Chapter12: vs Dai Shi and the Generals PT1
Zolda can barely keep up with the threes combat, Casey, Dominic and Dai Shi are moving so fast that the man can only provide covering fire.
Dai Shi attempts to knee Casey's side, the ranger blocks and swipes up with his claw. Dai Shi moves back, evading the attack, but just as he does, Dominic strikes him in the head with all the animal spirit power he has.
With the visage of a massive rhino hitting him, Dai Shi goes flying into a nearby rock. Zolda uses this to grab the man with the pyramids telekinesis, holding him in place long enough for Casey to deliver three slashes to the general's chest.
Casey pulls a hand back, channeling his animal spirit and then delivering a palm strike to Dai shi's stomach
The quarry shakes, and all can hear the roar of a tiger. Dai Shi explodes, the various Rinshi disappearing when he does.
Zolda doesn't have the chance to react as Dominic grabs the man and runs off. A glow of gold fills the area, and Dai Shi rises again.
Flowing with purple energy, the general screams, the Dai Shi book appears once more, calling out "GENERALS!"
three figures appear behind Dai Shi, one that vaguely resembled a golden dragon, another that looked like a snapping turtle, and the last looked like a white tiger.
Casey looks at the new foes and sighs, cracking his neck as he does. Before he even fights, he speaks.
"Whiger…do you remember me?" Casey asks the white tiger creature, it simply growls, and Casey can tell that this is just an empty shell.
"Well...alright then, snapper and scorch are back to" RJ says as he walks next to the three.
Lily and Theo enter their jungle master modes and stand next to Casey. The royal rangers taking Zolda's side soon after.
The generals are first to move, three waves of energy that split the group up.
Whiger and Dai Shi with Zolda, Kyle, RJ, Casey and Camille .
Scorch with Dominic, Thruster and Arjet
Snapper with Lily, Theo, Dialect and Toxala.

"So what's the plan?"
Thud
"His armor is tough, we will have to keep hitting one spot if we want to break it."
Thwap
"How will we do that?"
Crack
"Me and Theo will provide a distraction, you and Grumpy will keep striking a single point on his back."
Thud
This conversation is being had by Dialect, Lily and Theo. The two are hatching a plan to defeat snapper, while Toxala is getting tossed around by the general.
Toxala presses the book on her sheath, and it calls out " SUMMON FIRST 5!"
Appearing behind Toxala are five spirit-like dinosaurs, each only a bit larger than Toxala. A red T-Rex, a black parasaur, a green raptor, a blue stegosaurus, and a pink triceratops.
The beast rush snapper, the T Rex bites down on the phantom beast general, but he holds it's jaws in place with his bare hands.
The raptor slashes the general with his tail, hitting the T-Rex in the process. Both go flying off, before snapper can even hit the ground, Lily runs to where he would land, kicking him back to the others.
Snapper flies in the other direction, landing directly onto one the horns of the triceratops. This doesn't break the snapper's armor however, the general landing on the ground face first.
As he hits the rock below, Dialect and Toxala jump on top of him, They then proceed to stab the spot where the horn struck him.
Their assault is stopped by a wave of energy that blasts the two away, The drivers stopping both of the rangers from falling.
Snapper rises and sends balls of purple energy at the two. The triceratops blocks it, and the drivers go off and swarm snapper.
Various different colored lasers fire out of the tiny machines, none of them damage snapper, but it provides a distraction.
The stegosaurus rams snapper into nearby rock, the general quickly grabbing the dino and throwing it into the air.
He has no time to act as the T-Rex bites down on the general's chest, Forcing snapper to turn around.
The raptor and parasaur proceade to slash away at snappers back, the four rangers can finally see a crack forming.
Snapper roars out, and a wave of purple energy destroys every summon Toxala and Dialect had.
Theo tries to hit snapper while he's distracted, but the general grabs his leg and slams him into Lily.
Seeing that the tides are changing, Toxala and Dialect press their books again.
"SUMMON NEXT 5!" "SUMMON DRIVERS 6-10!!"

"Thruster now!"
The machine man strikes scorch with all his might, sending the general upward.
Thruster's various summons shoot scorch as he falls, and just as he hits the ground face up, Dominic and Arjet punch him in the face.
A crater forms as the impact shakes the quarry. Eight purple lasers fly out of scorch, forcing the two on top of him to dodge.
The general moves fast, punching Arjet three times in the gut. He then grabs her head and slams her into Dominic.
The tiny robots come to their aid, the pink one healing Arjet's wounds while the others distract scorch.
The red one fires a white foam at the general's feet that quickly solidifies. Thruster uses this to swing down at the phantom beast's head, but scorch breaks free just as the blade grases him.
Scorch punches Thruster square in the jaw, the robot flying away from the group.
Dominic blasts scorch with three balls of white energy, the general barley flinches as he runs at the rhino ranger, but the lighting fire robot sprays water in the general's eyes.
Scorch staggers back, and Thruster and Arjet have recovered. Thruster slashes the generals knees, when he falls, Arjet kicks him in the face, as he hits the ground, Dominic blasts him as many times as he can.

"Stop being dead weight!" Camille shouts at a struggling Kyle.
The 2V4 battle between the rangers and Dai Shi was going smoothly. RJ and Casey dealing with Dai Shi while the others handled whiger. The problems showed up when Kyle entered the equation.
The two monsters were targeting him specifically, and every time someone saved him, that person would take a heavy hit.
Zolda tumbles to the ground, whiger spin kicking the man in the head. Camille leaves Kyle's side to join the battle while Zolda recovers, he is now watching over Kyle.
"Did you ever try using the pink blade?"
Kyle turns to the ranger with a confused look, "what?"
"The pink blade? You know, makes us rangers, all the cool stuff" Zolda clarifies to the walking liability.
Kyle stays quiet for a moment before he responds, "I'm not ranger material, I'm only here to help dialect, and I genuinely can not comprehend helping people I don't know personally."
"Oh…so? It would really help us if you at least tried" Zolda grunts out as he stops an oncoming attack from whiger, his shield finally showing signs of damage.
Zolda manages to grab whiger with the pyramid, tossing the tiger man into Dai Shi. As he goes to help the others, Camille retakes her place guarding Kyle.
"Try to call the blade"
"Oh you suddenly think I'm ranger material now?"
"Not at all, but I know we'll keep struggling as long as one of us has to protect you. If we fall here, your lover is next."
A blast of purple energy stops Kyle from responding. Dai Shi sends Casey and RJ flying, he then throws another ball of purple light at Kyle, almost hitting the dead weight, but Camille is able to pull him away.
Dai Shi blitzes to Camille, hitting the woman in the stomach before turning to strike Kyle. None are able to move fast enough as the black armored hand makes its way to the man's head.
But it stops an inch away from his face.
Kyle looks to Dai Shi stopped dead in his tracks as a Jarrods voice comes out.
"I can tell just by looking at you, you did things you're not proud of… You don't need to be selfless, your goal right now can simply be to protect your loved ones"
Kyle stares in shock as the man continues
"Go nice and slow, learn the lessons one by one, and I promise, much sooner than you think, you'll reach the standard you've long to achieve."
None of the others fully understands Jarrod's words, it only hits a cord with Kyle. The man starts to breathe heavily, and Dai Shi regains control. Kyle moves to the side before the hand can grab him, Casey and RJ pushing Dai Shi away from the man.
The two monsters are now focused on their opponents, paying Kyle no mind at the moment.
Said man just lets the words of a random man sink in. He cannot know why it hit him as hard as it did, but as the battle progresses, he simply sighs and says.
"Please, at least let me try"
From the sky comes the pink blade and a pocket sized book. As it latches it self to Kyles waist, he laughs, and opens the book in his hand.
"STRONG, FAST, UNSTOPPABLE. THESE RANGERS TOOK THEIR TIME, TIRELESSLY TRAINING MIND AND BODY TO REACH THE DESIRED LEVEL"
Kyle places the book in the first slot
"POWER RANGERS: JUNGLE FURY!"
every one turns when they hear that, and with a flash of pink light, the tide of the battle changes completely.
