And here we go with a new story. I know I haven't updated Rusted Legends in a while, I kind of been busy these last few weeks so I haven't had too much time. And whatever time I did have I sort of focused it on something else. One of those things being an idea I had while playing Stardew Valley and came up with an idea for a story.
It's probably not original by any means, I also think someone already wrote a story about this themselves, but I figured I'd throw my own hand into this kind of story to see how people might like it. I'm going away from some cannon events and potential lore regarding both RWBY and Stardew Valley for the sake of this story, but overall I hope you all like it. I DO NOT OWN Stardew Valley or RWBY, they belong to their respective owners.
Years ago, a small house located in the middle of a village near the city of Vale, a candle flickered that briefly illuminated the room around it, a withered man laid, resting as he waited for what was eventually about to come. His eyes were closed, his beard having been dyed grey from the many years passed with a frown on his face indicating his discomfort.
A small cough escaped the aged man, holding a small card in his hand as he waited for his family to arrive. Beside him was already one of them, the most important one in fact. His blue eyes opening slightly, bloodshot and filled with exhaustion. the woman beside him, tending to him as he reached the end of his road.
"Father... are you... do you need more water?" the woman asked, her blue eyes looking at him with concern as the aged man gave a soft chuckle, no doubt trying to relieve her of her concern.
"...Isabelle..." he said, his once boisterous voice coming across as a nearly silent whisper. "No... I am fine... my dear" he reassured, trying to stay strong until his final moments where upon him. "I just wish... I had more time" he said with a frown on his face, his vision flickering from barely blurry to blind, his illness taking ahold once again as the man known as Rufous Archer gave a small cough. "I just wished I had more time..."
"Father... please, save your strength" she said, worried as she looked out the window. "Nicholas... he'll be here soon with the doctor, and then... things will be better" she said, the woman thinking of the husband she sent off to fetch the local doctor. The elderly man couldn't help but chuckle a little at that. A doctor, heh... no doctor in this world or the other would help him now. He was dying, the proud man who was a simple farmer in his youth would admit to that.
"Isabelle... it is alright... soon... I'll be with your mother... and will have to leave you and the others..." he said, the woman, who he raised alone, his dear wife dying not long afterwards, how he wished she was here with them until the end. "Nicholas... he will be with you... do not fret."
"I know... but, I just wished... wanted you to stay..." she said as she looked down. Rufous practically sensing the sadness his only daughter held within her. Instead, he smiled.
"It was a gift to enjoy... you, your mother... little Nicholas and your team... Even the kids... how are they?" he asked, the woman smiling softly as she looked at her father and smiled.
"Asleep, safe and sound" she said. To think having seven daughters, the last two being twins would be more work to calm down. Perhaps it was because of her semblance that soothed them, or perhaps raising children just came naturally to her. "The girls are going to miss you" she said as she forced a smile. "We all will, father."
"Heh, thank-you... I just wish, I could've met the little guy" he said, a small smile on his own face as he held a small card while his daughter seemed confused now. "Oh, is something the matter, my dear little bell?" he asked, despite the exhaustion, the soft and weak tenderness of his voice, he could still somewhat properly tease the woman who looked at him befuddled.
"Little guy?" she asked with a frown as she crossed her arms. "What do you mean, father?" she asked as the man gave out a small laugh.
"Heh, I guess it's... still too soon, heh... heh..." he said, coughing at the end as he tried to recompose himself. "Your mother... did I tell you... about her?" he asked as the woman nodded.
"You have... she was loving, caring... patient enough to deal with you apparently" she said, teasing her father back a bit, recalling the stories he told about them, how he met her when he was, in his words, a stubborn youth and adventure-seeking fool.
"She did... she did indeed" he said, a laugh escaping the older Archer. "Still... I have to wonder... what she saw in me... what she saw... in us..." he laughed as he felt weaker than ever, but strangely felt lighter. "You... inherited her looks... her aura and kindness..." he spoke softly. "Was I... a good father?" he asked, "Would... your mother... be happy?" he asked as Isabelle nodded sadly.
"Of course, you were... of course she would" she said as she stood up to leave. "I'll... check on you soon-"
"No... wait" he called out quickly, trying to stop her from leaving. "Not until... I give him this..." he said, holding out a single card, the plastic decorated with a strange design, something she didn't recognize at first. "Y-your mother... could see... so many things... so many things... I never could."
'Clairvoyance... my mother's semblance' Isabelle thought, knowing she was born with such an ability from her father's stories. The older man continued.
"She died... seeing you grow... seeing you marry... seeing you happy... and then... she told me... what was to... come" he said weakly as he gave her the card, with his arm weakly shaking. Hesitantly, she grabbed it, Rufous smiled. "The eighth child... born from love... soul of a hero... first weak in body, but not of heart... should he... find himself truly lost... then I will lend a hand." he repeated carefully and clearly. "That... was your mother's... words to me... before she... gave me that card... a card... a gift... for the little guy" he smiled softly.
"Father? I... what do you mean?" she asked confused as he merely smiled. "...Father?"
"I'm... sorry for keeping you... when he leaves... give him that card... and everything will... be fine..." he rasped out.
Silence echoed in the room, the man's smile seemed peaceful, something that denied the illness that overtook him for so long. the candle flickered slightly, understanding she couldn't know now began to flood her. Her father's last request, a vision of her late mother? Their eighth child.
She merely accepted the card, turned her heel and walked out of the now darkened room. Soon her husband would return, the doctor in tow, and in minutes, the message would be passed. Rufous Johnathan Archer, a farmer, a fisherman, an adventurer from outside the kingdoms, with no record about him would pass.
And his will be entrusted to his daughter, until the day her eighth child was born. Until then, Isabelle Archer, now known as Isabelle Arc, grieved her father's death.
It was not every day that he found himself in such a situation, the headmaster of Beacon Academy sat at his desk, the atmosphere of the room at the top of the clock tower no doubt emanating waves of gloom and despair as he noticed the two students in question walk into his office. The first one was a young man with blond hair and blue eyes, confusion and worry clear across his face as he had no idea as to why he and his friend were called. His friend, the young woman beside him, garbed in black, white and shades of purple seemed similarly concerned to a lesser extent, having the same sort of confusion but a frown as she had managed to hear a few things on the way, perhaps having known to some extent the reasoning behind this meeting that was no longer even in his control.
Professor Ozpin let out a tired sigh, the last few days being nothing short of disastrous. Not even a week ago, an event had occurred, the now named, "The Breach" as people had called the incident, brought upon them by the White Fang and lead by a very well-known criminal of Vale, one Roman Torchwick. Who, had by all accounts, used the abandoned tunnels of the now abandoned and over-ridden with Grimm, ghost town of Mount Glenn which connected the ghost town to vale to lead Grimm into the city. He would admit, such a thing not only angered the oldest man in Remnant but caused him to confirm a thing which he had wondered for a bit of time.
It was clear that Roman wasn't the true head of this plot against them. No, not even he would openly lead Grimm into the city, something in which served no real purpose for a criminal who managed to benefit off of Vale's overall stable living. No, no doubt he could trace the incident back to her...
Salem, or at the very least one of her pawns and Roman being a pawn in a game of chess the man wasn't even sure who was even all involved anymore. Not since the first few hundred years, another failure of his part. No, there was no time for such a thing, he had to focus on yet another one that currently sat before him. "Children..." he greeted, his face seeming disappointed, but not at the two children before him, but rather something else. "...I apologize for this... sudden meeting" he said with a frown as the young woman before him spoke up first.
"Professor Ozpin?" she asked with a frown while looking at him with a hint of confusion-turned-concern in her amber and almost cat-like eyes. "W-why did you want to see us?" she began as the young man beside her remained quiet, but maintained, or at least tried to remain calm regarding this situation. They both had an uneasy feeling set inside of them, the professor nodding his head with two documents on the table, some of which one of them knew, the other which the second had recognized.
"My transcripts/ my file?" came both of their voices as they instantly had that sinking feeling confirmed, the two young students of his academy looking at them and then back towards the grey-haired man. Ozpin knew beating around the bush wouldn't make this better, all he could do was give them more time with their teams before they had to leave.
"Yes, your paperwork..." he said before he turned to the young man first. "Mr. Arc... while we had discussed the nature of your transcripts before, it seems that this has come back to haunt you, and in a way not even I could've seen coming. But despite that, you have shown tremendous growth and became a decent student of mine, despite your short-comings, I truly believe I had not made the mistake of allowing you inside of Beacon, and you had truly rose past your mistakes." Such a thing was proven in time, such as the reports of Mr. Arc protecting the student who had blackmailed him for more than a week, had managed to influence not only Mr. Winchester but also Miss Rose, Miss Nikos and the rest of his team, Team JNPR, to become better people overall.
"And you, Miss Belladonna. I have read through your time in the White Fang, how you left and kept a watchful eye on you... however, despite some of the rumors no doubt going around, you are not to be blamed for what you might have done in the past. Your actions, whether at Mount Glenn, here in Vale or at Beacon is enough to convince me that you also earned a right to attend my school, no matter what people may think otherwise." he said as he smiled sadly at the young woman. The young woman who was the daughter of the former chief of the White Fang, the same daughter that was once in their ranks and no doubt broken just as many, if not more laws than the young man who sat next to her. However, despite his kind words, what he had to say next would no doubt break them.
"P-professor?" the young man began, Jaune Arc and Blake Belladonna looking at him with concern before he gave them both a frown.
"However, despite this... the Council of Vale decided to declare Martial Law upon us. As of right now, all matters of not only security but operations are to now be ordered and declared under them" he informed, recalling how such a thing occurred. Professor Ozpin knew clearly that there were some in the council who did not sit well with him, and vice versa to be sure. And after the events of the Breach, it was proven in their eyes that he was not entirely up to the task of "Properly" leading Beacon Academy. Those fools, he was a mighty man, a man of once-great magic and enough experience to make not only them but their great ancestors nothing but babies, or rather, unconceived cells not even formed yet.
But James... damn it, James. He had told the general not to over-react, to just wait to see how it played out. On one hand, he was thankful that the general did decide to act. The lives that were saved because of his intervention, as well as the aid and support from both the students and faculty helping miniate the casualties were a hard-to-admit victory. And yet, such a thing just made it worse. The council used that to make a point, a point for the good of the Vytal Festival, whether it be valid or for the better overall or not.
No, he was perfectly fine with having to take a back seat while James made sure such a thing happened under their noses again. But what he wasn't fine with is what happened next, what this current meeting was about. "And as such, due to an anomalous tip, prisoner interrogation and confirmation regarding these current events, the Vale Council has declared that you both, swiftly be expelled from Beacon and questioned until the time of the Vytal Festival is over."
"W-what?" the young man whispered out, shock and fear coursing through him more than when he entered as the young woman beside him stood, slamming her hands on his desk with anger on her face.
"What, why?!" she shouted, not at all seeing the "Fairness" in this situation against them both. "I... you know we aren't criminals!" she said, despite, how in the end, she was wrong. "We tried to stop them, we fought against the Grimm!" she said, in a much lower voice but a tone that was raised up a bit with clear emotions of anger and disbelief.
"I am fully aware of that, Miss Belladonna. And trust me when I say that should the choice be in my hands, then both of you would be fully acquitted for all accounts" he said, his voice rising slightly but enough to press the message and make his point. "However, between the recent events with Torchwick, the White Fang, and the last few months of robberies, break-ins and as of now a clear terrorism-fueled attacked by both previously named, the council are pressed. And with the Vytal Festival just around the corner, they are taking any and all actions to see the festival safe for everyone." Despite his protests to just cancel the event. It was not something he liked to admit, but perhaps it was for the best for the tournament to be, at the very least with-held from Vale until things calmed down.
"And... we're a threat to that?" Jaune asked, speaking up for the first time as Blake was silently infuriated, Ozpin nodding his head with a frown.
"Not long after the Breach, a call came to the council, a call that we don't know originated from. However, it would appear that they pointed out your transcripts as fraudulent. While normally that would result in a full investigation, possible expulsion and the likes, it was not the matter of what your transcripts say, but the matter of who seemed to provide them for you" Ozpin said, turning to Jaune first once again.
"According to the source, you acquired your transcripts from a forger of Vale, is that not so?" he asked as Jaune nodded hesitantly, having already discussed this with the headmaster after the events of Forever Fall, back when he stood up against Cardin and came clean about everything. "The man you acquired them from, was in fact closely knit to another, and that connection was enough to make the council believe you to be associated with that individual... Roman Torchwick."
Blake was alarmed at that, only knowing from Jaune that he had forged transcripts made by "Some forger in Vale" as he said. But that forger, having connections to Torchwick, just how much influence did that man have? No, he was caught now, and she knew Jaune wasn't some sort of spy, or mole or anything of the sort. Just a fool wanting to play a hero, or perhaps someone who just wanted to be a better person. She couldn't say she and him were close, but despite their... moments that irritated her at times, such as him serenading Weiss, the whole transcript incident, nearly outing, albeit accidently, herself as a Faunus in a library filled with possible ease droppers who could overhear them when she specifically told them not to...
Alright, so she couldn't say she was really friends with him. But still, he was a good person, a kind soul who didn't seem to have hatred to anyone. Connecting him to Torchwick, seemed like an insult in all honesty. However, such thoughts were stopped when Ozpin addressed her next.
"And I do not need to inform you as to why you are under suspicion, Miss Belladonna. Between the words from the captured White Fang, the fact that your last name has given credence to the rumors and words of the public, the council wasn't at all hesitant to act upon such a thing."
"But you already knew all of that, like my transcripts, right?" Jaune asked as Ozpin nodded his head, clearly having known even before accepting her into Beacon at all. Blake recalled that conversation clearly, the talk she had with Ozpin, how he understood her dilemma and accepted her. But as it stood now, not even he could offer them any protection. She returned to her seat, down casted at the news as she wasn't sure where to even begin with this. "However, I will reassure you of this. The council will see reason once all of this is cleared up. Your actions in protecting the citizens of Vale, as well as your actions and efforts of stopping Torchwick and the White Fang will not be overlooked. As well as the threat of creating an international incident with your families" he said as they looked at him dumbfounded.
"Our families?" Jaune asked with a frown as Blake couldn't help but agree. What did their families have anything to do with this? Ozpin was quick to elaborate.
"Yes, despite how others might not view it now, your families do hold some rather great influence, even if they don't particularly use it." Such a thing was always a benefit in his eyes, where they humble enough not to care or use it for their benefit or perhaps were simply holding their cards close. He could honestly say, that from meeting their parents, it answers was the former. "As for you, Miss Belladonna. Your father is currently the head of Menagerie, if I recall correctly. While I am sure that your actions in the White Fang will merit some clear consequences down the line, nothing major such as years' imprisonment or execution awaits you. At most you will have to spend a few years locked away, such a thing, as horrible as it is, is not the end of the world, as well as the fact that you may well be pardoned before your graduation."
Blake immediately caught onto his meaning. Of course, she would still have to face the consequences of her actions, not even she could run from that forever, at least not anymore. As much as she hated to say it aloud, she knew she deserved to be locked away for some of the things she did. Theft, destruction of property, even defending herself and attacking humans when they were led by Sienna Khan in the first few weeks that started the White Fang's reputation as terrorists.
Not even her parents and Menagerie could save her from that now that her actions were made public. Not only that, but if they tried, what message would that send to the world. "The White Fang are retaliating; their daughter has been brought to justice and they're attacking to bring her back." She could practically read the headlines already, especially in places like Atlas.
"You, on the other-hand, Mr. Arc, while not nearly in as much trouble regarding your confirmed crimes, are still eligible for some jail time. But nothing more than a year at most. However, you would be blacklisted from attending any formal training and academies, even with the headmaster's permission. Though I suppose out of the two of you, you would have the least to lose. Your family is widely known by the older huntsmen and huntresses as generals during the Great War. Whatever influence they had could try to sway the more severe punishments" if any. However, despite how little Jaune would actually lose, he would lose the one thing he'd want most.
He would forever be a disgrace, and that was not just in the eyes of Vale. His family name would lose credit, especially if they were involved in it somehow. If anything, it was worse for them than it was for Jaune. However, something told the older man that such a thing was more punishment for Jaune, someone who loved his family, wanting to bring honor and live up to the Arc name, than anything he himself would live through.
Afterall, a huntsman could endure a spit on their name, but not on their family's name. For someone like the Arc family, it could result in them being dragged down in the fallout. Such a thing would break the young man. But with confidence, he was sure that they, both the two students before him as well as their families could handle this situation. Without a doubt even. Ghira Belladonna was a man who cared greatly, and he, despite his over-protective nature to his daughter, would understand that she would be strong in these times, and he would be patient until she was released from Atlas custody until the festival ended and they were cleared of any and all charges.
Nicholas, much like Ghira, was a similar sort of man, and he doubt he would care too much about it. If anything, he would probably act like an angered father, openly reject his son but secretly hug and be thankful he was alright, telling him not to worry as, if he recalled the man's words from when he and his wife were once students themselves, "An Arc wouldn't fear what others think, for we know who we are and will laugh at their adversity."
With that said, he folded his hands and addressed the two students once again, his tones calm and gentle. "As things currently are, I hope you can understand as to why. This is far from fair but until things settle and the story is sorted out, you both will have to be kept by General Ironwood's watch until these rumors and accusations are looked into more thoroughly" he finished as he frowned.
Jaune said nothing, Blake said nothing, both of them slowly understanding what he had meant. "How long... will we be detained for?" Blake suddenly asked, wanting to know what to expect. Ozpin frowned but seemed hopefully despite it all.
"General Ironwood has no reason to believe either of you are involved with the White Fang or Roman Torchwick. Despite his position, he is still fair and understanding. No doubt you will be held for a few days, though it might be hours depending upon how things proceed."
So, it was just protocol in a sense, the general knowing they were innocent but the council wanting to save face. She could understand that, even if she didn't fully agree with it.
"You said the call was anomalous?" Jaune asked as he frowned. "You said you didn't know by who though... is that being looked into as well?" he asked, probably a stupid question but one he wanted to know, not sure who else even knew about it. Cardin, no... if he wanted to tell on him, he would've done so much earlier than now. That just meant someone else could've known, but that in line begged the question. Just who knew about the transcripts and why now, of all times, after they were just attacked?
Before he could properly answer however, a new sound echoed in the room, a buzzing sound which Ozpin clearly recognized and frowned. Reaching for his scroll he had set on vibrate, he noticed it was from the deputy headmistress, Glynda was calling him? For what?
Apologetically, he pushed the button and sighed. "Glynda, I was in the middle of a meeting with-" he began before Glynda's voice called out to him from the scroll, neither Blake nor Jaune could see her face but for Blake, she could barely hear her words, spoken in a frenzied tone as the older woman's voice spoke in urgency.
"Ozpin, the council have arrived and are demanding to see you. They're also demanding custody of both Mr. Arc and Miss Belladonna" she said with a frown no doubt on her face. "Ironwood, he tried to stop them, but they managed to push past him, claiming this was a Vale matter, not a Vytal Festival one. This is bad, sir." she said as Ozpin nodded and turned off the scroll with a curse.
"Professor?" Blake asked as Ozpin tried to calm down, regaining a slight facade of a stoic expression.
"I apologize for this, but it seems like we must continue this conversation later. Wait here until I return, it won't be very long, I assure you" he said, reaching for his cane and heading for the door.
"Huh, did something happen?" Jaune, who was the only one oblivious asked as Ozpin nodded, a stern looks on his face as he nodded.
"Something came up with the council, I'm afraid. I will have to speak with them first before this conversation can continue. Until then, just wait here for a moment longer, if you will." And with that he walked through the doorway, stepping into the elevator and disappearing from sight as the metal doors closed behind him. As he left, Jaune was left confused, Blake left scared.
"The council... what do you think they want?" he asked before noticing Blake's expression. "B-Blake?" he asked, seeing how her face had turned pale, realization coming to her as to why Ozpin left.
"This is bad, Jaune. Very bad" she said, her eyes narrowing as if something was going to come out of that door any moment, cursing herself as to why she didn't bring Gambol Shroud or Jaune bringing Crocea Mors with them. "The Council wants to detain us, and they're already here" she stated as Jaune rose to his feet as well, Blake having done so the second Ozpin walked through that elevator door.
"They're what?!" he practically screamed in a decibel higher than she could've thought possible, probably reaching the same level of the scream she heard during their initiation. "But Ozpin just, didn't he say General Ironwood would do that?" he asked as Blake frowned.
"Apparently he isn't..." Blake said, already coming up with ways to escape if she and Jaune had to run. She could risk jumping from the tower, she could run out of the office and hide in the academy. Different options came to mind yet as she thought them through in her panic-induced mindset, she couldn't help but hit brick walls with each option. They couldn't run from this, not without making it even worse.
And if they did, what would happen next. They would be hunted, their friends in Team RWBY and JNPR might be caught in the crossfire, if they weren't going to already. Knowing Yang and Nora... no, they would be fine, but if they tried to leave then they would be validated to the accusations thrown at them. Ozpin said he'd sort it out, but deep-down Blake knew something was wrong. Whatever this gut feeling was, she knew there was nothing they could do.
Jaune had a similar feeling, shock turning to rage, and then into despair and finally acceptance. "Then this is... this is it then, we're... we're going to be arrested" he said with a frown as he collapsed back in his chair. "After everything we did, all this time, this is how it ends?" he cried out, sinking into the chair, hands on his face.
Blake was no better, having begrudgingly accepted her fate as well. "All we can do... is wait for Ozpin to come back first" she said. 'If he comes back at all' she thought, not sure what awaited the headmaster as he confronted the council on their behalf.
Jaune just sighed. "I guess this is it then... this is really it" he sighed as he closed his eyes. 'I guess there's nothing we can do now. Damn it, after all of this...' he thought as he really was at the end of the line here. the way Blake made it sound, the way she acted, it wasn't going to be anything like what Ozpin had told them, in fact it was apparently much worse if she really knew what was going on. Yet as he thought about it, something seemed off. This call, the White Fang snitching Blake out. This wasn't the first time Blake intervened. Heck, according to Ruby, Blake and Sun were caught and revealed back at the docks and again when they infiltrated a White Fang rally.
So why now was she being exposed, why now was he being revealed?
Much like Blake, his mind tried to find an answer, he knew that somewhere deep down, there was something more going on, something at play, but what was it, why now right after the Breach. But was he just overthinking it? Was this denial affecting him? He didn't know, he couldn't know. Instead, all he did was curse and slam a fist on the desk.
"Jaune?" Blake asked, concerned about her fellow former student as Jaune cursed.
"I'm fine, just... I just don't know what to do" he admitted, a frown on his face as Blake mirrored his expression and mindset.
"...Me neither" she said as she joined him. As they waited, silently accepting their fate, they were left to think more about their situation. Closing her eyes, she enjoyed the silence for what it was, trying to calm herself down while she fought a mental and emotional battle within.
As they continued to wait, she noticed something off, barely noticeable was a surge of what seemed to be aura coming from Jaune, a faint glow from the pouch the blond knight had connected to his belt. "What's that light?" Blake asked as Jaune turned to her, barely noticing the light himself as it died down. Jaune was confused, wondering himself as he reached in the small pouch and pulled out the only thing, he really ever kept in it. The small card his late grandfather had given him, or that's what his mom told him.
A farewell gift, a good luck gift she told him to hold onto. And should he ever be lost, whatever that meant, then it would guide him. He didn't understand what that was supposed to mean, he never even met anyone on his mother's side, she was an only child, and his grandfather died two years before he was born. Blake's voice interrupted his thoughts, her tone carrying confusion and curiosity.
"A card?" Blake asked as Jaune looked at it, seeing the faint glow and sensing some of energy it somehow began to produce despite it being just a small sheet of plastic.
"Yeah... but, why is it glowing?" he asked, his confusion matching her own. Blake didn't know what to think about it, seeing Jaune's expression it was clear he didn't know anything about it as well. Jaune looked at it closer, Blake frowning as she stared as well. Subconsciously, Jaune felt his aura beginning to transfer to the card, a voice coming to him.
"If you find yourself truly lost... then I'll give you a hand" a stranger's voice whispered to him. The light began to grow, Jaune dropping the card as he and Blake were caught in the blinding light. As the light overtook the office, it quickly died down, leaving behind no trace of either Jaune or Blake with the card fading away from existence as well.
And with that, the first chapter is done. It's short yes, and kind of inspired by the first chapter of Pokémon: Rusted Legends. I'll be returning to that soon, but I digress.
Originally, I debated whether it should be Jaune going in alone, someone going with him or even Team JNPR as a whole. But then I decided to have Jaune and Blake be the ones to go. As for why Jaune, honestly, I think he'd fit fine in the Stardew Valley world, even though he's not a farmer, a fisherman, a miner or anything, he is still capable of fighting, and capable of basic survival skills, like crafting torches and such in the third episode.
Meanwhile, Blake will have a part in the story, and with the Shadow People, the Goblins, Wizards, fairies, Dwarfs, and Mermaids, I'm pretty sure a Faunus will fit in surprisingly well enough in consideration of the different and mysterious races in the game. *Cough* "Mysterious Capsule" *Cough*
With that, I hope you enjoyed and have a good night, or morning in my case.
