I was up early the next morning. The ship was within sight and well… I was being optimistic, maybe they're refugees or maybe-

KA-BOOM!

The artillery shell that hit the outer mountains of the Turtle's shells killed that hope and optimism instantly.

"We got real Nazi's!" I heard Davy cheer as did the army that was waiting behind them.

"Well…" I muttered, raising my hand. "If they have any Prisoner's or Non-Combatant's capture them alive, if not, Kill them all!" I ordered loudly, hearing the cheer again

"Fire at the bigots!" Meg yelled, shooting off her shoulder mounted cannon before she put a hand to the ground and formed a large and long bridge of light that went from her hooved feet all the way to the ship and seemed to impact it hard enough to cause damage. She then ran across it laughing like a lunatic.

"Wow she has not been that happy since her three day long play got approved for production." Davy laughed before taking flight.

I floated up and flew off towards the Nazi boat, not wanting to miss out on some mindless slaughter fun but still thinking about…just a lot of things really.

"Don't think too hard David." I heard Tony tell me as he was flying along next to me. "We'll work it all out, I promise." He said, before diving down like a Hawk and slammed into the enemies.

I chuckled at his antics.

It took a bit but I arrived on the boat and-

Wow that's a lot of bodies already… Oh wow they even have the shoulder sleeves and… wow these guys are like, classic nazis…

"Damn, I didn't expect some OG Nazi's here…" I admitted carefully, landing on the boat and grabbing one of the still alive Nazi's by the neck. "You messed with the wrong group body." I growled. "But I might as well ask, who sent you?"

"Die unclean-" He started, then his head blew up.

I turned to see Luna with a handgun walk up to me. "Need a weapon or gonna use your powers?" She asked me.

"Nah, I'll just use my powers and bare hands." I said, tossing the dead motherfucker up and grabbing him by the leg, before I slammed his corpse into another still alive one. "Or just going with a great saying, I'm going to beat a motherfucker with another motherfucker." I laughed.

"Pfft. Alright. Kinda hope we can reuse this ship. Davy was saying that since we live in an all ocean place having a Navy would be a great way to keep a perimeter around the turtles." She said then took off down some halls.

I ran around, not sure where I was going but I was hoping to find a prison. Might be able to find defectors or people they captured. One thing I noticed though is that while some of these Nazi's were strong, one I saw managed to punch through the steel of the ship when attacking me, no one has used magic or abilities or powers. Just physical strength and weapons. Some of these weapons are magic and such but none of them have been using it themselves… weird.

I lucked out and found what I believe to be the prison. First prison cell I opened I ripped the bulk door off the frame and saw a scared looking blonde hair, blue eyed man, typical looking Nazi from what I was seeing but he was wearing what was obviously a prisoner uniform.

"Don't worry, I'm here to rescue you." I said softly. "What's your name?"

"H-Henry… who are you… uh… what are you?" He asked, making himself small in a corner of the cell.

"My name is David, and I'm human." I said softly. "Please, I'm here to rescue you and any other prisoner's on this accursed vessel…and killing any of these Nazi bastards we come across."

"All… of them." He said, seeming to shrink more.

… Wait is he… was he one?

"Only the combatants." I said quickly. "All non-combatants and prisoners we're rescuing." I amended it. "I promise."

"Uh… okay…" He said. "What is going on?"

"This boat attacked my kingdom, and me and my people didn't take to kindly to that." I admitted. "So please, come with me, you are a non-combatant, we need to get you to safety with any other prisoner's we may find."

"There is just me and the Demon…" He said, sounding more afraid when he said Demon.

"And who is this 'Demon' and where are they?" I inquired.

"I don't know. It was a month ago before I was detained. I was in the cafeteria at the time but… the reports said it killed thirty soldiers before being detained. Captain threw it in the Specialty Holding Cell with plans to sell it to Violence."

"Alright, so why were you detained given you are…most likely one of these people?" I asked carefully.

"Born and raised back in a colony on the edge of this zone." He nodded. "I was detained because they discovered my secret and I… didn't deny it… Mamma always said Honesty was best… Even if it got me in prison…"

"Who's your mother and what's your secret?" I asked. "And just to prove I am a friend," I used Harden as an example on my hand. "I have my own brand of powers, so you can trust me."

"I don't have powers… We're Puritans… They're forbidden."

… That explains a lot so far… that means the stronger people were… either wearing gear or maybe they put the Skill Points into stats directly?

"Right…never actually dealt with Puritans before, but I have heard of their nonsense." I admitted.

"It's the law in our society." Henry stated. "Anyone found with any Abilities is detained. Anyone who suddenly gains a Skill Point is detained and if they turn it in, are freed and fined. But… I don't want to say my secret… I don't want you to leave me here because of it…"

"Kid, I have more abilities than I can count and I currently have a massive group of different species mauling a bunch of Nazi's. Whatever secret you have won't change anything about my mission to save you and anyone else I can." I explained.

"Hmm… Even if it's bad?"

"I won't know if it's 'bad' if you don't tell me." I admitted. "Cause it could be simple and harmless compared to half the crap I know."

"I uh… don't find… ladies… attractive… I find men attractive…" He said.

… That's it? They imprisoned him because he's gay?! Oh right, Nazi's this poor guy probably grew up his whole life thinking he's a monster if they're like that… and they likely are…

"Kid, listen." I said, kneeling down. "In the real world, not in this puritan based bullshit, nobody cares if you're Gay, some would even Celebrate the fact you like men, hell I know at least two people that are gay and one that's Bisexual." I admitted.

"Gay? Is that what you call it when men like men?"

Oh this poor guy…

"Yes, Gay is when you like the same, whether you're a man liking a man or a woman liking a woman." I said. "The term for women liking women is Lesbian but it's the same thing." I admitted. "So you are Gay, and that's okay." I said, but stopped myself before quoting Avenue Q here.

"I… alright… but are you sure you also want to free that monster?" Henry asked as he managed to pull himself up and stand.

"I am personal friends with being's that are far worse than whatever you are scared of." I admitted.

"Alright. The Specialty Holding Cell is just down the hall here…" He said, peeking outside his cell. "It's got a biometric lock on it though…"

"You are adorable if you think a simple lock can stop me." I chuckled, walking down the hall to find the proper cell.

I walked down the hall of empty cells, Henry following behind me. The door was very thick metal and seemed to be the most advanced thing on this ship far as I can see. Hmm… alright, I can probably melt it if I use Generation and Half Hot Half Cold… Don't know if who or what in there could hold up to the head though… Hmm…

"Why do I overthink things?" I wondered to myself, before using Harden, Steel and Full Cowling all at fifty percent as I shoved both my fists into the door, grabbing the inside and trying to wrench it open.

The door was pulled open with a harsh metallic screech as I pried it open. Once I did some alarms went off. Not as loud as I was expecting.

I looked inside-

"I don't know who the fuck you are, but that was impressive." She smirked at me, sitting against the wall of the cell.

Her hair was black, eyes a dull grayish blue, two fuzzy antennas on her head with long fluffy ears on the sides of her head. Her back has two large semi-fuzzy moth wings that were a mix of white and that dull grayish blue. I only saw and met her in Davy's memories… Holy…

What surprised me more were the two ethereal feathered white wings coming out of her back, and the thin glowing halo over her head that was a golden ring of light.

"My names David…Davy and the other's have mentioned you quite a bit, Holy." I said.

"... Do I know you?" She asked with a raised brow and a tilted head.

"Me? No, but I'm good friends with David and the other Nokori." I said readily.

She squinted at me. "Alright." She nodded, getting up off the floor she was sitting on.

… that was… easy.

"That was…a little too easy…" I frowned. "But I might as well ask, how did you get here?"

"I saw you were telling the truth. If you know about Nokori than you know we each have a magic power. Mine lets me know when people are telling me the truth or not. As for how I got here, well, two years ago I wake up on an island with some stuff and wild fruit trees and such around. Spent my time there just surviving, and saw their boat in the distance. Was happy at first until I saw the flags. My fucking luck first boat I see in two years and it's fucking Nazi's." She huffed.

"And lucky for you, Davy, as I call him, and Meg are having a lot of fun committing Nazi murder top side." I said readily.

"I believe it…" She smiled. "Been a long time since I saw them. Last time they saw me, I died." She said. "... You got a gun I can use?"

I pulled a gun that I snagged from one of the Nazi's and tossed it to her. "Not as special as what we have but it's better than nothing."

She looked at it as if I handed her garbage. "The fuck is that?" She asked. "You are not handing me a ten millimeter piece of crap are you?"

I sighed, going into my assistant and pulling out a four gauge shotgun. "This work for ya?"

"... That works." She smiled as she took it. "Oh man, the last time I shot one of these was back in my days in the Marines."

"Yes, it's a wonderful shotgun that really makes a statement of 'fuck you and anything in your general direction'." I said, giving her a lot of buckshot rounds.

"Oh I might just like you… whatever your name is." She said as she loaded the gun.

"My name is David, like I just said." I frowned.

"Yeah I'm not calling you that." She said. "Hmm… How's D-2 sound?"

I facepalmed. Damn it…

"Seriously, can people stop calling me David 2 or some combination of that? I'm David, your David is Davy, it makes more sense both grammatically and makes me less of a joke here."

"I've known my David longer so, no." She said before walking out the cell. "Besides D-2 sounds nice. Kinda makes you sound like a robot." She said as she saw Henry. "This guy good or can I give him an express lobotomy?"

"He's good, he's also a prisoner because his Puritan colony doesn't like the fact he's Gay." I said quickly.

"Ah. Alright. So which way is the captain? I'm gonna give him a rectal lobotomy." She asked.

"Uh… seven floors up towards the main tower…" Henry said, shaking a little.

"Cool, thanks." Holy said, walking towards the exit

"Follow me." I said to Henry as I followed along with Holy.

I followed behind Holy, and from what I saw her do in that memory, seeing it in action was… honestly really cool. Despite the fact she was using a shotgun, she was like a sniper with that thing and blew holes through multiple Nazis, walls, and doors.

Wonder if she can teach me some of those military skills…

"Well, glad to know you're still this strong." I admitted.

"I have never met you before today so how do you know anything about me? I mean, I guess David and them said some stuff but still." Holy asked as we were going up some stairs.

"I have an ability that let me dive into Davy's memories, back when they fought Alex in his 'Blowjob Nine Thousand' form." I answered.

"Pfft! How did no one think of that?" She asked with a chuckle as we reached another door. She opened it and inside was a bunch of Nazi's on coms.

Multiple rapid shots later left just the Captain alive where, to my horror she… did give him a rectal lobotomy… oh that was… disgusting…

"Welp. Did that." She shrugged. "You gonna want this back?" She asked, the front of the shotgun covered in blood and… other stuff given how deep she shoved it in there…

"Uh…no thanks, you can keep it…" I said carefully.

"Hm. Your loss." She shrugged. "So what to do no-" There was a huge explosion that shook the tower we were in. "Hold up… I recognize that explosion. Does Meg still have that cannon I had made for her?!"

"And she's been giggling like a schoolgirl for a day straight at being able to use it again." I said honestly.

"Holy shit… Well damn. That was thirty seven million dollars well spent."

"Yes, she is very happy-excuse me how much!?" I asked.

"Thirty seven million." Holy repeated.

"That's…that's a lot of money…"

"Yeah, I had to spend the excess funds the Agency got for tax and budget reasons cause when the War broke out we were getting a lot of income from multiple governments and such and to justify the income I allocated a lot of the money towards some weapon projects. Most went to fortifications of cities and such as well as rebuilding destroyed cities and towns but I still had extra I had to use or deal with penny pinching bureaucrats so, spend a good chunk of money building Meg her own gun. She didn't need it, I mean the woman can give Light density and controle gravity and can tank a hit from a shell three times the size of what she's shooting but I needed to spend the money. Plus the ammo is four hundred per round so I spend the leftovers giving her a surplus of ammo."

"And I can just create her ammo so there won't be any issues with money." I admitted.

"Seriously? Nice. Hmm…" Holy hummed as she picked up a handgun off the captain. "Ah, .45. Much better." She smiled.

"Yeah, there is a lot of things to cover." I said honestly.

"So, what's your story D-2?" Holy asked as we started walking down the stairs.

"Before I was Isekai'd here or after?" I inquired.

"Eh, both." She shrugged.

"Not really much to say before I got here, a no magic Earth, bog standard stuff, boring life, but then I got here…oh boy that's when thing's started to get interesting." I said, going on to explain the past ten years of nonsense in this reality that I experienced.

"Wow… a world without magic. You poor, poor bastard." She said. "In any case, you can sum up your life after getting to this new reality as you did a lot of fucking around, litterally, then end up sent to what is basically a death world but you luck out and end up in what's basically Water World meets One Piece." She said

"More like Water World meets Subnautica but that's about the gist of it." I nodded.

"Hm. So David and them have been here for two hundred years, they've been around for seven thousand years back home after we all died, and because of time bullshit, David is over nine thousand years old and Squeaks, eight thousand years. Wow… time moves really differently in the afterlife cause I did not feel like it was that long…"

"Time is…weird when it comes to Isekai, cause some could get here at the same time as others, others could get here hundreds or thousands of years earlier." I shrugged.

"Well, like I said, I've been here for two years." She shrugged.

Yeah… I looked at her second pair of ethereal feathered wings and halo… so, she's like DJ then… arrived here after being dead…

"Well…considering the angel wings and halo, I'd say you are also an angel…somehow."

"Don't… don't ever call me that… I am many things but Angel I am not. Don't let the floating light ring and ghost wings fool you."

"No, I'm pretty sure you somehow became part Angel, or at least a Celestial from Dungeons and Dragons." I admitted.

"Say that again and I will shoot you."

"Alright alright fine, jeez." I rolled my eyes, though I did do a quick scan to see if I was indeed correct about my assumption.

[Scan Complete!

Name: Holy

Race: Nokori

Age: 7,356]

Hmm… just the Nokori is there for the race section… odd…

"That's weird…" I thought to myself carefully.

We got down the stairs… and were greeted by a firing squad.

Before I or Holy got to react though they all caught fire across their heads and torsos. The Nazis all screaming in agony as they tried in vain to put themselves out only to crumble into limbs and ash… woah…

"Well that was a close one. You good Davi- Holy?!" Davy yelped as he walked around the corner and spotted us.

"Heh…Sup featherbrains." She said, giving an awkward wave and a smile.

"You… what is with that halo and wings?!"

"I don't know!"

"It really doesn't suit you!"

"I know!"

They both laughed. Davy ran up, trying to give Holy a hug. Holy dodged this, and turned around and shot Davy in the back of the head.

"Ha! Still got it." Holy smirked.

Davy regenerated, using their avian foot to grab Holy and toss her into the air. He regenerated his head just in time to catch her.

"You cheeky bitch I actually did miss that!" Davy laughed, hugging Holy who was hugging him back.

"Well…that's one way to say 'hi'..." I said honestly.

"Where the hell have you been?!" Davy asked.

"An island in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere, got picked up by these Nazis a month ago. I killed some before they took me in though." Holy said.

"Ah that's the hardened Holy I know." Davy chuckled.

"I heard you are already over nine thousand years old!"

"Yup. I'm ancient!" Davy laughed. "Oh! Hold on!" He said, putting Holy down and pulling out the handgun he said was hers.

"No fucking way you still have it!" She said, almost yanking it out of his hand as he brought it out.

"Yeah! After you died, Lucas gave it to me."

"Heh. Yeah… I forgot he told me… Silver and them are all doing well. Afterlife is like… well, it's everything you could want and then some…" Holy said.

"... I miss them… we all do…"

"... They miss you too." Holy said. "Time works weird there but they all miss you guys. Each day that passed we were wondering if it would be the day you guys showed up."

"Heh…" Davy said, Holy suddenly hugging him tight. "Heh, why the sudden hug?"

"From the others… at least, until they can do this themselves to you guys." Holy said.

In the end, every Nazi was slaughtered off the ship and we claimed it for our own uses. Had to make a special port to dock it on land and work on removing all the… Nazi stuff off it and repair the damages but now that the work is getting done, it was good.

"First ship in our soon to be growing Navy." I said with a smile.

"So, you gonna be part of that Navy or something?" Holy asked me, a mug of coffee in her hand as she and I were watching the ship get repaired and de-Nazified.

"Maybe?" I said carefully. "I'm not entirely sure cause I have a lot of crap to do, like run an entire Kingdom by the end of the week."

"Who's dumb idea was it to make you a leader?"

I looked at Holy carefully. "A lot of people?" I asked carefully.

"... It was David wasn't it?"

"He is part of 'A lot of people' so you are technically correct." I admitted.

"Dumbass… Well, enjoy the paperwork." She said as she sipped her Coffee.

"It'll be a pain in the ass if it's just me, but given I'm getting Asgore and Toriel's people I won't be doing all of it by myself." I said honestly.

"Eh. Still."

Hmm… okay how to go about this…. I promised Squeaks I'd help try and get her and Davy back together… and Knowing Davy, he'll probably panic… knowing Shift… they'll be more than alright with this…

"Have you ever thought about Polygamy with Davy and Shift?" I asked out of nowhere.

Holy spit out her coffee and coughed a bit. "What the fuck? Did Silver send you personally to ask that?!"

"Squeaks actually." I admitted. "She wanted me to get you and Davy back together cause…well, the way her and Davy talked about the relationship it's…it's definitely something I'd see trying to patch back up now considering your Ageless."

"... Okay the fact Squeaks is the one that asked you is more surprising to me than the fact she's now married to a skeleton man… which thinking about it feels appropriate for her." Holy said, sighing. "Look, that was literal MILLENNIA ago. It was… nice. But… he's been with Shift now for literal thousands of years and… I dunno. I mean, I'll admit I might still feel a certain way about David but just David. Nothing against Shift but… not interested."

"So less Polygamy, more Harem." I admitted. "And I'll be honest…from what I've been told, Davy still loves you, and would have been single for an Eternity if you didn't try to get him to be with Shift."

"I know… it's why I broke it off… that stubborn jackass just… puts his all into it and I… agh! Fuck why am I talking about this with you when I barely know you?"

"Because you know you can trust me, because Davy and the other's trust me and from personal experience on both ends…them trusting me means a lot in this situation."

"... Fuck you for having a point." She growled.

"It's one of my many special talents." I chuckled good naturedly.

"Look, I just got here so isn't it a little quick to start meddling in my love life?"

"I made a promise to Squeaks, and I might as well take the direct approach instead of making this some 'High school will they won't they romcom anime'." I shrugged.

"Fair. Romcom anime trash was more Silver's thing. Still… knowing David he's gonna flip and be very conflicted about this… also if Silver somehow ends up here too she is never going to let either of us live this down…"

"Well…so far you're the second person from their world to show up so the odds Silver show's up wouldn't be too surprising." I shrugged. "But just…give it a chance I suppose, Shift would be gung ho for it, Davy would…yes, he will flip, but knowing him he'd probably be gung ho after he gets his bearings."

"... You don't know David that well do you?"

"Not as well as you I will admit." I shrugged. "But you tell me how he'd fully react about all this stuff?"

"Well, most likely he'd probably laugh and assume it was a prank. Then once he realizes it's not he might fall on that old habit of his and run away like a bitch. Tell ya what, you go find him and I'll catch up with back up cause once he runs it's a day or two minimum before his balls drop back down and he faces us."

"Do I need to say 'I captured Bigs' again to make him not be a coward?" I asked.

"No, that only applies to doctors."

"I'm surprised you're…not surprised, cause from what they said nobody ever did that."

"Bitch I'm the one who forced them to install that loophole. Only reason I never used it against them is because I didn't care. The five of them are immortal. What do you think, not getting a flu shot was gonna kill them?"

"Eh, fair." I shrugged. "But might as well head off and go and tell that overgrown bird what's about to happen."

"Wait until I show up cause if he runs before the backup is there we'll have to actually wait for him." Holy said before she headed off.

Right… so distract Davy then… I can do that.

"And if that somehow fails, we can always track him with my Township ability." I said honestly. "And I'm good with distracting people."

"Yeah, keep telling yourself that…" Holy said as she left.

I rushed off looking for Davy. Thankfully I found him in New Hope at a… huh…

"Like it?" Davy asked, motioning to the large… club… huh. "Renting it out for Holy's welcome party."

"Well, the club does look nice." I nodded. "Glad you're excited about Holy being back."

"Well, yeah, we all are. Shift is helping Meg make a dress for her to wear, Bigs is cooking up a feast, Squeaks is getting some people together for the party, and I managed to luck out in that most all of Holy's favorite songs exist here and I got them all in a playlist."

"That's great." I nodded with a smile. "Mind showing me around the place?"

"Sure." Davy said, opening the door for me. Inside there was the main dancefloor, speakers mounted from the ceiling and along the walls. The walls were all covered in soundproofing foam blocks. A bar lined the center back of the building, tables and benches lined the side walls and in the front walls between the doors seemed to be buffet tables ready to hold and keep the food warm. "Welp, this is it." Davy said.

"Pretty fancy place, I'm surprised I'm not seeing Meg fussing over everything in this place." I admitted.

"Unless it's a play she's performing in or she's singing, she could care less." Davy chuckled. "By the way, you got something to wear for the party?"

"I'm sure I got something." I shrugged. "So, what kinda music are we going to be listening to?"

"Holy's favorites, and some of her guilty pleasure music I remembered from back when."

"Mind if we listen to a few?" I asked, needing to keep Davy distracted here but also curious as to what music Holy likes.

"Uh, sure. Let me just get the player set up." He said, heading behind the bar and messing with something.

That might keep him-

I turned, seeing Holy walk in, Meg, Squeaks and Shift with her. Oh thank god.

"Oh hey guys!" Davy said as he saw them enter.

"Davy, we need to talk." I said, playing this up like an Intervention.

"Why so serious suddenly?" He chuckled.

"Do you still love Holy?" I asked curiously.

"E-excuse you?"

"Do you still love Holy?" I repeated.

"That- That's uh… a bit personal…"

"I got this." Holy said as she walked up between us… then looked over at Shift. "Hey Shift mind if I go out with David?"

"I am more than alright with that." Shift said with a nod.

"Cool. So wanna make my welcome party a date night David?" Holy asked.

Davy was silent. Stiff. His wings twitched-

"Get him!" Meg yelled as she, Shift and Squeaks tackled Davy to the ground.

"And that is why I brought backup." Holy said.

I nodded. "Cool, now, instead of squawking like a shocked chicken, what's the answer my guy?" I asked Davy, hoping he wasn't in some 'mindlessly run' mindset at the moment.

The struggle behind the bar ended when he was brought up and held down against the bar itself. "Uhhhhhh… okay?" He said.

"Nice, and dress nicely. I know you know how to dress." Holy said with a smirk.

"... Your exact words were 'I don't care what you wear'." Davy said, smirking.

"That was a mistake, you showed up wearing a Hawaiian shirt and jean shorts on that date…" She huffed.

"You laughed."

"Only because you looked like a beach bum."

"It was at a private beach… so, if Silver shows up here too, will we take this as a secret to our nonexistent graves?"

"Oh definitely that woman will never let us hear the end of it if she found out…"

"Now is that in a good way or a bad way? Like cracking jokes good naturedly or 'I told you so' kind of way?"

"I told you so." Davy and Holy said simultaneously.

"Right, so don't tell them." I nodded.

"Yeah… So, You two finish my dress?" Holy asked.

"It's done." Meg said.

"Good. Once you put David in something good, then go put D-2 into something good too."

"I'm sure I can find something good on my own." I said honestly.

"Meg." Holy said, snapping her fingers.

"Prepare to be dressed!" Meg said as she tackled me.

Ouch…

Why am I being detained and why did Meg obey her so readily!?

"I can dress myself, I don't need to be detained and why are you so quick to obey her?" I asked worriedly.

"Holy is a dear friend, my former boss when I worked at the agency and helped me get the resources I needed to rebuild my first theater house I inherited from my mentor and beloved teacher-"

"You shit in her urn when she died…" Holy said.

"Besides the point. Holy is the boss. Simple as that." Meg said.

"Agreed." Squeaks said.

"Definitely." Shift added.

"Has been and will always be the boss." David said.

"I respect her out of fear." Bigs said, appearing out of a dark portal with a large tray of really tasty smelling food.

"Awh. Thanks guys. Means a lot even after all this time you still listen to me when I say jump." Holy smirked. "Also, D-2 is this Assistant thing supposed to give me notifications that take up the majority of my vision?"

"That depends, the fuck did you magically get?" I asked, mildly annoyed at having to be detained here over my wardrobe and now wondering what the hell she magically got because of this.

"Eh, I'll tell you all tomorrow after the party." She waved it off. "Take them away and make them… less that…" She motioned to all of me.

"Ma'am yes ma'am!" Meg said, throwing me over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes and heading out. Squeaks and Meg pushing Davy out next to us.

"I can dress myself ya know, also the fuck she mean 'less that'?" I asked incredulously.

"Did you forget how much work Tony, Squeaks and I did to have you compete against Mettaton?" Davy asked.

"You two did a good job but let a professional handle this job guys." Meg said with a smirk.

"I was up against a professional in a competition, this is just a party, I'm not going to be on Reality's Next Top Model, christ." I groaned.

"True but you also want to look nice for Tony since he, Catty and Bratty are gonna be there." Squeaks said.

… shit I do wanna look nice for that meeting.

"Well…that's true." I admitted.

"Then let's get you dolled up!" Meg said.

I have to admit… I looked even sexier than when Tony, Davy and Squeaks fixed me up.

Davy was in a form of casual suit that he looked really good in. It even let his wings out without exposing his back at all.

I have to admit… seeing Holy in that red dress was… wow…

Even Tony was dressed up, in a custom suit that fit his humanoid form perfectly.

Catty and Bratty were at his sides. Catty looked much like from the game. She was dressed in a bright pink dress.

Bratty wore a dark purple and looked similar to the pixelated game version, just less… cartoonish.

"It's nice to finally meet you two." I said politely.

"Nice to finally meet you." Catty said, shaking my hand.

"Tony has told us a lot about you." Bratty added, shaking my hand once Catty was done.

"I hope it was all good things." I admitted.

"All good things." Catty said.

"And sometimes in his sleep, he says lewd things." Bratty added.

Tony blushed. "Heh… what can I say, David's a looker… and your dress is amazing." He added as he eyed me up and down.

I blushed a little. This dress was basically skin tight, showing off much of my back and cleavage and was held up by said cleavage and the fact it fit me this well. Both sides had slits that went up to my hips and showed parts of them off with each step and even when I was standing still.

Add the makeup and hair styling Meg did to me and I looked like a model if I'm honest…

"Well…glad you like it." I said with a smile. "I would have just gotten something nice but not…this stuff, but Holy forced Meg to do this." I motioned.

"Heh… Meg really knows how to style someone up doesn't she?"

"She's the one that taught everyone else how to style so I suppose so." I admitted.

"Speaking of," Tony said as he looked over.

I looked in the same direction to see Meg, dressed in an amazing dark blue dress with white and purple highlights in the frills and glitter giving it a cosmic look that fit her well. Next to her was Mettaton, who was wearing a light purple and black tux with matching hat.

The two seemed to be posing for photos but I could tell… they were competing for the cameras and onlookers attention. A friendship formed in rivalry. They are gonna get along amazingly.

"While I'm happy about their friendship…I am concerned they might take it too far…" I admitted.

"Guess time will tell." Tony chuckled. "So, where's the guest of honor?"

"That is a good question, where is she?" I wondered, looking around for where Holy was.

I looked around, after a minute I spotted Holy sitting at the bar, a drink in hand as she and Davy were talking.

"Well, she's at the bar with Davy." I pointed to the couple.

"Ah. Surprised she isn't out dancing." Tony said.

"Heh. You clearly don't know Holy." Tony and I turned seeing a… absolutely hot, full bodied female cat woman standing next to us, a fancy drink in hand and a thin tight fitting blue dress that really… made her figure pop.

"And…who are you?" I asked the insanely hot cat lady.

"It's Shift, David two." They said. Tony and I blinked.

"Uh…well then, you certainly decided to look extra fancy today."

"Woof." Tony said with a nod.

"I did tell you two I used to own and run a strip club back in the day in Leto. This form is one I made when performing on stage." Shift said as they took a sip of their drink. "Figure Holy would get a kick out of seeing this old thing."

I was… amazed at how… different their voice sounded to…

"Well, I suppose that makes sense." I nodded. "And your voice is…certainly not something I'm used to with ya."

"I know. It's part of my shapeshifting. My form, voice, even my DNA would register as something and someone completely different." Shift said.

"Wait so… does that also include…" Tony started.

"If it's got genetic material in it then yes it does." Shift nodded. "Even you and David Two here I'd be genetically identical to if I shifted into a copy of you two. Was never sure how that worked but I think it's part of the Chaos Magic."

"Huh…that is very interesting." I admitted.

"Yeah. Back to the point though, Holy only dances to one song."

"And what's that one song?" I inquired.

"The song she first danced to with David." Shift said with a smirk. "Which if I memorized that playlist right, should be starting any minute now."

"Is it a romantic song or something?" Tony asked.

Shift laughed. "Depends on your definition of romantic."

We waited for a while and then the next song began.

The second it did, Holly and Davy seemed to pause, smile before laughing. Davy stood up, gently taking Holy by the hand and led her to the dance floor.

"This is…certainly a song." I admitted.

"Definitely 'romantic'." Tony said sarcastically.

"Yeah, David and Holy were dared to dance as a couple at Silver's birthday party one year and this song came up. So, they did." Shift chuckled.

I watched Holy and Davy dance… it was like a mix between a slow dance and a power struggle of asserting dominance. Somehow mixing slightly sexualized movements with a more traditional slow dance.

Woah.

"Didn't think Davy had that in him…" Tony said as he watched the two dance as well.

"Yeah, I am surprised those two are dancing like that." I admitted.

"This song just does it to them." Shift laughed. "Was always envious of that if I'm honest."

"Really?" I inquired.

"Yeah… doubt I need to tell you why. Squeaks told you the story… silly really. I shouldn't feel that way when I'm the one who ruined it the first time…" Shift sighed.

"We all make mistakes Shift, but it's what we do after is what really matters, and the both of you have been together for ages." I said honestly.

"I know… doesn't make it easier to remember though."

"I know that feeling." Tony sighed. "Might not have cheated but I did hurt someone I loved dearly."

"Yeah… I remember when Holy broke up with David, approached me some time after it to say I should try again. I was honestly scared shitless… in the end she got me on a date with him and we took it slow. Talked a lot. Funny, in therapy they always say communication is key and they weren't wrong. Wonder how life is gonna be with Holy around now?" Shift pondered as they took another sip of their drink. "Gonna be a bit of a thing figuring out how we're gonna cuddle up against David."

"You take one side, Holy takes the other?" I suggested.

"Fair, just gonna be different."

"Think they'll be sleeping tonight at all~" Tony said teasingly as the song ended, Holy and Davy heading back to the bar. Smiles and laughing.

"Doubt they'll jump back into sex so fast. Cuddling and such, that's definitely gonna be the case for now." Shift chuckled. "I can practically hear Silver cackling from the afterlife at this."

"I wouldn't be surprised." I admitted. "But they'll probably take it slow and steady first."

"Yeah." Shift nodded. "So, you gonna stick around or are you and Tony gonna make up for lost time? Heh, at least lost time on Tony's side."

"I mean…that was the plan." I admitted.

"And I can show off a special trick I kind of…forgot about." Tony admitted.

"Heh. Have fun and try not to be too loud." Shift chuckled.

The next day I felt… sticky. For obvious reasons.

After a long shower, a late breakfast and such I met up with Davy and them at their place. Holy was here, wearing a shirt that said 'Boss Bitch' as she sipped some coffee. Davy was next to her with his usual pot of coffee. Shift was on his other side, back in their form, coffee in hand. Bigs was cooling something. Squeaks was noticeably absent but she's likely with Gastor back in Snowdin. Meg was on her own chair with an energy drink in hand, sipping from the can like it was some divine brew.

"Morning everyone." I yawned. "How we doing today?"

"Good." Shift said.

"Slightly hungover." Holy huffed.

"I have energy drinks again so the world is right." Meg said with a smirk as she drank more.

"Good to know." I nodded. "So, what were all the fancy things you got last night Holy?" I inquired.

"Huh? Oh yeah that notification thing." She grumbled, sipping her coffee. "Hold on, still early, still hungover and still new to this Assistant thing…" She huffed.

"Eh, that's fair, take your time." I said simply.

After about a minute or two, Holy spoke back up. "It says I've been given the title of Perfect Custodian."

"And what does that title do or give?" I inquired.

"Uh… says here that I can take people under my custody, whatever that means, and anyone under my custody gains a two hundred percent increase to stats, and I get some abilities called Final Thanks, Super Nanny, Who's a Good Boy/Girl, and As The Twig Is Bent So Grows The Tree." She said. "Two of those Ability names are stupid…"

"Not the…dumbest names for abilities…" I said slowly. "But…what do those abilities do?" I asked carefully, wanting to unpack this all at the same time before I start to freak at it.

"Says Final Thanks takes any stats and Abilities from someone under my custody and gives them to me at double strength if they die for two hours until they respawn or at face value for thirty minutes if they are immortal. Super Nanny let's me give people under my custody healing supplies and spells directly from my Assistant and helps them gain Ability Points three times faster. Who's A Good Boy/Girl makes it so anyone I cheer for so long as three people see me cheer them, the target of the cheer gains double boost in stats, increasing by two percent five people seeing me cheer. And As The Twig is Bent let's me see the skill trees of people under my custody including Legendary Skill Trees. I can use any Skill points, my own of Custody's to get them abilities without grinding a branch or I can assign tasks to have you earn the abilities without using Skill Points." Holy said. "Also, the fuck are Abilities?"

"Think our Nokori Powers but you can get more and some are bullshit." Davy said.

"Ah."

I took a deep breath. "Right, so Holy is going to be the most overpowered bitch on this planet the way I'm thinking of how this will work." I said carefully. "But before I explain, do you need to have some trigger phrase to have someone under your Custody?"

"Yeah it says I have to set one and as long as the recipient responds to it positively, they'll be under my Custody." She nodded.

"So…what would be the phrase?" I asked, wondering what phrase she would choose.

She paused, sipping more of her coffee before looking over at Davy. "Hey David." She said.

"Hm?" Davy replied, drinking from his coffee pot.

Holy smirked. "Get bent."

Davy nearly choked as he spat out the coffee and was laughing. "God damn it Holy!" He laughed.

"Cool, it worked." She smirked.

"Some inside joke I take it?"

"Nope." Holy said. "Just an excuse for me to insult people and they have to be happy about it. I'd have said 'go fuck yourself' but I say that a lot and I'd rather not let it slip while I'm insulting someone and some weirdo end up in my Custody."

"Right…" I said carefully. "This is…going to be an experience I'm sure…" I thought to myself carefully.

"So… can someone explain to me in more detail what the fuck I am apparently doing? I mean, two years on an isolated island and a month in a Nazi warship prison cell, I know more or less nothing and have been rolling with things as they've been coming so… the fuck is even going on?" Holy asked.

"It's…a long story." I said carefully. "But to start, Welcome to Reality, where everything and anything is possible with a few exceptions." I started.

"This already sounds like a headache…" Holy huffed.

I spent the better part of this morning informing Holy about how things worked. Abilities, magic, the world's and dungeons, Armageddon and the update that are to come after New Year's. I then helped her check stats out and explained how a 200% buff to them was mega OP. Among other things.

"Alright, I think I get that." Holy nodded. "Basically video game logic."

"Basically." Davy nodded. "And a two hundred percent boost to stats. Hm… that is useful. Especially given I imagine these five are probably terrifying you daily."

"Mostly me." I yelped as Squeaks appeared behind me.

"Can you please stop?" I whined.

"No." Squeaks answered with a smile.

"So! Back on track…I'm just going to say, the ability Final Thanks doesn't say it doesn't stack…so…Davy I need your help with testing to see if Final Thanks stacks and how nonsense things are about to become."

"I got this." Holy said, pulling out her handgun and shooting Davy in the head. "Agh!" She yelped, grabbing her head. "Ouch! I felt that?! Oh that's bullshit!" She growled.

"Well…the fact your halo is now pure galactic fire I'd say its working." I mentioned. "But…you sharing their pain is…yes, it is bullshit."

"Well, either way it's useful." Davy said, rubbing their head after their regeneration. "You good Holy?"

"Yeah. Fuck, reminds me of that one jackass that used illusion that tricked the senses into experiencing real pain." She huffed.

"Oh that guy sucked…"

"Alright…now I need you to do it again to see you get his strength twice and if it lasts for an hour." I said.

"Fine…" Holy growled as she shot Davy again. Another yelp as she grabbed her head. I noticed this time her ethereal feathery wings turned red and her actual moth like wings seemed to glow with some heat. "Yeah… fifty nine minutes now…" She spat. "Ugh, that sucks."

"Alright, so you are now one of the most powerful beings on this entire planet." I admitted.

"Yippee." She said sarcastically.

"So for the next hour you have all his powers and strengths twice over." I said. "You can also just Create whatever you want."

"Really?" Holy asked, rubbing her temples.

"Yeah. I like to think of it like FullMetal Alchemist Transmutation but with fire." Davy said.

"Which is…technically what it is but considering how powerful you are right now it might as well just be reality warping at this point."

"Hmmm…" Holy hummed, then snapped her fingers.

GAME OVER

DETERMINATION

FILE LOADED

I walked back inside their house. Thankfully there was a Save point outside their house. There was an anvil partly crashed into the floor where I was previously and a messy blood splatter.

"That was for the headshot headaches piled onto the hangover migraine your little test gave me…" She huffed.

"Hey, that was all you with how immediate you went to shoot Davy in the head, don't blame me cause you decided to do it instead of wait." I stated.

"Ech… So what now then?"

"Well, we'll wait till after your hangover to get into more details." I said, considering she's really grumpy and bitter and rude here.

"Alright." She said, finishing her coffee then laid back on the couch… did… did she just fall asleep?

"Come on." Davy said, sitting up, chugging the rest of his coffee pot before putting the empty pot on the table nearby. "Wanna show you something."

With that I followed Davy out.

"So what up?" I inquired.

"Figured you'd wanna see the battleships I was overseeing construction for when you got here and cleared the dungeon. World in here might have been at peace for about two thousand years but I had some developments for weapons and armored machines and such on production." He said as he was leading me out into New Hope and to a subway station. We took a seat and let the train ride through the tunnels. "Plus, figured you'd want to see the rest of this world."

"Well…should I be surprised to see Warp technology out of nowhere? Cause you did have two thousand years worth of science and development unheeded with magic added in."

"There are some teleports, mostly they're used for cargo or intercontinental travel though." Davy shrugged. "Actually just stole portal magi-tech they made back home before they all left earth and rebuilt it here."

"Really? What level of tech do we have at this point?"

"Well, there's some ships and rockets but apparently once you hit the outer atmosphere outside you kinda crash into an invisible barrier."

"Ah, that makes sense." I nodded. "Good to know….can't wait to see my new fleet."

"Yeah. Got a few I know you'll get a kick out of if nothing else." Davy chuckled.

"Then let's go see all the fancy ships." I said readily.

"We will. Just wait for the train to leave the tunnel and…" In a flash the windows were suddenly letting in a bright light.

I blinked a few times and looked out the windows… Holy shit…

Mt. Ebott on this end was covered in towers and rails that went in and out and all around spreading out past and above the surrounding forest and towards all directions. In the distance I could see cities with towering skyscrapers and other things in the distance.

"Welcome to New Earth." Davy said.

"This is amazing…" I said in awe.

"Thanks. We try to keep it looking nice. Aside the occasional feral monster attack, things are pretty calm." Davy said.

The train came to a slow stop in a station just outside a city. Walking out of the train I saw Humans, Monsters, Nokori and all walking through the streets. This place feels so… normal. There's so many people…

"Jeez…this feels really…normal to be honest." I brought up.

"Thought normal would be a good thing after over ten years of turtle back Armageddon surfing." Davy chuckled as he lead me down the sidewalks.

"Yeah, that's fair." I nodded.

"Not disappointed now are ya?" Davy asked as we turned and seemed to be making our way to a larger building.

"I'm not disappointed, just…feels different, ya know?" I asked. "Like…I'm back home and it's just another average day."

"Save the extra species." Davy shrugged.

We entered the building, finding it was some hub of sorts. He let me through a doorway that looked like it was holding water suspended against the air. Davy walked right through it.

I smirked, walking through it and feeling a slight chill before appearing on the other end. We were in a similar building but I could see through windows… a beach. Coast… woah!

"This is incredible." I said in surprise and a little wonder.

"This, geographically, is the west coast of Australia but here it's called the Tinkers Continent."

"Some would question why you would send all your tinkerer's to Australia…"

"This place is a largely barren wasteland. Where better to build and test all the weapons we make safely from the public across the world?" Davy asked as we walked over to another train station.

"Make it somewhere semi-safe instead of a magically amplified Australia?" I asked.

"Need I remind you I got her two thousand years ago, this continent was only inhabited by the animals." Davy said. "Can't be any safer than a mini continent surrounded by water."

"Fine, fine." I shrugged. "So, what crazy crap happens here?"

"Yes." He smirked as we got onto the train.

"Oh boy." I chuckled.

The train ride was calm and I got a good view of the ocean and the landscape… it really is a whole world… I was grinning widely as I looked at everything. Soon I could see the… ships…

Those are big ships…

"Huh…those are…really big ships."

"Those are standard sized Navy ships. At least back on my earth… maybe yours are smaller since you didn't have sea monsters on your earth…" Davy hummed.

"That's fair." I said honestly. "So, if these are the standard navy ships, what's the special ones?"

"Out there." He pointed.

I looked out at the sea… They're in the distance and they still look bigger than one's right up on the docks! I'm sorry, is that one half GUNDAM?!

"Is that a fucking Gundam?" I asked incredulously.

"That was Alphys's project and yes." Davy nodded.

"That's awesome." I said happily. "What else is there here?"

"Some more coolness. Also references." He said as the train stopped. We got off and Davy led me to the docks-

OH MY GOD!

I ran to the railings and screeched in excitement! Full sized replica Going Merry! Thousand Sunny! The Black Pearl! Oh those are so cool!

"They are also magic." Davy added.

"This is awesome!" I said giddily, so happy at my inner nerd and child getting all these awesome things.

"Yeah, these were really fun to build." Davy chuckled. "Got all kinds. From Fictional ships and such we rebuilt to scale to some military ones and such. Wonder how much we can upgrade them with the magic and tech there is outside?" Davy hummed.

"Probably an ass ton most likely." I said readily. "This is gonna be fun…" I trailed off, my own giddiness falling short as I realized something important. "Shit…if we do this, Chaos Guilds will take more of an interest in our shenanigans and start attacking us more."

"Probably." Davy shrugged.

"Oh definitely!" We both turned to see a man in a shabby, dirty and hole ridden suit leaning against the railings a few feet from us. He was pale skinned with orange hair, yellow eyes and he looked maybe nineteen?

"Uh…hi…" I said, leaning over to Davy. "Who's the homeless teen?" I whispered.

"Rude." They said, turning to lean their back against the railings but still looking at me. "What makes you think I'm homeless?" He asked.

"Your suit is shabby, dirty and hole ridden, like You've exclusively worn it even after you lost whatever fortune you had." I explained. "From Riches to Rags if that makes more sense." I added.

"Well if you're going to be a snippity insulting rude man then I guess I should take my business elsewhere." He said, pushing himself up and began to walk away.

"Wait, I'm sorry for being rude, but who are you?" I asked, knowing they were important if they could just…appear here.

"Hm." He huffed. "I was going to make a business offer to you, seeing as you're going to be the future King of this planet, but if you're going to be so disrespectful towards a potential client then I can just take Greed's business elsewhere."

"Listen, we started on the wrong foot here without any introductions." I said carefully. "I'm David Alchem, who are you?"

"Hmm." He hummed again, turning around. "I am Midas. Founder and owner of Greed."

… Oh shit…

"Oh I am so sorry." I said quickly and worriedly. "I legitimately didn't know, you just…appeared out of nowhere…also isn't it the salesman that starts off with the introductions?"

"I'm a businessman not a salesman. Anyway, I came to suggest a deal regarding your recent interactions with Violence and potentially other Chaos Guilds."

"And what would the deal entail?" I inquired.

"Firstly, I'd like for you all to do more. Get more done. Raid a facility, loot a resting station, blow up a base, I don't care, the panic buying has been lucrative and frankly it gets me closer to getting off Armageddon and taking my markets to the rest of reality."

"You want us to… fuck over the other Chaos Guilds?" Davy asked.

"And in return you get to keep everything you steal from them and I can supply you all with extra goods and some Data Drives with the locations of nearby bases the other Chaos Guilds use. Also pick up some merchants if you find any of my marketplaces here, a global population like yours is good for business. So hard to find a town or settlement anywhere with more than maybe a thousand people."

"Well…I suppose that seems worth it." I admitted. "But from what I've been told, Chaos Guilds aren't around this place given that it's too spread out and not much in it. It's a surprise we found your little marketplace here."

"There are. They might not operate here as much as they do in other zones but you think too… single dimensionally." Midas said.

"How so?" I inquired, cause there have been a lot more important and pressing things to do than fight Chaos Guilds.

"You see, parallel realities and timelines might not exist in this reality but dimensions still overlap." Midas said, snapping his fingers. Three portals opening around him. One showed what my inner nerd recognized as the Realm of Darkness. Another, looked to be some kind of forest full of mist and strange plants. The third looked like a broken splintered place. "Realities overlap across this reality like, well, like a stack of papers or a sandwich, whichever helps you visualize. If not in this dimension, then in the next or next one over. Even if this zone is… not that busy, the next dimension layered over or under it might be. Just depends if you want to risk the travel since it's still Armageddon. Danger is part of the world no matter the dimension you walk it on."

"Right, so I know the Realm of Darkness, but what are the other two?" I inquired.

"Oh this one is called the Mediation. It's like Purgatory but less screams of the damned and more endless killer forests with no real way to navigate." Midas said as he pointed at the portal with the woods. "And this one is Qantom Space." He pointed to the other one.

"Huh, I honestly expected someplace like the Ethereal Plane or any of the Celestial planes." I hummed. "So…got a lot of exploring to do and people to meet…or kill depending."

"Kill, meet, save, enslave, personally I don't care." Midas shrugged. "Just get them buying to fight back and then when you beat them they will panic buy more and more and with luck by the end of it all we can all finally leave Armageddon."

"Excuse me? None of the Chaos Guilds are leaving this planet." I frowned, now confused on that statement cause it should be impossible to leave…and I'm not letting their bullshit get to the greater reality.

"Well, they can't leave, I can't leave and neither can any of you but if you want to stay here, your families and children knowing nothing other than this planet and it's dangers than fine by me. Deal still stands regardless." He said, giving me a golden card with his name written on it. "After all, if you're going to be a target while fighting them then why not work towards a reward at the end of the battle than keep up an endless battle. Call me." With that, Midas seemed to… phase through the ground. And once he did he was gone… Uh…

"Well, that happened." Davy hummed.

"I'm…really concerned about what the hell is going on…" I said carefully.

"So, what are you gonna do?"

I looked at the Gold card. "I…I don't know, cause we just had the leader himself of Greed just offer us a deal to do…so much shit…" I said carefully. "I mean, it feels like we should but…this is so out of nowhere…"

"Maybe there's something going on that we don't know about." Davy suggested. "Something that he clearly wants to take advantage of and finance."

"Which…would be the 'escape plan' he talked about…" I said carefully. "I…I don't know how people can escape from here, it should be impossible…it's not like this place is some dumbass game and there's a finish line we're supposed to get to." I frowned.

"Unless… it is…" Davy offered. "Everything you've told me about this place, it's built like a prison but what if there was a way to escape it as part of an intentional design?"

"I mean…that could be the case, but that sounds retarded, who in god's name would intentionally create this hell hole only to them have a 'everyone escapes' button lying around somewhere?"

"The kind of people who built a whole new reality and have it run off RPG logic."

"...Hate that you're right…" I sighed. "But now it's just debatable if we can demolish the Chaos Guilds so they wouldn't have a chance to head out and do their evil before we 'win'."

"Well… if we can figure out what the 'Finish Line' or 'Main Quest' or whatever the fuck it is, is, then we can avoid it for a while and do the Side Quests first so we can show up to the final boss and drop kick his ass. Or her ass. Whatever they are." He shrugged.

That did make me chuckle a little.

"That's fair." I nodded. "So getting into the good graces of King Midas here would be a good idea." I admitted.

"... Now I'm wondering if he is… Doesn't look like the paintings of him back home…" Davy hummed.

I blinked and stared at him…

"Uh…are we talking about the same King Midas? Cause I was making a joke about his name being the 'Cursed King' that whatever he touched turned to Gold…" I said slowly. "And…you're saying something along the lines of 'I've possibly met the guy before'..."

"Oh no he died WAY before I or any of us were born. Tragic story really, turned his daughter to gold and because he couldn't undo the magic he used to create that power, used it on himself as he threw himself into the ocean. Think Shift might have those statues in their stomach too… lot of things got left behind. I'm surprised were not taken with the people when they left."

"I suppose that makes sense…" I said honestly. "Hmm…maybe it's just another person named Midas? I just made the joke there cause the 'Gold King' is also the leader of Greed."

"True. So, before we call him, ask some more questions and probably agree to whatever nonsense he is offering… wanna sail the Going Merry?"

"Do you even have to ask?" I asked with a giant smile.

"Dibs on shooting the cannon!" Davy said as he was already in the air.

"That's fair." I chuckled, flying off and heading off towards the Going Merry. "And I'm going to be at the Captain's spot."

"There's a straw hat to complete the look!"

Oh hell yes! All I need now is Devil Fruit Powers and I am set!

"Called me back sooner than I expected." Midas said as he was sitting on the other side of the table. We were outside and in a park I made on the turtle's back. It was gonna all get overhauled anyway so, might as well get a last use out of it before that.

"Yes, cause after some time to think I realized you are the only one with answers to some questions that'll help my decisions going forward." I admitted. "So…the first and most important one is…How is this prison of a planet going to be set free?"

"Simple. It's creator, DG, or Dark Gray, has been playing a game against the other members of The Family for as long as this planet has been around. You lived off this world before coming here, the early years in Era one were chaotic and chaos guilds ran across Homeworld like pests. So Armageddon was created. The game is up when Gray either wins or loses. Granted, in this situation, he wants to lose."

"And…if he loses, he basically gets to roam free and restart the same nonsense as Era one?" I inquired.

"Yes and no." Midas said as he leaned back in his chair. "See. there's a reason it's a game. It's a balancing act. Good and evil in an everlasting stalemate sure it's fun for a while but after so long, well, a change is needed and in order for things to change one side needs to give way. DG loses, he gets to enact something called a Retaliation. Basically he can do one thing of whatever he wants and what he wants is to let Armageddon's inhabitants, all of them, be free. This expands the game into new territories, new opportunities, new risks and rewards."

"But wouldn't that throw the balance off more wildly than one side winning or not?" I asked. "Cause if Good does win, and the balance tips, then the Retaliation could just throw that scale out the window right?"

"Correction. It resets it. After all, one side can't stay heavier than the other for long. Less the balance be off and, well, not sure what happens then but I do know The Family very much wants to prevent that."

"I mean, technically there isn't a vast majority of Chaos Guilds but that still sounds wrong…" I thought to myself carefully. "Right…don't want too much of one side to have all the power."

"That is the idea. So, in exchange for you doing the effort, you get the loot you take from these bases and colonies and such and I get to give you Data Drives with locations, some supplies and such as payment too. Can't have you relying solely on your looting skills after all." Midas said, a contract of sorts appearing in his hands that he gave to me.

"Right…" I said, grabbing the contract and looking it over in detail. "And…you're sure that if Armageddon is set free everything won't become a giant mess like Armageddon already is?"

"Well, mess is defined very broadly. Something you're worried about?"

"That when this world is 'set free' from it's cage…it'll just be a massive tidal wave that can either barely be stopped or can't be stopped all together as Chaos Guilds slash, burn, and enslave anything and everything they can get their hands on as people have to fight a battle on their terms." I admitted.

"My, you've lived here ten years and you know that little?" Midas asked, making me raise a brow at him. "Tell me, on the outside, does everyone dungeon crawl? Explore Hazard zones and dungeons?" I shook my head. "Then what makes you think the Chaos Guilds are any better? Sure, they do terrible things and they are capable, but truth is there's less people with power than you might think. Violence might be the one with the most but that's because they make them. Twisting infants bought from Lust and turning them into weapons. Nexus, the oldest and most notable really only has numbers and their small population of Hackers, and even then a Hacker can be killed. Like the darkness in the bedroom of a child, what you see as monsters in the dark are largely nothing to be scared of."

"Really?" I asked in honest surprise. "I'm surprised given that Armageddon is…well, the entire world is a Hazard Zone so you'd think there would be plenty of people just getting stronger on living here alone…also, to answer that question, I have been mostly stuck in this part of the planet by ourselves on one Island turtle, don't really get much info outside that."

"There are those who do survive on this planet and gain power as they do. Take your friend Cliff. One of my Traveling Merchants. Traveling Merchants are among some of Greed's strongest but stationary merchants set up someplace safe and secure. Well, they're no stronger than the average person in that new Pocket Dimension you have here. Same goes for Violence, Nexus and Lust. Hell majority of everyone in Lust is just working either in genetics on creating more, better Vat Grown Breeders or in sales and they're nothing special. Violence is full of the Mad Scientist types, a few notable exceptions like the Nokori God and its former leader Mad John. Nexus is a bureaucracy built on their age and reputation, only really still standing because of their Hackers and reputation. Most are just hoarders and thieves playing soldier with some good gear but no real power. They're always hiding and those that do fight are quick to learn they can break away from the group and stand alone. Those are the real threats I'm afraid, those who don't belong to a guild and travel this planet for the fun of it."

"And…who would those people be?" I asked worriedly. "I…also thought that a lot of Isekai from the Isekai guild would have joined the Chaos Guilds."

"Not to sure. There could be many or there could be few."

I nodded. "Alright, but so far the contract doesn't seem to have any shenanigans in it…" I muttered, going over the contract again just to make sure.

"Why would I need to hide my interests from you?"

"Cause there might be something to gain from hiding something from me?" I inquired.

"Like what?"

"Like some weird clause that makes me have to do whatever you want, give up all my worldly possessions and other such nonsense greedy people would do?"

"You think so little of me don't you?" Midas tsked. "I founded Greed to act as a mediary between the Chaos Guilds back in the day. Back then the old leaders of them were always at each others throats and yes, if you can believe it, it was worse than it is now. Besides, there's nothing I value more from an employee than Honesty and Loyalty. A happy worker is a loyal worker after all."

"Well…that is the correct thing you should be doing as a boss." I admitted. "And all things considered, it's kind of easy to make a logical conclusion with the name of the guild, the profession and what the other Guild's are and do." I admitted. "Violence makes the Violent things more violent, Lust create's Breeders and all that horrid nonsense so…eh?" I shrugged helplessly.

"True, but what's more greedy than wanting safety and stability. There's a reason so many join my guild and it's not because they want to make a ton of money, after all, a place like Armageddon, money actually means very little. No, they join for the safety and the stability. After all, not everyone is a fighter, so you do the next best thing to keep yourself and your valued possessions safe. I offer that which they want, simple as that really. Sure, a few bad apples here and there but if you appeal to their basic and simple desires even they can act as a deterrent for those who can't be swayed by currency or trinkets."

I sighed. "As long as we have our Creature Comforts I suppose." I admitted.

"Food, drink, safety and family. Nothing more greedy than wishing to keep all those safe now is there?"

"I…guess that's fair." I nodded. "So…I suppose we have a deal."

"Excellent, just sign the document there and I can send your payments and such to Ny every week or so."

"Thank you." I nodded, signing the contract. "Hopefully this will all work out well…"

"So are you hiding here because it's coming closer to your coronation?" Shift asked as they and Meg were pulling even more crap out of that storage stomach of Shift's.

"Kind of, as well as trying to think of how the hell we're going to start fighting against the Chaos Guilds…cause if the vast majority of the Guild's are just normal people that don't know better…"

"Sounds like your typical armies using brainwashed people to do their bidding." Meg said, pulling out of Shift what looked to be a giant stone coffin covered in old I think Norse runes. "Oh… Shift is this Odin's coffin or Thor's?"

"I think that's Freyja's?" Shift shrugged.

"Hold on…one thing in my ten years here was learning runes…gotta pass the time somehow…" I muttered, really glad about the greatest teacher on this world.

I stood up and looked at the stone coffin. The runes were… they were in old runic but they changed to english before my eyes… the hell?

"The Assistant translates audio and written words into languages you can understand. Remember?" Abby asked.

"It's been so outlandishly long since that actually mattered that I forgot…" I mentally said sheepishly.

"Yeah, it's intention based. Basically written words will always translate but spoken words if someone wants to say something in that language and have it be heard or not understood by others, then it won't translate it. That's why when Shift, Davy and Squeaks some time ago spoke in their other languages that's all they heard. You can also turn it off and see if anyone is talking in a different language by just not wanting to understand them."

Huh… that's kinda neat… weird, but neat.

I looked back to the runes, they all seemed to be some spells and protection stuff. Not seeing a name here…

"Well, there isn't any names or any 'Named Runes', but a lot of spells and protection…so either someone wants this coffin to stay closed to respect the dead or this could be a cage for something."

"Pfft. Screw that." Meg said, then kicked the lid off. The runes cracked and sparked before whatever power they had seemed to vanish… holy…

Inside was a giant lady that seemed to be asleep, holding wilted flowers and dressed in a pale green dress surrounded by various items and even animal furs.

"It's Freyja." Shift nodded.

I decided to Scan and see if Freyja was alive…or if this was somehow a daughter of hers cause realties work differently as she was also a Goddess of Fertility.

Name: Freyja

Species: Aesir

Status: Deceased]

"Yeah, this is Freyja, and she is very dead." I said honestly. "So…again, how the hell did you get her coffin?"

"Stole it from a tomb full of dead gods coffins." Meg said.

"...Why?"

"Five thousand years of just the five of us on that planet, we did a lot of traveling. So we grave robbed from centuries, milenia actually, dead gods. Sue us." Meg shrugged.

"Well…I guess that's a thing to do." I admitted.

"So… what are we gonna do with the body?" Shift asked.

"... No idea." Meg shrugged.

Hmm… I wonder… I summoned To Be Made Whole.

"I'm gonna do something stupid so back up for a second."

Shift took a step back… but Meg took a step forwards.

I gently put To Be Made Whole above Freyja's chest. "And you took a step forward, why?" I asked, not doing what I was about to do just in case this is something that could even hurt Meg.

"If it's stupid I'm in no matter what it is." Meg shrugged. She then took an energy drink from her Assistant, popped it open and drank it as she kept watching me.

I sighed. "Alright…here goes something." I said, gently tapping her chest and using my keyblades power to see if I could revive the Goddess.

To my surprise, To Be Made Whole did activate, and after admittedly a bit longer than normal the lightshow stopped, and Freyja opened her eyes.

"Zombie!" Meg yelped.

"Think it's a Thrall when it's Norse or something?" Shift pondered.

"I feel… different…" Freyja said, feeling her head. "Where am I? Who… and what, are you creatures?"

"Proper term would be 'Draugr' for Norse undead, but she's not dead." I shook my head. "Hello Freyja, my name is David, this is Meg," I motioned to the light deer. "And that is Shift." I motioned to the Shapeshifter. "Where you are…is a might bit complicated, and for what those two are, they are what's known as Nokori." I explained simply.

"Nokori… I have never heard of that species before."

"We were created in laboratories by mad scientists playing god and in ours case, literally became one for the better part of two hours before we killed him." Meg said.

"Oh… well, is your species doing well?" Freyja asked.

"As well as can be." Meg shrugged.

"Yeah, things have gotten better." I admitted. "Do you feel disoriented or any fuzzy feeling's? I know you're a goddess but you just got revived and I want to make sure you're doing okay."

"I feel… different…" She admitted. "Like… All my power is… gone."

"That makes sense." I heard All Might say.

"Makes sense?" I inquired. "How so?"

"Well, what you did is considered a taboo act, while not illegal some people frown upon it since while one can technically revive the dead, the revival isn't exact. Once can maybe rebuild the body, or make a new one, load the new body with all the memories of the person, or even an Echo like me, give them the old or a new Heart, but the Soul. That can't be recovered, and it's been discovered that Abilities and Powers and Souls are linked. People who have brought back to life Echo's of loved ones, the revived have none of their prior powers, not even any they were born with if they were. Abilities and powers wise they're a blank slate."

"Alright." I nodded. "So, to answer your question about why your powers are gone, it's because the Resurrection I just pulled gave you a new Soul, as your old Soul was the thing with all your powers and abilities. So you are now a blank slate when it comes to powers even though you are still…technically a god."

"Interesting. Is this what it is like to be mortal then?" Freyja asked.

"Probably." Shift shrugged. They then helped Freyja out of the coffin. "So, do you want your family brought back to?"

"I suppose. Even… Odin… Save him for last though. I'd like at least some of my power back before I see his sorry face again. Or maybe even some new power. Both are good either way."

Fair, Odin was… a very not good person…

Hmm… Even Echo's can be brought back…

"Next time Alex send's a Nokori, I got an idea." I thought to myself. "But yeah, let's save the massive nerd for last, let's get everyone else out first."

"Alright." Meg said, Shift opening their mouth so Meg could grab something else… what came out was a really fancy, ornate yet I could feel the power within it… hammer. "Agh! This stupid hammer again!" She said, throwing it out the window.

"That's Mjolnir! Don't throw it!" I said quickly. "That's a stupidly strong artifact!"

"It's a sparky paperweight." Meg growled.

"It's powerful enough to kill a fucking World Serpent, it's a very powerful weapon, and if it's the Marvel Comics version its capable of shattering stars with ease!"

"You want it so bad you go get it." Meg huffed as she was again elbow deep in Shift's mouth. "That dumb thing was being used as a generator back when there was still plenty of tech to use. After that all crapped out it just became a good way to start a forest fire each time there was lightning during a storm."

"Then you have no idea how good it is." I said, moving over to get Mjolnir, and wondered if it was like Marvel comics with the 'worthy' clause or if I just needed to be stupid strong to lift it.

I walked outside and looked the weapon over. Not gonna lie, I was grinning madly as seeing it looked more like an authentic Norse artifact rather than what Marvel did. I leaned down, gripped the handle and pull- … and pulled… Fuck! Okay this thing is either super heavy or has the whole Worthiness thing… Then again Meg lifted it and there's no way in any reality she's worthy so… must be heavy… fuck…

"Ok…the hell…" I grumbled, deciding to use Full Cowling ten percent and try to lift it.

Come on… come on… come on-

Pop!

Agh!

Ouch… I did not just throw out my back… No… no… I did not just do that…

"This is bullshit, I should be physically strong enough to lift this fucking thing." I mentally growled. "Fucking Nokori bullshit. Oh sure! Let's just create literal god like entities for shits and giggles and don't expect them to bite you on the ass! You're a fucking retard Alex." I mentally ranted.

"I got it." Abby said as I felt her work some healing magic on my back… ouch… Agh… ah better… okay now how fucking strong even is Meg? Or any of them for that matter? I know there' a Stats Tab but… I didn't see anything for like, Strength or Endurance or the like…

"So I know she has gravity powers…" I thought to myself. "Hey Meg! What Constellation was that Deer you fused with?" I called out.

"No idea!" She called back. "Also, head's up!" She said. I moved out of the way and yelped as a huge spear of Silver and Gold impacted next to Mjoldnir. I'm sorry is that Gungnir?!

"When the hell did you get Gungnir to!?" I asked incredulously, also deciding to use Township to see what Constellation Meg was since it's weirdly in depth like that.

"Same place we got that dumb hammer!" Meg called out.

I groaned as I grabbed the always hit spear. "You're lucky you're powered by probably hundreds of stars…seriously this is bullshit…" I muttered bitterly, yet again reminding myself of the bullshit power gap here.

Thankfully I was actually able to pick up this Spear with ease. Hmm… Heh… Wonder if I can put the Loyalty enchantment from Minecraft on this thing… actually that might be possible…

"Incoming!" Meg called again. I moved just in time to dodge- I'm sorry is that club blinking at me?!

It was easy six feet long, had some eyes that varied in color and all blinked at me at different times and was wrapped in some kind of leather…

"The hell is this?" I frowned. "Hey, the hell's the big Eye Club thing?"

"Found it in a cave somewhere in Europe! All we know is that it's got Dark Magic and it screams when you hit it against something!"

I decided to Scan the thing, as I've been learning Meg and company really suck at judging magical items.

Oh… oh no…

"So…how many times have you smacked someone with this thing?"

"Twice! Well just the wall of the cave we found it in and it was really weird and creepy so we just put it away!"

"You basically smacked an amalgamation of orphaned children against a wall twice and ate it, leaving it in a pitch black void for thousands of years!"

"... Cool!"

"That thing is what?!" I heard Shift yell.

"Yes, it's made of orphans that are still conscious, and the fact you said 'Cool' is fucked Meg."

"Do I strike you as a sane and sensible person?!" Meg asked. "Another thing!" She said as a shield flew out the window.

I caught the shield and looked it over, wondering what bullshit she has this time.

"You fuckers were so bored you did grave robbing, but not fucking looking into the magical bullshit and what it does?" I asked incredulously.

"Scan didn't exist in our world! How the fuck could we?!" Meg called out.

"I fucking doubt your world didn't have a scan like ability with all the bullshit I've seen and heard from you!" I said, cause at this point it would be a little ridiculous if they didn't have some form of scan like thing.

"We really didn't!" I heard Shift call out. "Not for lack of trying though!"

"The fuck is all the screaming?" I turned and saw Holy storm up.

"Talking and being confused about how you folks didn't ever looked into what magical stuff…oh, also this Club is made of Orphans." I pointed to the club that was now staring at Holy. "And Meg thinks it's cool after they hit a wall twice and been stuck in Shifts stomach for thousands of years."

"... Well after that long they're probably insane… probably should find a way to undo that though…" Holy hummed.

"Yeah…but I'm worried about what they'll experience when they're all free…" I said, looking at my Keyblade thinking this could work but…still.

"Well… You're getting a royal laboratory in a few days. Can order them to work on undoing whatever was done there. Before I forget, Get Bent." Holy said.

"I'm already getting bent out of shape with this conversation." I commented, hoping that would be good enough to register it.

"Alright. That works. Meg! Shift! Get Bent!"

"Never!" Meg said, but I could hear a laugh in her tone.

"Next time David and I get privacy, for sure!" Shift replied.

"And that's done. So, what's up your ass and why hasn't that giant dog pulled it out yet?" Holy asked me.

"Coronation soon, trying to figure out how to start going after Chaos Guilds, and me being upset with Meg cause she thinks these magical items are more or less paperweights, especially Mjolnir." I huffed.

"You've seen that bitch crush a blackhole she created into dust right?" I nodded. "So why are you surprised?!"

"Because I have to be annoyed with something other than the bullshit power gap that's about the size of this planet." I frowned.

"...Fair." She shrugged. "Though I genuinely dealt with that with some day drinking until I got used to their bullshit. Fourth month long hangover…"

"Yeah, so a lot of things." I admitted. "Oh, I also resurrected Freya." I said.

"Eh." She shrugged.

"So, how has your day been besides wondering why the shouting match?"

"Got some shooting in, feels nice to have my old gun back, David gave me Silver's Thompson and… got a little emotional but shot it and that was fun. Then checked out those Greed Merchant people and bought some more guns, ammo from that Cliff guy, beat that winged humanoid horse daughter of yours in a sniper challenge. She was especially salty about that loss." Holy said with a smirk. "And after that spent some time messing with this Assistant thing."

"Luna is an Alicorn, and…yeah, she would be salty, but what did you figure out with the Assistant?"

"It's simultaneously useful, and slightly annoying."

"Annoying cause there's too much shit in it or that this planet doesn't give you any service when it comes to the internet?"

"This thing gets the internet?!"

"It would, but this planet hates WiFi for some dumbass reason."

"... Wow… never thought I'd be alive when that kind of tech was around… I mean, technically I wasn't but turns out life is an even bigger bitch than I am…"

"Yes, Life is very mean sometimes." I admitted.

"So aside from having what I can only assume is an aneurysm at Meg's antics, mind showing me what you can do?"

"Right…so do you want to start with Quirks, my Elemental Gems, or what skills I've decided to grab now that I've gone down a lot of Keyblade and Sword skill tree?"

"I'm assuming David taught you your sword skills?" I nodded. "Alright, let's start with that. Was fun watching my uncle use him as a pincushion during his training. So, let's hope you learned something."

"I definitely learned something." I shrugged. "But let's head to our training area." I said, leading her to the training area here.

Once we got there I summoned To Be Made Whole and began some of the basics Davy showed me. Felt kind of… refreshing to do this. Simple focused movements. Felt nice actually.

"Not bad. Is the short sword all he taught you how to fight with?" Holy asked.

"For the most part since this is my go to weapon outside of my hands and quirks."

"Alright then let's see what you can do." Holy said. "Show me hand-to-hand combat." She added as she walked over and stood across from me.

I nodded, as I was personally trained in hand to hand with All Might and my own personal experiences. "Whenever you're ready." I said, getting into my stance.

She nodded, raising her hands into fists and giving me a glare.

After a moment she bolted and I raised up my arms to block. I felt…

"The fuck?" I looked up… er, down, seeing Holy was looking at her hand… there were a few broken fingers… "Ow…"

… So this is what it feels like being on the other end of the power gap…

"Uh…right." I said, handing her a healing potion. "I am rather strong, I sometimes forget…"

"Felt like the time I slapped Meg… a mistake I only made once." She said, chugging the potion as her fingers snapped and popped back into place via it's magic. "Ow. Well looks like I can't spar properly against you so I guess you should just show me those Quirk whatevers."

"Alright, where do you want me to start? Simple or…complicated?" I asked.

"Start simple then get to complicated stuff."

"Alright, so to start, the simplest would be Harden," I started, raising my right arm up and using said quirk. "And Steel." I said, raising my left arm up and demonstrating it.

"Hmm… interesting…" She hummed as she looked my arms over. "One is increasing the density of your cells with natural carbon and other elements while the other looks to be using more the Iron in your body to generate natural armor. Ironic considering you call it Steel…"

"Well, it is a 'Steel-like substance'." I admitted. "Even though its drawback was a weird iron deficiency funnily enough."

"Hm. That can probably be counteracted with some iron supplements or a high iron diet." Holy hummed. "And none of these Quirks are magic powered?"

"The weakness was gone when I upgraded it to max, but all these Quirks are all Genetic powers…even if some of them would be considered 'Magic'." I said, as I lightly touched Holy with all five fingers and started to make her float. "Like Zero Gravity for instance, normally it would be me needing to make a five finger contact with any object or being and 'take away it's Gravity'." I said, putting both hands and finger tips together and setting her down.

"Huh. That's interesting. Also, lucky bitch." She huffed. "Guess you never need to worry about a Mana Drain then… Then again you are still human."

"Yeah, I can do a lot of things, and all things considered me still being human is rather funny considering just…a lot of things."

"How so?"

"Well, either just me somehow gaining Shapeshifting powers, or somehow turning into a Nokori or something." I shrugged.

"Why would shapeshifting powers be relevant here? Or becoming a Nokori?"

"Well just me remaining pure human even after all this nonsense…and also we learned that Alex somehow encoding Davy's DNA to be a Nokori Ritual as we…learned from Tony kind of exploding and turning into one…"

"Yeah David told me about that… Though I'm not gonna lie, I partly suspected. Given what we learned about their capabilities in cell modification with Stalkers, this wasn't too outside the realm of possibility. The fact that Alex is here makes me wonder if any other Y labs staff are here… The way I see it, if you can do all that while still being human then you don't need to get some new body or be able to change your form to get stronger."

"Fair." I shrugged. "And that's not to mention that I have a Title that just…doubles all my Quirk abilities and stacks." I admitted.

"Yeah sure. Anyway, if that's the jist of things I wanted to talk to you about what some of my Custody things let me do."

"Sure, what can you do?" I inquired.

"Well like I explained before I can take all and any Skill Points you guys have and use them between one another. Bigs actually has a small stockpile, you have the most so far, but the main thing is that Legendary Skill Tree. They can't be bought with Skill Points you have to do things to unlock them. Sucks I can't see any of mine though. I gotta do things the long way I guess. That aside I was looking at David's and some were weird, some were weirder, and I wanted to compare the tasks between people and it looks like everyone's are different for the most part. Yours though all seem the most… interesting."

"Alright, give me some examples of such weird and weirder things with my 'interesting' ones?" I asked.

"That's just it. Comparatively, yours are the most normal."

"Well…what kind of Legendary abilities could I get that seem normal and easy?"

"Well, this one Ability, Copy Cat, for David it said he has to kill fifty thousand Titan class Shadow Creatures. For you though it says you have to clear a level one void dungeon."

"That's…wildly different." I frowned. "And a level one void dungeon? That sounds…maybe easy?"

"No idea. In any case there's a lot in this tree. Figure if this deal you made with that Midas guy works out well we can really get you guys powered up. Mind if I take a cut for myself though, least until I can pull the weight myself?"

"Sure, have at it." I said honestly. "I'm still trying to figure out my Skill Tree anyways, you need it more than me."

"Thanks. Maybe I can get some actually useful magic for battles. Be more useful than my natural power."

"What is your natural power anyway?" I asked, not sure if I even knew what their natural power was.

"Thought I told you. My power basically just makes me a magic lie detector. I can tell when someone is telling me the truth and that's it."

"Sorry, I just had a lot on my mind." I said sheepishly.

"Eh. I don't mind. It helps me know who I can trust and who I should be wary of. One of the few reasons I put up with David in the early years was because since the day I met him, he never lied to me."

"That's fair." I shrugged. "But what other neat Legendary Abilities can I get that are relatively easy?"

"Well, there's Loop which seems like Generation but for the whole party. That one says you need to clear thirty level one dungeons in three days' time. There's Transpite which says you need to brew five hundred rank S Potions of any type. Heretic which says you need to slay ten divine class boss monsters."

"I don't think I know of the last two, what's Transpite and Heretic?"

"Well, according to their definitions, Transpite allows you to force evolve your body to adapt to an environment or situation you find yourself in and reuse that evolution later. Heretic makes it so if you are battling against someone stronger than you, you do five times critical damage against them and take half as much from them."

"Huh…that's really good." I said honestly. "Getting Transpite might be the best given the dimension hopping we're probably gonna do to hunt down Chaos Guilds."

"Yeah. We can work on that after you get your new crown and crap."

"Yeah…that's going to still be a massive thing." I sighed. "Hopefully it won't be an annoying massive thing."

"If being in charge of a semi-government organization has taught me anything is that your greatest enemy will be paperwork and deadlines." Holy huffed.

"Which hopefully I can get some other people to do cause fuck paperwork and deadlines." I frowned.

"Oh you sweet summer child…" Holy chuckled. "You can try… but some things only the ones on top can approve and sign for… So expect to get used to meetings, conferences, and lots and lots of reading. Thank god by the time I retired I didn't need glasses."

"Fair…but…ick, I have other things to do than be swamped by paperwork…"

"Oh trust me… it was often times more work for me to have free time to get on missions personally than the actual mission itself. Part of why for a while when we dated before I joined David on some of his runs in his Hellfire Human Hunter get up. Granted I kept out of sight with a sniper rifle… can't get spotted cause politics…"

"Understandable I suppose." I sighed. "This is going to be really annoying…"

"Yeah… You have my full pity." She chuckled.

I rolled my eyes. "So, clear thirty level one dungeons in three days, that should be simple enough honestly."

"For Loop, yeah." She nodded. "Other than that you're pretty much gonna have to do some leg work for others but they all seem doable."

"Yeah…and I'm gonna need to make five hundred S Rank Potions…" I frowned, deciding to create a Healing Potion and use Scan to see what rank of potion it is cause maybe this counts as 'brewing'.

[Healing Potion

Rank: CC]

Ah crap… well that definitely didn't count…

"Right…so I'm gonna need to figure out how to make S Rank potions cause mine are…decent but not what I'm needing…" I said carefully.

"Yeah that checks… wonder how similar it is to back home? Then again I get the feeling there are many more ways to brew a healing potion here than there were back home."

"There is a lot of ways, I'm sure Marianne can show you a lot about brewing potions and stuff." I answered. "She is the head Doctor after all."

"Huh. I'll keep that in mind."

Tomorrow… tomorrow was the day… shit I'm nervous… Feels daunting… like I'm expecting to have a weight and burden dropped on me and in a way I am… but still…

"So you were just… jogging around the turtles and this guy appeared?" Davy asked, motioning to the Nokori on the ground next to me. Another one of Alex's toy's. They were some kind of wolf-fox with six tails, some goat-like horns on their head with four pairs of long ears, and yeah, the body is male. Their fur was a golden yellow with red along the stomach, back and at the ends of it's paws and hands. Like it was wearing socks and gloves almost. An empty vessel… "And you want to shove that All Might echo person you've got in you into it?"

"Yes." I nodded. "I will revive All Might into his next evolution, Fluff Might." I said with a smile.

"Alright… I guess. So since you seem to be able to have some control over what kind of power they get given past times, any idea what power to give him?"

… Honestly I'd love to try and give him a variation of One for All but… something tells me that might not be easily done… there should be something I can do… something that will help… Having a pro-hero on the team would honestly help a lot too…

"Hmm…gonna need to look into the Greed Merchant's for something to give Toshinori."

"Well, we can go now. There is something I do want to test." Davy said, picking up the limp empty body. "I think they set up their shops inside the pocket dimension already."

"That's good to hear." I nodded, glad to hear the merchants were quick to set up shop. "And what did you want to test?"

"Well, your thing puts the soul and heart into the body, and I can perform a fusion ritual thanks to… what happened. What if we combine the two while you're infusing a soul and heart into the body?"

"Hmm, that does make sense." I hummed. "Hopefully Toshinori or whoever else we do this to won't feel immeasurable pain right off."

"That's regrettably probably gonna happen." Davy sighed as we headed off.

It took a bit but we got to the merchants new shop… or rather, mall, and I actually found Ny here in one of his own.

"Magic items?" He asked. "Yeah there's a lot in stock still. Anything specific?"

"Something that would increase strength and durability?" I inquired.

"Hmm… You'll probably want some enchanted accessories then." Ny hummed. "Depending on how they are made they can do a lot and some of the very high end ones can even act similar to abilities."

"That sounds great, also how goes the shop Ny?"

"It's been doing well. This new sudden pocket dimension has been a huge influx of customers. Granted we had to agree to sell all armaments to Asgore and the crown to use for military purposes at first but he paid in gold coins which worked fine for us. The main thing every merchant is happy about is the various foods here. Even if you use a transmutation there is always a faint fish aftertaste to anything you change it into." He chuckled. "Let me see about those enchanted items though…" He hummed as he looked through a small box that was full of mostly jewelry and such.

"Thanks Ny, and it's great to hear everyone's happy with this stuff, especially the fish, you have no idea how happy I was to eat a nice cooked meal that didn't have fish in it." I chuckled.

"Heh, I'd be lying if I said not having the fish aftertaste in my meals was odd at first. Grew up on the stuff so, it's different not tasting it." He chuckled. "Alright… Here we are." He said, pulling out two rings. One was silver with a red gemstone in it, the other was gold with a diamond in it. "The Silver Ring boosts physical attack powers by forty percent, and the gold one boosts physical resistance and defense by fifty."

"...Do you have anything that builds up or stores energy?" Davy asked.

"Yeah, that would be… this." Ny said, pulling out what looked to be a bronze earring. "This one has a special enchantment that boosts MP by thirty percent, MP regeneration by twenty percent and can even hold up to two hundred extra MP." Ny said.

"That is perfect." Davy smirked as he paid for all three and he had me follow him.

"Right, now we can start doing some more nonsense." I chuckled.

"Magic." Davy clarified.

"It can be the same thing." I admitted. "Now we just need to find a safe spot to bring All Might back in case something bad happens."

"Pfft. Spoken like someone who has no understanding of magic." Davy chuckled as he was leading me back to New Hope.

I followed him to the Labs in Hotland where he then led me into a new area I didn't see last time… There was a huge platform where various machines were hooked up and displaying data. The platform had something carved into it. Something Squeaks showed me a long time ago. The walls were also covered in other such runes and things I had no idea what any of them did or ment.

"Right, so where do I grab the sacrificial goat?" I joked at the rather ominous alter

"First off… that's an entirely different kind of magic… second," Davy said as he put the body of the Nokori on the altar. "Put the items on the body and put All Might in there if you can."

"First, it was a joke." I started, putting the item's necessary for this ritual to happen. "And second…stand back a bit, I don't know what'll happen with this kind of action." I said, bringing out To Be Made Whole.

"You better be able to do that at a distance otherwise you'll be fused with All Might if you're standing on that Altar." Davy stated.

"That's dumb." I frowned, before hopping off the Altar and using Poltergeist to levitate To Be Made Whole over their chest again. "But fair."

"You really don't know anything about magic do you?" Davy asked as he started to turn on some machines. He then pulled a feather from his wings out and let it drift against the body. "All Might already in there?"

"So I should know how this entire procedure is done in detail when this is the first time I'm seeing it?" I asked. "And yes, he is."

"Good. And I'm just saying, you didn't study any before we arrived?" He said as the runes on the ground began to glow and light up. "Ready?"

"It's on my to do list, now let's get this started."

"Alright. Start using that thing and put a soul and heart into them… now."

At that I let the Keyblade's magic and such do its thing. The light show seemed to be brighter than normal in this room.

"Once it's done, immediately disband that Keyblade alright." Davy stated.

"Alright." I nodded, ready to disband immediately when needed. "Let's hope this works."

Once it was done, I disbanded it. Davy flipped a switch and I felt the magic in the room spike. It was like sensing static electricity but penetrating through my body and bones as the body and items rose up. The rings, the earring, Davy's feather and All Might's new body all floating there. I then watched as a gas suddenly was pumped out a small tube and towards their face.

"A strong sedative… he's gonna need it." Davy said.

"Yeah…hopefully it worked…" I said carefully, not wanting to have lost a friend here.

My eyes widened as I then saw the body and the items seem to… become undone. Like an unweaving string the hairs of the body and the flesh were unraveled like yarn. The organs too… all circling a glowing orb of light in the center. At first, I thought it was the Heart but then realized… that's the soul…

I looked at Davy, who looked away. "It's not pretty to witness… even less pleasant to undergo."

"This is…certainly something." I admitted, not sure what to really say as I witnessed…this.

It was grotesque and I could barely imagine the… agony that must feel like… Still, a morbid fascination kept me looking. I watched as the soul began to change in color, turning from shining white to a gold and blue color that shined just as bright then even brighter. Then as it went in reverse, the body began to reassemble. As it did, I noticed it looked much the same, only now there was also a bit of blue and red as highlights along their head hair, ears and tails.

The body then fell, the platform opening and letting them fall beneath. Rising from that hole was now a large glass cylinder, All Might inside some kind of golden fluid as electronics and screens mounted to the base of that glass tube they were reading off what looked to be vital signs.

Davy sighed. "And that's a success."

"Well…good to know it's a success." I said carefully. "And the golden fluid is to help him recover?"

"Yeah. It's a heavily mixed blend of Recovery potions, Mana potions, some pain killers, sedatives and nutrient blend all fed into them via some special magics." Davy said as he walked up to the tube and looked at the screens at the base. "Good… vitals are all stable, internal magic generation is good, working fast too. With luck he'll wake up either later today or tomorrow morning."

"That's good to know." I nodded.

"Yeah. In terms of how his powers come out, we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully they merged properly and he has a magic equivalent to his old One for All power… if not well, hopefully he can adapt to it and not put himself in a Drained Coma learning how…"

"That's fair." I nodded. "And he is very experienced, he was here before this Reality even was a thing."

"Wow. Someone older than me? That's cool." Davy chuckled as some machines floated on by, gently pushing the tube away and through some doors. "Well, now that that's done, I'm gonna go… find Shift or Holy."

"Going on a date or something?" I asked. "Or are you going to attempt a Beast with Two Backs?"

"A what? No I'm… just gonna talk… seeing all… that," He motioned to the Altar. "Brings back lots of bad memories."

I nodded. "I understand, go spend time with them." I said softly.

Davy left and I looked at the Altar one last time before heading off.

It was almost nightfall when All Might woke up. I Speed Force ran to the room he was in. Sitting in the hospital bed was the same Nokori body, as it was when it fell into that tube. The fur was a bit damp still, they were in a hospital gown, and those same light blue eyes…

"Heh… hey. Long time since I saw you from this perspective." Toshinori said with a small laugh. His voice was the same even.

"Yeah, it's been a while." I chuckled. "How are you feeling?"

"A little numb, but the doctors said that's normal and probably from the pain killers. Apparently I'll be sore for a day or two. Other than that it's weird… I spent ten years in the back seat of your mind, feeling a pulse, heartbeat and breathing again all feel so strange and it's not just because my body isn't human."

"Yeah…that tends to happen when you haven't had a body for that long." I admitted. "But at least you'll only have your own voice in your head."

"True. Retreating to your subconscious to keep away from all your… nightly activities was getting old." He laughed. "Still… It feels weird, being alive again. Knowing that my body is in the Vault with all the others who went Mad… Part of me feels like a copy, another feels like I cheated death. Not really sure how to handle either really…"

"We'll work through it, one step at a time." I said readily.

"Heh… walking… that's gonna feel different with these legs…" All Might said, slowly moving his more backwards feral like legs. They were kinda like a mini version of Tony's. "Fur too. Woke up feeling rather overheated but apparently I'm not. Guess if anything it should help in the winter."

"Yep." I said with a smile. "And we're all going to help you through this."

"Doctors already told me about some programs that help Fusions get used to both their body and new power." Toshinori said. "I'll be released tomorrow sometime after your coronation and from there stay at a designated center until I'm fully accustomed to my new form."

I nodded. "And my Coronation…that's going to be a spectacle…"

"So I hear." Toshinori said. "Hey, want some advice?"

"Anything can help cause I'm stressing out over this…" I said worriedly.

"These people seem to have accepted that you're strong enough to lead them, now you have to show them you're able to. Tomorrow, when you're there, be confident. Even if you're scared, never stop giving them a friendly smile. They've seen that you are capable, so now you need to show them that you're able. So, no matter what happens, don't lose your cool, don't raise your voice or speak too softly. Keep your head held high and show them that you are their King now, and that you're here to keep them safe."

"Easier said than done, but I understand." I nodded. "Going to be a pain in the ass but I'm sure I can do it."

"I've seen what you can do. You're stronger than you give yourself credit for."

The next day, Davy picked me up to escort me to the coronation. The Castle in New Hope was mostly just decorative. The real Castle was on top of the Mt. Ebott that was inside the pocket dimension. Seeing him in a suit was different.

I was in a special 'Royal Regalia' complete with an ornate black and gold suit, black boots and even the iconic red cape with a white fur lining around it.

The throne room had two thrones, but right now it just had the one. Asgore and Toriel were there, standing next to the throne and giving me a polite smile. There was a lot of people here with cameras.

I took a deep breath and gave a smile. Not too large that it was a grin, but not too small that you couldn't tell. With that, I began walking down the pathway. The people with cameras were all surprisingly quiet. Respective.

I arrived at the end and stood between Asgore and Toriel.

"You're doing well." Asgore whispered.

"Miracle in the making…" I whispered back carefully.

Asgore gave a small closed mouth laugh before turning his attention to the crowd. "People of New Earth. Today, marks a historic moment for our kingdom!" Asgore said, speaking with gusto and volume. "Today, my wife and I, the King and Queen of this kingdom for the last one thousand, seven hundred years, retire, and turn the crown, the throne, and the authority over the kingdom to this young lad here. David Alchem. A person some say was prophesied to come, but the reality of our world and origins are not a secret. Through battles and trials they proved themselves strong enough to defeat some of our planet's strongest, and even the Optional Bosses were defeated by them, further proving their worth. Their strength. David Romero, a long time Advisor to the Queen and I, and the one who ended the Monster-Human war over two thousand years ago and brought upon us a bridge between Monsters and Humans, the Nokori, into our world. He has vouched for David Alchem and for me, this was already more than enough."

Asgore took a step back, and Toriel took a step forward. She was holding in her hands a small crown that… no… no it's the tiny gold crown from Kingdom Hearts that Sora wears in the box art! Davy I know that was you!

"With this crown, David Alchem will be recognized as the new ruler of New Earth and it's people, until they pass the throne onto another, or until death." Toriel said, turning around and facing me. She put the crown over my head and I could feel it floating there. I then notice she tilted it at the perfect angle… "David said you'd get a kick out of this crown." Toriel whispered with a smirk before she turned back to the crowd. "New Earth! Your new King!" She said, moving out of the way and letting the camera people and news people start their barrage of questions and photos.

This thankfully only lasted for thirty minutes before the guard and security escorted them out.

Once they were, Asgore, Toriel and I all gave a sigh… still, I pulled out a mirror from my Assistant and looked at my new floating crown in the mirror. So cool!

"This crown looks awesome." I said with a warm smile.

"Yes. David said you'd enjoy this more than a traditional crown." Asgore said. "It will stay floating where it is over your head unless removed physically. Took a while to make but David said you'd love it."

"And I do love it." I said with a warm smile. "Thank you."

"Glad you are." Asgore said.

"Come now dear, we have a portal to catch." Toriel said, taking her husband by the hand. "Our private island won't stay private for long. And good luck David. We left notes and tips in the office." She said, almost dragging Asgore out the doors.

I sighed once they were gone but was feeling optimistic. So… King of a whole world… Has a nice ring-
