- And about Percy, well...we didn't plan it. It just happened. While taking care of Melissa, we started knowing each other better. I'm sorry about your daughter. I lost Chris too. But, life goes on and Percy can decide for himself, I didn't make him do anything - Clarisse says

Melissa and the others started running out of Tartarus, but Alex and Stella stayed. So, Melissa came back for them.
- Alex, Stella! Let's go! - Melissa says
- Stella, go away! - Amelia Watson yells
- But mom? What about father? What about me? - Sella asks while crying
- You guys will be able to handle yourselves - Amelia says
- But ...
- No buts, Stella! Just promise me that you won't change the optimisc and happy person that you are - Amelia says while tryimg to destroy her mother Eris, along with her sister, by using their full powers
- I ... I ... - Stella stutters
- Stella, please! - Amelia pleads
- Alright. I promise - Stella says
- Good! Take care of your fafher for me, will you? - Amelia asks sad
- Always mother! I love you! - Stella says while still crying and then walks away, but turns around to get a last look of her mother

Meanwhile, Melissa was watching the interaction between mother and daughter, wishing she could have had a last moment with her mother. But, then she looks at Alex. He is still in shock and doesn't move from his place. He was watching his mother sending all energy she could towards her mother, his grandmother.
- Alex, we must go! - Melissa says serious while staring at him
- No! My mother needs me! - Alex starts crying
- Look, your brother has just passed out! He needs you damn idiot! I need you! This place is already going down. If we stay, we are gonna die! If you die, I die with you. I'm not leaving withou you! - Melissa says while touching Alex's face with her two hands
- She is right, Alex! You must go away! It is too late for me! It doesn't have to be for you! - Elizabeth Watson says while feeling pain
- I've already lost father. I can't lose you too! - Alex cries harder this time while Melissa holds him
- You need to be strong, son! Your brother needs you. The world still needs you. After this is all finished, there will be no more gods. You guys will be this world only protectors. It's already time. Go! - Elizabeth says while an explosion is being formed

Amelia and Alex start walking away, but Amelia calls Melissa's name and Melissa turns around to her:
- I'm really sorry about her mother. I regret my mistake until this day. I failed her, Melissa. But, I won't fail again this time - Amelia says while Melissa only nods and walks away from there, holding Alex's hands
