Pillow101, here. It's been at least month, I know. For anyone still reading this, this is just about (Y/n) finally meeting the Helltaker and his demon girls.
The lore about (Y/n) will come out slowly, so bear with me.
Enjoy!
(Y/n) had found an address from his father which was one of the things that he took with him before his father's house was demolished, as there was a note next to the address stating to go to there in case of any emergency or untimely demise.
(Y/n) had no clue who the person was or what they would be like based on the address but he figured it would be best to give it a try. He wasn't broke but he was a bit in student loan debt after college as he only had a few years plan to stay in college and then return home after he was finished.
So why not give it chance?
With a duffel bag on his shoulder and a suitcase in his hand, he took an uber to The Helltaker's house. As the ride went on, (Y/n) relaxed a bit but still shook over his father's death. The driver seemed to notice this and asked...
"Hey, you alright there kiddo? You look like someone told you the worst that could happen."
"I'm fine, just a rough day."
"Well if you insist, cheer up a bit. As your driver right now, I don't want my passenger to feel upset or disheartened."
(Y/n) appreciated the driver's concern, even though he was a complete stranger. It was a small but kind gesture that helped ease some of the weight on his shoulders.
"Thanks," (Y/n) replied with a faint smile. "It's just been a tough time recently."
The driver nodded understandingly. "I get it. Life can throw some curveballs at us sometimes."
As they approached the Helltaker's house, (Y/n) couldn't help but feel a mix of nervousness and curiosity. He had no idea what to expect when he arrived at this unfamiliar address, but he was willing to take the chance. After all, it was the one lifeline his father had left him, and (Y/n) was determined to make the most of it.
With a deep breath, he thanked the driver and stepped out of the car, suitcase and duffel bag in hand. As the car drove away, he looked at the house.
It seemed regular, nothing special about it. So he walked up to the door and ringed the doorbell.
A few moments later, a light skinned woman in an apron with her hair tied up answer the door, grumbling about how "She's the queen of hell".
"And you might be?"
"I'm (Y/n), I was given this address to come here from my father."
The woman stared with slight suspicion but closed the door on him and some yelling was heard.
A moment later, The Helltaker himself appeared in front of the door with the woman.
"So this is the guy you mention, Lucy?" The Helltaker said.
"Yes, he claims that his father gave him this address." The woman now known as Lucifer.
"I'm sorry but may I ask who you are?" The Helltaker asked.
"I'm (Y/n) (L/n), my father wrote down this address to come here should anything happen."
At first, The Helltaker was confused until he thought really hard all the way back to his young reckless adult days and then it all clicked.
"Wait! (L/n) right? You're his son?"
"Yes, that is correct." (Y/n) responded.
"Oh, man! I'm sorry I didn't recognize the name before! I haven't talked to your father in years! We went our separate ways long ago."
(Y/n) couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and curiosity as The Helltaker recognized his father's name. It was the first real connection he had made since arriving at this mysterious address.
"It's alright," (Y/n) replied. "I didn't expect you to know my father well. He mentioned this place in case of emergencies, and well, here I am."
The Helltaker's demeanor seemed to relax as he remembered his past association with (Y/n)'s father.
"So, what brings you here, (Y/n)? Is everything okay with your family?" The Helltaker asked, genuine concern in his voice.
(Y/n) sighed, his shoulders slumping. "My father passed away recently, and my mother disappeared with our inheritance. I'm essentially left with nothing but this address and a few belongings I salvaged from my father's house."
The Helltaker nodded sympathetically. "I'm sorry to hear about your father. He was a good man, even though we lost touch over the years. You're welcome to stay here if you need a place to live."
(Y/n) was taken aback by the offer. He had expected nothing more than some information or perhaps a few words of condolence. The Helltaker's generosity was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
"Thank you," (Y/n) replied with gratitude. "I don't want to impose, but I don't really have anywhere else to go right now."
The Helltaker smiled warmly. "Consider this your home, (Y/n). You can stay as long as you need to. We're a bit of an unusual bunch here, but I'm sure you'll fit right in."
As (Y/n) walked in, he saw a rather unusual sight.
He saw nine people sitting in the living room (eleven if you include the two other girls who had dog ears). They all seemed to instantly detect his presence and glanced up at him.
"Um, Uncle? Did you forget to mention this to me about whatever this?"
"Oh, don't worry. This is my demon harem I got from hell."
"Hah?" (Y/n) said, surprised but not completely shocked.
"Yep. You heard it right. Everyone, this (Y/n)!" The Helltaker announced.
"He'll be staying with us for a while!"
The demon girls stared at (Y/n), their expressions ranging from curiosity to amusement. Then, the demon with sunglasses, burst into a wide smile.
"Hey there dude! Nice to meet you, I'm Justice!" The demon known as Justice said.
"Nice to meet you, Justice," (Y/n) replied, trying to keep his composure. "I didn't quite expect to walk into a room full of demons, but I guess life has its surprises."
The demon girls, each with their unique appearances and personalities, regarded (Y/n) with a mix of curiosity and interest. Some of them introduced themselves as well.
"I'm Malina," said the demon with white hair and a scowl.
"Zdrada here," the one with the nose piercings chimed in with a smirk.
"Cerberus!" exclaimed all of the three demon girls with dog ears, wagging her tails.
"Modeus," said the demon with heart eyes and a seductive smile.
The introductions continued until (Y/n) had met all of them. Each demon had their own quirks and personalities, and despite their otherworldly origins, they seemed like a friendly bunch.
The Helltaker clapped his hands, drawing everyone's attention. "Alright, enough with the introductions. (Y/n) is going to be staying with us for a while, so let's make him feel at home."
As the demons welcomed (Y/n) into their peculiar household, he couldn't help but feel concerned to an extent with living with demons and apparently an angel as well...?
He sighed.
Beggers can't be choosers.
