Attention all readers-Here is the Johto region. I'm going on record to say that I'm working hard on the Johto region, and I've only seen certain clips online for certain episodes. In the original airing of Pokemon and its entire running of Ash and Pikachu's journey, I know that Ash doesn't have a sibling. Like the other Pokemon Fanfiction that I have uploaded so far, in my version (as well as others that I have read), Ash has a sibling.

Also, Jordan will do the current count for the number of times Team Rocket tried to take Pikachu and Meeko away from her and Ash, that includes the banned and not aired in the United States episodes. I don't want to make those episodes feel left out. I hope that you will like it and Happy Reading!

I DONT OWN POKEMON! I ONLY OWN THE OC AND THE CREATION OF HER REGIONAL POKEMON TEAM! TO ANYONE WHO HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE REGION ORDER THAT I'M WRITING, I ASK THAT YOU STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT IT! ITS GETTING REALLY ANNOYING RIGHT NOW! I'M WORKING WITH WHAT I GOT SO DONT RUSH ME TO DO THE OTHER REGIONS, OK!

Shoutouts:

Glaceon931-I gave you my answer the first time you've asked and its quite obviously that you didn't read my PM because I don't know how many times, I'll keep answering the same question. If I was younger and was watching Ash's journey come to an end, I would be devastated. But as an adult, I think that its time. Even though I haven't watched the episodes where he meets up with Misty and Brock yet (I have it as a reminder on Netflix), I'm happy that after all this time that Ash's journey has finally come to an end. He was and still is a part of my childhood.

Narrator: Our heroes are still on their way to the Johto league, but today they've stopped in a pretty little town called Cherrygrove City.

Jordan: The name sounds pretty.

Meeko: Olu.

Narrator, smiling: It's a perfect day. The sky is clear, the breeze is warm, and Ash is making sure the sun isn't the only thing that's shining!

"As good as new." said Ash, finishing a Pokéball polish.

"Pika." said Pikachu, handing the GS Ball to Ash.

"Professor Oak's GS Ball." said Ash, taking the ball from Pikachu. "Got to take extra good care of this one."

"I have to admit it, Ash you've been acting like a much more responsible trainer lately." said Misty. "It's starting to rub off a bit on Jordan."

"As a future Pokémon master feel that Pokéball maintenance is quite important." said Ash.

"Oh, I quite agree!" said Misty as Jordan giggles beside her.

"Hey, lunchtime!" Brock called out.

"Alright, I'm starving!" said Ash.

"That's sound like the old Ash!" said Misty.

"Especially the one I adore." said Jordan.

"Pi?" asked Pikachu, looking back at the Pokéballs Ash left behind.

"Riol?" Meeko asked.

"Pikachu." Pikachu said, worried that something might happen if Ash didn't bring them back.

"Riolu." said Meeko. Suddenly, something pops up out of the water.

"Pika!" said Pikachu.

"Olu!" added Meeko.

"What? Something the matter, Pikachu? Meeko?" asked Ash, then sees what they were seeing in the water. "Look!"

"Huh?"

"Wow!" said Jordan.

"Quag…" said the Pokémon.

The latest water Pokémon stared at Pikachu and Meeko. "Riolu…." said Meeko, feeling uncomfortable by how it was watching her and Pikachu.

"What is that?" asked Ash.

"Good question." said Jordan.

"Quagsire, the water fish Pokémon." said Dexter. "The Quagsire makes its home in clean, fresh water lakes. The Quagsire is covered by a slipper layer of skin making this Pokémon especially difficult to handle."

"Wow, sounds really slick!" said Ash.

"Mm." said Misty, smiling and blushing.

"Thanks for the tip, Dexter." said Jordan.

"You're not planning on…." Misty started to ask.

"Quagsire's got to be one of the cutest water Pokémon ever!" said Misty.

"Quagsire!" said Quagsire.

"Hey, I'm going to catch it!" said Misty, then looks at Jordan. "You're not planning on…."

"Nope. I think it's your turn this time, Misty." said Jordan.

"Alright!" she said. Just as she was about to throw a Pokéball, Psyduck pops out of his.

"Psyduck!" he said, then thinks for a moment before tilting his head. "Psyduck?"

"Really, Psyduck? You think that now's the time pop out?" Jordan asked Psyduck as the other groaned.

"Quag." Quagsire said, interested in Psyduck. Both water Pokémon stared at each other, not blinking at all.

"Butterfree!" said Butterfree as it flies by.

"You can't just stand here all day!" said Misty, pick up Psyduck from the shoreline.

"Sire!" said Quagsire, grabbing the GS ball from the shoreline. They all gasped as Quagsire dives back into the water.

"Oh! Come back, that's the GS Ball!" shouted Ash, picking up one of his Pokéballs and chases after Quagsire.

"Pika Pika!" shouted Pikachu.

"Quagsire thief!" shouted Jordan.

"Riol!" shouted Meeko.

"Hey, wait!" Ash called out to Quagsire as it swims away. "Squirtle, bring back that GS Ball before Quagsire gets away!"

"Squirtle!" shouted Squirtle, quickly chasing after Quagsire. "Squirtle! Squirtle!"

Squirtle then grabs a hold of Quagsire. "Nice work, Squirtle. Now just don't let it slip away!" said Ash.

"Squirtle, Squirtle." Squirtle said in agreement when it suddenly starts to lose its grip. "Squirtle, Squirtle….."

"Hey! Look out!" Ash called out as Squirtle falls off.

"Squirtle!" shouted Squirtle, splashing into the water, shell first as Quagsire swam by.

"Squirtle! Squirtle, are you okay?" asked Ash.

"Squirtle!" Squirtle said angrily as it speeds up.

"Squirtle!" Ash shouted.

"Squirtle!" it said, chasing after Quagsire. "Squirtle! Squirtle!"

"Quag…." said Quagsire, using its tail to splash water onto Squirtle, knocking it back.

"Squirtle!" shouted Squirtle.

"Hurry, Squirtle, hit it with your Water Gun!" said Ash.

"Squirtle!" Squirtle released its water gun, blasting Quagsire and caused it to let go of the GS Ball. Pikachu runs up to catch it.

"Nice catch, Pikachu!" said Ash.

"Quag!" shouted Quagsire, using Water Gun on Squirtle, who then uses Water Gun in return.

"Don't give up!" said Ash and Jordan as Misty and Brock caught up to them.

"Pika, Pika!"

"Riolu!"

"Ha! You just keep that Quagsire busy, Squirtle and I'll capture it in my Pokéball!" said Misty, holding out an empty Pokéball. Suddenly, they hear a whistle blown behind them.

"Huh?"

"Whoa!" said Brock as they turned around to see Officer Jenny. "Officer Jenny! Your whistle is like the song of a beautiful lovebird and I'm hoping it's meant for…uh!"

Officer Jenny then reveals a set of handcuffs. "Can it, buster." she said to Brock. "You're all under arrest for violating Quagsire preservation restrictions!"

"Huh?"

"Here we go again." sighed Jordan.

"Olu." said Meeko.

"Pika-Pika?" asked Pikachu, confused by Officer Jenny.

"That's right, the Quagsire." said Professor Oak as the quartet arrived at the police station. "Oh, this is embarrassing! I'm terribly sorry, but I'm afraid it completely slipped my mind. Of course, I should've mentioned it to them! Officer, all four of them are new to the area and none of them knows the Quagsire restrictions. I assure you!"

"I understand. If that's the case I'll drop the charges, Professor Oak." said Officer Jenny and turns to the quartet. "We always have to be on guard. Quagsire are very special Pokémon to the people here in Cherrygrove City."

"You see, the Quagsire in Cherrygrove City only live in the cleanest waters." Professor Oak explained. "So, the townspeople can judge how pure the local water sources are based on where they find them!"

"Wow! Riolu!" said Jordan and Meeko.

"That's why we have the strict Quagsire preservation laws here." said Officer Jenny. "No Quagsire capturing or battling allowed. Is that clear?"

"Yes!" said the quartet.

"You've been warned. Make sure you don't cause anymore trouble for Officer Jenny!" Professor Oak tells them.

"I didn't mean to make any trouble, Professor Oak." said Ash.

"The only trouble I cause is for you and mom." said Jordan.

"Riol!" said Meeko.

"Don't you worry, Professor. There wont be any trouble." said Brock. "Not with Brock around! Neither snow, nor rain, nor heart, nor Gloom, nor Vileplume will stay this Pokémon Breeder! Ash and Jordan won't cause trouble!"

He then looks deeply into Officer Jenny's eyes. "I consider it my duty to keep anyone from causing you trouble!" Brock tells her.

"Okay." she said, uncomfortably.

"And its our duty to keep you out of trouble." said Misty, grabbing Brock's backpack. "Let's go!"

"Control yourself, lover boy!" said Jordan as Misty drags Brock by.

"Uh, um….." said Ash.

"Ahem!" said Professor Oak. "Oh, and by the way, Ash, Jordan, either of you havent forgotten my little errand, have you?"

"Don't worry, Professor, the GS Ball's in good hands." said Ash as Jordan nodded.

"Good, take care." he said. "Watch out for them, Pikachu and Meeko!"

"Pikachu! Riolu!" they both said, promising that they would.

"I still don't understand." said Ash, looking at the GS Ball. "Why would that Quagsire want to try to take the GS Ball?"

"Because its round!" said Officer Jenny.

"Huh?"

"Because its round?" asked Ash.

"Right! I know it sounds strange, but it's true! Around this time every year, the Quagsire start to appear all around Cherrygrove City." she said. "Nobody knows why but they swim downstream from their homes at Blue Mood Falls looking for anything that's round! Then they take whatever they've found and swim back upstream. They next morning, all they round things they took come back floating down the river and back to their owners."

"That's weird." said Ash.

"Actually people here are happy when their things get taken because when the drift back, they bring pure water and good luck!" said Officer Jenny.

"Wow!" said Misty. "They're like floating good-luck charms!"

"Especially if the last thing to float back is yours, because that one's supposed to be the luckiest one of all." said Officer Jenny.

"Lets stay the night here." said Jordan.

"What? Why?" asked Ash.

"Because Ash, if you let that Quagsire take the GS Ball, tomorrow morning, not only would there be pure water, you would also get good luck!" said Jordan.

"Pik-Pikachu!" Pikachu squealed.

"Riolu!" squealed Meeko.

"Oh, look!" said Officer Jenny.

"Huh?"

Outside the window, Quagsire stared at Ash and the GS Ball. "Quagsire." it begged.

"Quagsire!" said Misty.

"I think it's the same one." said Ash.

"Does anybody else get the feeling its still after the GS Ball?" asked Brock as Jordan walks over to the window.

"Pika, Pika." said Pikachu.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

Jordan taps on the window, gaining the Quagsire's attention. "You believe that my brother should have good luck, right?" she asked.

"Quag, Quagsire." it said, nodding then turns back to Ash. "Quagsire."

"Oh, no, you don't!" said Ash. "Don't even think about it, Quagsire! You're not getting your flippers on this GS Ball!"

"Quag, Quag!" said Quagsire, disappointed that Ash didn't want to hand it over. "Sire."

Soon as they left the police station, the quartet were approaching a bridge. "I'm starving." said Ash.

"Me too." said Brock. "We never got to eat our lunch, did we?"

"No, we didn't." said Jordan.

"Hey, there's that Quagsire!" said Misty, seeing Quagsire on the bridge, removing a round object.

"Nah, that's a different one." said Brock.

"Guess they're here taking round things." said Misty. "Just like Officer Jenny said!"

"It sure is weird that the Quagsire only take things that are round, isn't it?" asked Ash.

"Yeah. Hmm."

"Pika. Riol."

"Quag." said Quagsire, appearing beside them.

"Hmm? What? Not you again!" said Ash.

"Quagsire, Quag." it said to Ash, wanting to bring it good luck.

"I already told you; you can't have the GS Ball!" Ash tells Quagsire when suddenly it hops onto him. "Hey! Get off of me, will you? Somebody do something!"

"How? I'm not that strong!" said Jordan.

"Riolu!" said Meeko.

"Hey!" said Ash as Quagsire continued to look for the GS Ball. Taking out one of his Pokéballs, Chikorita pops out.

"Chika!" said Chikorita, then sees Jordan, Misty and Brock tried to get Quagsire off.

"We cant get a grip on it, its too slippery!" said Misty. Chikorita starts getting angry that Quagsire was on her beloved Ash.

"Chika!" shouted Chikorita as she uses her leaf to swat off everyone.

"That felt like a windmill." said Misty. "Huh?"

"Chiko, Chiko, Chiko." Chikorita said as she rubs her head affectionately against Ash.

"Hey, what's gotten into Chikorita?" asked Misty.

"Well, I think Chikorita is being overprotective because she has sort of a crush on Ash." said Brock.

"What sort of crush?" asked Ash.

"The kind that you'll get in several years." Jordan said bluntly.

"Quag." said Quagsire, placing its flippers on Ash.

"Chiko!" shouted an angry Chikorita, using her leaf once again to swat off Quagsire.

"Hey, quit it, cut it out, Chikorita!" shouted Ash as Chikorita goes off. Ash's backpack was unzipped and the GS Ball falls out.

"Quag." said Quagsire, its eyes filled with glee as Ash gasps. "Quag!"

"Ah, no!" Ash shouted as Quagsire jumps over the bridge.

"Quagsire." it said, mocking Ash as it swims away.

"Oh, no! We got to catch it!" said Ash. Just as he was turning away, Ash falls to the ground.

"Ash!" exclaimed Misty.

"Chika." said Chikorita.

"Yeah…we're gonna have to teach this one boundaries." said Jordan.

"Olu, Olu." said Meeko.

"Ash?" asked Brock. "I think maybe Chikorita's crush's gotten out of hand!"

"So has the GS Ball!" said Ash.

"Ya think." said Jordan.

"Pika." sighed Pikachu. Elsewhere, Meowth was laughing as he held a pearl in his hands.

"Great. We've lost those Twerpy kids again!" said Jessie as James looks at the map he was holding. "What are you so happy about? What's that thing you've got there?"

"Its just an old lawn ornament." said Meowth. "There's a bunch of neat stuff over in that field and it's all around!"

"Small minds are easily amused." said Jessie.

"Lets see!" said James, eagerly.

"Huh?" asked Meowth.

"Now I will gaze deeply into this ball which will reveal the four Twerps' whereabouts." said James, wearing a fortune teller's outfit.

"Their whereabouts!" said Meowth. "Who cares about what they're wearing?"

"Silence please!" ordered James. "Wait! Its getting clearer. Clearer."

Out of nowhere, Quagsire's reflection appears in the ball, causing Team Rocket to scream. "I was only kidding!" screamed James.

Quagsire picks up the lawn ornament and takes off with it. "Hey! I saw that first!" Meowth shouted after it.

"Outrageous!" said Jessie. "How dare that slippery-smiley little whatever it is steal your ball? Lickitung, Arbok, go get em."

Just then, a couple of Quagsire takes Arbok's and Lickitung's Pokéballs out of Jessie's hands. "Okay, Weezing, Victreebel, don't let it get away!" said James when another pair of Quagsire did the same thing. "Hmm?"

"Quagsire!" they said happily, swimming away leaving Team Rocket to scream in terror.

"My Arbok and Lickitung!" Jessie shrieked.

"My Victreebel and Weezing!" shrieked James.

"Come back here!" shouted Meowth and the three started chasing after the Quagsire.

That evening, Ash, Jordan, Misty and Brock ran alongside the river, chasing after Quagsire. "There's no sign of that Quagsire anywhere!" said Ash as they came across a rope bridge.

"Yeah. Its got to be swimming in this river but who know where it could be." said Brock.

"Maybe we'd have a better chance of finding it if we just waited for it to swim downstream." said Misty.

"You're right." said Brock. "If we're lucky, the GS Ball will just float right back down the river."

"Yeah, but what happens if we're not lucky?" asked Ash.

"Well, if we're not lucky and it doesn't float down the river, we'll be up the creek!" said Brock.

"Bad joke, Brock." said Misty.

"Terrible joke." said Jordan.

"Pika-Pika!" shouted Pikachu, spotting something in the water.

"Huh?"

"What's up, Pikachu?" Ash asked. "Huh?" They then spot four more Quagsire swimming under the bridge. "Quagsire!"

"I'll bet you they'll lead us to the one that has the GS Ball!" said Brock.

"Come on, lets go!" said Ash.

"You heard my brother!" said Jordan as they ran after the four Quagsire. Not far behind them, Team Rocket appears.

"Is my imagination running wild or did I just hear the Twerps?" asked Meowth.

"Even if you did, we cant stop them until we get our Pokémon back!" said James.

"But when we do we'll take care of the Twerps." said Jessie as they crossed the rope bridge. "And that slimy Pokémon too!"

Night fell as Ash and the others peered through the tall grass.

"Huh?"

"Huh? Whoa. Pika. Riol."

The quartet sees every single Quagsire gathered around with objects in their hands. "Wow! Look at them all." said Misty.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

"That's a lot of objects that they're bringing luck to." said Jordan.

"You think this is where all the Quagsire live?" asked Ash.

"Remember what Officer Jenny said?" questioned Brock. "She told us that the Quagsire made their homes at some place called Blue Moon Falls. But I don't see any water falls."

"You're right." said Ash. "I don't see any either." Ash gasps as he spots the Quagsire who took the GS Ball. "Oh! There's that Quagsire!"

"Wait a second, Ash. What are you doing?" Misty asked.

"I'm going to capture it." he tells her. "I got to get that GS Ball back!"

"But Officer Jenny made us promise that if we saw any Quagsire, we'd leave them alone." Misty reminded him. "Remember?"

"Yeah! I know we need to get that GS Ball back, but we can't capture that Quagsire! You don't need a criminal record!" said Jordan, pulling on her brother's arm.

"Oh, yeah, that's right!" said Ash. "I definitely don't need a criminal record."

"Ash, we'll keep our eyes on it so it cant get away." said Brock.

"Yeah. Sure." said Ash.

"Quagsire." it said as it inspects the GS Ball.

"Look, over there." said Jessie.

"It's the Twerps." added James.

"If we move fast, maybe we can grab their Pikachu and Riolu!" said Meowth.

"Why just settle for one Pokémon?" asked Jessie. "If we could capture all those Quagsire, we could make a fortune!"

"Okay, lets go get them!" said Meowth.

"Fine." James said, uneased by this. "You and Jessie go, and I'll wait back here."

"Oh, no, you won't." said Jessie. "We're all in this together. Don't be such a coward!"

"Well, I'll try." said James.

"Team Rocket."

"Charge!"

All of the Quagsire looked up at the night sky with their round objects in hand. "They're all standing so still." said Misty.

"What are they gonna do?" asked Jordan.

"Riolu?" asked Meeko.

"It seems like they're waiting for something to happen in the sky." said Brock.

"In the…whoa!" said Ash, looking up at the sky, then sees something unfold. "Hey, look out!"

"Quagsire?" asked a shocked Quagsire, looking up as it was grabbed around the waist.

"Oh no!" exclaimed Ash.

"Oh, yes and look who it is!" said Brock.

"Prepare for trouble because trouble's what we love."

"Make that trouble double, when we cause it from above!"

"To protect the world from devastation!"

"Huh?" said Jessie as Quagsire slips out.

"To unite all people within our…"

"It got away!" James said as the one he captured slipped out as well.

"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"

"To extend our reach to the stars above!"

"Jessie!"

"James!"

"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!" said Jessie.

"Surrender now or prepare to fight!" said James.

"Meowth, yeah, right!" said Meowth.

"This is so worth watching." said Jordan, making another mark in her notebook as they watched Team Rocket tried to grab every Quagsire in the water.

"No!" screeched Jessie. "We'll never catch those things this way! Meowth! It's time to go to Plan B!"

"From now on, I think we ought to start with Plan B!" said Meowth, then pressed the button to release a net. "Here goes."

Panicking, Quagsire went in all different directions, trying to get away. "Quagsire!" shouted Ash.

"Quag! Quag!" said the ones who were captured.

"Nice catch, Meowth!" said Jessie and James.

"Quagsire!"

"Well, with this haul, our money troubles will be a thing of the past!" said Jessie. "We can pay off our debts and have plenty left over!"

"Left overs?" asked Meowth. "Boy, I could sure go for a nice meatloaf sandwich!"

"Say, I wonder where those Pokémon hid our Pokéballs." wondered James.

Jessie and James looked around, trying to find the Quagsire that took them. "Ah! There they are!" they said, once they found the Pokéballs.

"The nerve of them!" said Jessie. "Leaving our Pokéballs in a pile of garbage!"

"Slime balls, don't you know you're not supposed to litter?" asked James.

"I wonder if there's any potato chips left in that bag down there." Meowth said, spotting a potato chip bag.

"The way they've treated our Pokéballs is absolutely unthinkable!" said Jessie.

"Well, they thought of it and now we should show them what we think!" said James.

"Hmm." said Meowth.

"Quagsire." Quagsire said, taunting Team Rocket.

"Let 'em go, guys." said Meowth, grinning from ear to ear. "I want my favorite toy!"

Jessie and James growls at the feline. "That's typical of you, Meowth." said Jessie.

"You never think of anybody but yourself." said James. As both of them laid into Meowth…..

"Team Rocket! Let go of those Quagsire!" Ash shouted as the quartet ran underneath them.

"Ha-ha! You got to be kidding, kiddo!" said Meowth.

"Not only are we keeping the Pokémon we have." said James.

"We're about to pick up a couple more!" said Jessie, then goes in to grab Pikachu and Meeko.

"Pikachu!"

"Pika-Pik!" Pikachu shouted, reaching out for Ash.

"We did it!" said Meowth. "Well, at least we got one of them."

"Pikachu!" said James.

"Now we've got you!" added Jessie.

"Hey! Come back!" said Ash. Suddenly, something was thrown at Team Rocket.

"Huh?"

"Huh?" said Ash. The Quagsire who weren't captured were sending rocks at Team Rocket.

"They're putting on a rock show!" said James.

"Well, what are we going to do now?" asked Jessie.

"We should've had a plan C!" said Meowth.

"Pika?" Pikachu said, surprised that he was let go.

"There goes…" said Jessie.

"Pikachu!" said Meowth

"Pikachu!" said Ash as he catches the mouse in his arms. "Its good to have you back, buddy!"

"Pika!" he squealed.

"Life would never be the same without you." said Jordan.

"Riol!" said Meeko.

"The Quagsire! We got to save them fast!" said Ash. "Bulbasaur, I choose you!"

"Bulbasaur!"

"Hurry, Bulbasaur! Razor Leaf that net!" said Ash.

"Bulba!" shouted Bulbasaur as it sends Razor Leaf. The net was cut down, freeing the captured Quagsire as they landed in the water.

"Aah!" screamed Team Rocket. As one last rock was thrown into the air, it punctures a hole in Team Rocket's balloon.

"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" they shouted as they blasted off into the night sky.

"Quagsire. Quagsire." said the Quagsire, happy that Team Rocket was gone.

"Guess I cant be too mad at them now!" said Ash.

"Who wouldn't?" asked Jordan.

"Pikachu." Pikachu said, nodding.

"Olu!" said Meeko. Just then, an eerie light starts shining behind the mountains.

"Quagsire!"

All the Quagsire starts swimming towards the light. "I wonder where all the Quagsire are going?" asked Misty.

"I don't know, but they're all going there together." said Ash.

"They're all headed back upstream!" said Brock.

"Lets go, you guys." said Jordan.

"Come on! We got to find out where!" said Ash.

The quartet ran upstream, following the Quagsire until they found them at the bottom of the waterfall. "Look, there they are!" Ash said.

"Yeah, but…." said Brock and they all looked up at the moon which let out a blue light.

All the Quagsire stared at the waterfall and the blue moon. "Blue Moon Falls." said Misty and Jordan.

"Yeah, but why'd they bring the GS Ball?" asked Ash.

"Watch. Maybe we'll find out!" said Brock. One Quagsire swims forward, throws its round object into the air and uses Water Gun. The other Quagsire follow suit, raising their round objects towards the waterfall and used Water Gun.

"I'm watching, but I still don't get it!" said Ash.

"I don't get it either." said Jordan.

"Riolu." said Meeko.

"Well, maybe it's a competition to see who can get theirs closet to the moon." said Brock.

"Well, whatever it is, its exciting!" said Misty. More Quagsire did the same thing, trying to get their objects towards the blue moon. "Wow, its beautiful!" said Misty.

"It looks like some kind of special secret Quagsire ceremony!" said Brock.

Quagsire swam up to the waterfall, still holding the GS Ball. "There's the GS Ball!" said Ash.

"Pika!" said Pikachu.

"Quag!" said Quagsire, using Water Gun on the GS Ball and aims it towards the moon.

"Hey, Pikachu, Jordan, Meeko, the GS Ball went higher than all the rest!" said Ash.

"Quag!" said Quagsire, turning around to its friends as they became proud.

"You're going to be really lucky, Ash." said Jordan. "I just know it."

"You think so?" he asked.

"I know so." she tells him.

"Riolu!" added Meeko as the GS Ball came back down and starts floating away.

"Its getting away!" gasped Ash and goes after it. "Hurry! We just got to get that GS Ball back!"

"Maybe that ball is just bad luck!" said Misty.

"Or it could have been that Quagsire, but I don't need that argument." said Jordan.

"Come back, GS Ball!" shouted Ash. "Come back!"

The sun rose the next morning and everyone in town appeared on the bridge. "Huh?" said Officer Jenny.

"Look! There they are! They're back!"

"Here comes my globe!"

"Hey, there's mine!"

"Oh! My favorite ball!" said a boy, running over and picks it up.

"My earrings are back!" said a woman.

"Ah, welcome back, ball." said a chef. "Ready for another lucky year?"

"Alright! A whole year of luck!"

"This year is gonna be the best ever!"

"Please come back out this way when you've retrieved your belongings." Officer Jenny instructed.

"Look! Here comes the last one!" said a man from the crowd and in comes the GS Ball.

"What is it?" asked Officer Jenny.

"Who does it belong to?" someone asked.

"Its not mine!"

"Whose could it be?"

"Its mine! Its mine!" Ash called out.

"Huh?"

"Please don't let it float away!" said Ash. Officer Jenny smiled as she picks up the GS Ball.

"Well, it looks like you're the lucky one, Ash." she said as the quartet stops in front of her.

"Yeah, the GS Ball came back." he said.

"Not just that." said Officer Jenny. "You're going to have the best luck of any of us this year!"

"Huh?"

"You're Pokéball was the last thing to float back down the river." said Officer Jenny. "That means, of all the round objects this year yours was the luckiest. That ball is going to be your good luck charm, Ash."

"The GS Ball's lucky?" asked Ash as they stared at it.

"I wonder if it extends to the us." Jordan said, curiously when the crowd applauded around them.

"Its really me?" asked Ash. "I'm the luckiest one of all?"

"It would seem so." said Jordan.

"Olu." added Meeko.

"Alright! This is great!" said Ash. "This means I'm guaranteed to be the big winner in the Johto League!"

"Huh?"

"How can I lose? I'm unbeatable!" said Ash. "I'm lucky, lucky, lucky, lucky!"

"He's crowing again." grumbled Jordan.

"Riol!" said Meeko, her head in her paw.

"Now he's going to think he's unbeatable!" said Misty.

"Yeah, but if he's really lucky, he'll find out he isn't!" said Brock.

"Toge, Togeprii!" said Togepi.

"Pika-Pika." said Pikachu.

"Woo-hoo! Ha-ha-ha."

Narrator: Though they got off to a shaky start, our friends' encounter with Quagsire turned out to be a fortunate one after all.

Jordan: Yeah, but Ash's needs to stop crowing this one.

Ash: I heard that, Jordan!

Jordan, turning to see her brother: You were supposed to, crazy! I didn't mumble it!

Narrator, shaking his head as the siblings argued: And now that the GS Ball has been safely returned, Ash is more eager than ever to try his luck in the Johto League.
