Chapter 13: Battle of the Kings
Back at Cloudside things weren't looking well for the good guys, Nacrus already took out the Queen.
Rudy flew fast pass cliffs and mountains, running on grasslands, going so fast, causing everything he passed to be blown away.
Agatha came from behind to take advantage, sadly Nacrus saw it coming and took her out too, Rudy was up above arriving, he gasped seeing what's happening, then dived fast with a furious look.
"Oh, it feels so good to be back, and this time, I'm getting rid of you for Good!"
Narcus said getting ready to defeat his long time enemies, until Rudy released a blast, hitting Narcus behind who fell over, Rudy then landed making a dramatic entrance.
"STAY AWAY FROM MY MOTHER!!"
He roared as Narcus got up and looked behind him.
"Rudy Scaleman?"
Hearing the name caused everyone at the Prom to be surprised.
"Pause! Rewind! Rudy?!"
Margot said holding on to Bliss.
"You should be Dead!"
Narcus attacked but Rudy dodged and countered, he grabbed the axe as everyone pulled out there phones to record.
"Picture this, Quirky Guy fulfills destiny, by foiling... Fake FRIEND!"
Rudy punched him in the face towards everyone who then yipes at the sight of this monster, Narcus made Rudy trip as he swung the Axe, but Rudy blocked it and grabbed it again, the Two Giants Wrestled it out.
"What is he doing?"
Agatha worried.
"Answering the Call."
The Queen said as they both watched the new Generation of Dragons began, Narcus laughed evilly and Rudy Growled.
This went on for a few seconds, untill they flew up and far away from each other, Narcus charged fast, Rudy did the same, and they jousted, they did it again and they both went into each other, falling to the ground, they were still walloping, Rudy Rammed Narcus in the Head and spin Kicked on the side, Narcus then blew him away, but Rudy's wings protected him, He took off again, ramming into Narcus, then crashed landed and Narcus kicked him off, But Rudy landed on his feet.
Everyone at Cloudside watched as the battle continued, Narcus spun the Axe, while Rudy went into Body armor.
Narcus attacked, but Rudy countered, he attacked again, but countered, he attacked again, but Rudy blocked it, Narcus put in force, while Rudy used his tail to grab the Axe, bring it down, and he back kicked Narcus in the face.
He got up to wipe his mouth used his wings to blow Rudy away, who tumbled towards the edge and nearly fell off it, but caught the side and hung on there, the quaking caused the Prom the shake, everyone took cover.
Narcus laughed evilly, but was then hit in the face by a Dodgeball.
"Leave My Brother Alone!"
Sam yelled as he and Arthur were loaded with Dodgeballs, and Jake blew Raspberries. Narcus grinned as he tried to grab them, but was hit in the face by a Deck, thrown by Agatha.
"Aw Yeah! That's What I'm Talking About!"
Said Doug, one of the Clients, watching from a Telescope.
"Doug! That's our house!"
His wife said as she grabbed the Telescope and watched Rudy get up from the edge, and he ran at Narcus on all 4 legs.
"Enough with these Childish games!"
He said as he countred Rudy's attack and lifted him with the Axe.
"I hate High School."
He said throwing Rudy in the air and he fell so hard, the ground quaked heading towards the Prom, there the placed started to tip over slowly.
"If this is our end, Then we'll face it unafraid!"
Bliss said throwing the whistle and Margot and Trevon brought out their whistles and Blew into them, the place quaked more and than the whole place timbered into the Sea of Clouds.
Rudy got up in time to see his friends were in danger, Captain Flightdeck moved out the destruction as it was near the Clouds, Everyone hung on for dear life.
Rudy caught the prom and lift it with all his might, Everyone then Cheered as Rudy Brought them to a safe Distance, Kat looked even more grateful.
"Rudy, behind you!"
Margot pointed as Rudy looked and Narcus swung him far and he crashed into a bunch of hills and crashed landed on a mountain top near the edge, Everyone looked in worry as this could be his end, Rudy tried to get up and saw an Axe coming his way.
"You'll never win, Rudy Scaleman."
Narcus charged the Axe to Rudy's face, but he caught it, but it was near his face.
"You're Just a Weak, Scared, Dumb Teenager!"
He continued as Rudy struggled more and started to shed tears in fear.
"And you know what's really pathetic? That you actually thought someone like me could ever be friends with a monster like you!"
He said as Rudy opened his eyes in realization, and then started to glow electric, his fists curled up also going electric, Narcus then slowly widened his eyes a little as Rudy got more and more brighter.
"I... am not a Monster! ...I'M A DRAGON!!"
Rudy blasted Narcus in the Chest, freeing himself, Everyone was shocked as how he released huge amounts of light, Narcus looked shocked even more.
Rudy got up and His body went into Thermal nuclear and Electricity sparked around him, he opened his eyes and they were eyes were glowing Red with white electric pupils.
Narcus was more determined to destroy him and got into another fighting stance, Rudy did the same, they both charged and it was chaotic, Narcus went all out, but Rudy did more, every Attack from Narcus, He dodged and countered.
The two charged again and flew up, everyone didn't know what was happening there was only light and Explosions, they came back down with Rudy on top, while Narcus was still fighting back then one attack, Rudy dodged, landing on the Axe opened his claws and then...
SWIPE!!
Rudy jumped back as Narcus covered his Face and then looked at Rudy more furious as his Face was covered with Claw marks, Rudy charged at him again, but Narcus blocked it and Rudy was launched in the Air, spinning around, Everyone stared in awe, Rudy then dived down fast, charging at Narcus one last time, Narcus looked Ready, he attacked, but missed as Rudy flipped and he launched his foot in Narcus's face and and then blasted him, causing Narcus to tumble and the lose grip of the Axe and lost it in the clouds, Rudy's power then went away as he ran on 4 legs to his fellow Dragons while Narcus got up to find the Axe.
"Mom! We need to shoot the Axe, Together!"
"No, It-It can't be destroyed, that's why I hid it."
"We can do it, if the three of us join together at the same time, it's the exponential growth formula!"
He said as Agatha and the Queen looked at each other thinking if it was possible.
"We've got to shoot it more, and longer! Trust me, I'm a Math-lete."
He said with confidence as Agatha smiled.
"DIE LIZARD BOY!!!!!"
Narcus charged with the Axe, Rudy pulled Agatha out of the way and it missed them, then the Axe was stuck, Narcus tried to get it out as Rudy got his elders up, Narcus the got it out and charged again, Rudy immediately blasted it and Narcus started to struggle as it shook.
"It doesn't have to end like this, just give up the Axe!"
"You'll Never Take This Away From Me!"
"Maybe I can't..."
Rudy said as he slowly went Electro Thermal Nuclear again and Agatha and the Queen got up.
"...But We... Can!"
He finished as he launched a Big Blast towards the Axe, which started to shake and Narcus struggled again.
Rudy, Agatha, and the Queen started walking towards the Tyrant, Rudy holding his elders' hands as his power transfered through them.
Narcus struggled more and more, then Agatha and the Queen Blasted the Axe, and Everyone watched as the Dragons put an end to this endless war.
"NO!!"
Narcus cried as the Axe started to crack, and then it exploded, dust scattered everywhere, wind force was high, Everyone hanging on to things until it stopped, and then nothing, then all of Cloudside cheered as the Dragons walked out of the smoke.
"Whoo hoo!"
"Yes!"
Sam and Arthur fist bumped, Jake laughing with joy, Nessie popping out of the window, Barking happily.
"Go Rudy!"
Everyone at prom congratulated their friend, as for Narcus, he fell from a far height, turning back to normal, but was then caught in one of Flightdeck's traps.
"Whoo-hoo, now that's a successful Monster hunt!"
He said feeling proud.
"We got us a little Fairy, Bucky."
He said as his sheep baad with joy.
"Please, please please please! I'm not evil, I'm just handsome... and misunderstood."
Narcus pleaded, but Buckwheat spitted in his face, Jake but his binky in his mouth, they both blew raspberries, and high fived each other.
"Now, what about the Fairy? Everyone likes fried bug."
Said the Queen who was about to blow Narcus into nothing.
"No! Away Rage."
Rudy reminded her.
"Ugh, Teenagers, Away Rage."
She groaned while admitting.
"Rudy...?"
Agatha got Rudy's attention and he turned to her.
"I'm sorry... I was wrong, I... should have trusted you with the truth, and so from now on, no more lying."
She said as Rudy smiled.
"And no more hiding."
He said as they hugged and the Queen joined, Agatha then looked behind her.
"I think you can still make the last dance."
She said as Rudy looked at she was talking about, and widened his eyes as it was Prom, he looked at his Mom and she head pointed, he then smiled really big and took off high into the Air, making a Sonic Boom, to prom.
"Now, let's talk about his Coronation."
The Queen brought in a whole new topic.
"Mom, don't start."
"Fine, a Mother knows best."
She admitted as they both smiled, staring to get along, then something came down from above, it was Brill, and he was out of breath.
"Brill's here..."
He was then surprised to see someone else there too.
"Mamah! What are you doing here?! And... with Agatha. Are-Are... Are your ok?! Is everyone ok? I-Is Rudy ok?"
He panicked as the Queen softly shushed him.
"It's Brill's time now."
She said bringing her Son up to her and hugged, and Agatha joined.
"Ohh, I've waited fifteen years for this."
He said as he started to cry.
"Ah, who's crying? You're crying."
He cried, meanwhile Rudy was flying to prom fast, everyone looked up as he came down, turning to normal, in a Dragon themed dress suit, they all cheered for their Hero's arrival, and he was surprised, he walked up to his friends and waved as they walked to him.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you everything sooner, and I'm sorry for ditching you, I shouldn't have lied to you."
"Rudy, my Sweet, Magnificent, Giant Flying Lizard Best Friend, you never, ever have to hide things from us."
Margot Claimed.
"Yeah, we will always be by your side, even when you ended life as we know it! Sorry, no catastrophizing."
Bliss getting carried away again.
"Dragon, Canadian, or otherwise, we'll always love ya Ru."
Trevon said.
"Squad Solidarity?"
"Squad Solidarity!"
They all came in for a group hug, Rudy then looked over and saw Kat coming out of crowd, and he walked up to her.
"Hey, you."
"Rudy... H-Hey."
She said feeling speechless.
"So that was you out there."
"Guilty."
He giggled.
"Kat?/Rudy?"
"Oh, sorry, you go."
"No, you go."
Not this again.
"Ok, I'll go, Kat will you go to Prom with me?"
Rudy asked as Kat reached for her phone and put something on there, she gave it to Rudy and it said "Yes" in the form of an equation.
"Wait Kat, are these Quadratic Derivative Graphs?"
"Let's just say I had a good tutor."
She said as Rudy bluffed and then felt something wagging, he looked behind and saw it was his tail, he stopped it and giggled.
"It has a... mind of it's own."
Kat then grabbed his tail, took him on the dance floor, and caught him.
"Whoa, let's dance."
He said as the scene changed to everyone dancing at prom, meanwhile with the Scalemans.
"And who are these fine young Dragons?"
The Queen asked.
"This is Sam and Jake, our sons."
Arthur said patting their heads.
"More Sons? That means, I'm a Grandmamah! Again?"
"This is the coolest thing ever!"
Sam said hopping on the Queen's hand.
"Does your Tail sting out poison? Have you ever wrestled a Giant? Better yet, have you ever played Dodgeball?"
"Oh, I am gonna like you."
She chuckled already getting along with one of her youngest Grandsons, meanwhile with Flightdeck.
"Okay guys, Gordon here, Uh, this be my official apology video, look I said some insensitive things about the Dragon."
"OMG! Are you Livestreaming?! My Hair is Terrible!"
Narcus interrupted.
"Now to your left, as you can see..."
"Uhh, how many likes are we getting though?"
The scene changes back to Agatha and Arthur watching Rudy having a good time at Prom, Rudy then saw them and waved, and Agatha waved back.
Rudy was going all out on the dance floor, with his friends, and spotted Kat doing the "Fishing pole" on him and he "Moonwalked" to her, soon their friends joined and came together for a photoshoot.
