to overflow. He whispered soothingly, "Hinata, I'm never leaving you again."
Hiashi and Ko exchanged another meaningful glance, a silent conversation passing between them.
Hiashi, witnessing this exchange, couldn't help but feel a sense of both awe and resignation. The sincerity and depth of their connection were undeniable, surpassing any preconceived notions or expectations. He knew then that their love was not to be dismissed or hindered by tradition or status.
Sasuke gently pulled Hinata's hand from around his neck as their intimate moment was interrupted by Hiashi's third attempt of clearing his throat, a reminder of their surroundings and the presence of himself as the clan leader. Hinata, feeling a mixture of embarrassment and respect, reluctantly pulled away from Sasuke's embrace and bowed before Hiashi, her head lowered after glancing around at Neji and Hanabi at the door and her caregiver Ko.
As everyone sat down again, Hiashi observed the ashamed love birds sitting in front of him. He knew that Hinata's love for Sasuke ran deep, and he couldn't deny the strength of their connection. With a composed voice, he addressed his daughter, the tone carrying a weight of responsibility and discipline. "Hinata, I'm glad you are finally awake. Nonetheless, we haven't had a chance to address your punishment for running away from the compound. Do you have any idea the humiliation you put on the suitors and your clan?"
Hinata's head lowered even further with embarrassment, her cheeks tinged with a deep shade of pink. She desperately searched for the right words to express her remorse, but before she could speak, Hiashi continued. "I believe the Uchiha protected you during your travels," Hiashi remarked, his eyes shifting briefly to Sasuke. "Though he couldn't protect you from himself."
Sasuke's cheeks coloured with a faint, rosy hue, his stoic demeanour momentarily disrupted by Hiashi's candid remark. Yet, the clan leader pressed on, his tone now laced with a hint of melancholy. "As your father, I want nothing more than your happiness," Hiashi confessed, his gaze softening as he regarded his daughter. "I understand that you were suffering from the confinement enforced by our traditions."
Hinata lifted her head in confusion, her wide eyes revealing her curiosity. "Tradition?" she inquired softly.
Hiashi closed his eyes briefly, his expression clouded with a sense of guilt. "In this world," he began, his voice filled with a measure of sadness, "people are not simply classified as male and female. They possess secondary genders—Alpha, Beta, and Omega. Alphas are often considered 'elites,' born with exceptional genes, physical and mental prowess, and, well, good looks. But it's the Omegas who experience a unique aspect of our biology."
Hinata absorbed Hiashi's words with a mixture of fascination and astonishment. She had been sheltered from many of the complexities of their world's social structure, and now, as her father unveiled these hidden truths, her understanding deepened, and her world expanded.
Hiashi continued, explaining this intricate facet of their world with a sense of responsibility and a desire for Sasuke, Neji and his daughters to understand the complexities of their society. "Omegas, enter a monthly cycle known as 'heat.' During this period, their bodies become biologically driven toward one goal—conceiving offspring. The pheromones they release during heat attract Alphas and trigger a powerful desire within them."
Hiashi continued his explanation, his tone gentle but underscored with a touch of sorrow. "Beta individuals fall in the middle of these two extremes, neither Alpha nor Omega. In our village, as a mark of respect for the Beta majority, the existence of secondary genders is kept a secret. Only Alphas and medical professionals are privy to this knowledge, no one else should know about the existence of omegas or the fatal attraction they have with their pheromones on alphas except alphas. It's our weakness and we are not proud of it."
He paused for a moment before revealing the role of tradition in their lives. "For this reason, tradition dictates that an Omega, especially one of your lineage, must be shielded and protected until they reach an age where they can select a suitable Alpha for mating. This practice ensures the continuation of our clan's bloodline and the preservation of our kekkei genkai. All the suitors who sought your hand in marriage were Alphas. As omegas have the high potential to give birth to elite Alphas, every clan leader aspires to that for their lineage."
Hiashi's gaze shifted toward Sasuke, his expression growing stern. "However, having a fated mate is an exceedingly rare occurrence, so rare that most Alphas doubt its existence. They usually mate with any Omega marked by them. I did the same. Hinata's mother was my Omega, and she brought me immeasurable happiness. She bore me Omega like herself and an Alpha as expected. I don't believe there is much I can do about the situation. Destiny and fate are stronger than anything. But you still have to deal with the village."
Hinata and Sasuke absorbed these revelations, their eyes locked on Hiashi as they grappled with the profound implications of their world's hidden truths. The realisation that all of this had been transpiring around them, shaping their lives without their knowledge, left them with a sense of awe and bewilderment.
After a moment, Sasuke's eyes shifted to Hinata, his determination unwavering. "I won't remain in the village; they owe me nothing. On the contrary, the village owes the Uchiha," he asserted, his gaze locked with Hinata's, seeking her silent agreement. She nodded in response, her conviction matching his.
Sasuke fetched in his blouse and brought out Itachi's letter, and handed it to Hiashi.
"I'm leaving, and taking Hinata with me. We've both been confined for far too long. We seek freedom, and perhaps one day, we will return."
Hiashi's tone remained firm as he addressed Sasuke's bold declaration. "Do you truly believe I would allow you to take my daughter, Sasuke? Your history with the village is far from straightforward. Furthermore, your connection with my daughter defies traditions and societal norms. It may not be readily accepted by the village or our clans."
Sasuke inhaled deeply, his gaze steady as he met Hiashi's gaze directly. "I am a noble clan patriarch. I possess the strength and determination to protect and cherish Hinata with the utmost reverence and respect." Sasuke's voice grew stronger, his words carrying the weight of his unwavering belief. "If we are allowed to be together, Hinata will not only bring honour to the Hyuga name, but she will also be a beacon of strength and grace as a future matriarch of the Uchiha clan. Our union will forge a bond between our clans, uniting them in a way that surpasses mere tradition or expectation." He gazed at Hinata before returning his attention to Hiashi, piercing through the layers of doubt. "Hiashi-san, consider the immense potential and power that lies within this union. We can create a legacy that will transcend time and generations."
Hiashi's expression hardened, a mix of contemplation and resistance crossing his features. Hiashi read some of the letters, folded it and put it in his yukata, "I'm keeping this. I'll handle the hokage." he declared, leaving the path forward shrouded in uncertainty. Sasuke nodded, acknowledging the weight of the decision that now rested in Hiashi's hands.
After a tense silence, Hiashi finally broke it, his voice tinged with begrudging respect. "Sasuke, Hinata, it appears that your love has withstood the test. Sasuke, your willingness to challenge me demonstrates the depth of your affection for Hinata. I could not have selected a stronger suitor—someone capable of protecting her and their future offspring, given their unique abilities." Hiashi's words carried a newfound tone of acceptance. "Hinata, if Sasuke is the one who brings you joy and fills your heart, then I shall accept your choice. I bestow my blessing upon your union and offer my support as you forge a shared future. But before we proceed, there's a small ceremony we must hold."
Hinata's eyes widened in astonishment and relief. She raised her head slowly, tears glistening in her eyes, as she spoke with gratitude, "Thank you, Father. Your acceptance means the world to me."
She smiled shyly and glanced at Sasuke who's hand was trembling from the intensity of his emotions, she reached for his hand and he squeezed her hand stoically trying to look unaffected. "Thank you Hiashi-san." He knew that the journey to acceptance would still be challenging, but this small opening of understanding gave him hope.
Hiashi coughed in his sleeve. "I think we have to hurry up with the ceremony."
Hinata's eyes widened, and she looked down, her cheeks flushing with shyness as she gently pulled her hand from Sasuke's grasp. He, however, didn't release her, determined to savour this fleeting touch of her soft skin.
Tears of joy welled up in Hinata's eyes, and Sasuke's heart swelled with gratitude, their hearts entwined, as they prepared to face the challenges and joys that lay ahead. Their love had triumphed, and their future, guided by their genuine affection and unwavering devotion, was destined to be one of love, growth, and unbreakable unity.
Before they could conclude their discussion, the room was filled with a heavy silence as the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, made her entrance. Her commanding presence demanded the attention of all those present, and her sharp eyes took in the charged atmosphere.
Tsunade's gaze swept across the room, and she wasted no time in addressing Hiashi and Sasuke with her signature firmness. "What is transpiring here? I see you've returned, Uchiha. Did Orochimaru send you to attack the village? And why are you within the Hyuga compound?"
Sasuke, never one to back down, stood tall and met Tsunade's stern gaze with his own determination. "I've returned solely for Hinata. As you may be aware, I killed Orochimaru," he stated bluntly.
Tsunade's accusing tone didn't faze him. "Just as you aimed to kill your brother," she added, her voice laced with suspicion.
However, before the conversation could escalate further, Hiashi interjected with a request to speak privately with the Hokage. They departed for a tearoom, where Hiashi conveyed the details of the fated pair bond and presented Itachi's letter.
In the meantime, Ko got busy making preparations for the upcoming ceremony, summoning a priest and tailors to assist.
Neji and Hanabi, who had been waiting patiently, in positioned behind Sasuke and Hinata, ready to follow Hiashi's lead in this intricate and pivotal situation.
…
In response to Tsunade's return to the meeting room, the atmosphere grew more somber, as the gravity of Sasuke's situation weighed on everyone present. Tsunade, with a stern expression, addressed the room once more, her tone indicating the seriousness of the matter.
"Sasuke, considering the severity of your past actions and the need to rebuild trust, I cannot simply overlook the consequences. You will need to be placed under temporary arrest until a formal council meeting can be convened to discuss your case," she stated firmly.
Sasuke's brows furrowed, but he recognized the necessity of this measure. He understood that regaining the trust of the village would require patience and a willingness to face the repercussions of his past choices. With a determined nod, he accepted Tsunade's decision.
With the course of action set, Tsunade turned her attention to the guards in the room and issued her directives. "Prepare for Sasuke's temporary confinement. Ensure all necessary security measures are in place, and notify the council members about the upcoming meeting to deliberate his case."
As the guards moved to carry out Tsunade's orders, Hinata stepped forward, her eyes filled with determination. She positioned herself between Tsunade and Sasuke, her voice resonating with unwavering conviction as she spoke up on Sasuke's behalf.
"Hokage-sama, please allow me to speak. I have been with Sasuke-kun throughout our journey, and I can personally vouch for his character. He has not taken the lives of innocent people nor caused undue harm. On the contrary, he has consistently shown restraint and mercy, sparing the lives of his enemies whenever possible."
Hinata's words were a testament to her belief in Sasuke's nobility. Her voice remained steady as she continued to advocate for him.
"Sasuke-kun has proven himself to be a man of honour and compassion. Despite the darkness that once consumed him, he has emerged with a renewed sense of justice and a desire to protect the innocent. As we spend months together, I have witnessed his actions firsthand, and I can vouch for his commitment to making amends for his past."
Tsunade's gaze shifted between Hinata, Hiashi, and Sasuke, her expression softening slightly as she absorbed the passionate defence of Sasuke's character. After a moment of contemplation, she responded with a measured tone.
"Hinata, I appreciate your perspective. However, the concerns regarding Sasuke's past actions cannot be dismissed entirely. We must consider the safety and well-being of the village as a whole."
Hinata nodded, understanding the complexities of the situation. She knew that trust needed to be rebuilt gradually, and she was willing to fight for Sasuke's redemption.
Hiashi's voice cut through the conversation, his authority and concern for his daughter evident in his words. He addressed Tsunade directly, asserting his position as Hinata's father and guardian. He never wants to see her in a state of unconsciousness again.
"Hokage-sama, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of the village, I propose that Sasuke remains confined here at the Hyuga compound until a decision is reached regarding his future. This will allow us to closely monitor his actions and ensure that he poses no threat to our village or to Hinata."
Sasuke's eyes narrowed as he observed the discussion that would determine his future. His thoughts were clear: 'Do as you fucking wish. As long as Hinata is by my side, the rest is secondary.'
Please no one comment on Ko being an omega and not get effected by the alphas pheromone.
As a male, he is not effected by an alpha male pheromones sexually.
