While the Doctor on the other end, is doing his best to try and call her. This eventually turns into him trying to get to her universe. They live in a domestic life then all hell breaks loose when she goes into labor.

After all the things they've faced, you'd think living out their lives in 1969 would be easy. But then again, they never had to deal with gossiping neighbors, 1960's social conventions, marriage counseling, cults, police, and world destroying aliens, all the while remaining inconspicuous and pretending to be a normal married couple. "Well... there's a first time for everything."

A series of one shots wherein the Doctor attempts to be domestic and fails. Very lighthearted, fluffy, and cute.

I wasn't satisfied with the 30 second papering-over resolution of the Ponds' divorce situation at the start of S7, so I played a little with how they may have come to that point and why it might have been so quick to resolve. Started when the episode aired, but only completed now.

The drums are gone and he's effectively stuck there not knowing what to do with his newfound sanity.
