A story based on Kim Possible, with fragments of Stargate and 2003 BSG. I don't own any profits or rights to Kim Possible stories, and anything belongs to those who created the show in the first place, oh, and Disney, who brought them out. Also, to DC Comics and Marvel, and others for whoever I will mention in the story.

My story is not Cannon. It does not follow the TV show at all. There will be characters' names from other TV shows, cartoons, and comics, with all our heroes and villains. I classed an M-rated because of Violence, bloodshed, a bit of nudity, and maybe the mention of sex.

Okay, this is not my Bounty Hunter story! But a rewrite of an old story of mine that I found on a USB with a new title. The original title was "A Second Chance, Rise of the Ancients," and it was a crossover. I posted it here because the story only had a chapter or two at the end that was the cross-over.

A Different Story

Chapter 1

2078

Ninety-year-old scientist Ronald Stoppable sat in his Steven Hawkins-type wheelchair machine that was his eyes and ears watching his last and latest creation lift off into space. To those who watched the launch, it was mostly a rocket. To its creator, it was the most advanced ship his world would ever build. Inside, it had all of his projects built into it. Back when he attended school, no one would have believed that the buffoon, known by his enemies, the cowardly, goofy, clumsy, and accident-prone loser by his classmates, would become what he was today.

Ron's life had sucked from the very day he was born, from what he believed were bad parents, who were never around to help him through his early school life and didn't help him understand girls when he became a teenager. While it is true that no man can understand a woman, there were still signs that helped a man to know if a woman was still interested in him that the father should have taught their sons.

Then there was the fact that he foolishly centered his life around one person, Kimberly Ann Possible. He had closed his eyes to her misgivings, that Kim mostly thought of herself and Team Possible. But Ron considered Kim his whole world and would always follow her blindly, protecting and ensuring she was safe, no matter how much damage he would suffer. But to Kim, nothing was to get away of Kim saving the world. She knew that Team Possible would never have survived without the Ron factor, and yes, Kim still believed that it was only the fact that Ron was the key to the success of the team and anything that came in the way of the team's success. She would go out of her way to stop anyone or anything from distracting him; she would even stop Ron from having a girlfriend, or a boyfriend, for that matter. Nothing must distract him.

Only a week after graduation, Ron had walked in on Kim and her new lover. He would have understood if it was another man, but why must it be another woman? That hurt. His heart broke as he saw the two naked in bed. The woman was supposedly their rival that Team Possible had fought with throughout their school years! It was that he couldn't understand. He found out that Kim used to go to Go-city to visit the gay bars so that no one in Middleton would know she was gay; that was where she joined up with Shego.

It was not until Shego fired her plasma that Ron turned and ran, humiliated. All he had now were memories and a few secrets none of his old friends would know about. Like a mansion and an island in the middle of Middleton's freshwater reservoir, all fixed up, ready for when they were married. Ron did manage to date several women after Kim, but they soon failed when the women couldn't stand his whining about Kim. So he started to pay women to date him. He was a sucker for love and an idiot for not forgetting about Kim.

Sadly, Ron found out too late that another loved him just as much as his blind love for Kim. She was determined to get him and made many attempts to get his attention. Finally, she had even asked Kim to ask Ron for a date for him. Then he found out from her diary that her father gave him after she took her own life. Kim had told her that he wasn't interested in her that way. It broke her heart, and Ron cried at her love for him and that he was just too dumb to realize. The fact Kim was keeping the girls away from him caused him to start hating her.

The final time he saw Kim was when they were about twenty-five. They were all caught in another one of Drakken's experiments that went wrong. This time, it didn't change Ron to evil. It changed him into the world's most brilliant scientist. Not much was known about the machine that Drakken had created, but it affected everyone within a 100-foot radius. Sadly for Drakken, he wouldn't believe it would affect everyone the way it did. But that was the same for all his experiments. Drakken became the first victim of the explosion. All that was found of him was some black goo on the floor next to the machine.

But Shego lost all of her powers, and instead of being evil, she became a scared little coward who ended up in the corner crying. Kim then took her to their island to heal her, but it was too much for her, and Kim found Shego's headless body on a beach of an unknown island somewhere in the Caribbean. Finally, Kim Possible was affected by the blast in the worst possible way for a crime fighter. Kim Possible became a different version of Ron's Zorpox, an insane and evil villain that began destroying this world for the death of her lover. Every crime she committed! She reminded everyone of her revenge on the world for killing her lover. She blamed them for not killing Drakken in the past, leaving him to create all those failed machines. So Kim made this biological weapon and released it into the atmosphere, killing the plants and every living thing on the planet, and placed her name at the top of the most hated people in the world's history, even above Hitler of the last century.

Ron's mystical powers and new intelligence had helped him survive until he and Wade found an antidote for the virus. However, the damage was done as billions died, which panicked several countries worldwide to begin World War Three.

Many people in his world were killed by the biological virus weapon or during the third world war. Those who survived would still die a slow death from horrible tumors and cancer that eat away their bodies. Also, the world's ecosystem was slowly dying, and no one would be coming to save his world. Even the Lorwardian's second invasion was canceled after they orbited the planet a few times and saw its state.

Ron's body reeked with cancer tumors all over his body. It was his mystical powers that prevented his body from dying early. He was in a Steven Hawkins-type wheelchair and spoke through a type of machine that was his eyes and ears. Ron knew he was close to death, and even his last best friend in this world knew it as well. Wade was now mostly an android; over the years, Wade and many of his friends began to replace the affected areas of his body with android parts. Now, the only thing considered human was part of his brain, which was even defective.

Humans started to become Cyborgs sometime after the war. Young scientists believe the only way to survive was for the human race to become Cyborg. To Ron, this meant the end of the human race on this planet. The one thing that always goes hand in hand with this virus is insanity. Wade and his friends were creating a race of insane robots, and he knew he had to do something about it.

Ron began to secretly work on Lorwardian technology early and invented many gadgets. Some he realized to the world, but others he kept ultra secret. The first was an Interdimensional travel device to help him travel to other realities if he wanted to heal the Earth and himself, but he needed more technology from other dimensions.

But after several failed attempts, Ron mistakenly started the same plague in another dimension by mistake and had to send one of his androids with the cure. He had to build this android in a sterile area for this reason before sending it back. From then on, Ron could never go to another dimension in person. With this disease running through his blood system and every cell in his body, he would be personally responsible for the death of the entire world.

The next secret invention that he created was the ability to transfer his organic memory to a database within his lab. Ron had invented the first resurrection technology way before Wade and his friends. Ron knew Wade was trying this, so he kept everything quiet for as long as possible. Using this technology, he transferred his memory to an android that looked like him from the past. No human from those dimensions ever knew he was an android.

Thanks to these trips, Ron began constructing a small rocket, some would call a spacecraft, to carry his secrets to another dimension. There, he would search out other versions of himself and find clean genetic material to create another body! If he still wanted to go that way. Ron quickly perfected Drakken's floored cloning technology that the late Dr. Drakken created. But the virus affected any genetic material that entered his dimension.

Near the end of his life, Ron had also invented the time machine. With his interdimensional device, and if he can build a spaceship in time? He can send his inventions out of the reach of Wade and his terminators. His rocket was finished just in time, about 20 meters wide, 20 meters high, and 240 meters long. Inside the rocket's hidden memory card were all Ron's blueprints and technical readouts of all his inventions.

His rocket was an interdimensional time-traveling spaceship by the time he was finished. He also placed his resurrection technology and the world's current advanced microtechnology programs in the ship's main computers. He then programmed the ship to first seek all of the advanced technology it could find from the many dimensions and, if possible, to enlarge the ship with this new technology.

Ron added a single android of himself to help his transferred memory to do any task he wanted. Ron also placed five very specially modified programmed miniature microbots in the rocket, no smaller than a human cell, to help his younger self if ever it found the right dimension.

If his calculations were right, there would be moments in time that he would have to change so their world would never end up as his. First was the destruction of Camp Wannaweep, the main cause of his childhood fears. Then, he would bring in two other members to be involved with the team, possibly the same girl who wanted to be part of his life. Next! he had to ensure that this world's Ron would save the idols from being destroyed. Lastly, they had to stop or kill Drakken before he made his shampoo commercial that brought the attention of the Lorwardians.

Ron told the backers that his project was a deep space rocket with a satellite built into it to explore the solar system and the galaxy at hand, to find resources, or even a planet that may give the survivors of Earth some new hope. He pointed out the fake plans for the backers and his friend of the large satellite that would scan every planet and asteroid it would come across.

Ron was sad that he had to lie to his old friend, but his old friend was no longer human, and he feared for the universe at hand. Ron knew that the only way humans could survive without spreading the virus to another world or the past was to stop them, and he had finished his plans to destroy his world.

The launch was perfect! As he watched the rocket climb into space, standing beside him was his long-time and only friend, Wade. "If you had told me many years ago that you would one day design and build your own rocket and send it into space, I would have thought you were dreaming. But here we are, launching your very first deep space exploration satellite," said Wade

"It's more than that, Wade. I just hope it will find the materials we need to expand further into space," said Ron. Wade watched the rocket climb into space when he noticed his old friend slump in his chair.

"Ron?" he looked at him. Ron's nurse then checked his vitals and shook her head. Ron Stoppable was dead at the age of ninety. Wade watched the rocket travel into space, set to pass the moon in a few minutes. What Wade didn't realize when Ron died, his conscience memory transferred into two computers. One into the rocket, and the other into his secret lab under Yellowstone National Park.

Then, the new stardrive engines that Ron's android had copied from another dimension fired and pushed the ship deeper into space. A few minutes later, they lost contact with the rocket. Ron's second memory activated a signal that began a chain reaction that he had planned. For years, Ron's androids placed thermonuclear devices deep inside every single volcano and fault line in the world. As the signal was activated, every device blew and began sending shock waves through many continent faults that caused earthquakes to the core of the Earth. By the time Wade realized something was wrong, it was too late.

Yellowstone National Park would be the biggest explosion planned and was meant to detonate last. Ron wanted to ensure no one could retrieve any of his technology in his lab. The explosions began ripping the planet apart until the planet Earth's very core exploded. If he failed to change the past, he would not leave Earth in the hands of Wade and his terminators.

The rocket, or Spaceship, was now piloted by Ronald's transferred conscience memory. He was now part of his creation and decided he could not confuse his younger self. So he would now call himself the Microscopic Artificial Intelligence Program, or MAI.

Mai piloted the ship out to the solar system's outer edge and jumped the rocket to another dimension. Once there, he used his microbots to rebuild his rocket into a spaceship. Before jumping, he watched the now-destroyed Earth to ensure Wade and his friends were gone.

This dimension sol the solar system was pristine and never had the smell of humans on it. So, he decided to use an asteroid as a temporary base of operations. From here, Mai would spend several thousand human lifetimes searching many dimensions for new advanced technology to build his space station that was bigger than the moon.
