This is a fanfic story based on the Harry Potter series and may fail to have all the correct facts and is for fun and to indulge my own imagination so no hate (if you don't like it don't read it.)
At the age of nine, Harry potter had lost all hope for a better life away from his ant Petunia. and uncle Vernon. he was sitting in his cupboard slash room crying from the days beating he had received from his cousin Dudley and friends at school that he got blamed for by said cousin and his cousin's friends this got harry expelled from school. Upon hearing this, Petunia and Vernon decided to teach Harry a lesson for starting fights and getting expelled from school. So they gave him another lesson which involved a lot of belts, bruises, and another skipped dinner. Being sent to his bedroom slash cupboard early. While he tried his best to muffle all of his cries and hide his now-drenched face from all his tears. Out of sight of his aunt and uncle so they wouldn't hit him anymore wall his cousin just smiled at the pain he had caused. In his cupboard now trying to sleep to ignore the sting of each new bruise he heard the doorbell ring and Immediately did what he had tout himself to prevent making any noise While his aunt and uncle had company over.
One month ago Ann Micallson was almost done with her master plan that she formed with her husband Jack Micallson and their lawyer Rideon Wolfsbane to get their nephew slash godson Harry back from the Muggles that he was given to by Albus Dumbledor. Ann is very eager to put the plan into action and she is so peeved to have found out one week after the death of Lily and James Potter that Harry was given to the muggle aunt and uncle instead of them. And hearing that Black was sent to Azkaban. They were confused because they were the next legal guardians and they were not given their rightful charge. And angry that Black had betrayed Her brother and sister-in-law. They had decided to Keep a level head and carefully planned out legal documents and papers. For both the human and wizarding world, so they could legally and safely. get Harry back to them.
Present time Harry Listens to the new voices at the door. Vernon rushed to the door and was surprised to be met with a black-haired green-eyed woman and two tall red heeded men one with a mustache and one without and both in suits. Hello, what may I ask brings you to my humble home this evening Vernon asked in his kindest voice with a smile. Ann smiled smugly and replied yes hello I'm Ann Micallson this is my husband Jack Micallson she said as she pointed to the man without a mustache. this is Mr. Rideon Woulfsbane our lawyer we are here to discuss the legal parenting rights of Harry Jams Potter may we come in and start the discussions civilly? or would you rather we call for some police to assist us. she kindly said using the gentlest and yet firm voice she could muster. Vernon paled at her words and hurriedly invited the group in and escorted them to the kitchen table. Micallson has the right of being Harry's guardian by being his godmother and has requested that he be transferred to her guardianship he said as he pulled out papers and documents to show she is Harry's godmother from James and Lily's will and two adoption forms. Vernon and petunia stared at the man with pale-faced and wide eyes. is Albus dumbledore aware of this Vernon asked with a shaky voice. Ann snarled not thinking clearly and barely holding back from attacking Vernon. then she noticed the fearful young boy and quickly changed to mother bear mode attempting to calm Harry down and keep him from being more fearful, she lowered herself and said hello sweetie. I'm your godmother, Anne. You can call me Aunt Ann. You're going to come live with us, is that OK? With fear in his eyes, he shook his head, quickly saying yes. She asked politely before touching him. Can I pick you up? I'd like to get you settled in the car so we can get going. Harry once again shook his head. So Ann slowly and gently picked Harry up and walked to the door with the other two men right behind her. stopped at the door turned around and said there will be an investigation done by police and child services the following day just so you're aware. Harry is now tense and fearful of the unknown situation, but happy to be away from his awful relatives. Still nervous and keeping a good eye on everybody in the car. Harry nodded, grabbed her hand tightly, and got out of the car, following her slowly into the house while trying to hide behind her. Harry just nodded along trying to remember every rule even though his ant said its ok if he couldn't remember every rule it will take time and his cuisines will help and answer any questions that her or his uncle forget to say or answer but Harry wanted to do his very best because he's scared of the new family getting annoyed and not wanting him.

They played on the outside play set until dinner. After dinner was bath time then bed. As Harry lade in his bed, he thought to himself this was a nice and happy day even if some parts were new and stressful but fun. He hoped that every day could be just as nice as today.
