Resident Evil: Modern Warfare Chapter 15
Price, Soap, Chris and Jill mount up and prepared for breach to the door to Makarov. Soap plants the breaching charge on the wall giving the nod as it goes off.
The four had their nightvision goggles on in case there was a trap set.
"Bravo 6, going dark." said Price
The team saw through the dark, Makarov's Konni soldiers guarding him, quickly taking them out. Makarov then turned on the lights showing the pile of bodies and blinding the group while he makes his esacpe.
"Bloody hell!"
"Makarov's getting away!" said Soap.
Price makes the sprinting beeline after Makarov with Soap following suit.
Makarov sent more of his Konni group to slow the captain down only for Price and Soap taking them out quick.
"MAKAROV!" shouts Price.
With Chris and Jill not far behind, Makarov heads to the roof with the helicopter on the helipad. Knowing Price is closing in, he goes to find a hiding spot.
Price reaches the roof surveying the area gun drawn at all directions. Makarov ambushes Price shoving his gun off as the two engage in CQC. Makarov lands blows and a kick to Price's head knocking him on the ground. Soap goes in for the save throwing hands as Makarov held Soap off with blocking his attacks and hitting an elbow strike on Soap's torso setting him up to be thrown over his shoulder and starts to lay punches onto Soap.
Price then goes to try to make the save as he grabs Makarov off of him and lands a few good hits of his own. However Makarov grabs Price by his vest and lands a headbutt knocking him back down. Makarov then sees Price go for his handgun as it was tossed to the side. He aimed his gun at Price about to go for the kill.
"Goodbye Captain Price."
Jill then shoves him with a tackle as she fights off Makarov herself landing a series of kicks onto him. However he counters by grabbing her leg and throws her to the side. She recovers and pulls out her knife going in on Makarov as he dodges the strikes. He then grabbed her knife holding hand and twisted her arm around her back and pinned her to the ground, gun aimed at the back of her head.
"It's an honor to meet you Miss Valentine, or should I say was..."
Chris then punches Makarov and tries to go for haymakers and heavy lefts and rights. However Makarov was able to block and fend off Chris' punches and goes for body blows to send him knocking after a series of knees to his abdomen and a good swift kick onto him.
"It's too late Captain Price. You and your cohorts cannot stop this. Even if you made the vaccine ready, Al Mazrah is already lost. This is all just the beginning" said Makarov.
"Why Makarov? Why Bioterrorism? Why Nova 6?" asked Jill.
"Did you really think it all ends with this? The zombies, Nova 6? My vision will reach a global scale on a level none of you could possibly imagine." explained Makarov.
"And the Bioweapons? The BOWs?" asked Chris.
"They were not a part of my plans. Like all things, you adapt and adjust on the fly." said Makarov
The team get back to their feet with their guns aimed at Makarov.
"It's over Makarov! It ends here" said Price.
"Unfortunately, time is permitting me otherwise" said Makarov.
A helicopter lands with Nikolai, Laswell, Rebecca, Leon, Ghost, Gaz and Claire all backup the team standing united.
"It's over now asshole!" said Jill.
However this would be cut short as the ground was shaking with everyone feeling it.
A giant creature stomped through the streets of Al Mazrah.
"Steamin fucking Jesus" said Soap.
"The choice is yours now Captain, stop me, or that" said Makarov.
Price knew Makarov was right. Even worse so that this fight was gonna have to be saved for another day.
"All stations, we have a giant undead hostile in the AO."
"What the fuck is that?" asked Claire.
"Something big to shoot" said Chris.
Makarov takes his leave, revs up the helicopter and talks to Price via comms.
"Until we meet again Captain Price."
"We both know you won't last a week"
"And neither will you. I'll see you in hell"
"Keep it warm. Send my regards to Zakhaev when you get there"
Price sees Makarov make his escape until their next encounter.
"Right, how do we stop this?" asked Price.
"It's gonna take heavy firepower to take that thing down" said Laswell.
"Alejandro! You seeing this hermano?" asked Soap.
"Affirmative. *In Spanish* The hell is that thing?" asked Alejandro
"Alejandro, round up your guys and regroup with mine, Alex, Farah, we need you both on air support." said Chris.
"I'll go pick them up" said Nikolai.
"I'm going too. I'll see what I can do about calling in ordinance" said Laswell.
"Guess that leaves the rest of us to take care of the big guy" said Gaz.
"Which means he's the top priority until the vaccine gets here" said Jill.
"Then let's do this. All of us. As a team!" said Price.
Jill, Chris, Leon, Rebecca, Claire and Task Force 141 all stood together ready for a fight to save the world.
