Sitting in the back of a 'repossessed' Corp APC, John Smit tuned his new plasma rifle. Normally 6th Street wouldn't go into Pacifica. However since the Voodoo Boys leadership was recently decapitated not too long ago, and 6th Street has all this new gear, why not redraw territory? Of course a little encouragement from Enclave Maincom probably wouldn't hurt in providing motivation.
"You ok?" Alice Cooper, John's girlfriend and former battle buddy during the war.
"Yeah, just making sure my weapon is in top shape." John responds.
"Good. Remember, we stick together like always and everything will turn out fine."
"No repeats of hill 519."
"No repeats of hill 519, this is just a simple urban assault op."
"Those are not always simple. Civilians can complicate things."
"Point is, we go in and we take the objective. That's it."
"This is Pacifica, there is going to be more than that."
"Right now the Voodoos are destabilized so whatever we move in and take they will have to accept."
"Hope you're right."
When they arrive in Pacifica they quickly get out of the vehicles they were in and start attacking the Voodoos. A force of about fifty people start storming the VB's headquarters, the only place of value in Pacifica besides the GIM. However their headquarters is were the local markets are located and the last of the VB's working tech is.
John does what he can to avoid shooting at the fleeing civilians. However due to the lack of security it's easy for 6th Street's forces to overrun the BDs due to them not expecting anyone to do this. John and Alice meet back up inside the building. Them and a few others eventually make it to a room with a bunch of Netruner tech and other servers.
"Building is secure." A 6th Street Sargent says over the coms.
