Hi Readers: And welcome to another day of chapters. Now, before we begin, I wanted to let you guys know that I have decided to not write the dream that Alex dreamed about at the end of last chapter as she drifted off to sleep; rather, I am going to save that for a later date when I have more ideas for it. And that's especially the case since I have a bunch of ideas for this chapter. Hope you like it. (Also, sorry for the delay. I just didn't know how to start this day. But now, I think I finally got it. Hope you like it).

Chapter Twenty-Eight
December 3rd

His hand was on her stomach as they woke up in each other's arms this morning, a feeling that Alex really likes, because it meant that Matt was not just holding her in bed; but he was also holding their little baby close to him. He was holding his entire family close to him as they laid down in the comfort of each other's arms here in bed, which is precisely what Alex wants this morning. She wants to be held in bed as she woke up in the comfort of Matt's arms, her loving husband's arms, which exactly how Alex plans on waking up each and every day for the rest of his life. She plans on cuddling up to him like this every morning, especially when she's topless, which is precisely what she is. She forgets when, but she knew that it had to be in the middle of the night as she remembers that she got up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom, which had to be when she took it off, as she always gets pretty hot in the middle of the night. And right now, that's the only reason that she can deduce might even remotely explain why she was topless in bed. However, she bet that her husband loves it; she's just surprised that she isn't facing her husband as they cuddle up to each other.

I mean, she'd think that she was facing Matt as they cuddled up to each other in bed; that way he could hold her close to him and just take it easy with each other. So that they could care a sweet kiss with each other, as they woke up in each other's arms precisely like they want to do this morning. They want to wake up in each other's arms as they take it easy with each other, which is why Alex decided to roll over so that she could get even closer to the man she loves than she already was. Because as close as she could be to Matt when her back is against his chest, she can be even closer to her husband when she's facing him; with her legs slipped in between his, and her arms wrapped tight around his waist.

And that's precisely how she was now. She was facing the man she loves, as she cuddled up to him and wrapped her arms around his muscular torso; while at the same time, she also slipped her legs in between his so that she could tease him a bit. I mean, what's better than the feeling of her body against his boxers, which is precisely what she is now. She's right against the man of her dreams in every way. And that most certainly did wake Matt up this morning.

It woke him up as it was very sexy, something that Alex already knew as she felt the man of her dreams run his hand up and down her arm while pressing his lips to her forehead this morning, while also grabbing the covers and tugging the covers up on top of them as he thought that was the reason why she was cuddling up to him; due to the fact that she was cold and wanted to be warm as he held her in his arms while they woke up together. However, Alex most certainly was not warm cold; after all, they live in Florida now. Yet, that didn't mean that she didn't like the feeling of Matt tugging the covers up on top of them, while also wrapping his strong arms around her body as they cuddled up to each other in bed. After which, Matt smiled as he turned his head to show his beautiful wife that he was awake this morning; that he was awake and ready to get something from her in the comfort of their bed. Something that Alex already knew he wanted, as she placed her hand on his cheek and leaned up to kiss him softly. "Morning handsome." Matt smiled as he heard Alex call him handsome, while he replied with: "Morning beautiful." Alex agreed with her husband, smiling at him.

After all, she most certainly does feel beautiful as she cuddled up to the man of her dreams here in their bed; especially when his arms are wrapped around her nice and tight, and she's rubbing it as a way to show him that she's nice and comfortable. However, she does have a question for him; and Alex felt that now was the perfect time for her to ask him that question, as they were just taking it easy in bed right now. "So, who ended up taking off my top? Last time I checked, I went to sleep with a top last night." Matt agreed with Alex as he stroked her back, smiling at the woman he loves. "Let's just say that you woke me up in the middle of the night, and I wish I could be mad at you; but I can't because of how much I love my pregnant wife." Alex smiled as she heard Matt say that, while placing her hands on his face and smiling as she started to take things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. The man she loves more than anything in the entire world. Her hunky husband, Matthew James Casey. "God, you truly are the best." Matt smiled as he heard Alex say that, while feeling flattered that she felt that way. "Thanks baby." Alex agreed with her husband, smiling at him.

Not that she really needs a thank you from her husband, as that's truly how she feels. She feels like he's an amazing man, and she couldn't feel any luckier to be his wife; nor could she feel any luckier that he was the father of her child. "Baby, you have no need to thank me. If anything, I need to thank you for making me the luckiest woman in the entire world. I mean, I'm your wife and the mother of your child." Matt smiled as he heard Alex tell him that, while wrapping his arm around her back and pressing his lips to her forehead. "I'm lucky too, always will be when it comes to having the most beautiful, loving woman in the entire world as my wife." Wrapping her arms around Matt's shoulders, Alex smiled as she looked up at the man of her dreams and kissed him softly. "I love you so much, and I am so damn lucky to be here with you right now." Matt agreed with Alex as he put his hand on her back, before stroking it as they both held each other close; a feeling that Alex loves more than anything in the entire world simply due to the fact that the man she loves is the one who is stroking her back like this. "I hope you know just how much I love that feeling."

Matt smiled, agreeing with Alex as he leaned in and kissed her softly as he's well aware of just how much she loves it when he strokes her back with her thumb as they hold each other close in bed; their favorite activity to do with each other because of how sexy it is. After all, they are pretty much always semi-nude with each other as they cuddle up to each other in bed; with Matt pretty much always wearing his boxers, while Alex wears nothing but her lingerie or her underwear (without a bra). And that's why Matt just loves being in bed with his wife, something he showed her as he stroked her back with his thumb before moving it to the back of her neck; meanwhile, Alex placed her hand on Matt's cheek and started to kiss the man of her dreams softly. The man she loves and will always love for the rest of her life. "God, I love waking up in your arms." Matt agreed with Alex as she told him that, while stroking her back. "Well, get used to it, as you're going to be sleeping in my arms for the rest of your life." Alex laughed. "Maybe not in your arms, as I may need to wake up in the middle of the night to feed the baby." Matt shook his head as he stroked her back with his thumb.

After all, the last thing he wants (when they have their child) is for Alex to be the only one to wake up when they need to eat in the middle of the night; rather, he's going to get up too so that they can do it as a team. "Hey, that's not true. When the baby's born, I'm going to be waking up in the middle of the night with you." Alex was surprised. "Really?" Matt nodded. "I want to help you with that. You don't need to do it on your own, because we're a team; and if you have to wake up in the middle of the night, I'm going to wake up in the middle of the night. Especially in the early days, right after we bring the baby home from the hospital; you're going to be resting in bed as much as you can so that you can get your strength up." Alex smiled, before deciding that now was the best time to bring something up to her husband; something that they really need to talk about. "I was actually thinking about doing a home birth." Matt was surprised as he heard Alex say that. "Really?" Alex nodded. "I think it might be better." Matt was confused. "Why?" Alex sighed. "It'd be more private. No media circus outside the hospital, no press. Nobody would know." Matt agreed with Alex.

After all, that would be the truth. "And, I can sleep in my own bed after giving birth rather than in the hospital." Matt smiled as he heard Alex say that, as that most certainly would be the truth; but they still need to figure a lot of things out. "Listen, I promise to keep that in mind as we go forward; but we're still quite early in the pregnancy, and there's no need to think about giving birth yet. How about first, we just concentrate on getting your first appointment with an OB/GYN? We need to do that." Alex agreed with Matt. "And I think we also said that we're going to be doing something festive today, something related to our first holiday as a married couple?" Nodding, Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as he got close to her and kissed her softly; while also taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, and whom he feels blessed to call his wife. "I would prefer it if we didn't have to leave bed to do that." Alex smiled as she put her hand on Matt's face, understanding what he means; after all, she is very comfortable here in bed with the man she loves. She's comfortable with the man of her dreams. "We can decorate tomorrow."

Matt smiled as he placed his hand on Alex's arm, as he loves the sound of that; he just wants to make sure that Alex means it. "You mean it?" Alex nodded, while also leaning in and kissing the man she loves. "Of course, I mean it. I mean, we literally just got here to Florida yesterday." Matt smiled, before adding on to his wife's sentence. "Correction, we got home yesterday." Alex smiled as she put her hands on Matt's face and kissed him softly. After which, she started to take things nice and slow with her husband. The man she wants to have in bed right now due to the fact that she's starting to get hormonal. "Babe, I want you." Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that, before smiling as he rolled over on top of Alex; well aware that his wife is extremely hormonal right now. And that's precisely why he's more than ready to take things nice and slow with her here in the comfort of their bed. And he's more than ready to do it all day if she wants. "I'm here for this." Alex agreed with Matt, smirking as she leaned up and kissed the man of her dreams. Meanwhile, Matt ran his hand down her body to get things started with his wife this morning by taking off her underwear.

And let's just say that Alex loves it when he doesn't waste time. "I see you're not wasting any time baby." Placing her hand on Matt's neck, Alex smirked as she tugged him down and went to suck on his neck; meanwhile, Matt turned his head and did the same as he enjoyed this sexy time that he was getting with the woman he loves. "What do you think? I get a chance to get all hot and sexy with the woman of my dreams, so there's no way that I'm going to waste time." Alex agreed with Matt, well aware that he isn't going to waste any time in making love to her; nor would she want him to waste time when him making love to her is precisely what she wants right now. She wants to have the man of her dreams on top of her as they hold each other in bed and just concentrate on each other. And right now, that's precisely what Matt's doing as he holds her close to him in bed. He's concentrating all his life and attention on the woman of his dreams, as they both hold each other close and just have a bunch of fun with each other. Fun that they're both very much enjoying right now simply due to the fact that they love making sweet love to each other whenever they get a chance to do so.

He was still showing his wife the love that she wants and deserves from him, but he was just no longer doing it in the comfort of their bed; the two of them having moved their party from their bed to the washroom. So rather than show his wife how much he loves her as they lay down in bed with each other, Matt was instead doing so as they stood close to one another in the shower as he ran his hands all over Alex's wet body as they shared a sweet kiss with each other. A kiss that only involves each other's lips, even though Matt is very tempted to bend down and kiss his wife's neck; however, she specifically asked him not to kiss her neck. The reason? She doesn't want to go overboard here in the shower. She just wants to enjoy some time with her husband as he washes her and takes things nice and slow with her, which is what they would've done had they taken a bath. However, Alex wasn't in the mood to lay down since she got a cramp when she got up out of bed. A cramp that was already feeling much better thanks to the massage that Matt was giving her with his thumb. "You feeling better now?" Alex agreed with Matt, as she is feeling better; much better honestly.

And that's all thanks to him. "Thanks to the massage you gave me, I am." Matt smiled as he heard Alex tell him that, while also leaning back against the wall a bit to stabilize himself; something that he needed as he wrapped his arms around Alex and took things nice and slow with her once more, while Alex put her hand on his neck and did the same. She took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams, as they held each other close here in the shower. A shower that was pure perfection, as it allowed her and her dreamy husband to show each other that they love each other more than anything, while also giving each other the pleasure that they want to get from each other. The pleasure that can only come with being in the shower with the man of your dreams. The man you love more than anything in the entire world. And right now, that's precisely what Alex has as she took a shower with Matt. The man she wants to just take it easy and relax with today. "I think we need to slow down with the sex though, as I don't want to do it all the time." Matt smirked as he heard Alex say that. "Awe, but we were having so much fun." Alex laughed, as them making love is a lot of fun.

And it will always be a lot of fun. However, she's just worried. "I know, and I love it. But we just need to do it slower now as I'm worried." Matt was confused as he heard Alex say that, while wrapping his arms around her tight to keep her body against his; that way, she can't run away when he asks her a question that she may not want to answer. "What are you worried about babe? Talk to me." Alex sighed as she stroked Matt's cheek while staring into his gorgeous eyes. "I guess, loosing the baby. It's so early, and I don't know if too much sex can cause my heartrate to spike and maybe loose the baby?" Matt shook his head. "Babe, that's nothing you need to worry about. I mean, couples keep having sex late into the pregnancy, and they don't loose the baby. You have nothing to worry about. Hell, Andy and Heather did it late into the seventh month of pregnancy." Alex laughed as she heard Matt say that. "Oh really?" Matt nodded. "I was staying with them for a bit as I looked for a new place, after my home in Hammond burned down." Alex was shocked. "Wait, what?" Matt nodded. "Yeah." Alex looked at her husband as she rubbed his chest and held him close.

After all, that was something that she never knew about. She never knew that he almost died in a fire before. "Why didn't you tell me that in the past? That you almost died in a fire?" Matt sighed. "I didn't want to scare you; make you think that I did risky things. Might've made you worry when it comes to whether or not you wanted to start a relationship with me, especially when things were already rocky. I mean, I wasn't even broken up with Hallie at the time; we just couldn't deny our feelings anymore." Alex agreed with her husband, well aware that was the case as she leaned in and kissed him softly. "Well, at least you're safe. That's all that matters to me. The fact that you're still here to love me." Matt smirked as he wrapped his arms around Alex's back, while continuing to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves in the shower; after which, he went to grab some soap as he wanted to wash her. He wanted to wash her body, one of his favorite things to do. "Here, let me wash you now that we're done having sex for a bit. I mean, unless you want to go for a round in here? Then, I can wait until we're done." Alex shook her head, as she didn't want to do that.

She wanted to take it easy and just relax here in the shower, ahead of them cuddling in bed today. Or whatever they plan on doing, who knows. "Just curious, are we spending the day in bed? Because we already changed some of our plans." Matt was confused as he heard Alex say that, unsure of what she means. "What do you mean?" Alex smiled as she put her hand on the side of Matt's face, before kissing him softly. "We were supposed to take a bath this morning, rather than a shower." Realizing that, Matt sighed. "Maybe we can do this. Maybe we do showers in the morning, and we can do baths at night; that way, you can relax and take it easy. I know that baths always calm you down, especially when it comes to your muscles; they calm them down and make them less tense. Plus, we're just going to get sweaty here in Florida, so it's a waste of water to take a bath." Alex agreed with Matt. "Oh, and taking a shower doesn't waste water?" Matt smirked as he kissed Alex softly. "Last time I checked, we're doing two showers in one; so we get more time." Alex agreed with Matt as she stepped close to him, while also wrapping her arms around his head as she kissed him.

Meanwhile, Matt ran his hands up her back as they took things nice and slow with each other here in the shower; the shower which is precisely where they want to be right now. They want to be taking things nice and slow with each other, as they wash each other and just concentrate on what matters right now; each other and how much they love each other. "Plus, I still need to get the decorations down." Alex agreed with Matt. "We can do that at some point. I promise." Matt agreed with his gorgeous wife, smiling as that's something that he wants to hear. "Just like you can come downstairs with me in your sexy lingerie this morning." Alex agreed with Matt as she stepped close to him again, before wrapping her arms around his neck and leaning in to kiss him softly; meanwhile, he ran his hands up her back as a way to make her feel extremely loved here in the shower. And let's just say that's precisely how Alex wants to feel when she's in the shower with her husband, extremely loved. "I hope you know that you're making me feel exactly how I want to feel right now." Matt agreed with his wife. "And how might that be?" Alex smirked. "Extremely loved." Matt agreed with Alex.

After all, that's precisely how he likes to make her feel; especially since he loves her more than anything. "Well, considering I love you more than anything, I can only hope that's how I make my wife feel when I'm getting all sexy with her in the shower." Alex smiled, agreeing with Matt as she put her hands on his face and started to take things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. The man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "I swear, I am not worthy of your love and attention." Matt smirked, as that most certainly is not; nor will it ever be the truth, as she's more than worthy of his love and attention. "We both know that will never be the truth. You are always worthy of the love and attention that I give you, especially the attention that I plan on giving you as we cuddle in bed and just hold each other close." Alex agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling as she leaned in and kissed him softly once more; while also running her hands down his toned chest, something that Matt loves as it means that his wife is touching him in a very sexy way. A sexy way that makes him want to moan as he holds her here in the shower. "Damn, you are so sexy baby."

Alex agreed with Matt as she ran her hands back up his chest, before wrapping her arms around his neck as she got nice and close to the man of her dreams. "Babe, we both know that you love it when I get nice and sexy with you; so, why wouldn't I get all sexy with you just like you want me to?" Alex smiled as Matt asked her that question, before leaning in and kissing the man she loves. Meanwhile, Matt placed his hand on the side of her face and just smiled as he took things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams. The woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, and whom he is very proud to call his wife; and will always be proud to call his wife simply due to the fact that she's the love of his life. "God, I love you so much." Alex agreed with her husband, as she loves him too. "I love you too Matt, forever." Kissing her man once more, Alex smiled as she took things nice and slow with Matt here as they took a morning shower; a shower that they were both very much enjoying as they held each other close in the comfort of their shower. The shower that they plan on spending a lot of time in for the rest of their lives.

Walking out of the washroom shortly after finishing in the shower and shaving this morning while wearing a t-shirt and the tight boxers that Alex loves, Matt was surprised to see just what his wife was wearing for him this morning as she was currently wearing some very sexy lingerie. More specifically, a bodysuit which perfectly hugged every curve of her gorgeous body. "Damn." Looking up at Matt in the mirror, Alex blushed as she could tell that her husband liked the outfit that she was wearing. "You like it?" Matt nodded as Alex asked him whether he likes the outfit she was wearing, as he loves the outfit that his gorgeous, pregnant wife was wearing for him. It's so sexy, and he always loves it when his wife dresses up all hot and sexy for him. And that's precisely what Matt plans on telling his wife as he makes his way over to her in order to hold her close. "Babe, you look incredibly sexy. I mean, you look absolutely gorgeous." Setting his towel down on their bed, Matt smirked as he walked up behind his beautiful wife before placing his hands on her hips; meanwhile, Alex put her hands on top of his and intertwined their fingers as they both held each other close here in their room.

They held each other close and just concentrated on each other right now, which is precisely what they both want to do at the moment; especially when Alex is just wearing something this sexy for her husband. "I hope you know just how hot and sexy you look wearing this outfit." Alex took a breath as Matt told her that. "Even if I'm pregnant?" Matt was shocked as Alex asked him that question, before turning her around in his arms and getting close to her. After which, he tugged her body against his chest and put his hand on her neck. "Hey, look into my eyes." Alex agreed with her husband, doing just that as she placed her hands on his chest; while Matt moved his hand to his gorgeous wife's neck and just smirked as he leaned in and kissed his gorgeous wife softly. "Baby, I love you. And I will always think that you look sexy. And you being pregnant just makes you even sexier in my eyes, because you're making my dreams come true. Please, never think that you being pregnant makes you look any less beautiful or sexy in my eyes; the only eyes that matter at the end of the day, because I'm your only client now." Alex agreed with her husband, smiling as she kissed him.

After which, she put her hands on his toned chest and just smiled as they both took things nice and slow with each other here in the privacy of their room. "God, I am so proud to call you my husband. But I can't help but wonder what's with the shirt." Matt snickered, well aware that Alex would prefer he be shirtless. "I'm going to wear it while I'm downstairs in case someone comes to the door." Alex smiled, as she loved that idea. "Smart man, because that body is mine." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife, before telling her the same thing about her being his wife. "And I feel the same way about you being my wife. And god, I am proud and so honored to call you my wife. Now and forever." Alex agreed with Matt as he told her that, as that's precisely how long she plans on behind married to the man of her dreams; the man who just picked her up in his arms and wrapped her legs around his waist. Meanwhile, she wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled as she cuddled up to the man of her dreams while he carried her to bed. "What do you say you just stay here in bed? I mean, you might as well take it easy and relax." Alex agreed with Matt as she laid back in bed.

However, as soon as she was comfortable, she reached up and placed her hands on Matt's face. "Let me guess, this is related to the baby?" Matt sighed as he looked at the woman he loves, as he also sat down and put his hand in her lap; meanwhile, Alex grabbed his hand and intertwined their fingers this morning. That way, she could make sure that her husband just breathed and took it easy as he spoke to her. "Alex..." Shaking her head, Alex smiled. "Hey, take a breath and relax Matt. I understand that you're worried, especially since I know how much you want to be a dad." Matt agreed with his wife, while getting close to her. "It's also related to you." Alex was confused. "What do you mean?" Matt sighed as he bent down and kissed her hand. "For the longest time, I've wanted to be with you. I've wanted to love you and take care of you. I've wanted to give you the world that you want to have with me. And now that we're married, I just want to treat you like my queen for a while. I want to give you the life that you should've had months ago." Alex agreed with Matt, well aware that he still feels guilty when it comes to him believing Hallie; but that's not his fault, it would never be his fault.

That's especially the truth when she was so convincing. "Matt, enough with that, okay? It's not your fault. She was very convincing, and even had me fooled. So, we are both to blame. But we found out the truth, and that's all that matters. Well, that, and the fact that it was right in time for us to get pregnant." Matt smiled and agreed with Alex. He then put his hand on her stomach and smiled as he bent down and left a soft kiss on her stomach. "That we are." Alex smiled as she heard Matt say that, really loving the feeling of his soft lips on her stomach; along with the words her whispered to their baby. "Hi baby. It's daddy. I just wanted to let you know that I don't care if you're a boy or a girl, daddy will be happy just because you're going to make me and your mommy parents. We already love you so much and we can't wait to meet you." Kissing Alex's stomach again, Matt smiled as he was happy over the pregnancy; while Alex was just happy in general as she started her third (full) day as his wife. "Oh, now that was a great feeling." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, while also getting up and smirking as he leaned over her and kissed her softly.

And damn did Alex love the way he kissed her, as her husband is a great kisser, especially considering those lips now belong to her. "I can only imagine just how much you liked that." Alex agreed with Matt, as she liked it a lot. "I liked it a lot due to the fact that my husband is very sweet and sexy, did I mention he's sexy?" Getting up, Matt smirked as he leaned over her and put his hand on her neck; after which, he leaned in and kissed the woman of his dreams softly. "Yes, yes you did. Now, breakfast?" Alex smiled as Matt (indirectly) asked her what she wants for breakfast. "How about some nice egg wraps?" Matt agreed, was that's something that he can make for her. "I can do that for you right now." Alex agreed with Matt, well aware that's the case. "Thanks baby, I appreciate that." Matt agreed, smiling as he got up and then looked at the dogs. "C'mon you two, let's go have breakfast as I made breakfast for mommy." Cassie and Theo then both got up, following Matt out of the bedroom so that they can get breakfast.

Alex's POV:
As I watched Matt leave our room so that he can go make breakfast and feed the dogs, I couldn't help but smirk over just how sexy that man is; and just how loved he makes me feel. Just the feeling of his hand on my body is enough to make me go wild, but the feeling of his soft lips on mine (or my body) makes my heart skip a beat. Matt just knows how to treat a woman really well, and I am so proud that I have the ability to call that man my husband. He's the best man in the entire world, and I can't wait to see how he is as a father; because based on how he already treats me as his wife, there's no way that he won't be an amazing father. If anything, he'll be the best father in the entire world; and even better, he's going to love our baby more than anything. The baby that I may start shopping for today. I mean, I need some things, while also getting something sexy for my husband. Maybe some really nice lingerie for Christmas. Now that would be a great idea. So, I decided to grab my iPad so that I could look some things up as I have a lot to look up. The first thing that I really want to look up? Local OB/GYNs and ratings, because I want to get an appointment as soon as possible.
