Chapter 6 (Adrian/Kronos) The Princess Andromeda Part 1
The ship was a beauty. Attached to the bow was a huge masthead. The masthead was a three-storey-tall woman wearing a Greek chiton, sculpted to look like she was chained to the ship. I listened to Luke Castellan describe the boat. We made our way onto the deck.
"And that's all. Is it good enough, my Lord?" he asked nervously.
I looked at the docks. Monsters were pouring in onto the boat. Krios was shouting orders. Promethesus and Koios were making sure they had the correct identification. Hyperion, as always, was standing on a massive rock, looking down at everyone. I turned back and looked at the demigod.
"There are some problems with this boat but it has passed my judgement."
Luke exhaled. He was nervous all right. I had promised that I would kill him quickly if he failed. I don't know why he didn't like it. He marched off and went back onto the pier. He had a quick word with Krios and he yelled, "Prepare to set sail!" The monsters cheered. Hellhounds vanished and re-appeared. I walked back down the stairs and entered the command room. The twins Agrius and Oreius were present already. They snapped to attention when I walked in.
"My Lord, our spy within their camp has updated us with fresh news. The camp has assigned a quest with the Clarisse girl." Agrius said.
"Hehe, Hehe." Laughed his twin. I did not know why Hyperion recruited these two numbskulls. Idiots. Hairy giants.
"Shut UP!" barked Agrius. Oreius whimpered.
"My Lord?"
It was Luke. "We're ready to set sail."
I nodded. "I will be on this boat. Tell my brothers they will go according to plan. If your plan worked then the demigods will come. If not, your punishment will be worse than death, Luke Castellan."
Luke paled. He nodded.
"Set sail."
